If I say they were or if I say they weren’t what difference does it make?
To each their own. Good luck.
A company doesn’t have to file something every time someone shows interest in their technology or reiterates what management has already been saying all along.
Perhaps other investors should’ve made an effort to go to the meeting in Palo Alto like some of us did and hear the opinions of VC’s & wsgr in regards to the coming market and how InWiths tech will play a part.
To each their own.
“Aside from filing and receiving a couple of patents that no one shows interest in... “
There is actually a ton of interest with actions coming in the near future.
Good luck.
Converting shares into a private company that is going to continue moving forward with groundbreaking technology with one of the world’s leading tech firms providing a path forward is quite an easy choice for the majority. For those that feel they are in the dark, perhaps more research will help them see the light.
Good luck.
It’s a fact that nobody actually feels trapped. If anybody truly thought it was a bad thing and were going to lose their investment, they would have sold and salvaged at least a portion of it. If anything, you have frustrated traders. Surely there are some that will merely try their hand at the negotiating table.
Many are accumulating. Hard to do since selling is so low.
Actually, he still has all of his shares.
Good luck.
The people that needed to be there were there. Along with a couple of pop-ins. Going private is a great decision by Hayes & company. Good to see its has the support of actual long term investors. Too bad for in & out traders.
RECENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS
API Integration With Shutterstock
In September 2017, Moovly entered into an API (application programming interface) integration with Shutterstock.
Moovly has integrated Shutterstock's API technology to offer its clients access to Shutterstock's more than 150 million digital assets via the Moovly Studio editor. This is the first instance where Shutterstock will license video and music directly through its API. Shutterstock is known as a leading global technology company offering a creative platform for high-quality assets, tools and services to businesses, marketing agencies and media organizations around the world.
Through this agreement Moovly users get seamless access to more than 150 million of Shutterstock's digital assets (including video, images and music) to make even more engaging and impressive content. Importantly too, this integration provides Moovly with an additional revenue opportunity by reselling Shutterstock's assets. This integration continues Moovly's positioning as the thought and technology leader in the high-end video creation platform space and a simple-to-use, cost-effective-yet-advanced tool, an invaluable combination for creative professionals.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Versus Systems, Inc. (CSE:VS) (CSE:VS.CN) (OTCQB:VRSSF) (FRANKFURT:BMVA) today announced it is developing a blockchain-enabled version of their conditional prizing platform that allows publishers and developers to add prizes to their video games and interactive media. “Versus has been including bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as potential prizing solutions in all of our IP filings from as far back as 2014” says Matthew Pierce, founder and CEO of Versus Systems. “We believe in the power of the blockchain as a mechanic for securing identity records, and records of gameplay – rich data that we want to ensure is easy to secure at the highest level, easy to personalize, and straightforward to audit when necessary to ensure true outcomes.”

All the right people.
To each their own.
I’m spending the whole week making moves to get more.
Having been at wsgr yesterday, I think they are more excited for what’s coming more then anybody else. Good things coming.
Congrats to all the overwhelming majority of shareholders whom have accumulated and continued to hold onto their shares.
Tomorrow, EPGL locks in it's yes votes. A week later we find out the date of conversion!
LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!! Knowledge is power.
Looking good. Couple of more days now!
Wether or not anybody here deems what was told to me, or what I discussed with others, as being credible, is not on my list of things I remotely care about.
To each their own.
Already did.
Fortunately from my position, I can easily believe what I personally experienced. For others who didn’t experience that level of research, all they can do is wonder. Whatever they chose, I really don’t care. To each their own.
Why would there be a link to information gained from a company request and info gained from personal contact with investors?
Why must there be a link to everything? All you need to do is ask PWC, or get in contact with some of the investors that PWC represents. I did. I could care less whether or not somebody believes what I learned through my personal correspondence. If they are curious, all they need to do is what I already did…….Links. Absolutely hilarious!
All you can do is interpret the information given to you. Ask a question from the party in question, get an answer and go from there. I asked. Got an answer. And went from there.
Requested info from PWC and after multiple attempts, I got it. I also talked to a couple investors who swapped shares with other investors a long time ago. I even contemplated being a part of it but the fees were ridiculous. They used to have their own message board through PWC and arranged things that way. I could care less if anybody believes it or not. To each their own.
The shares remain with PWC though and thats the main point. Just some of the their investors exchanged hands over the years and they paid a hefty fee to do so. Now, another investor has PWC managing their shares. Those investor's transactions are completely irrelevant to anything and everything. PWC hasn't dropped one single share onto the market.
PWC confirmed not too long ago they haven’t sold a share. Some of the investors they represent, over the years, have sold their rights to their shares, to other investors. So while no shares PWC holds for its investors have been put on the open market, some of their investors have come and gone.
Exactly. Going to be good.
He is going to be running their social media. Being that he has very successfully run the main investor group for years, not being affiliated, makes him the perfect candidate, as he understands the product, the coming market and investor sentiment.
Good luck!
Right!!! Will be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow and the next 2.5 weeks. Lot of strategies come into play now. Short term-long term.
Expect those who sold, to start rebuying in addition to day traders riding the wave over the next 2.5 weeks.
Congrats to all the sellers who sold low!!!
Many have. Knowledge is power.
