No they don't. Just called again. Was told its company policy not to give out any SS information over the phone. Said I had to call the company for current share structure.
Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company
212-509-4000
The TA does report the outstanding and restricted. Float = outstanding minus restricted. I also called the CACH TA months ago, they refused to give me any info on CACH.
Pink sheets are OTC but they are not OTCBB. That is:
The Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) is an electronic system that displays over-the-counter securities with real-time quotes and volume information. Shares listed on the OTCBB carry an "OB" suffix and must file financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).1?
Shares trading on the pink sheet platform have a "PK" suffix and are under no requirements from the SEC to file financial information. For this reason, they are seen as high-risk investments.
You might be right. Hope so, we shall soon see.
ENMI was a public company involved in the energy sector, it has been dormant for over 10 years. Month's ago the Bauman"s requested custodian of ENMI and was granted by the court. Recently removal of custodian was requested by the Bauman's and that was also granted indicating a reverse merger was in the works.
Waiting to see what happens.
The OTC Markets Group platform is segregated into 3 distinct market tiers: the OTCQX, the OTCQB, and the Pink. Each of these different tiers is separated based on perceived risk levels, which depend on the quality and regularity of a listed company's reporting information and disclosures.
Understanding Pink Sheets
Historically, pink sheets got their name from the color of the paper on which quotes of share prices were published. Today's trades are, of course, electronic, but the name lives on as a reference to OTC stocks.
Over-the-counter (OTC) refers to the process of trading for the securities of unlisted companies. The shares trade via a broker-dealer network rather than on a centralized stock exchange.
Pink sheets are OTC but they are not OTCBB. That is:

Oh please. No BS will stop the coming CACH run. Waiting.
First it was form 15 (which was 7 years ago), then it was 15c2-11 amendments (2 years ago), then it was June 30th now its September? What year? 2525?
CACH IS OTC PK. NUFF SAID.
OTCQB - includes the securities of companies that are current in their reporting to the SEC or a U.S. bank, thrift or insurance regulator;
OTCQX - reserved for the securities of companies that are current in their reporting to the SEC or a U.S. bank, thrift or insurance regulator, or, in the case of companies that are not required to report to the SEC, meet and remain current in their reporting obligations to OTC Link under its proprietary Alternative Reporting Standard; meet certain eligibility requirements; have audited financial statements; and partner with a third-party securities attorney or investment bank that reviews disclosure and acts as a professional advisor; and
OTC Pink - an open marketplace for a broad spectrum of equity securities, with no financial standards or reporting requirements.
CACH isn't required to file. Already proved that.
18 days and counting. I'm starting to get scared. LOL
Waiting for the run. Holding.
231,657 SHARES TRADED. THANK YOU.
Saying a mergers coming isn't pumping. As I said before, I have some sitting at .18 and .20 with leftovers waiting to see how high this goes.
Today after hours would be a good day. Always thought Friday would be ideal. Give us the weekend to research this new company.
OK. So what did OTCMarkets say about CACH? Did they update their info on CACH since 2015? Just wondering.
OTC Markets Data products deliver information and insight on the 11,000 global and U.S. securities that trade on OTC Link ATS. As the primary market operator, we deliver the most comprehensive, contextual, real-time data on OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities.
Very interesting. Jay Margolis was the last CEO of CACH, so why does OTCMarkets report Brian Woolf as current CEO? Is OTCMarkets wrong?
CACH is being prepped for a run. Oldest trick in the book.
Holding.
I already provided links supporting my posts.
Everyone knows CACH hasn't filed. CACH is OTC PK and not required to file anything with the SEC. This is the part I want a link to...
No, it’s not. In addition, a Form 15 cannot be filed for a class of securities until on or after the Form 25 striking such class of securities from the relevant exchange (Nasdaq) has become effective. The Form 25 was filed and CACH was booted from the Nasdaq in 2015, so no form 15 whatsoever, where is it?
Prove that post with a link.
Oh please. Already proved my point. CACH won't be suspended by the SEC. CACH is OTC PK.
But lately I heard it was October now.
No. CACH is OTC PK. No filing requirements. Form 25 took care of that.
HUH? A company can't be registered under 12(b) and 12(g) at the same time. Too funny.
Thank you. CACH was registered under section 12(b) not 12(g).
Where does it say that? Got a link to dispute the facts I posted?
Really? Read the link I posted. Done with this topic.
Actually my bad, been a while since this topic was brought up.
CACH had a class of securities under section 12(b). A form 25 was filed. Read this again.
If the issuer has a class of securities
registered under Section 12(b), then either the issuer or
the national securities exchange must file a Form 25 to
initiate the delisting/deregistration process.
Already proved (with supporting links) Form 15 was filed and CACH didn't have to do it.It was filed. My posts and links need to be read.
Link please? I already provided a link to the SEC, OTC PK have no requirement to file anything. CACH is OTC PK.
ALREADY PROVED NUMEROUS TIMES OTC PK HAVE NO SEC FILING REQUIREMENTS. PROVE ME WRONG WITH A LINK.
What does the SEC say about OTC PK? CACH IS PK.
So which is it?
1. Form 15?
2. 15c2-11 amendments?
3. June 30th"
4. October?
IMO there's a run coming. Seen this many times before. Waiting.
I saw that. Looks like there's an attempt to drive the price down.
SEC says different.
CACH HAS NO FILING REQUIREMENTS. SEC LINK
Companies on OTC Markets Group’s Pink market are not required to meet any minimum standard.
