That's a really interesting perspective. I hope that they have recovering addicts as advisors on this. I would have never thought of the scenarios you describe.
Thanks for posting that article.
I was watching LII at the end of the day. DCTH was trying to run, and someone kept coming in with small bids below ask to constantly bring it back down. I don't understand why, but it was consistent.
This article helps me to understand a bit better...
So how much of the new ATM do you think they unloaded this week?
New House Bill proposed to restrict addictive drugs
---------------
A bill introduced in the House of Representatives would ban from circulation certain pharmaceuticals that could be easily abused as recreational drugs.
The proposed legislation is aimed at variants of addictive painkillers and other oral medications.
Reps. Bill Keating, D-Mass., and Hal Rogers, R-Ky., made the announcement at a news conference on Capitol Hill today. Keating said the legislation, if passed, would help curb a "silent epidemic" of prescription drug abuse.
"If this were the swine flu or any other kind of disease, this would be making headlines all over the country," he said. "But because of the stigma that is often attached to this, it is not.
"The increase in abuse and deaths attached to these prescription drug overdoses is occurring at a rate even more than heroin and cocaine," he said, citing a recent study from the University of Michigan on teenage narcotic use.
The bill would require the Food and Drug Administration to refuse to approve any new pharmaceuticals that did not use formulas resistant to tampering. For example, pills should not be able to be easily crushed into powders that could be snorted, or melted down into a liquid form that could be taken through injection.

Until the next time to sell before the next big collapse.
$5 is still good. I'll take it.
AFs tactics are to direct his lemmings, who are in the thousands. If he can start a sell-off, they all short the stock. His slower followers lose out when it suddenly turns around.
It really doesn't matter what he truly thinks - he just drives the herd. Keep an eye on him and trade accordingly.
Seems to be a change in tactics for AF. Perhaps his pronouncements no longer drive markets like in the past. Now he tries to contrive to make it seem like "others" are betting against the stock, to drive it down for the shorts.
AF at work again. He asked his minions to "vote" whether DCTH would be approved, shorted the stock, and then published his "findings" to sink the stock. I don't know why he isn't in jail for this.
Good time to pick up cheap shares/options. They will have to cover at some point. His slower minions will get slaughtered when the covering starts.

Thank you Baba - your posts are very helpful to this still-inexperienced investor. You are a gem!
Not for long \\\\\ \\\\\ \\\\\ \
Accumulation remains solid through all of the dips. Good sign.
Me too! Just waiting for Jacob to drop it one more time.
I am so glad to hear you say that!
My worry is that he might be disposing of assets that we bought and paid for. I have been a long-time supporter, but now kind of wishing that there were some legal oversight to protect the assets.
SureBob, you have convinced me! -- to buy more shares.
Go CWRN!
Please specify exactly which parts of this massive DD effort are in error, IYHO. Thanks.
Awesome DD summary - thanks Max/Micro!
I bailed yesterday. Sorry I waited so long.

Thanks Kei - that's encouraging.
Wow Rocket - that is some good research. Eye-opening, but not surprising. Go CWRN.
Great info as usual Microcaps. Thanks!

Seller was orderly til a few minutes ago. Wish I had more dry powder.... Good bargains here.
It would force accounting of all outstanding shares, which would screw the shorts and NSSs. This company has been under attack for several years. It would give him a clean startover.
I don't know what he'll do. But if it were me, I'd do something that would force all shares to be accounted for - R/S, name change, or token dividend. JMHO.
Oh the humanity!
The chart's looking pretty darned good to me! What you talking' 'bout, Willis?
Only time will tell... Invest accordingly.
LEER MM keeps pulling it down...hmmmm. Wonder why.
Bob's back in 27 days. \\\\\ \\\\\ \\\\\ \\\\\ \\\\\ \\
Knew you'd be excited to hear.
Really good question BlindInvestor. Thanks.
I bet Bob, the largest shareholder, will be returning with lots of new ideas about how to handle the shorties who have been messin' with him for so long. We have front row tickets. Please pass the popcorn.
Thank you Blind for the excellent summary.
Great post Kanola! Thanks for the perspective.
They must be done hibernating! Frisky little cubbies all over the place.
Chart "broken" by $6 take down! LOL
Not understanding the gist of your post. From what I understood, CWRN mined the ore, GEO was a go between for shipping to Chinese customer. What are you saying here?
