There aren't many things in life better than owning a drastically oversold stock coming off a bottom. Especially one that has huge PR backing and explosive revenue growth.
"To the moon Alice"!
I was wrong about the SAR DeeDog. There's one bar on the bottom, it just flipped today and should signal a run IMO. My old eyes missed it but the masked bandito, Zorro, picked it up and told me it was there. He's right!
Good luck to you here DeeDog!
There's still lots of news and fundamentals to be PR'd with WGAS.
-We're in the early phases of the first oil coming on line with the 10" pipe hookup at Mustang.
-We've acquisitions to announce.
-The largest potential producer property, Vermillion abuts Exxon and should send this into the stratosphere.
-We've also come off a brutal sell-off that has this extremely oversold.
-The SAR hasn't flipped yet and leading indicators of Stochastics 50 on fast, Williams and RSI 54 are still very low and showing no sign of exhaustion.
Oil through a 10" pipe depends on viscosity. As for valuation, XZX is the man on the board IMO. His post on valuation is the bottom one on the stickies and he's done some work. This has as much upside potential as any stock I've ever seen.
.0066's getting hit and I doubt many have read the news. Expecting another bump after many 8-5ers read today's PR. Zooom
Agreed, he doesn't say anything unless its substantive. They worked for weeks on Mustang before he began providing information. Now, it looks like we'll be getting a play-by-play of the setup.
This is set up for a huge run.
Mason is getting active with the PR's my friend. They're working 7 days a week to get Mustang online. We have increased board marks, increased volume, imminent oil production and a rising share price.
WGAS is going to be a monster!!
We moving on up, ask at .0066:
.0059 getting awfully thin. WGAS is looking like its ready for a move into the .006's.
This has to be one of the most overlooked stocks in all of OTC/Pinky land. A soon to be oil producer for just over half a penny per share with only 200 million O/S. Unreal.
The oil produced at Mustang will be used as leverage to place other wells on line.
Tony Mason, a nice history in the oil business: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/anthony-j-mason/7/7b7/b05
Working on Sunday so they can pump black gold 24/7/365, chaching!!
And there is more news to come on other WGAS projects in the coming weeks. Good times.
WGAS, moving from oil speculator to oil PRODUCER! What a great entry point and truly exiting time for WGAS shareholders!
SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire -07/18/12)- Worthington Energy, Inc. (WGAS) ("Worthington"), an energy company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and drilling of oil and natural gas properties, takes this opportunity to provide a progress update on the I-1 Well platform construction. As previously reported, Mesotech sonar was used to sweep the platform location. Divers removed all identified potential obstructions and prepared the tie-in point for connection to the pipeline.
"Engineers then connected the 10-inch flow line from the well to the main transmission line, about 500 feet from the wellhead, which brings the oil and gas ashore. The on-shore facility that will receive the oil and gas is the Six Pigs Facility on Padre Island," explained Worthington Energy, Inc. President and CEO, Mr. Tony Mason. "After completing the site preparation work, the lift boat Dularge rendezvoused with the Two Hooks barge that was transporting the jacket from Galveston to the rig platform location. Pile driving operations commenced on Tuesday, July 10th."
"Early Saturday morning, July 14th," continued Mr. Mason, "I received notification from Dominion Operating that the jacket was lowered by the 2 Hooks barge and secured to the I-1 well caisson. The jacket was then leveled and the 2 Hooks set anchors to commence pile driving. Additional pile driving operations began on Sunday, July 15th in preparation for the platform installation. The platform has been loaded and is currently being towed by supply boat to the I-1 well site where it will arrive later in the week."
"I am thrilled to be able to share these positive developments with the investment community. This represents solid progress for Worthington Energy. Additional pictures of the I-1 well platform construction operation will be available on our website at http://wenergyinc.com," concluded Mr. Mason.
WGAS has traded far differently since Tony Mason placed the website blurb of news, soon. No huge bid hits showing dilution, just retail sized flippers the last several days. The price has responded accordingly. We're in the home stretch for Mustang IMO.
Just another day of MM games in sub-penny land. Bid's at .0057 and they jump under that to sell to someone at .0055. Release some news Mason, put this rolling ball into the net.
Tick, tock. Very nice update yesterday with a short time-frame as to when the oil will actually flow.
Oil's price gains from yesterday are holding and edging up a bit more today based on additional stimulus talk: http://www.kansascity.com/2012/07/15/3706489/oil-falls-below-87-as-china-cautions.html
Additional good news on the way shortly.
We're all thinking the same thing. After this huge dip in price, we'll get some enormous blocks buying, grabbing cheap shares and then they release the price.
Ah, the integrity of the market. Time is running out for grabbing shares.
The shares are included in the Outstanding Shares total of 609,420,100.
Shares Outstanding 609,420,100 a/o Jun 19, 2012

Looks like KMAG as a private firm, did a reverse merger into an existing public firm EPOL in 06.
JR's reply told you that he did a NOBO in an effort to ascertain the prior shares that were outstanding and who held them. He never got his answer from doing the NOBO.
The answer shouldn't have come from the DTCC as he states but from brokerages that would be forced to reveal their shareholders list and the quantity of shares they held.
The DTCC simply executes trades and provides data as to who sold and who purchased shares.
I'll take it any way it wants to happen, retail or MM's. They can manipulate it to $5 trading back and forth and there won't be any complaints.
The amount of small 500 share trades could mean anything, retail or some cross-trading. The mirrored 2667 trades suggest what you stated. The 10K blocks? Could be MM's.
51,800 shares traded, we have volume. It's going to take some work to get out of this price range IMO but once we crack into the $2's, we run.
RFID tags being used to keep shoes on the shelves through inventory updates. It has also increased shoe sales. Another benefit, aside from reducing inventory shrinkage:
Since deploying radio frequency identification at six of its U.S. stores to track inventory on its shoe displays, Lord & Taylor has seen a significant increase in sales, according to Dan Smith, the CIO of Hudson's Bay Co. and Lord & Taylor. The technology is helping the national apparel retailer to ensure that merchandise is available on its store shelves, and that the products are restocked in a timely manner, due to inventory visibility provided by RFID tags placed on footwear, as well as handheld readers used by store personnel.

Additional Information
One of the main reasons KMAG will be extremely successful is the theft of 10's of billions of dollars annually by organized shoplifting rings and employees. Add to this the individual shoplifting issue and you have a very successful business venue, RFID/EAS.
Tens of millions of dollars in preventative technology is very inexpensive when compared to the billions lost in shrinkage.

“Gangs of organized shoplifters and dishonest employees cost the American retail industry more than $33 billion annually, or about $400 for every family.”
http://www.northjersey.com/news/123437974_North_Jersey_a_top_target_for_shoplifting__cargo_heists.html
"The organization estimates retailers lose between $15 billion to $30 billion a year to organized retail theft.”
http://www.inc.com/news/articles/200706/crime.html
“According to Joseph LaRocca, the National Retail Federation's vice president of loss prevention, organized retail crime rings are sophisticated and quick to adapt to tighter store security measures. As a result, companies are being forced to allocate more resources to curbing large-scale theft -- with as many as one in 10 investing more than $1 million this year alone on preventative measures, the survey found.”

LOL, "Yeah, its kinda hard to play ping pong with an opponent when the DD for the other side basically leaves them without a paddle!"
It will be an interesting look back at KMAG's share price a year from now. This board should go through a real evolution as proponents and naysayers watch KMAG's growth in revenue and price.
With the worlds economies continuing to struggle, the battle against shoplifting will play an ever larger part of retailers remaining financially healthy. As retailers measure their inventory losses via theft, they will target and refine specific product areas to utilize RFID/EAS sensors.
The cost of RFID products will continue to decrease because of the increased scale of production. The trend will go from high cost items having RFID tags to medium and lower priced products being tagged. A few cents will be spent to protect several dollars in revenue lost.
We're in the midst of a product protection revolution and some here still can't see it. That's a shame.
There's nothing wrong with being in love with KMAG's huge growth in revenues and net income performance.
KMAG is showing great resilience through the "summer doldrums". We're in the third month of Q2 with the prior two months showing exponential growth.
We've got wishers and hopers wanting upper .002's and .003's to buy shares . Looking more like this is a great price range to buy before liftoff IMO.
It's around 60% buys vs 40% sales right now. Surprising volume for a midsummer Holiday week.
A NOBO will simply force Brokerages that hold KMAG shares for shareholders, to reveal who the shareholders are and how many shares are held by each shareholder using those Brokerages. You could hold 1 share or 100 million shares, that information must be released.
Based on Mr. Reids reply, I don't think doing a NOBO is priority like fundamental sales and revenue growth. He's definitely aware of the need for one and how it can catapult the price forward. It's all about timing it with a Quarterly for maximum effect, IMO.
Hey geo, nice to see you here. You're yet another excellent poster for KMAG who will be an asset to the board. Welcome!!
One month ago, I queried Mr. Reid via email about doing a NOBO. He stated "it is in the plans". A few reminders could provide some additional initiative IMO.
Here's a brief article on the Iraqi pipeline you mentioned. It's 30 years old and is now owned by Saudi Arabia as a payment for debts incurred during the Iran/Iraq war. They've dusted it off and prepped it for the Hormuz shutdown as you stated.
http://www.steelguru.com/middle_east_news/Saudi_Arabia_readies_oil_line_against_Hormuz_threat/271374.html
Interesting post Fureal, didn't know about the Iraqi pipeline. Here's an article from last week stating that Korea is no longer using Iranian oil. They also cite an estimated 60% inflation rate in Iran. Something has to give with all this International pressure.
http://www.americanprogress.org/issues/2012/06/iran_series_5.html
You're absolutely right. IF we had the ratio he quoted, this would have tanked big time. What a joke.
You avoiding me? There were more buys than sells today. That fact sure shoots your 5 to 1 for sales conjecture down, doesn't it.
Why not stick with facts instead of making stuff up. Sheesh.
Ref: "I was watching lvl 2 after the wonderful announcement and the whole time there were 5 times as many sellers as buyers."
Can you explain how 20.2 million shares bought at the Ask versus 18.8 million shares sold at bid can be interpreted as 5 times more sellers. LMAO
Here's a link, it's large blocks and small trades, a bit of everything. Love having CANT on the Bid today. They were "the" trader for U.S. Government securities with 25% of all transactions. This is not their specialty but they're a solid MM.

I think this is a great day. We've churned out traders from lower 3's and created a higher baseline.
We have more traders than long term shareholders here. The stock fundamentals keep getting stronger day by day. It's simply the traders that don't realize the value here and they will always grab a profit, no matter how small.
At some point, we'll run hard and lose a huge portion of the bit players. Tick tock.
You have access to a 20 minute delayed buys vs sales. Click on Data Tools on your Ihub menu bar and then Trades on the drop down menu. 20 million in buys vs 16 mil in sales.
