not today....in the last 15 minutes 46,500 shs.... all buys...buying into the close and only 1/2 a penny off of the high...
bull
no one wendy can time every entry and exit perfectly...if you are trading Nuvilex you do have to try hard to time them to make money but with us being long and planning on holding Nuvilex not only for their CiaB to help people but also to make a huge difference to your retirement...you pick your pps and go for it...in the long run it will not matter to you when you see how you got in on this little hidden gem at these pps's...
bull
MACD crossover happened today...right under the top trend line of the huge triangle...right in the point of the apex....and right under the 20 dma....and an interview tomorrow morning....couldn't get much better than that...
bull
I thoroughly chart all my stocks with a lot of indicators...it does not change what the stock does but it gives me a good understanding of what the stock is doing and where I think it is going...and the one thing that I came to understand quite a while back about charting is that it is forward indicators.... not just a way to look at past stock behavior...some people think that it does not work with small caps etc...I say it does..
the one thing to remember is all hedge funds and mm's chart all stocks...and them along with most traders follow the chart...they create the movements a stock takes by selling and buying by the chart...so when it hits a top trend line they sell and when it hits a bottom they buy...thus creating the triangles and other chart formations...and when they see that buyers have taken a stock above a trend line and broken out of the pattern they immediately react to that and buy or cover their short resulting in the gap ups and pps taking off...until it gets to another resistance...and then it starts all over again...
but a good stock with upcoming catalysts like Nuvilex will do just fine regardless of shorting...that is why the short interest is of no interest to me...I am just holding long with patience...
bull
here is the thing wendy....we are at the apex of a very large triangle starting at .62...so the trend line extends from .62 all the way down to .255...so your buy opp is not anywhere between .62 and .255 as the trend line lowers the span becomes smaller...your buy opp now is only between .294 and .255...and only if you believe that the stock will stay above .255... which I do...with that said it does not mean they won't sell the stock down under the trend line all the way to the point of the apex which is on 6/12...so it could go down to .255 again...but it could also break out of the top trend line and take off...
you have to use your own good judgement and gut feeling to buy in...IMHO...right in here where you only have a 4 cent span...does it really matter that much if you buy and the stock goes down a few cents or do you risk the stock getting away from you...I usually don't worry about a few cents...a year from now it won't matter...
bull
that is what I am seeing on the chart...it will not be confirmed until we get out of our large triangle over .294 today... but that pps will change tomorrow if we do not go over it today....but it sure looks bullish to me...
bull
I didn't see it before...but now we have a nice little inverted head and shoulders that formed the last 4 days...looks like a reversal starting...
bull
Yep.....there's those nasty side effects again....the needed CiaB...
bull
I disagree and I am not sitting on a loss....
bull
and you can look at it another way....since the first of the year Nuvilex stock has moved up from 10 cents to a intraday high of .62 to a high close of .43...so were short sellers saying they were beating the stock down when it tripled...no... just during a pullback...and that is all this is...a normal healthy pullback like any and all stocks do...and the stock has strong support...
bull
I don't receive any spam on Nuvilex because I don't sign up for any spam to come into my emails....I see Nuvilex PR's and paid promotion to get Nuvilex recognized just like all other small companies do when they are trying to get out from under the radar....
bull
Chardan is not funding Nuvilex...they are acting as the exclusive placement agent for Nuvilex...it is an offering not funding...
bull
not every gap gets filled....
bull
Nuvilex has the right to Sublicense....
bull
you are talking about one position and one position only even though you act like you are not...your position is coming from a short...I don't know why you are directing these comments at me because I have many times said that the short position and the penny traders do not bother me...every stock I own has a short position...I do my DD and I acquire shares and when the stock pulls back I add to my position for the long term investment ....so in the meantime with all the noise from the traders I just sit back and wait for the fundamentals to kick in...and we all know they are starting to come to fruition...
bull
Are you on the right mb...I suggest you move over to the mmj stocks that you are talking about because Nuvilex is a bio...
bull
the shorts have not been more right than the longs...in fact the stock has taken a long position and has shown to be in an uptrend with a pullback...in just a few short months the stock went from closing at .10 to closing at .43 and now is holding right below .30...
bull
GREAT NEWS...wow it will be right from the horses mouth that conducted the last trials....
bull
there is more risk to be on the short side of Nuvilex now more than ever...and I have not heard one legitimate argument as to why anyone should not be buying this little bio with great big late phase trials for pancreatic cancer and diabetes and medical mj...
bull
I disagree...the interview is important when you hear on the mb's the longs with negative comments...I will stay positive unless the company gives me a reason not to...not releasing PR's every week is not a reason...but for those who want to know where we are at on the timeline the interview is very important to keep us up to date...
"other topics regarding Nuvilex's short term future"
While at the ASCO conference this weekend, Nuvilex's CEO and COO have agreed to sit for a recorded interview with Stock Market Media Group to discuss:
Upcoming Phase 2b clinical trials with CRO Clinical Network Services (CNS),
Preclinical studies and clinical trials studying symptoms associated with pancreatic cancer with CRO Translational Drug Development (TD2),
Funding for Phase 2b and preclinical and clinical trials,
Opportunity to work with 2 world renowned oncologists,
What's left to complete and when will the Phase 2b trial begin,
What prompted the "two-prong attack" to also study symptoms associated with pancreatic cancer, and other topics regarding Nuvilex's short term future.
The ASCO Annual Meeting brings together more than 25,000 oncology professionals from a broad range of specialties, and will serve as the ideal backdrop for an interview with a company that is set to begin its work on pancreatic cancer. The recorded interview will be available at www.stockmarketmediagroup.com next week.
bull
so what if it bounced yesterday...anyone could of bought shares yesterday...I am sure a lot of longs added to their position...that means nothing...
bull
it was an offering just like this one is...you were the one to call it different from the deal today...it is no different...they both were offerings at Nuvilex's discretion...and apparently Nuvilex did not want to give to LPC shares that they wanted at the pps they wanted them at and when they wanted them...these shared now will be sold on a daily basis ATM...much better deal for the shareholders...
there is not way for you to spin this...it is what it is...
bull
what do you think they had with LPC...they were not a bank with a line of credit...
bull
who didn't get it...I just said it is an offering of shares...that EVERY COMPANY DOES...and many that do not take care to offer at market price...so what is your point...except to try and spin it...
bull
this is an offering like every other company on any exchange has done...there is no way to spin this...and Nuvilex is making sure shs are offered at market price...
"The gross sales price of the Shares sold under this Section 1(b) shall be the market price for shares of the Shares sold by Chardan under this Section 1(b) on the OTCQB at the time of sale of such Shares."
and they are making sure to uphold integrity by Chardan...
"Notwithstanding (ii)(C) above, if Chardan shall purchase and sell as a principal in any transaction, and not as a sales agent for the Company, Chardan shall only resell to the public and not through privately negotiated transactions, or to or for its own account."
bull
LPC was what they had at the time and it allowed them to pay the remaining payments that they owed for all the rights to CiaB...Nuvilex did the amendment to the agreement on March 21 because of a reason unknown at the moment but I would venture to guess that there was something they did not like about LPC and what they were doing or wanted in respect to shares of NVLX...so anyone who spins this any other way is doing so without all the facts...
and as far as dilution Nuvilex has been careful to raise funds at market prices for it's shareholders...a lot of bigger companies don't even do that...so for a small bio needing a lot of money for late stage clinical trials...I think that right there says something about the integrity of this company...
bull
This is a good thing and LPC is only involved until the sale of their shares...the purchase agreement is terminated...
bull
esusan...I was thinking that when Nuvilex created the delay to LPC there was a good reason for it...this was it...do you think like I do that Nuvilex realized they were not happy with the arrangement with LPC right out of the gate and worked to change for the sake of the shareholder...
bull
After traveling all over the globe for the better part of the last two months putting the pieces in place for its two-pronged attack on pancreatic cancer
didn't you leave something out?
bull
Nuvilex will present the company's business model and growth strategy at the 4th annual Ld Micro Conference at 4:00pm on 6/4/14 at the Luxe Hotel Los Angeles, CA
Nuvilex will present the company's business model and growth strategy at the 3rd Annual Marcum Microcap Conference at 1:30pm on 5/29/14 at the Grand Hyatt New York.
bull
so here you will receive all your answers to your questions straight from the horses mouth...no need for a conference call...you guys bought Nuvilex as an investment for their Cell_in_a_Box...have some patience and give them a chance to get it out of the gate...use these opportunities to add to your position...or just hold and sit tight...you know what is coming with this stock and so do the shorts...why do you think they are working so hard...
bull
they are selling NVLX down on low volume and less shs....for instance yesterday it was 70% long positions to 30% short...it will go back up faster than it has been coming down....it always does...long investors need to stop worrying and hold their investment...because that is what you have...an investment for the future not a trade...
bull
you are spot on here Going Coastal...NVLX has been going down on low volume...then weak hands sell...this is a buying op...
bull
Nuvilex also has the worldwide rights to Bac-in-a-Box(R) technology
bull
there are no large positions cashing out with the reduced volume we have had since the end of Feb....this is all traders and shorts taking it down on low volume...happens all the time...
bull
Are they already working on diabetes and we just haven't heard about it yet...it sure seems to read that way...
Nuvilex is also working towards clinical trials associated with the symptoms of advanced pancreatic cancer and other abdominal cancers as well as diabetes.
About Nuvilex
Nuvilex (NVLX) is a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on developing and patented technology preparing to commercialize treatments for cancer and diabetes based upon a proprietary cellulose-based live-cell encapsulation technology known as Cell-in-a-Box(R). This unique and will be used as a platform upon which treatments for several types of cancer, including advanced inoperable pancreatic cancer, and diabetes are being built. Nuvilex's treatment for pancreatic cancer involves the widely used anticancer prodrug ifosfamide, together with encapsulated live cells, which convert ifosfamide into its active or "cancer-killing" form. Nuvilex is also working towards clinical trials associated with the symptoms of advanced pancreatic cancer and other abdominal cancers as well as diabetes.
bull
I was just reading they were different...thank God they are not associated with the sleazy hedge fund manager Daniel Loeb who was pushing Sotheby's around...and by the way the court upheld
Sotheby's poison pill...
bull
I would think they already have or are going to take a position on the long side...
