CENTRAM EXPLORATION LTD.: JOINT VENTURE WITH CROSSLAND URANIUM
Centram Exploration Ltd. has entered into a letter agreement with Crossland Uranium Mines Ltd., an Australian company, regarding a joint venture.
Letter agreement
Under the terms of the letter agreement, which is dated Feb. 14, 2007, Crossland and the corporation have established a joint venture effective immediately. Crossland will contribute three advanced uranium properties to the joint venture and Centram will have the right to earn a 50-per-cent interest by spending on these uranium properties a total of $8-million (Australian) over four years, with a minimum commitment of $4-million (Australian) over two years. In order to earn any interest, Centram must expend the full $8-million (Australian).
Upon attaining a 50-per-cent interest, the parties will share all further expenses 50 per cent each.
A joint venture committee will be established with equal representation from both parties. Crossland will be the operator of the joint venture.
The obligations of Centram are conditional upon graduation to Tier 2 on the TSX Venture Exchange and satisfactory financing by April 30, 2007, which financing is required for both the reactivation and graduation to Tier 2.

bought some more @ 1.02
doubt dean has much to say at this point...
short interest - for the header

dated jan i think.
"IMO, there is not a lot of U308 available"
most miners i have talked to (not in u308) say that there is loads of in the crust - just finding economic ground is the issue. as the price raises, more will be drilled, more will come into play.
a lot can happen in 7 YEARS!
good luck.
what other choice do they have but to put a brave face on?
my thinking is u308 is a short/medium play as there lots of it around. 7 years is a long time in any market.
3 times avg daily volume - my guess news is coming.
never too early for 6 corona's....
irng showing signs of life after a double top
volume today is alread above daily avg
and did you post the chart for that one!!!!!!
yeah all these charts you post are a smoke screen for what you really puting your cash into..
well yeahaaaa!
what's the story with pen?
and better still do you gots some?
dropped back to 1.15 now - back within the BBs. it'll be interesting to see how she closes.
i don't think there are many small cap libyan plays out there. at least i know only these two.
vnx verse axgc - apples to oranges
vnx mc = 339,536,375.00 cad (us 287,243,670.30)
axgc mc (25 million float unconfirmed) = us 29,750,000
or
axgc mc (37 million float also unconfirmed) = us 44,030,000
current mc multiples are between 6.52 and 9.66.
a new release from the company detailing what exactly is its float would be a very good idea (got your ears on axgc?)
vnx have a number of operations but their one concession libyan deal i think is the main focus from the market point of view. they currently get 5000 barrels a day output from their one hole drilled - this could be improved with more drilling.
can axgc match this?
answers on a post card...
guys please stay focused:
inverted h&s confirmed and now motoring....

nice upward channel forming. note the inverted h&s from the 3rd jan until now.
unfair not allowing me to respond to mr wong people.
given that you didn't delete his posts (or andy's for that matter) which were also political and with some content that was very personally directed at me.
currently being chased up by a couple of MM's.
bids .98 1.01 1.05
asks 1.08 1.08 1.10
the other neck line is around this price, so guessing it will probably stay around here for a bit.
scams become known after the fact win4me. there is some interesting similarities to this and a boild room operation.
the similarities end though when one looks at ta action. THIS IS NOT FADING.
bids and ask up:
bid .98 1.01 1.01
ask 1.04 1.04 1.04
needs to keep to a buck to keep the inverted h&s. so far sooooo gooooood!
"The stock has been bought up and brought up on blind faith, with absolutely no filings or prs to back up anything we have heard. This is either the greatest run scam in the history of the universe, or the greatest buy in the history of the universe lol."
indeed 3flight - you got it in one. despite this new revelation – buying continues good today.
Currently bids are .90 .98 and .99
Offers 1.03 1.03 and 1.04
I remain hopeful.
hmm ok.
well i did get the float value from this board and not anywhere else.
thinking about it i recall the term as only 3-4 million couldn't be accounted for.
well using inverse reasoning the stock is holding up better then i would have thought given how many shares are out. good sign.... ~:o
that's interesting as i have talked to the transfer agent also and they don't have a clue to the float number. how would they?
sure this isn't bs?
"shopping in Vegas with your learjet".
sell off in the morning then buying back in the afternoon - a traders dream.
if a buck can hold we'll have a nice inverted head and shoulders - very bullish.
web site isn't their's. they are incorporated in neveda.
nothing to look at, nor research. its a rumoured libyan oil deal in the making.
i have a good position - but because there isn't any thing to research i am suggesting that people put it on their rador. and wait for the news confirmation.
me neither Ed, but i have connections to this one. given what i now know about pinks - i won't be (probably) in the future.
ax gc could be as big as aru (no joke) - so keep watching it.
but i am into vancouver stocks and in many ways its not much differnet.
and
here's two that i'm into
u308
rumoured libyan oil deal - this could make aru look like childs' play. i wish.
okie
i thought so muha hah ha hah ahaaaaa
tos? did you mean tou?
com'on mikie don't be such a hard ass. lol i know its not your style...
mr wong has been just as much off topic has i have - but he's your buddy so you won't be even handed?
xx
not to worry - i just been here before with stock like this. if it was me that bought i wouldn't sell at this point.
i still believe the story and from a ta point of view it looks like steady accumlation.
will we still be around a buck by the end of this week. doubt it.
nah too easy
show us what your really made of. ban me.
when i post in response to someone i am talking to them NOT you. in my mind that is how it works. how does it work in your mind?
