Why is it profound?
What is so awesome about it. It's a conference.
Thums Up (emoji)
OMG! The dilution machine is non stop here.
Can't be Fake News. I'm a random poster on a message board. It has to be true just like everyone else!
I added over 10,000,000 on the dips today!
I think its hilarious when people post buying on dips lol! Fake News!
I added 10,000,000 on the dips today
First it was too much support at .0004
Then it was too much support at .0003
Now it was too much support at .0002
Next will be too much support at .0001
Next will be??? (without news to keep people around/holding)
Dilution kills.
Final post on this. The AS does not decrease due to dilution. The AS stays the same. Dilution comes from the AS being sold into the market but the AS is the AS period. It will not change. The OS is the structure that changes with dilution. If this doesn't clarify for you, you will need to do some research on your own. I'm not trying to be rude but this is pretty simple. Good Luck to you!
The AS is the total # (or maximum #) of shares available. This number would not change. Period. The OS would increase (up to a max of the total of AS) The OS and Float are the only #'s that would increase with dilution. The only way the AS would change is if the company decided to retire shares or issue more shares.
Dilution affects the OS not the AS. The AS would not change and the OS would increase. The OS increases have been posted here before.
Shhh! Stop spreading the truth! You will be labelled a basher. Lets get on board here as I'm gonna need Bagholders holding and more Bagholders buying when I'm selling!
1) Remember, the company stated that they would never ever reverse split this stock. No RS period! They did not state that a RS just wasn't planned at this time (meaning the date of the PR) like the PR plainly states.
2) This is just normal consolidation when volume hits 3/4 billion shares on a few occasions and the PPS does not move. (I think I just threw up a little in my mouth lol)
3) This company is so confident in the .01 pps that they have no problems diluting billions of shares into the market as a strategy to get there! That is phenomenal!
4) This is a once in a lifetime opportunity here! Get in while you can! This will be at .05 sometime in June and then look out! Dimes are up next and we should see $1.00++ by the end of the year. That is very possible on this low float play!
Depends on how many more the company is diluting at this point. That is the reason for the pps to be stuck with the volume we've seen. When the company decides to stop diluting, this will go up. Just not as much as previously anticipated.
Your welcome!
Nobody said there was a RS Planned. Just that there will be NO reverse split is not what the PR said. Plans can change in a heartbeat.
They stated no RS PLANNED not NO RS. Huge difference to anyone experienced to know the difference. This PR is Fluff and will do nothing.
BKMP to the moon in 2022!!!
Holy Crap! $300 spent here. Up 50%. To the MOON!! lol
Every day they wait the exit point gets lower and lower and lower. Too bad. I once saw this over .001 with news but not anymore.
took 9 days here for Bitstamp. I was expecting longer.
The ones screaming the loudest that they are buying at every downturn are the one selling and needing buyers.
I for one appreciate the work you put in.
I only needed to make up $600. At $601, there is profit if sold at $601. (not taking into account fees)
During 2008, the smart ones sold and didn't wait for it to bottom out and bought back in lower. Stronger positions were had. the ones who held and decided to ride out the storm didn't do so well compared to those who sold and bought back lower. Don't take my word for it. There is plenty of research available if one were to do a simple google search.
Yup. That's correct. I'm a horrible trader LMAO!
LMAO! Investing 101
If you sell a stock at a loss and buy back at any price and profit above and beyond the initial loss, you have made a profit. So simple a caveman can understand.
I already stated several times that it may not happen. Speculation. Just as saying they will not dilute is Speculation. You and I being alive tomorrow is also speculation.
The only fact I was bringing to light is they have 99,999,999,999 Authorized Shares prior to the split and they Can dilute.
Not a long. I know the story of the stinky pinky's in this great land lol! Following instinct. Use to try to educate and warn the newbs but most don't listen. I will never pump but if they ain't gonna listen, there will always be a buck or two to be made.
I appreciate the info and wish you the best of luck. I won't jump through hoops to buy or sell.
Interesting. I cannot place an order through Scottrade. They told me if no Bid/Ask, no order. I keep seeing it trade and wondered how.
Out of curiosity, how can you buy this with no bid and no ask?
Not "realized loss" when one can purchase more shares for less money. That is called being experienced. Keep plugging away and one day you might be as well!
Wondering if there is an updated response to this. No Regrets when I made the move. Seems like a great move at this point. Been on a consistent decline since.
It's definitely a possibility with the AS at 99,999,999,999. It's not due to the split that is for sure. Anyone suggesting the price drop from ~$19 to ~$15 is due to the split has no clue what they are talking about. It may also be people selling based on the price of Bitcoin. I would suggest keeping in contact with the TA to keep up on the share structure.
Don't invest money you can't lose. Or in any event, makes one this angry. It is no secret the risk involved in this type of investment.
I never said the company would dilute shares into the market. I said they could if they wanted to. All the spin in the world cannot cannot change that fact. There is a reason companies keep 99,999,999,999 Authorized shares and the reason usually doesn't end up being a good one. Don't take it personal. Experience is very helpful in these matters.
New here. Gagged TA?
