47,295,646 million o/s as of 11/15
As they say, never buy into a penny in the first hour of trading lol
I know. All of the time, same thing.
We understand this was happening in the past (pre-Sept 30th, 09). Now, if you actually have proof of what you say about dilution currently happening, please provide it.
Still maybe a good price to get in. Financials are great compared to last year this time. Shaking of weak hands who just want out. This went through a reverse split, so I'm guessing flippers are happy to just break even. New money will be coming in based on the current share price and the financials released yesterday. O/S is about 47 mil. Of course, do one's own DD.
Good to see you over here SJJ!
I wonder if Big Apple is still going to be their PR company after today's SEC charges against them:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2009/lr21305.htm
Hope not
Hmmm, divvy? Employee compensation? Would be nice if they'd just retire those shares.
The share structure (o/s & float) is set for positive movement, post split. Let's hope any needed financing, etc., comes from other sources and not from us investors...
Agreed~
Quite the percentage increase!
It was there before we knew of 'SEC involvement'. It was there when the page went live.
The phrase "subject to audit" has been on the page for quite some time. It is NOT new, as you say.
[the figures on the front page also carry a new item.. a "subject to audit" addition. ]
Evening!
Click the Level 2 button in the banner on the top of the screen. That should take you to some of the options. Make sure you pick OTCbb/Pinks for the Level 2 option. Nasdaq is separate. Hope that helps.
The timing is interesting, to say the least, regarding what's going on in CA, CO, MT, etc etc etc and HESG. Also, why the name 'Don Qixote'? My favorite character in the theatre...
IMO, this is the plan:
And now they can transfer them to SPNG maybe in trade for SPNG shares!!
That would be exciting since that would mean 35 million shares at $0.05 !!
This statement from the GetFugu agreement is interesting:
Any notice required or permitted by this Agreement shall be effective only if given in writing and shall be considered to have been given when (i) delivered by hand, (ii) sent by telecopier with completed transmission confirmed, provided that a copy is mailed reasonably promptly by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or (iii) received by the addressee, if sent by Express Mail, Federal Express, or other reputable express delivery service (receipt requested), or by first class certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid to the party to be notified at such a Party’s address as set forth above, or as subsequently modified by the Parties. Notices sent by Federal Express or other reputable express delivery service (receipt requested) marked for next-day delivery shall be deemed received on the next business day after sending.
IMO, seems to protect both parties from the events, or attacks, that led to the riff in the first place.
"subject to audit" has been on the website in the same location for quite some time, not just a day or two.
Just love how that short letter states 'This inquiry is non-public and should not be construed as an indication by the SEC or it's staff that any violation of law has occurred...' in paragraph 2, yet this letter is sent to Patches, thus making it public.
You must be referring to the Pensley letter that does not have any real letterhead, no signature, and numerous grammatical errors throughout.
Do you think we will meet the 3.00 pps with or without a reverse split?
Mingy, do you think we will meet the fair value with or without a reverse split? Opinions on this greatly appreciated...
Any idea when the SEC filing/audited financials are set to be released?
Once again, thanks for the effort. Very cool.
From Spongetech Code of Business/Ethics
4. Confidentiality.
Directors and executive officers must maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by the Company or its customers, and any other confidential information about the Company that comes to them, from whatever source, in their capacity as director or executive officer, except when disclosure is authorized or required by laws or regulations. Confidential information includes all non-public information that might be of use to competitors, or harmful to the Company or its customers, if disclosed.
Cool! Appreciate your efforts.
Really? So the bashing has begun, huh? That's really bothersome to me. uugh. Walmart is a pretty big deal for SDVI. Hold your shares, no matter what they say!
Anyway, anybody know when financials are usually released?
Nice post. Very interesting.
Was wondering the same thing...? Anybody do the math yet?
How long have you been trading for? And do you use L2's and charts?
True. Hopefully, with all of the attention on the SEC, etc., we'll have better oversight and regulation throughout the system. But, as I type this, I'm ROTFLMAO
I must admit, though, there have been some positive signs as of late...
Why would MM's put themselves at risk? Hmmm...start here with this lawsuit. There are numerous others, as well...
http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-67458033.html
{ It's always possible for broker/dealers to break the law, of course, but why would they put themselves at risk of sanctions and fines to allow some customer to hide a short position is a crappy little penny pump and dump like SPNG? }
Completely irrelevant. Money-grubbing lawyers. Wonder if J.P. Patches called these 'firms' as well...
The children of the CFO/COO are going to control the company with only 9,921,333 shares, if what you say with complete certainty is true? Really?
[actually, they are setting it up sp that the families still control the company after they receive their sec sanctions prohibiting their involvement in public companies.]
Seems to me he's setting his children up for retirement? College? A life without debt?
Show's his confidence in the company, imo
[[[ 1. Represents shares owned by the Steven & Mindy Moskowitz Trust in trust for Mr. Moskowitz' children.
Common Stock 9,921,333 I By trust ( 1 )
^^Talk about using the kids as pawns in a grown man's game.^^
"SPNG has to be on the up and up - he's saving those shares for his kids" ]]]
What are you amazed about? If they're on the up-and-up and have been sticking to said filings, why do they need to say anything now that they've already said before? The Form 3's are very telling, imo...
Another piece of the puzzle today!
Agreed. To the point.
{RME now holds 66 million. IMO I can assume to like everyone else. I choose to assume they did reductions as planned.]
