Someone is covering their short position IMO. They’re doing a good job keeping the PPS in check while doing so however.

I noticed the MMs stopped playing the "lower the ask below the PPS" game. That's also a good sign. IMO

No need for a 4B AS. 500M just makes more sense. If it weren't a pink, it probably wouldn't matter as much but dilution is always a threat in pinky land. I'm just pointing it out. I think there would be a lot more buying pressure if it weren't so high. The share structure is the first thing a new buyer looks at IMO. When I saw that number for the first time, not knowing any history of the company, I scoffed and just about moved along. I doubt I'm the only one.

I think the latter sounds much more desirable.

Tons and tons of PRs promising great things complimented by a disproportionate AS suggest potential dilution IMO. A reduction would boost investor confidence.

Ummmmm... stating the AS is 4B isn't twisting anything. And if it doesn't matter so much, how about putting out a PR stating it'll be reduced? By the way, you wouldn't know if the OS gets increased (ahem, gagged TA), so HNSS can tap it anytime. The fact it hasn't been reduced suggest to me it will be tapped and IMO is exactly why many traders are reluctant to jump in.

I'll tell you what brings no value... a 4B A/S.
