I have a hard time believing that he will falter at this stage of the game. He has been working on this for how long now? and how many is he going to deliver? I don't care if he had to whittle each case by hand I see no reason other than sheer ineptness this deadline expires with none delivered.
looks like super has abandoned his site.
the last we heard from him was "sore losers." at the time I thought he was angry with the posts but looking at how the stock is acting maybe he was prophesying. Let's hope not. I'm just so tired of this slow and agonizing stock action. Build one deliver one and report it. Is that too much to ask? JHC!
It's substantial in my view since there are no sales and we have no idea what the margin of profit will be if and when there is. How many are they going to deliver by the end of October wshaw14? Just little details that come to my mind.
I'd be willing to bet the current
OS is well over 400M. I think Dirks had reported in his news letter dated 7/26 that it was 403M. Has anyone called the transfer agent lately? I tried sending an email but it bounced and got a voice mail when I tried calling a few days ago. All I can say is this fast burn better produce results at the end of this month.
Well super it has taken over four years of intermittent news which for the most part has not come to pass for me to arrive at this point. How hard can it be to come down from the mountain and speak to the people who's money has supported this venture over the years. The last PR was to inform us about Ray Dirks..Tell me was that really what you were looking for after all this time? The Dazer team has been to shows and yet no report out no pics or proof they were even there. Do you enjoy just speculating on what is going on? Aren't you just a bit tired of the same ole? This company has been around for how long now? And how many contracts have been awarded? one over four years ago. Must have made quite an impression since nothing in the way of government has materialized since then. Sore? yes ...Losers..well time will tell and a short time it is.
yeah no doubt if management was even .25 of 1% as efficient as Apple we wouldn't be sitting here wondering if all is going to pan out as advertised or will it be the usual swift kick in the pills.
I hope for this companies sake it's not the latter. I feel if the CEO fails to deliver on this latest deadline it will most certainly screw the pooch.
And BTW looking a bit closer on the website it has some dates of shows where the Dazer team will be attending. To me that is not setting up a booth and when trying to find them on the vendor list they are not listed? So I guess they are just walking around handing out leaflets?
Somebody else out there know any different feel free to jump right on in.
What the message is meant to say is life is short. BB is about the same age and has piddled around for a good portion of it at least the last four years. Jobs got it done and backed up his BS with real products and because of that he had gained the respect and admiration of many people even his competitors. R.I.P SJ
A great inventor has passed..

Wow 56 and accomplished so much...think about it BB.
LOL! Good One!
No doubt, how else could he have lasted so long? But there does come a time when its put up or shut up and with the Dazer being demonstrated at these trials that part at least has to be true wouldn't you think? IMHO its the cost that is prohibitive until it can be mass produced he's stuck in the mode of bs to buy time.
Yeah no doubt its the beauty of this companies management. Stretch people out on hopes and promises two months ahead in order to buy time. Here we are going into the promised delivery month of October...sounds so familiar. What is really neat is the going from General Dynamics building these to possibly one trainee. Whoo hoo! really going to roll them out the door that way unless there are only three or four pieces like an ordinary flashlight...haha. Thus the reason I posted the email to find out where Dirks is coming up with these projections. He claims he has been there many times..well there are number of people who have posted they have done the same with similar observations. So? roll the dice place your bet or cash your ticket whatever works.
Lively bunch here.
Oh well I guess sitting and sulking will get er done. There was another stock that was being hinted about for a while here and actually pulled in quite a few people. It went to ~$4 I think at one point.. today it closed around $1.17 so I guess was comes around goes around here in penny land.
For what its worth
I emailed Dirks on 9/8 and this is the reply I got. (hope I don't piss someone off for posting this, but at this point does it matter?)
Hi - Thanks for your questions and comments . In answer to your questions, my colleague, Mike Little, and I have known LNGT for about 4 years also. We agree that they have not delivered on their objectives in the past, and no meaningful sales developed in spite of optimistic forecasts. However both Mike and I believe, as a result of several visits to the company's headquarters near Princeton, New Jersey and many other meetings with the top management, members of the Board of Directors, and people on the Scientific Advisory Board, that major orders will be obtained soon, followed by announcements - and that these laser- related developments are proprietary and patent-protected for the most part - and that these orders will fuel growth in revenues to a $30 Million annual rate sometime next year (2012). We think scientific breakthroughs have occurred in laser technology for use in several industries - not only for non-lethal weapons for use in the U.S. and abroad, but also in the healhcare field in more than one important area. Lately, management has focused on solving the past capital (cash) problems and on building manufacturing and production capabilities. Within a year or so, as profit margins develop favorably, we think that the market capitalization could reach $300 Million to $400 million as institutional and high-net worth investors become aware of LNGT's progress. Thank you for your interest, and let's keep in touch - Ray Dirks -

No direct mention of LEI or any vendor for that matter. Just an increase in attendance and so on.

Just noticed that picture of Dusty Hill is the spitt'n image of cousin IT from the Adams Family.
Looking at LEI's schedule it appears they too are on tour again..

Now that's a reply a person can appreciate without the lol and lmao and all that other garb. thumbs up!
I believe the "had been selected" in bold print is Superstartups words. Mainly because LEI is on the roster for the third day demonstration. So I wouldn't go getting all "writing on the wall" about it.
Hard to say what their marketing strategy is these days I suspect it would run in some law enforcement magazines. All I want to see is delivery get this out there and drum up some positive comments from the customers who are using them. Seems simple enough.
Thanks Iron, hope they get whatever problems they maybe having worked out PDQ I'm tired of seeing this run for the doors stock trading action.
Not sure if this is new or not its been a while since I have been to the site, but it appears the intro has changed and when you click on the "Attention Law enforcement" block it comes up with this:
http://www.laserenergetics.com/pdf/dazerlaserlawenforcement.pdf
Its something at least it shows the company still has a pulse despite all the silence.
Just like JB is doing now
gotta love the action that has been going on for over a week now dump all day and toss a $50 to shore it up. The only problem is its still declining. What steaming pile of regret this has been.
So setting up in their booth, on more than one occasion, doesn't qualify as "participation??" What would that be classified as charity? ha ha. Ok call it what you want I call it assumption. Frankly lawyers are paid by the company not the other way around. They can advise but if the company so desires the lawyers will draw up the papers all the lawyers want is to be paid for services rendered. GD is divided up into different groups and the decision making comes from management of that group and if its big $$ it runs up the corporate ladder. Make sense?
Understood you the first time iron. And when and if the time comes GD will be availble to build them. Now if you have a copy of the agreement between the two then maybe I would think your claim is as real as it gets, but somehow assumptions is all we have. And what is so wrong with the company who drew up the design specs in the first place building the first few for trail?
As a matter of fact it probably makes damn good sense for debugging, developing manufacturing best known methods and training criteria..something I'm sure GD would not offer as part of a manufacturing agreement..IMHO
"Well, I told y'all GD wasn't doing the manufacturing." Sorry you are wrong on that assumption. It was told a while back that LEI would build the first few Dazers and that GD was for larger volumes. I belive Superstartup called and verified GD is still there when and if the time comes. Just trying to keep it real here.
Thumbs up on your efforts super
Oh I know and this latest one has the same tone to it. He just doesn't know how to deal with people for lack of a better explanation. If he was smart he would have had a couple of good pr's ready to go instead of this standard ray of hope he throws out there only to fall back into silence along with the SP. I would like to pull an Uncle Fester's headache remedy on him for once.
Funny how these numbers get thrown around now.. where was this argument 12 months ago? I guess this can be attributed to a sudden eureka moment or maybe there is something else. JMHO
Same to you LTG. I agree lots of $$ hope it doesn't get much higher!
I too have been here for nigh on four years. The number of shares outstanding was pretty high this time last year but I don't recall much grumbling about it then. In my opinion the company had to come up with the money to appease the customers request for upgrades. Now that appears to have been done. The next phase IMHO was to come up with some more big cash so GD can get the ball rolling on manufacturing. What good is it if you have the upgraded devise but can't churn it out in any quantity?
I'm stupid I guess but if what I think is happening then the dazer should be in the customers hands and ready for trial like it should have been last year.
I admit I cringed when I read some of those statements because like LTG has said its typical Battis and I think we all can agree his past statements have not helped this stock at all.
As far as world wide I did verify last week Airtrace Ltd is still a distributor. When asked why they haven't updated their website the response was "since our contacts within the HM Gov. are well known to us we generally don't shout too much on the www site. Some of the products we supply to HM Gov don't make it on to the www site at all." So to me that makes sense as far as customers go its not going to be folks who like to advertise. Just MHO.
No doubt ...if your posts are not obvious to you then that explains alot. DELET at will almighty one
Naw I've cast aside the CEO bashing its a worn out and tired subject matter time to move on with something a little more positive or in my case just not comment. Although I do like the patriotism in the memo something that I can relate to and one of the reasons I still own this stock.
Rightly so. I imagine it would be in the companies best interest to protect their intellectual property since it has yet to be patented. I forget how long it takes to get a patent pending status I know its not something that is acquired overnight.
I agree the process churns out the fuel and the unit can be placed at the chosen business location. It sounds like the CEO prefers to place five units in one place rather than to have five units in five separate locations. I take this is because JBII is going to service/maintain the units?
Yes thank you my confusion was that the reply had that link labeled as CC. I have since sat through the 58 minute meeting.
I stand corrected the goop reply was in reference to what the competition produces. So to sum it up its P2 to P7 and the company he is currently looking at is a cardboard recycler using the plastic linings and other parts. I'm not knocking the tech its more that he mentions (I believe home heating oil?) which is far different than other grades of fuel and I'm sure that along with selling fuel comes the requirements of certain additives and other specs that I have no idea about.
You can say wrong as many times as you wish. My point is the CC is a 3.5 minute infomercial. Yes they go through the process..sorry that doesn't answer the questions I have been asking about plastic vs fuel grades. I know the CEO today mentioned lower grades of plastic just goop up (my interpretation not his exact words, but close enough.)
