I guess I must not be on NITE's approved buyers list since he still has those 5775 shares available. LOL.
I use Etrade also, but rarely talk to them!
Yeah, I guess it only took time. LOL. Thanks for the numbers, SB. Maybe I'll hit that 5775 again towards the end of the day to see how many times they'll be offered.
By the way, Etrade told me UDHC is on the grey sheets.
As i said: useless as breasts on a boar.
I told them I have a record of this trading day also and at the end of the day my next call would be to the SEC. Anyone have the appropriate number?
While I'm waiting I'll walk them down again. Pretty funny.
Etrade.
After much goobly gook I was told that the trade was credited to my account however they have no explanation for why it hasn't printed other than it sometimes takes time. LOL. That was me by the way walking NITE down with his 5775 shares that I already bought earlier at .0147. Hilarious, wasn't it? Think I'll do it again.
On the phone with my broker at the moment. This ought to be good.
Screw my broker. They're obviously as useless as mammary glands on a boar.
Go ahead and tell me again that this isn't a rigged game, 'cause I don't have any other explanation.
Somebody (and I suspect MM's) is playing with this. Yesterday I bought 25k at the ask of .013 and ETMM was showing only 5k available. Didn't budge. This morning 5775 was available by NITE which I bought and the trade went through almost immediately yet it didn't print on L2 and shows they're still available????????? WTF?
Tue Dec 13 10:04:41 2011 Buy 5775 UDHC Executed @ $0.0147
Account: xxxx-xxxx Your Day buy order for 5775 UDHC at a limit price of $0.0147 was executed at $0.0147. See order # xxxx for details.
I believe that's the oodles club. 1 oodle = 1 million shares.
Looks like you and I and a few others have oodles. LOL.
Excellent, o golden one. May they hatch to become many multiples of thy original investment.
Thanks and to you, too, Wooley and all!
Looks like no more nibbling for awhile. LOL.
Well, if I don't sell until it appreciates enough, no problem. It's a risk, however in this case I believe a justifiable one. I pay about $9 a trade. These days I'm hoping to stimulate somebody besides myself into seeing the value in this company. If not, oh well. Seems like a no brainer to me.
Nice pics, SB! Proof is in the puddin' as they say. If SomeBody wants to put those .014's out of their misery, I'll start working on the .0145's.
I love this company! Good work ethic. Great customer service. One of these days the markets going to get the fact of this company doing so well in this economic climate (weather related pun intended). I think I'll celebrate by buying another 10k. Better hurry. .014's going going.....
See? After My first buy then things get credited. I wish I knew what was going on with the first ones. Like I said ......priming the pump. LOL.
It was the same before my buy and after my buy. No change. Like I said , it seems I have to prime the pump first before Nite will budge. I'll demonstrate.
Glad you stopped by. I agree with you that things are going gangbusters with the company. The trading still seems to be a little weird however since I take a rather long term approach to these things I'm confident that as UDHC continues to perform the pps will inevitably reflect their progress. Actually I think most of the old timers have either sold by now or are solidly on board with what I think are still way undervalued prices. GLTY.
What's up, Wooley? I doubt it's shorting. Have you looked at the latest PR's? Lots of nice contracts and progress on multiple levels. You thinking about getting back in the water?
Good morning, SB. If you look at your level II you'll see I've primed the pump again this morning. I still don't get why the first trade of the day doesn't seem to count. Everything you see was just the way it was. Unchanged. Except for the 10k buy at the ask. ???????????
That and all the contracts and work that they're doing is why I'm buying more here. Banner year, in deed.
I believe most of mine go through ETMM. It just struck me as weird. Almost like my 15k primed the pump and then an immediate 7k buy actually was applied to NITE's ask.
SB. I have a question for you. I bought 15k today at .014. NITE had 63K at .014. Immediately after my buy went through a shadow buy of 7k went through and reduced NITE's ask to 56k. My buy wasn't represented anywhere. ?????? Any ideas?
I can't see this staying below .02 if they follow through...
LOL. I was wondering what use I could put my Kinderview certificates to. Now I know. Emergency toilet supplies. I like the pretty blue color, though. As to UDHC, I'm not selling either. Incredible news of late and since they took over UDHC. This is actually the type of company I would normally be looking for and for me it happened by luck of the draw. GL to us.
That's funny. I was thinking the very same thing. We are holding .014 however.
Actually NITE was showing 175k at the start of the day yesterday. He pulled 100k off and is now showing 75K. UBSS started the day yesterday with a little over 50k and is now reduced to 23k (now 13k because of a recent buy). That's where the shares came off yesterday (I know, because I was buying and watching). Only a little less than 100k left at .014. I believe we'll look back soon at say: Hey, remember when we had an opportunity to buy at .014?
disclaimer: I've occasionally been in error, however this time I don't think so. LOL.
Just checked in to see how monday morning was going. Wow! A new contract for $180k is a great start to the week! Congratulations are again in order to Jean and Co.. This just demonstrates again the diversity of business that JNS has accumulated on the basis of quality installations and customer service. Only going to get better, imo.
Jean's business plan is moving along just fine. The model you suggest is not the business model of how this type of company operates. I think you've been looking at some other company or you haven't really looked into this one. Generic business plans that would apply to another type of company doesn't mean this companys plan isn't being executed well. UDHC's prior higher stock price was achieved with another owner and was gained by nebulous means. I believe UDHC's continuing success will earn a higher and more sustainable share price.
Wow is right! What a great way to end the week. Seems to be getting real thin.
If I understand what you're saying, then since UDHC said it's going to buy back 15 mil shares and has been buying then it's a very good thing. I agree. Why would I not want to buy also? If the company has enough faith in its growth to buy, why wouldn't I?
Only 35k left on the ask.
To all Veterans today: Thank you for your service and may God bless you and your families.
I absolutely agree, Champ. I'll probably hit the ask a little later but you never know, I might get lucky. LOL. By the way, I really like your Hulk avatar squeezing NITE. Got a good chuckle there.
That's just me, mrbizzard. Trying to pick up some really cheap ones if somebody will let me.
Hey, Alive! Glad to see you still around. I've been adding too and I agree these are exciting times. Finally. Only a matter of time. As FTA said: "It's a beautiful thing!".
Bingo! That's what made me think of that earlier PR. Gotta love that connection.
Nice pickup there, blademan. I also think we will be seeing more solar installations because of what they did earlier in the year:
Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: UDHC) announced today that their employees have completed their solar training certification. The inherent skills an electrical contractor with this training provides the strong foundation to join this rapidly growing industry.
Solar in 2011 is expected to double over 2010 with renewable energy the pile driver to new jobs. Simply put, solar in this country is on the verge of blowing up. There is no substitute for experience when it comes to solar system design, installer jobs and solar sales, but the right training is a good start.
Jean Howe, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, "I see significant growth with the addition of solar to our already successful electrical contracting business. Now that our employees have completed the pre bid solar training requirements I am now able to move forward with our contract negotiation. With this investment in additional training for our crews we will be able to seamlessly enter the solar market and see results immediately.”
