"...Patience, Grasshoppah............. I believe there is a new major investor in the mix who also came equipped with his own 'mouthpiece'. That means the new mouthpiece has to burp at least twice to get noticed and would subsequently slow down the brewery deal a bit. Sometimes a little extra prudence saves a lot of time and crud down the road.
I'd also suggest that if we don't hear something solid by Friday afternoon, then there will probably be a post-Labor Day barrage of new information.
Please send an email "..Attention: Tome Snow.." on the Subject Line, and repeat your concern about the number 4 for Japan sales so that they have it in writing. Telling someone something without providing confirming correspondence is often not very effective.
John
I got this of of SI.
Pete
I just wrote an email to Tree Of Life in St. Augustine to find out which stores they delivery to. Here is the email I sent.
Hi,
Do you carry any of Rush Beverage products? Such as Rush Cola, Rush XXX, or E-Water. I was told that you do. Also, I travel a lot in Florida, and I’m having a hard time finding the products. Can you give me a list of the stores that carry it? Then I would know where to purchase them.
Thanks,
Pete Dahlberg
I hope I hear back from them. I'll keep you posted.

I beleive the distributor is Tree of Life in St. Augustine. I do know that they do distribute in Texas. My brother works for tree of life in St. Augustine. I did ask him about a month ago, if he has seen the product, and he said yes.
I'll contact him, in the next few days to double check. Also, see if I can get a list of stores that carry Rush cola, XXX and maybe e-water.

Tropical Storm Ernesto (now 45mph) is moving northwest toward South Florida this morning. The center of the storm has remerged over water after crossing Cuba for almost 20 hours. The storm will likely regain some additional strength today as a result. Fortunately, it remained over land long enough to most likely prevent Ernesto from rapidly intensifying. Heavy rainfall on the order of 4 to 8 inches is the main threat as it bears down on the U.S.
Hurricane watches are in effect for much of South Florida and the Northwest Bahamas. In addition, tropical storm warnings are posted for many of the same areas.
You never know where a hurricane is going to go. It still could go up the east coast or the west coast.
This is been an update from Peter in Lake City, Florida. Which is 45 min. from the HOME OF THE MIGHTY GATORS.
GOOOOOOOOOOO, GATORSSSSSSSSS
GOOOOOOOOOOO, RUSHHHHHHHHHHH
What kind did you get? Did you hire someone to hook it up? They where going to charge me $2000.00 to hook mine up. I did my self, with the help of a neighbor, for $400.00. It was not hard. Good luck.
Pete
In a way, I wish it would hit us. LOL... Then I could try out the generator.
Thanks, I appreciate it,
Pete
I live in North Florida and I can't find it either. I have to order mine through their web site, and that gets expensive.
One day it will be every where.
Well, What is Emesto going to do? Is it going up the East Coast or the West Coast? I live in Lake City, which is north of Gainsville. We had a lot of damage from Frances.
This year I'm prepared, I bought a 15KW standby generator, enough to run my whole house. It comes on every Friday for 15 minutes to charge the battery.
Good luck to you, and stay dry.
Pete
I can get the web site
Just off the phone with Andera (I think I got the name right) from Rush Beverage main office, concerning the shortage of my recent order. She said that they were shipped in 3 boxes, and 1 got seperate from the others. If it doesn't arrive today or tomorrow, call her back. I really appreciated the phone call. She was very pleasent and professional.

The Trendspotter panels will also be used to further research conducted by the NACS/Coca-Cola Leadership Council (NCCLC) that was presented during the NACS Show 2005 session "Building Loyalty with the Next Generation.” A key takeaway from the session indicated that teenagers cannot be ignored, as they represent today’s most profitable and impressionable consumers.
I hope they pick us. This could help us a lot.
I hope the trendspotter panel picks our product to be the hottest and most innovative products to hit convenience store shelves.

I really don't think you'd have a problem getting in. It would be great if you could. That way you can take some pictures and ask Bob some important questions. You could just tell them that your planning on opening a convenience store, and would like some insight on the products.
Good Luck
Pete
It's exciting isn't it.
Thanks, We all need to be reminded of events that are taking place. This will reinforce the faith that we have in the company and our products.
I believe like MSstrength that the brewery deal will take place in early September.

I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THE POTENTIAL THAT WE HAVE. LADIES AND GENTLEMAN. ISN'T IT NICE KOWNING THAT WE ARE PART OWNERS OF A COMPANY THAT IS GOING TO EXCELL. NOT ONLY WILL IT MAKE US RICH, BUT WE ARE HELPING PEOPLE BE HEALTHY. THIS IS A WIN, WIN, WIN, SITUATION.
PETE
I agree
Pete
If he decided to do this, what type of increase do you think we would see in the stock price? It would be a win, win situation. This also would draw in a lot more investors. With more investors, means more money for the company. We need to take this company to the next level. I'm talking world wide.
Pete
I believe, one way to increase the value of our stock, which would not only benifet the stockholders and Bob, is to combine Rush Beverage and Rushnet. This would really show that Bob is 100% committed to the stockholders, and the company.
We are all in this for Rush Beverage and Rushnet to succeed. The stockholders are doing a lot of advertising, calling a lot of stores and making sure companies stock Rush products.
I look at this a a team effort. If Rush Beverage and Rushnet succeed, the stockholders succeed.
Bob, think about this, teams succeed by working together, each having a common goal, TO WIN
This was just a thought.
PETE
I received my order for e-water and XXX today. They shorted me on the XXX by 12 bottles. They may be having a shortage in supply. I'll be glad when all the deals are completed.
I love my XXX, and my stepson loves the e-water. He's in the High School Band, and he tells me he feels refreshed, after drinking it. He loves the e-water.
Pete
Buy me some more
It doesn't mean I have to like it.
IS EVERY ONE OK OUT THERE, NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING
GO RUSH…GO RUSH…GO RUSH.... HAVE A GREAT DAY
$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I didn't know we started out so high on Friday? Must be a typo. The high was only .0027
Pete
I hope so, its been almost 5 mths.
Pete
Japan may have wanted something differant.

RushNet, Inc. Dazzles Expo West 2006 - Attracts Major Interest from China and Hong Kong Wednesday March 29, 9:10 am ET The best part of this article is.... The company explained that it will satisfy the overwhelming volume of inquiries from industry, shareholders and consumers regarding trade-show news with this release and one to follow on North American related sales and distribution news. CHINA Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., stated that RushNet is in negotiations with an OTC company that is financing the construction of 1,000 natural foods stores throughout China and RushNet expects to merchandise its complete line-up in all these new stores. Superb Play long or short term. This Bob Corr has the right stuff in my opinion
What ever happen in China?
This is an old post (March). I have'nt heard the out come.
