Gamecom Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Global VR; Acquisition Will Add
Product Diversity and Substantial Revenue Stream
ARLINGTON, TX, Jan 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- GameCom, Inc. (OTCBB:GAMZ) -- a
leader in interactive Internet gaming -- today announced that it has signed a
letter of intent to acquire Global VR, a leading manufacturer of pc-based
virtual reality arcade games.
Under the terms of the expected agreement, GameCom, Inc., www.GameComInc.com,
will acquire Global VR, Inc., www.globalvr.com, in a stock-for-stock or merger
transaction. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The agreement will be
subject to a number of conditions, including approval by GameCom shareholders.
The company's name and trading symbol will remain unchanged.
Global VR brings to GameCom ten issued patents and such new industry-leading
products as "VR Vortek(TM)," featuring "Heavy Gear II." Additionally, Global
VR's recent acquisition of Interactive Light has expanded its product line,
giving it such sports simulation market hits as "Home Run Derby," and "Kick It,"
which has sold over 2,800 units worldwide since its introduction.
Global VR's games are currently located in such world-class locations as
Jillian's, Dave and Buster's, SEGA GameWorks, Cyberstation, Caesar's Palace, Sea
World, and the Six Flags parks. Its "Home Run Derby" has been in Major League
Baseball stadiums for several years. GVR currently has a total of five new
products slated for release in 2001.
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's chief executive officer, stated, "This acquisition
will catapult GameCom to a new level. We believe that Global VR and the VR
Vortek(TM) are recognized innovative leaders in the arcade industry. This
expansion, and our complementary products, allows GameCom to compete in two
high-growth markets within the $40 billion per year computer gaming industry. We
expect a seamless and timely integration."
With over 50 combined years in the arcade and amusement industry, Global VR's
management brings depth and talent to GameCom. Under the arrangement, Milind
Bharvirkar, currently president of Global VR, will assume the responsibilities
of chief executive officer of the new, combined company, while L. Kelly Jones,
currently GameCom's chief executive officer, will continue in his role as
chairman of the board of directors.
Global VR recently entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Virtual
Distribution, Inc ("VDI") to represent Global's VR Vortek(TM) line of virtual
reality arcade games. The exclusive agreement calls for VDI to purchase a
minimum of 500 VR Vortek(TM)s over an 18-month period, representing in excess of
$5,000,000 in sales. Global VR has already received purchase orders under the
agreement with VDI for 100 units.
Milind Bharvirkar, Global VR's president, stated, "We are delighted to bring
Global VR's proven products, management team, and revenue potential to GameCom.
This acquisition should provide the combined company access to new capital
markets to sustain manufacturing capabilities for the recent increase and demand
for both Global VR's new products as well as GameCom's `Net GameLink(TM). One of
our goals is to move to an established exchange as soon as practical, and this
transaction represents a significant step in moving GameCom toward satisfying
certain required criteria for these exchanges."
After the acquisition, GameCom will have combined manufacturing capabilities and
collective strategic alliances with Activision, Computer Associates, Intel,
Ritual Entertainment, Fastrak, and AMD. Agreements regarding additional
alliances are pending.
GameCom, www.GameComInc.com, based in Arlington, Texas, designs, manufactures,
and assembles `Net GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming concept
utilizing network-enabled gaming kiosks. GameCom recently completed the `Net
GameLink(TM) system, and is now engaged in the sales and marketing of this
innovative concept.

Friends and shareholders:
Attached is today's press release indicating GameCom's return to the Cyberathlete Professional League's huge tournament in mid-December. This will be very different for us than was the September Frag 4 event, as this time we will be actually hosting tournament play on our 'Net GameLink systems.
We anticipate that this event will generate a huge volume of interest in 'Net GameLink as the preeminent tournament platform, which we have long expected will grow into a major market niche for our company.
We were very pleased with the response we received at IAAPA in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago. Frankly, the international reaction was more than we expected. We are following up on expressions of interest from literally almost all points in world, from England to Korea to South Africa to Taiwan. We will shortly be receiving international visitors here in Arlington who are returning to the states solely to observe 'Net GameLink.
Further, our continued exposure at this fall's series of events has begun to "legitimize" the company within the industry. We are now receiving proposals from software developers/animators with next generation product who see 'Net GameLink as a launching mechanism for their new games.
I assure you that the kiosk industry has noticed GameCom as an innovator and as an up-and comer. You can look for and expect some significant trade journal exposure within the industry in the near future.
The month of December will be arduous for us here at GameCom, as the hours will be long and hard. We will be traveling quite a bit, and will be manufacturing units and finalizing plans for delivery of 'Net GameLink systems to third-party locations.
Operationally, it's been a good year for our company. Look for a letter from me within the next couple of weeks encapsulating what we've accomplished in 2000.
With a product now in distribution and delivery, and with increasing industry awareness, respect, and acceptance, it will soon be time for senior management to begin the artful process of spreading the company's message within the broker, analyst, and market maker communities. Of course, we're disappointed in the current share price, but with our small float that could turn around very quickly with some market support. We're almost ready for me to start speaking in earnest with the investment community.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Email from GAMZ CEO on todays news.
E-mail from Kelly concerning todays PR:
Friends and shareholders:
Sometimes my correspondence to you is direct and straightforward, and deals only with the matter at hand. Other times, however, my correspondence is carefully crafted to offer a glimpse of future announcements. Yesterday's correspondence regarding the 10-Q was in the latter category.
Attached is this morning's press release announcing that GameCom has expanded its marketing efforts to the Midwest region, through our distribution agreement with Gateway Games and Amusements. We believe this is yet another threshold point for the company, in at least two instances.
First, it marks our first venture beyond the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Although we have previously announced a few strategic sales, they were all with industry leaders' locations close to our home base, where we could keep a close eye on the NGL systems. Confident now of their performance and reliability, we wanted to slowly expand to another market, before we commence general sales activity.
Second, this marks our first publicly-announced distribution agreement. We believe that ultimate market penetration will be dependent upon establishing a top-quality distributor network, and this is our first announcement in that area.
We are pleased with our developing relationship with Gateway. As fate would have it, Scott Miller was working the booth next to us at AMOA, and became very excited about 'Net GameLink's market potential. He probably spent more time at AMOA in our booth learning about GameCom and NGL than he did in his. We think Gateway Games and Amusements, and entering the Midwest region, is perfect for us at this time.
Gateway is in Atlanta with the GameCom staff assisting us with our booth at IAAPA. We are confident of a successful marketing effort there.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

GameCom Enters Second Market; Distribution Agreement With Gateway Games
Announced
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2000--GameCom, Inc.
(OTCBB:GAMZ), a leader in interactive online gaming, today announced that
the company has entered a second geographical market, and that it has
entered a distribution agreement with Gateway Games and Amusements of St.
Louis, Missouri.
According to the terms of the agreement, Gateway Games and Amusements will
act as GameCom's non-exclusive distributor for `Net GameLink(TM) in the
Midwest region. Gateway Games recently procured placements for a
significant number of systems in both Helen Fitzgerald's and Cyberg's in
St. Louis.
Scott Miller, president of Gateway Games and Amusements, stated "I first
experienced `Net GameLink(TM) at the AMOA convention in September. I trulz
believe that GameCom's entertainment system is the wave of the future, and
I am excited to be a part of the regional rollout of this innovative
system. `Net GameLink(TM) has been extremely well-received, and we
anticipate that the demand for this revolutionary entertainment system
will result in high demand in Gateway's target areas for distribution."
"Helen Fitzgerald's is an ideal strategic venue for `Net GameLink(TM),
because of its heavy traffic as well as the family-style atmosphere. In

validation that `Net GameLink(TM) is the premier entertainment system for
gamers in a social setting."

Email from GAMZ CEO regarding 10Q
E-Mail from Kelly......
Friends and shareholders:
Attached is GameCom's 10-Q for the third quarter of 2000, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier today.
In preparing this correspondence, I reflected upon my words when I forwarded the last 10-Q:
"I am confident that upon reviewing the 10-Q you will see the positive progress we have made during the second quarter. Obtaining and finalizing our growth capital needs (upon very favorable terms), putting together a management team, and making plans for a September industry and gaming "unveiling" of 'Net GameLink -- it was a productive quarter.
"The transition from concept to product is virtually complete, and we look forward to an exciting and challenging third quarter, in which we intend to be visible in the both the marketplace and the gaming arena."
In this instance, I believe reflecting on those words serves us well. It was a productive and successful quarter for GameCom. We unveiled 'Net GameLink to two diverse industry constituencies, and the product was extremely well-received. We incorporated the constructive feedback we received into a few product refinements, which will be in the 'Net GameLink systems we will begin delivering next week.
The quarter went as planned: First, unveiling the product, and then focusing on a few strategic sales to entertainment industry leaders, some of which have already been publicly announced. Second, we concluded several hardware affiliations which will ensure that we can timely deliver NGL systems once we commence active sales activity. Third, it was the first full quarter with our staff, and we laid an immense amount of logistical groundwork for the company's future.
The fourth quarter objectives include placing those early sales, and using those placements to foster additional sales in our test markets. The fourth quarter will also find GameCom expanding its marketing efforts to new test markets, and continuing the process of setting up a viable distribution network.
As you will see by a careful reading of the 10-Q, all of this planning is pointing to general sales commencing and "material revenue" likewise commencing during the first quarter of 2001.
The GameCom team is presently at the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA) Convention in Atlanta, the country's largest gathering of amusement park operators and vendors in the country. We have been eagerly looking forward to this exposure, and the timing fits perfectly with our business plan. We certainly expect good news to emanate from our presence there.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

principal are approximately $16,700. Based on the effectiveness of the SB-2
registration statement for the Swartz private equity line as discussed above,
the Company began to draw upon the private equity line during the early portion
of the fourth quarter of 2000. The amount which the Company can draw down under
this line is based upon the volume of trading in the Company's common stock. As
a result, the amount which the Company can draw down may be limited so long as
trading volume remains low. The Company presently intends to pay one-half of its
interest-bearing debt during the first quarter of 2001, and the remainder of its
interest-bearing debt during the second quarter of 2001, based on its sales
projections and the availability of the Swartz private equity line.
Notwithstanding the existence of the equity line of credit, holders of the
Company's debt (most of whom are stockholders) are in a position to shut down
the Company's operations should they determine to do so.Plan of Operations
The opinions of the Company's independent auditor for each of the last two
fiscal years expressed substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue
as a going concern. Based upon its announcement of the $15,000,000.00 Swartz
private equity line, an investor agreed to purchase 71,429 shares of common
stock at $.70 per share for a total of $50,000, and to lend the Company an
additional $50,000. In addition, the Company has borrowed $90,000 in lieu of
drawing upon the Swartz Private Equity line, and has used those funds to hire
key management staff, who are implementing the Company's business plan for the
development of 1) corporate organization, 2) strategic alliances within the
computer gaming industry, 3) advertising and promotional materials, 4) an
up-graded website, 5) distribution agreements, 6) the Company's industry and
trade show presence, and 7) further development and improvement of the Company's
`Net GameLinkTM product. Due to limited financing until being able to fully draw
upon the Swartz private equity line, the Company's marketing efforts were
focused on two major trade shows in September, the Amusement and Music Operators
Association convention in Las Vegas and the Cyberathlete Professional League
FRAG4 tournament in Dallas, as well as on orders for high-profile strategic
sales to industry leaders such as Malibu SpeedZone and Main Event.
The Company began to receive limited revenues from operation of its present
beta-test system at J. Gilligan's during the early portion of the third quarter
of 2000. However, these revenues are not expected to be sufficient to carry out
any substantial advertising and marketing. Based upon the interim capital
obtained in June of 2000, and additional corporate borrowings of $90,000, the
Company has 8
moved forward with implementation of its marketing plan as discussed in the
preceding paragraph; however, the Company will be unable to carry out
substantial advertising and marketing until the Swartz private equity line
becomes fully available to the Company during the fourth quarter of 2000, and
until the Company begins to receive significant revenue from the sale of its
'Net GameLink(TM) systems, which revenue is expected to begin in material
amounts during the first quarter of 2001.
The Company will in the future need to hire a qualified chief operating officer,
and there is no assurance that it will be able to obtain one. During the second
and third quarters of 2000, the Company retained a director of sales, a director
of marketing, a director of production, and a gaming technical adviser. The
Company is currently negotiating commissioned sales agreements and distribution
agreements. The Company does not presently intend to hire other salaried key
management personnel during the next 12 months, although additional employees
may become necessary. All of the employees mentioned above, along with the
Company's director of technical services, are presently being compensated at
market rates. However, the Company's senior management (CEO, president, vice
president, and secretary) are serving without compensation, and the Company
expects this will continue to be the case indefinitely until the Company's
interest-bearing debt has been substantially reduced.

Notes to Financial Statements
For the Quarters Ended September 30, 2000 and 1999
Note 1 Reference to Notes to Financial Statements dated December 31, 1999
The notes to the Financial Statements dated December 31, 1999 should be read in
conjunction with these financial statements. These financial statements include
all adjustments that are, in the opinion of management, necessary for a fair
presentation of the results for the interim periods.
Note 2 Bankruptcy of First Brewery of Dallas, Inc. subsidiary
The Company placed First Brewery of Dallas, Inc. into voluntary liquidation
under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Act on June 15, 2000. No creditor appeared at
the creditor's meeting held on July 17, 2000. Elimination of indebtedness for
most trade payables of this subsidiary was shown as an extraordinary item on the
statement of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2000. The Company
subsequently determined that it had understated the amount of such indebtedness
which had been eliminated in the bankruptcy by $51,546. The amount is shown as
an extraordinary item for the quarter ended September 30, 2000.
5
ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS
OF OPERATIONS.
The following discussion contains certain forward-looking statements that are
subject to business and economic risks and uncertainties, and the Company's
actual results could differ materially from those forward-looking statements.
The following discussion regarding the financial statements of the Company
should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and notes thereto.
Overview. The Company was capitalized in 1996 to develop, own, and operate theme
brewpub/microbrewery restaurants. Until March of 1997 when the Company acquired,
and July 1, 1997, when the Company began operating, the former Hubcap Brewery &
Kitchen in Dallas, Texas, the Company had no operations or revenues and its
activities were devoted solely to development.
In January, 1999, the Company terminated its brewpub/microbrewery restaurant
operations. Future revenues and profits will depend upon various factors,
including market acceptance of `Net GameLinkTM, and general economic conditions.
The Company's present sole source of revenue is the sale of 'Net GameLink(TM)
systems and from associated royalties. The Company began receiving revenue from
its permanent beta-test site at J. Gilligan's at Arlington, Texas on July 28,
2000. It announced its first sale of the 'Net GameLink(TM) system to a third
party during the third quarter of 2000, and expects to receive the first revenue
from that sale during the fourth quarter of 2000.
On June 5, 2000, the Company announced that it had entered into a subscription
agreement for up to a $15,000,000.00 sale of common stock and warrants under a
private equity line contract with Swartz Private Equity, L.L.C. ("Swartz"), an
institutional private equity fund. This financing allows the Company to issue
common stock and warrants at the Company's discretion as often as monthly as
funds are needed in amounts based upon certain market conditions. The pricing of
each common stock sale is based upon current market prices at the time of each
draw, and the Company may set a floor price for the shares each month at the
Company's discretion. The Company's SB-2 registration statement for the Swartz
private equity line was filed on July 12, 2000, and became effective with the
Securities and Exchange Commission on August 10, 2000. The Company made its
first draw on the Swartz equity line during the month of October, 2000.
There can be no assurances that the Company will successfully implement its
expansion plans, including the 'Net GameLinkTM entertainment concept. The
Company faces all of the risks, expenses, and difficulties frequently
encountered in connection with the expansion and development of a new business.
These include limited working capital pending being able to draw upon the Swartz
private equity line, difficulties in maintaining delivery schedules if and when
volume increases, the need to develop support arrangements for systems at widely
dispersed physical locations, the need to control operating and general and
administrative expenses, and the need to spend substantial amounts on initial
advertising to develop an awareness of the Company and its products. In
addition, the Company's Chief Executive 6
Officer is a practicing attorney with no training or prior experience in
managing or overseeing a public company. Results of Operations.
Quarter ended September 30, 2000 compared to quarter ended September 30, 1999.
These two periods are in no way comparable, since the quarter ended September
30, 1999 reflects the Company's unsuccessful efforts to develop its
brewpub/microbrewery business, whereas the quarter ended September 30, 2000
reflects a redirection of the Company's efforts from the discontinued business
to the development of the Company's 'Net GameLinkTM system. For the quarter
ended September 30, 2000, the Company had revenues of only $193, all from
royalties on its beta-test system. Administrative costs of $106,114 for the
quarter ended September 30, 2000 compared to $319,078 for the quarter ended
September 30, 1999 reflect expenses incurred in registering its securities under
the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 . The increase in interest charges from a
negative $5,675 for the quarter ended September 30, 1999 to $5,200 for the
quarter ended September 30, 2000 reflects elimination of accrued interest when
directors paid corporate debt they had guaranteed and an inrease in borrowing
during the current fiscal year. The finance charges of $58,695 in the quarter
ended September 30, 2000 represents shares issued to directors in connection
with additional borrowings by the Company.
The Company placed First Brewery of Dallas, Inc. into voluntary liquidation
under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Act on June 15, 2000. No creditor appeared at
the creditor's meeting held on July 17, 2000. The elimination of most of the
indebtedness for trade payables of this subsidiary was shown as an extraordinary
item on the statement of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2000. The
Company subsequently determined that it had understated the amount of
indebtedness eliminated in the bankruptcy. As a result, an additional $51,548 is
shown as an extraordinary item for the quarter ended September 30, 2000.
Liquidity and Capital Resources. As of September 30, 2000 the Company's
liquidity position was extremely precarious. The Company had current liabilities
of $956,995, including $422,223 in trade payables, some of which were overdue,
short-term notes payable to shareholders of $352,166, most of which were either
demand indebtedness or were payable at an earlier date and were in default, bank
debt of $135,000 and related accrued interest on the notes. Current assets
available to meet those liabilities were only $5,736 .
To date the Company has met its capital requirements through capital
contributions, loans from principal shareholders and officers, bank borrowings,
and certain private placement offerings. For nine months ended September 30,
2000, the net gain was $68,877. However, that gain was represented entirely by
the elimination of accounts payable and accrued expenses as a result of the
bankruptcy described above. Actual cash requirements for the nine months,
including capital expenditures of $8,979 were approximately $133,000. To cover
most of these cash requirements, the Company received $16,667 in stock
subscriptions and $16,667 for a note issued to the same investor, increased its
bank borrowing 7
by $90,000, drew down its cash by approximately $10,000 and allowed accounts
payable and accrued expense to increase to cover the balance.
The Company's consolidated balance sheet was improved by the elimination of
$455,149 in trade payables with the bankruptcy of First Brewery of Dallas, Inc.,
as those amounts were owed solely by the subsidiary. The bankruptcy does not
affect the Company's debt service requirements, as all interest-bearing debt is
owed by the parent company, and not the subsidiary.
Based on the interest-bearing indebtedness presently outstanding, the Company's
annual debt service requirements without taking into account any payments of
principal are approximately $16,700. Based on the effectiveness of the SB-2
registration statement for the Swartz private equity line as discussed above,
the Company began to draw upon the private equity line during the early p
Bid tightening on GAMZ on increased volume of 50,000 shares.

Patsy, email from GAMZ CEO stating Atlanta upcoming show.
E-mail from Kelly concerning the Cinemark Release:
Friends and shareholders:
Attached is late Friday's press release regarding our targeted sale to Cinemark Theaters. I know the time of the release was "against the book," so to speak, but please believe we have our reasons for the release's timing.
This sale to Cinemark is both calculated and exciting. I trust our preliminary sales strategy is clear to you by now. Rather than attempting a wholesale sales and distribution approach, we believe focusing our early attention on a very narrow sales strategy targeting a few key sales to industry leaders will lead to greater long-term market acceptance and penetration. Plus, it tests our production capabilities so that our future sales and deliveries should be both orderly and timely.
The past couple of months have witnessed 'Net GameLink's industry unveiling, and strategic sales designed to maximize NGL's visibility. There's more we're working on, and the next couple of months will include delivery of these early systems and expanded distribution and sales efforts.
The GameCom team will be in Atlanta this week at the IAAPA convention, the largest gathering of amusement park operators and vendors in the country. After the AMOA and Frag 4 events, and armed with the constructive feedback we received, we're ready. The demonstration kiosks in Atlanta have the new integrated control panel resulting from that feedback,as well as our new array of games. We head to Atlanta with high expectations.
I'll be in touch with a quarterly overview when the 10-Q is published.
--L. Kelly Jones, GameCom CEO
Patsy GAMZ,
Keep an eye on level 2. After three months trading betweem .35 -.40 cents, GAMZ uptick last Wednesday of all days. Volume has been non-existant since then.
I am hearing the alliance with COMPAQ is supposed to be released through their News Channels this week. That should brings some much need exposure. Also, a huge deal with GAMEWORKS, Universal Studios and DREAMWORKS is also rumored to be on the forefront.
Kelly Jones CEO, is the most investor friendly, goal driven, individual, I have had the pleasure to deal with out here. He is an attorney by trade and owns his own law practice, in the Arlington area. This week they are at one of the largest Gaming shows in the world in Atlanta GE. The AMOA show in September in VEGAS was to make alliances and ramp ou for production, this show in Atlanta is to SELL the product.
More to follow.
Please remember these are just my opinions
weo
Thanks, Patsy and yes some of the Nasdaq stocks and NYSE have fallen tremendously this past year. I was thinking the same thing myself. I am wondering how long some of these traders are going to let these stocks fall before they go crazy and begin buying. The longer this Presidential Controversy drags out, the closer to the beginning of a huge run we get. I may be way off base here but common sense says the Nasdaq especially, is way oversold. Today looks no better than last week. Here's hoping SOMETHING HAPPENS OF A POSITIVE NATURE TODAY!
Best of luck,
weo
Bernard, no personal intent noted. I respect your position on this equity but don't agree.
Best of luck to you.

Bernard, I saw your post on the F.gems board. I happen to disagree with you. Until the company gives me reason why I should not hold this, at that time I will make that decision. IMO, the dilution is about over. I base that on the 86 million shares that was traded over the past three weeks. Unless this company is a scam (which I don't believe) this stock should move up nicely when the dilution is done. At .15 cents I see very little risk here. I don't have a clue on high this could go but a .50 to .75 cent move would generate huge gains from the level we are trading at now. So it takes another six weeks or so, who cares. The interest is here IMO. It won't diminish anytime soon either IMO. Yes, I do see this as an opportunity to make some nice coin.
I believe the company has learned its lesson as far as the issuance of shares is concerned. If I am wrong, that's my fault but I like my chances here.
As always, only invest what you can afford to lose.
Best of luck,
weo
TEAMBUILDER,
IFTP question.
I am assuming the dilution taking place at the moment involves some of the next phase of stock being released. I am basing this on the fact that about 89 million shares have traded in the last three weeks and the stock price has been falling. I would think the majority of this is about over. Any thoughts please.
As you are aware, the IFTP board on RB is about this worst board to get any REAL information from. If you want to email me instead, you can send me an ihub email or send me a personal email at
dademarois@earthlink.net.
Also, I wish you would take a look at GAMZ. All this company needs is some exposure which the CEO has been working on. HUGE POTENTIAL in that one RIGHT NOW and it's only .43 cents. Check the charts, it's about at a six month low, bounced off of .31 cents couple weeks ago.
weo
Patsy,
What is the symbol to type in to get to this board. In other words, I type SHPS to get to the SHPS board. What do I type here.
Thanks,

Gamecom Financing explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
The beauty of this is that we are assured of up to $15 million dollars, at our option. We pay for the money, the great thing about this concept, it’’’’s called a private equity line, and we pay for the money through issuance of shares and warrants based upon market price as we take down the money. For instance, if we drew down today and our stock price is at $.50, we would pay for the money based on issuing stock at a factor of $.50. So let’’’’s say that three months from now we’’’’re selling at $2.00. Then, when we draw down money, we pay based on a market price of $2.00. So, the whole concept is designed to give us the capital that we need, with the minimum of dilution to our existing shareholders. We are very, very pleased with this alliance with Swartz.
Swartz website: http://www.swartzllc.com/home.html
Partners:
ADVANCED MICRO DEVICE (NYSE:AMD) AMD supplies 'Net GameLinkTM with the new ATHLON Thunderbird microprocessor with performance enhancing cache! http://www.amd.com/news/prodpr/20051.html
eVGA, inc. supplies GameCom, Inc with NVIDIA CORP (NasdaqNM:NVDA) G-Force II graphics accelerators.
ACTIVISION INC (NasdaqNM:ATVI) supplies GameCom with the some of the most exciting games in the industry. Have you ever heard of "Quake"?
Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ - news) the two companies will work together as strategic partners to develop a PC-based kiosk unit for the coin-operated gaming industry.
Gamecom is first in their industry as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Jones: Well, to our knowledge, we’’’’re the only ones that make interactive gaming kiosks. Forrester Research, the smart guys up there in Cambridge, Massachusetts, have talked about interactive Internet computer gaming growing exponentially with as many as 39.5 million players and $1.9 billion in total sales by 2002. And most of the focus has been on interactive game play for the home. What we are doing is we’’’’re taking that phenomenon to the social setting, and not only where a gamer can get on the Internet to go to a game enabler and play interactive computer games, our kiosks are networked so they can play interactively with people right there in their very site.
Gamecom's revenue model: The Netgamelink system also allows advertiser ads to be displayed on the screen when the system isn't in use. There will also be an option to buy any of the games loaded on the system. Here is another cool feature that the system provides as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Unlike a single game that just has one game where you play against a computer, our kiosks come with ten interactive games, and we will continue to monitor them and as time goes on we can throw advice to the establishment to say, ““well this game has been updated so we can update this game for you, and that game is a bit outdated, and we can see from your revenue that nobody’’s playing that game very much so why don’’t we substitute in this game within that particular genre of games?””
Gamecom has US and international patent applications as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
We make gaming kiosks for interactive Internet games. Our patent application is for ““““network enabled gaming kiosks,”””” and it is very exciting as we are beginning to let the world know about our product and get our self out into the marketplace.

GAMZ NEWS!
I know I sound like a broken record. This is the tip of the iceberg. This company has positioned itself with some of the most recognized companies in the world. COMPAQ was announced last week, AMD in the past. These are the companies will be involved in the manufacturing of GAMZ's product. IMO, we will hear more from Compaq in the next week.
Todays news is huge as well. Here it is.

More GAMZ info.
Look for another PR this week. Talk is SEGA, Universal Studios and GAMEWORKS have been in negotiations. Yes Steven Spielberg.
I also am hearing COMPAQ will release news through their news channels next week. There is also speculation that Microsoft will be involved here as well.
I know people at the moment can't get filled. NITE is on the Bid and the Ask and has this thing all tied up. Float is small at 5.8 million shares and it is my opinion, the float is gone.

GAMZ CEO SPEAKS ON TODAYS NEWS!
E-mail from Kelly about todays AWESOME NEWS.....
Friends and shareholders:
I am pleased to forward you this morning's release announcing GameCom's affiliation and new strategic relationship with Compaq Computers.
Steve Haag and Conway Ho, of Hanaho Games (who manufactures our cabinets), worked very hard on developing this relationship. We believe this marks a threshold point in our manufacturing capabilities.
We firmly believe one of 'Net GameLink's competitive advantages is our proprietary "CHU," or computer housing unit. This brings a major component philosophy to both the manufacturing and servicing of the kiosks. With our CHU technology, we can have the "brains" of an NGL system programmed and ready to go, and then simply add the lighting system to the kiosks when received, insert the CHU, and it's ready for shipment. Similarly, updating and servicing an NGL kiosk is as easy as detaching and inserting a new CHU.
We have been looking for the right manufacturer to partner with us in the manufacture of the CHU units. Compaq is perfect for us. It is a committed leader in the evolution of arcade games to PC-based platforms, and they have an high-profile relationship with AMD, so we can continue to feature the Athlon processor, with its performance enhancing cache.
This relationship brings us a number of exciting alternatives, all of which will reduce our delivery times, enhance our service capabilities, and bring down NGL costs due to huge economies of scale.
Initially, we will have Compaq ship the completed hardware CHUs to us for programming, and subsequent insertion into the NGL cabinets. Down the line, we envision Compaq shipping the CHUs directly to Hanaho, and directly shipping the then-completed units directly to our customers.
You should hear more of this relationship in the near future.
As I have mentioned previously, since AMOA and Frag 4 we have been focusing our efforts on forging long-term strategic alliances and a few high-profile sales, and it's a pleasure to share a bit of that effort with you. After all these have been finalized and announced, we will turn our full attention to the generation of revenue through the sale of our exciting product. However, it is our considered opinion that holding off on full-blown sales activity in lieu of finalizing these partnerships and high-profile strategic sales will be off immense long-term benefit in our ultimate sales endeavors.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Nov. 1, 2000--GameCom, Inc. (OTCBB: GAMZ - news) today announced that it is in advanced negotiations with Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE:CPQ - news), pursuant to which the two companies will work together as strategic partners to develop a PC-based kiosk unit for the coin-operated gaming industry.
In late 1996, Compaq, along with Intel and Microsoft, started an initiative to transform the seven billion dollar domestic arcade industry over to PC-based solutions. Under the anticipated agreement, Compaq will manufacture and service GameCom's proprietary custom-designed computer housing units (Princess CHUs) for its `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment system.
``We are very excited to have GameCom's `Net GameLink(TM) as a key strategic partner,'' said Jim Newton, director, Enterprise Program Management for Compaq. ``We firmly believe that the `Net GameLink(TM) kiosk concept has the potential to revolutionize the kiosk industry and provide tremendous rewards for all parties involved.''
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's chief executive officer, stated ``Compaq is an early leader in transforming the arcade industry to PC-based platforms. Compaq's manufacture of our proprietary computer housing units (CHUs) will enable GameCom to provide an unparalleled quality of service to the multi-level tiers of our customer base, both in terms of timeliness and significantly-reduced costs.''
``As a strategic partner of this venture, Compaq will provide technical support, development support, and technical `evangelism' for GameCom's `Net GameLink(TM) kiosk. We are excited with our partnership with `Net GameLink(TM), and expect this initiative to be a win situation for both parties,'' Newton added.
``We are excited that Compaq shares GameCom's vision of utilizing PC-based platforms as the future of the arcade industry,'' stated Steven Haag, GameCom's vice-president of operations. ``Additionally, due to Compaq's prior relationship with GameCom's first strategic partner, Advance Micro Devices (NYSE:AMD - news), we will continue to be able to feature AMD's Athlon processors, with performance enhancing cache,'' Haag concluded.
GameCom, Inc., www.GameComInc.com, designs, manufactures, and markets `Net GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming concept utilizing network-enabled gaming kiosks. Patents are pending for the `Net GameLink(TM) kiosks and technology. GameCom is a fully reporting, publicly-traded corporation based in Arlington, Texas.

F.G...I have never seen the more blatant lies and untruths published on a public forum as I have witnessed today on the IFTP of Raging Bull. Bashers were making things up as they went. There was a concerted effort on thier parts to drive this down IMO. I realize many do not fully understand how the dilution works, they just post ridiculous statements that 200 million shares will be sold next week. Unbelieveable.
One poster wents as far as STATING that IFTP even filed for bankruptcy.
IMO, there truly must be some tremendous news on the horizon. I can think of no other reason for the desperate attempts to create doubt and uncertainty here at .20 cents.
Any thoughts?

Gamecom Financing explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
The beauty of this is that we are assured of up to $15 million dollars, at our option. We pay for the money, the great thing about this concept, it’’s called a private equity line, and we pay for the money through issuance of shares and warrants based upon market price as we take down the money. For instance, if we drew down today and our stock price is at $.50, we would pay for the money based on issuing stock at a factor of $.50. So let’’s say that three months from now we’’re selling at $2.00.
Partners:
AMD supplies 'Net GameLinkTM with the new ATHLON Thunderbird microprocessor with performance enhancing cache! http://www.amd.com/news/prodpr/20051.html
eVGA, inc. supplies GameCom, Inc with nVIDIA's G-Force II graphics accelerators.
Activision, Inc. supplies GameCom with the some of the most exciting games in the industry. Have you ever heard of "Quake"?
Gamecom is first in their industry as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Jones: Well, to our knowledge, we’’re the only ones that make interactive gaming kiosks. Forrester Research, the smart guys up there in Cambridge, Massachusetts, have talked about interactive Internet computer gaming growing exponentially with as many as 39.5 million players and $1.9 billion in total sales by 2002. And most of the focus has been on interactive game play for the home. What we are doing is we’’re taking that phenomenon to the social setting, and not only where a gamer can get on the Internet to go to a game enabler and play interactive computer games, our kiosks are networked so they can play interactively with people right there in their very site.
Unlike a single game that just has one game where you play against a computer, our kiosks come with ten interactive games, and we will continue to monitor them and as time goes on we can throw advice to the establishment to say, “well this game has been updated so we can update this game for you, and that game is a bit outdated, and we can see from your revenue that nobody’s playing that game very much so why don’t we substitute in this game within that particular genre of games?”
Gamecom has US and international patent applications as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
We make gaming kiosks for interactive Internet games. Our patent application is for ““network enabled gaming kiosks,”” and it is very exciting as we are beginning to let the world know about our product and get ourself out into the marketplace.

GAMZ UPDATE!
More news today. Notice the underline paragraph near the end. I am hearing news on this, first of the week. GAMZ, .40 cents at the moment, less than 6 million shares in the float.
I have followed this company for more than a year now. I am trying to leave hype out of this but IMO, you will not believe the alliances and potential partnerships that look to be occurring. One needs to do nothing more than check the DD at the GAMZ site here on Ihub and check gemmerlings DD updates on Raging Bull. Matter of fact, I will post it myself here.

Gamecom CEO E-mail about todays release:
Friends and shareholders:
Attached is this morning's press release announcing that GameCom has placed its first proprietary computer game upon the 'Net GameLink system.
Although our short-term focus will remain on the rollout, manufacture, and sale of our entertainment systems, it indicates that our tech guys are actually ahead of our long-term strategic schedule.
This is really quite an accomplishment for our company at this point. It has always been our ultimate strategic plan to develop some of our own gaming software, and not to rely solely on third-party licenses. In my opinion, this is a validation of the high qualifications and originality of Al Spivey and our tech guys. Their fine work showed at both AMOA and Frag 4, and it shows again now.
The game, developed under the project name "Space Trap," is a multi-level (72 levels!) action and strategy game in a deep outer-space setting. Oversimplified, the strategy is to knock all the "bricks" off of the screen, thus moving to the next level. It is a very-important "non-violent" game, as we are finding that many of the so-called "family fun centers" desire our non-violent games package. The people at Main Event, for instance, where we made our first third-party sale, want the non-violent package, and we will most definitely utilize "Space Trap" into their mix of games.
I most certainly wouldn't advise you that it is as intensive as "Unreal Tournament" or "Quake 3 - Arena," but it is indeed fun and addicting, and it is receiving a great deal of play, and high positive feedback, at Gilligan's.
We continue to receive quality input from our permanent beta-test site at Gilligan's. One of the most important distinctions, and commercial advantages, of 'Net GameLink vis-a-vis our competition is our central monitoring capabilities. An example: early this week, one of our kiosks "reported in" that its bill acceptor was jammed. Through the central monitoring, we were able to repair the problem before Gilligan's reopened the next day. To our knowledge, no one in this industry even is in the same ballpark as this level of sophistication and service.
Upper management has been busy, too. One of the strategic

missions we've been on is to achieve manufacturing economies of

scale in the assembly of our proprietary"CHUs," our hardware

GAMZ UPDATE!
Yesterday, GAMZ traded almost 4X its daily volume and that is highest volume it has traded since late April of this year on news of a deal Malibu Speedwagon Entertainment Centers.
I now am hearing that more news may be on the forefront, maybe even this week. While GAMZ has reported already that they have had some sales or sales agreements, the manufacturer has not been announced as of yet. I know from the AMOA trade show, GAMZ had some BIG name companies such as Hewlett Packard, Dell, Microsoft, Compact, Sprint, AT&T and a few others inquired about GAMZ and their product and infact some continuing communication continued on well after the AMOA show in Vegas. It is my opinion and my opinion only, that the manufacturer of the of GAMZ'S product WILL come from this list. While the pieces of the puzzle seem to be there, putting them together is not always easy. Now will this be a partnership or a JV or an alliance, I don't know. I am betting that when/if this is announced, this will be the most promising news GAMZ will have made to date. We know the funding is in place and that the response from the AMOA show was fantastic. Exposure is all this little company needs.
Please remember this is just my opinion. As always, do you own DD.

E-mail from CEO of Gamecom about todays release:
Friends and shareholders:
Attached is this morning's release issued by Malibu Entertainment Worldwide, Inc., announcing that we have essentially reached agreement for installing 'Net GameLink into their Malibu SpeedZone locations, beginning with the Dallas location.
All of us at GameCom have been very busy since the back-to-back unveiling of our 'Net GameLink system at last month's AMOA and Frag 4 events. I realize that some of you have been a little impatient; I assure you, however, that you are no more so than GameCom's management.
I know you've been eager to know what we've been doing for the past month, but I'm quite confident you'll be pleased once you see what we've accomplished.
As I have mentioned previously, we have been focusing our efforts almost exclusively on two objectives: 1) following up on major strategic relationships initiated primarily at AMOA, and 2) acting upon the feedback we received and making minor adjustments to the system, primarily with the development of an integrated control panel.
With regard to the relationships spawned at the two events, rather than simply trying to sell the most systems we can to the interested purchasers, we believe just a little more "holding back" and focusing on establishing strategic relationships and sales with several Internationally-known companies will give us a jump start to our sales endeavors.
We are very pleased with our Malibu relationship, and believe this is the type of quality placement which will assist in 'Net GameLink's emerging reputation. Malibu most definitely is a respected leader in the family fun center industry. It is our focused marketing and sales philosophy that, at this early and tender stage, targeting a few "strategic" sales with respected industry leaders is calculated to a better industry-wide product launch.
I've also attached a photograph of the integrated control panel which we're presently testing at our permanent beta-test site, J. Gilligan's, here in Arlington. Al, Jose, and Rey have all worked very hard on this project. The combination of Al's and Jose's technical expertise with Rey's creative architectural background has resulted in a very effective, but also very appealing, solution. We believe this configuration accomplishes and balances
two different types of feedback received at AMOA and Frag 4. At AMOA, it was "utilize a powerball instead of a mouse, and simplify the controls by 'arcade-type' control buttons." However, at Frag 4 and from the serious gamers, it was "Where do I plug in my own mouse?"
This new control panel accomplishes it all, and with a GameCom style element as well. The top portion is simplified, and will accommodate the newcomer to the system. A high-quality industrial-grade joystick is integrated into the panel (as opposed to our old Microsoft Sidewinders simply sitting on the top shelf), arcade-style buttons handle the particular game's functions, and we've replaced the mouse with a powerball. (We will ultimately have a clear powerball with some form of visually-attractive illumination -- we're working on that right now.) Yet, we've also accommodated the serious gamers, as well, without upsetting the new "simplicity" of the controls. The bottom shelf is for the gamers: we're utilizing a better keyboard, and the gamers now have a port to plug in their own mouse and override the powerball.
In addition to concluding strategic sales and working on the control panel, we've also been very busy finalizing significant strategic relationships, similar to our AMD partnership. Just as AMD did with our joint release, these companies should open a lot of eyes regarding our fledgling start-up company and its revolutionary entertainment system.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
