Subject: donation
Dear sirs,
I read with a lot of joy that Mineseeker got a donation of 1.4m dollar from Quasar CEO Dean Bradley
I am wondering if this money has already been received by Mineseeker as mentioned here
www.shropshirestar.com/2010/03/23/landmine-charity-receives-1m-gift/
or if it a pledge only as it is mentioned on your website.. :
Aerospace boss pledges $1.4M to help landmine victims
thanks a lot for clearing that up for me,
kind regards,

Thanks for your contribution. Just remember the constraints aren't always as they appear to be. As jr stated, the os can't be over 900 at the time of the finalization of the loan. That doesn't mean that it can't take a short detour past the 900 and then come back. It's sort of like charting. Intraday prices can violate a trend line and it still remains intact as long as the close is above it.
Looking forward to the coming week.

C.A.R. is not only about cost control is about Control period-anyone ever take their car to the shop? This acquisition allows QASP to prioritize repairs and maintenance and not be told we can get to you in 2 weeks-more important than cost control imo -even more so with all the new developements Dean has planned for Qasp-gonna be blazing new horizons in the near future
Connect the Dots
This PR starts the process. that QASP is going to achieve. To become a Conglomerate of many Companies. Anyone who has and mechanical sense knows you need a repair facility. Now we have one.

brookc I think your right.
March will be interesting for sure.
Told me week of 3/15
Mineseeker was one
Another one should be tomorrow
Hopefully about an acquisition :)
I will say this about QASP
The Company is real, you can have 400 million Dollars in revenue from mineseeker in the year 2011. If Dean needs to use shares to expand and make deals happen then so be it.
QASP has been in the making for a long time. Deals are being put together that will put QASP in the spotlight. I know some have heard this before.
Time is close very close IMO. I really feel through my DD along with other DD that QASP will be one Hell of a Company working with many different Countries Worldwide.
Hang in people Dean is a Deal Maker and has the right connections.
IMO News will be coming, it will be worth the wait IMO.
goforthebet This gives Mineseeker more exposure IMO.
The International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) is a global network in over 70 countries that works for a world free of antipersonnel landmines and cluster munitions, where landmine and cluster munition survivors can lead fulfilling lives.

I guess Mike Kendrick is also real.
Aerospace Boss Pledges $1.4M to Help Landmine Victims
Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc.; The Following Is a Press Release Released by the Mineseeker Foundation Today in Both the UK and the US
JACKSONVILLE, FL, Mar 16, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- The CEO of US-based Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QASP), Dean Bradley, has pledged a $1.4M financial package to the UK-based Mineseeker Foundation in a bid to provide ongoing practical support to the victims of landmine blasts worldwide -- and will be the foundation's first corporate patron.
The Mineseeker Foundation was founded by Mike Kendrick in 2001, when the former CEO of Virgin Airship and Balloon Company devised a means of detecting landmines using sophisticated radar detection carried by airships.
Nine years on, the foundation continues to seek ways of aiding landmine victims whilst working simultaneously on landmine detection and eradication thanks to its sister company Mineseeker Operations UK Ltd. It plans to use a unique ground penetrating radar system that can detect landmines from an aerial platform -- now a small plane or helicopter, rather than an airship -- and accurately map minefields, detailing affected areas.
"The scale of the landmine problem is vast -- people are maimed and killed on a daily basis, thousands upon thousands of acres of land that could be used for agriculture are blighted," says Mike Kendrick, founder of the foundation and executive chairman of Mineseeker Operations UK Ltd.
"Current efforts to find and destroy landmines are laborious and time-consuming whilst precious time is wasted, technology utilised by Mineseeker Operations will vastly reduce both time spent and cost involved."
"Whilst all this is going on, people are suffering each and every day and this is where the Mineseeker Foundation comes in -- and thanks to the very generous donation from Dean Bradley of Quasar Aerospace we will be able to set up clinics to provide prosthetic limbs to landmine victims in war-torn areas."
Dean Bradley has first-hand experience of conflict on the ground, having served with the US Army in Korea.
"There is a massive and urgent need to tackle the landmine problem -- this is a huge humanitarian issue which has to be dealt with now," said Dean Bradley. "I am terribly optimistic about what the Mineseeker Foundation can achieve on behalf of landmine victims, and also firmly believe that Mineseeker Operations will succeed on a global level."
Note. The Mineseeker Foundation is a not for profit organisation. It has licensed the know-how and technology to Mineseeker Operations, a for profit concern, established to attract investment to fund the deployment of the Mineseeker systems. Quasar has taken an option to fund Mineseeker Operations in a multi-million dollar programme.

Good honest post investbernie
Guys & Gals,
I will begin by saying that I've been very busy over the past couple of months so I haven't posted much at all on IHUB, in regards to "any of my stock holdings".
Furthermore most of my holdings are long term, therefore there isn't really much need to respond, but I do take the time to watch what is going on, and what is being said on the boards...
(Anyway, here is my opinion on the situation, and take it for what it's worth, good bad or indifferent.)
I competely believe, "QASP is the real deal", even though I actually took up a position late last November with the intentions of grabbing myself a quick 100%...
Needless to say, I chose not to sell the run up to .035 in December, and the other two that have followed it, even though my average is at approximately .015.
My research indicated that there is much more here than that which meets the eye, and the risk/reward is well worth keeping my shares long term, and allowing this to play out.
As for myself, my thoughts are...
1.) The 40% deal with the lender confirms that "the loan is real", and that the only hold up is paperwork. I believe we will have confirmation at a moments notice, and the markets reaction will be impressive to say the least.
Many choose to, "believe the loan is not real", and that is fine. Delay's have stirred up thoughtful fears in many investors/traders minds, but $350M is huge and should come with delays...
(I could give plenty of examples of deals in the $250K - $500K range, which have taken months to years to put together, but I don't have enough time to do so right now.)
If anyone were to read the PR's it's pretty obvious that QASP's management is just as, "excited and irritated", as we shareholders are in regards to finalizing the funding.
(I'd be skeptical if these delays were not occuring.)
2.) The OS situation is interesting, and a big signal that all is moving forward as quickly as possible. Management isn't hiding the fact that the OS has or is going to increase, because it is 'ungagged" to begin with.
It's pretty obvious that the increase in the OS is not all hitting the open market, otherwise the increases would balance daily volume quite effectively...
Let's realistically ask ourselves, how much of the OS increases relate to the Tiger & Mine deals, which QASP is putting together, and if this is the case, quite possibly many of these shares maybe restricted for sometime to come.
(Just as the 3 year restriction with the lender.)
Anyway, I could go on but don't really have the time...
What I would be looking for in the immediate future myself is, a PR that confirms the option for Mine has been closed. Further PR updates in regards to Tiger bids, the buyback effects, and of course "the big PR about closing the funding".
(Too many legitimate business men and women involved here for this be a bunch of people scalping for pennies. Risking their reputations, their careers, and potentially prison time, just for a couple thousand dollars? Not likely.)
Best Regards, Bernie
Put order in
Got filled in about 2 seconds
Thanks Bigdogs
I did talk to him today.
I asked him when the Financing would be completed and he said by the end of this month and seemed very confident.
I also asked him about Dilution and the Buyback.
The reason for the Dilution as others have said is for Tigerfish and Mineseeker.
He said Dilution was almost done and that the Buyback should resume very shortly and possibly tomorrow.
All in all from my conversations with him over the last few weeks this is getting ready to go in a big way soon from my intuition.
Thats the jist of it.
O/S not going over 900 million.
Good and Thanks.
OK. I just spoke to Dean. Feeling better.
I recapped my conversation with him from a couple of weeks ago. Looks like everything is still moving forward. The funding and acquisitions are 'very close' and still occurring this month.
I asked him specifically about the 900 million o/s cap. He said that is correct and that the o/s is indeed capped at 900 million. I mentioned that it's very close now and he agreed and said don't worry it is definitely not going over 900 million. I asked him if they were planning on still doing the buyback and he said yes and that we should begin seeing a reduction in the o/s later this month.
This is all my personal understanding of the conversation I had this am. All imo. GLTA.
ByMorStock If they don't they will. DO PEOPLE REALIZE HOW HUGE COVERAGE IN THIS PUBLICATION IS?
Things are looking better and better with each passing day. Many have put DD here to verifying QUASAR is the real deal.
The e-mail confirms
Something good is going on. Dean has things lined up IMO.
Here's an email I got back from QASP
To all Quasar Aerospace shareholders: I will be forwarding all requests for information to Quasar investor relations at IR@quasaraerospace.net. I will not be responding to any shareholder requests for information. I appreciate your understanding and our need for compliance in this matter.
Thank you for your continued support.

Protected by US and World Patents
The UN reports that 2 million additional landmines are being laid every year.
The key problem is that there are still estimated to be more than 100 million landmines in minefields in around 70 countries. At the current rate of clearance (assuming no more are laid), it is estimated by the UN that it will take 600+ years to clear them all. Humanitarian organisations and governments have committed to the clearance, but as yet there are no reliable, safe volume clearance techniques available.
The average cost of finding and disposing of a landmine is between $300 and $1,000, of this only $3-$5 is spent on disposal, whilst the rest is spent on locating the devices. The UN estimates the total costs could come to $50bn a figure it revised from $33M just a few years ago.

That is what will make Tigerfish appealing to many on a Worldwide scale.
I have a picture of the Russian Bomber you have with it's History. Here is the History part. If you want the Picture which is a little different give me your e-mail.
A POWERPLANT ENGINEER'S WILDEST DREAM. SOON TO BE ANNOUNCED IN THE VERO BEACH PRESS JOURNAL . . .
Built in Russia during the 1930s, it flew 11 times before crashing and killing 15 people.
The designer, Konstantin Kalinin, wanted to build two more planes but the project was scrapped.
Later, Stalin had Kalinin executed.
Evidently, it was not good to fail on an expensive project under Stalin .
It's got propellers on the back of the wings, too. You can count 12 engines facing front.
The size would be equivalent to the Empire State Building on its side, with cannons.
And you think the 747 was big... not only a bunch of engines but check out the cannons the thing was carrying.
In the 1930s the Russian army was obsessed by the idea of creating huge planes.
At that time they were proposed to have as many propellers as possible to help carrying those huge flying fortresses into the air, jet propulsion has not been implemented yet.
Not many photos were saved from those times because of the high secrecy levels of such
projects and because a lot of time has already passed.
Still, on the attached photos you can see one such plane - a heavy bomber K-7.
For you Airplane enthusiasts!!
Pay attention the Albatross Photo's. (Go Tiger Fish and Mineseeker)

Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. CEO Announces Results of European Meeting on Tigerfish Joint Venture
JACKSONVILLE, FL, Feb 24, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QASP)
Dean Bradley, the CEO of Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc., reports the results of the meetings in Hamburg, Germany, February 16 through the 19th.
1. We made the decision that our first Proof of Concept aircraft will be
the Dornier 228 NG.
2. Extensive discussions were held regarding the use of the different
materials that would be used in the various components of the RAPT
system.
3. Elan/Edag brought in an expert on the certification of our RAPT
(Retractable Amphibious Pontoon Technology) system by EASA and a
protocol was established.
4. TFA Pty Ltd. and TFUSA Inc. jointly elected to send an RFP (Request for
Proposal) to four different qualified engineering firms soliciting bids.
One of these is in Germany and the remaining three are in the US.
We have given each firm two weeks to respond, at that time we will take a week to evaluate each, and a decision will be made on which firm to retain for the contract. It is estimated that the cost of said engineering will be in the vicinity of $5 million (US).
The engineering contract is expected to enable this joint venture to follow into full scale production. Tigerfish has established a retracting float concept that was granted a US patent in 2005. The Tigerfish system can be retrofitted to a wide range of aircraft including; regional airliners, utility aircraft, executive aircraft, UAVs, and military transports. When this venture reaches full-scale production and retrofitting, it will be done through a variety of facilities that will be established throughout the world with tentative arrangements in place for U.S., India, Australia and Germany.
Great Video
Most of the World is covered by water. There is a need for this type pf Plane Worldwide IMO.
That is a cool video!!! Thanks
Warren Buffet's rules when you buy that stock.
"It's Far Better to Buy a Wonderful Company at a Fair Price Than a Fair Company at a Wonderful Price"
Buffett is a value investor who likes to buy quality stocks at rock-bottom prices.
His real goal is to build more and more operating power for Berkshire Hathaway by owning stocks that will generate solid profits and capital appreciation for years to come.
When the markets reeled during the recent financial crisis, Buffett was stockpiling great long-term investments by investing billions in names like General Electric and Goldman Sachs.
To pick stocks well, investors must set down criteria for uncovering good businesses, and stick to their discipline. You might, for example, seek companies that offer a durable product or service and also have solid operating earnings and the germ for future profits.
You might establish a minimum market capitalization you're willing to accept, and a maximum P/E ratio or debt level.
Finding the right company at the right price -- with a margin for safety against unknown market risk -- is the ultimate goal.
Remember, the price you pay for a stock isn't the same as the value you get. Successful investors know the difference.

9 Acquisitions, 350 Million Dollar Loan, Mineseeker and Tiger Fish.

B*A*N*K*E*R Thanks for the reply
Yes, your answer helps a great deal. I am sure other investors have these concerns as well. I like you comparison with Walmart "Look at Walmart for example, they cater to people trying to save monies in harder times, this is also true with larger corporations trying to pare back transportation costs." This makes perfect sense to me.
As you stated "It is interesting that you ask me this question because this is exactly the kind of companies I look for when searching for growth stocks."
This is why I asked you this Question.
Thanks, and I look forward to more QUASAR Announcements.
That is a pretty open ended question, I think it would be hard for anybody to answer short of a crystal Ball.
But the future of this particular company and its synergy is all about saving its potential clients money. These types of companies flourish dramatically in temporary and longer term economic down trends. Look at Walmart for example, they cater to people trying to save monies in harder times, this is also true with larger corporations trying to pare back transportation costs.
IMO, the days of the huge Gulf Stream jets, are a thing of the past. Especially after all the bad press that the big three auto execs got when they flew into Washington with their hand out. If you sold 1 Gulf you could buy 4 smaller, more fuel efficient jets and have the versatility of being in four places at once. It only makes sense. Plus "Somebody" gets to sell 4 units and not just one.
Can you imagine sending one exec to one meeting in a 35m dollar jet that costs thousands of dollars to run per hour? Not good business.
It is interesting that you ask me this question because this is exactly the kind of companies I look for when searching for growth stocks.
My grandfather always said look for opportunities that save people money because they are popular in good times and dramatically more popular in bad times.
This company has positioned themselves exactly in this category IMO.
There is allot of very positive rumors bantering around regarding this company and exactly that.
I hope this helps,
T.
B*A*N*K*E*R Question
Since you are familiar with the banking sector, seem to be knowlegeable in the proceedings Quasar has been going through and have been in touch with various parties involved including the CEO.
My Question to you is:
What is your opinion on QUASAR and the industries they are involved in if the economy here in the US goes into a big recession ?
If the US Stock Market Tanks ?
If the economy Worldwide goes into a big recession.( We see some Counties right now such as Greece are failing financially.)
Your opinion is appreciated,
Anyone else who works in this Industry and is involved in the Financial Sector feel free to add your comments.

Good News iKauai Thanks.
For your efforts and your sharing this witl all to see and show QASP is for real. I especially like the info on QASP uplisting, the buyback, the bond was Sold and Funded and 9 Total Acquisitions !
Good Job.
OK, so here it is...
I called shortly after 6am PST this morning to see if I could catch him early, but he wasn't in the office yet and was told he would be there within a half an hour (per the secretary). I left my name and number and Dean ended up calling me back within half a hour. - I only include this information as well because I think this by itself 'says' more about the man than just what he told me...
Anyways, I asked a series of questions one after another and he seemed very matter of fact & straight forward with me throughout the whole conversation. After I introduced myself and before I asked any questions, he did forewarn me that he would not gaurantee he could or would answer all of my questions. Which was to be expected anyways.
Here is what I asked:
Is a reverse split a possibility that is will be considered at a later date? And if so, will it only be in order to uplist?
He said he wouldn't comment on this.
How many more shares will the Hudson MM be given to sell into the market?
No comment as well.
I asked him later why the O/S was increasing by different blocks in different days instead of one large block.
He said there were reasons for this but he couldn't tell me at this time why.
I asked for him to confirm details about the 40% of the O/S going to the lender.
He said it is in relation to the time of issuance, but he didn't say when that issuance was or would be.
I asked if the reason the first 2 acquisitions weren't announced yet was because of NDA agreements in relation to # 3 and #4.
He said it was in relation to that and if anyone knew the first two, it would be cause or could cause a lot of trouble before everything was finalized with 3 & 4.
I asked if there would be a PR soon (within a week) regarding the first 4 acquisitions.
He said there would be a PR 'soon' regarding the results and reasons for the recent meeting in Germany. He would not say when approximately he would PR more information about the first 4 acquisitions.
This is a very important one IMO... I asked if the bond was sold and funded earlier this month because I told him that I heard rumors regarding this.
He confirmed with me that that is what he heard too i.e. that it wasn't untrue... - which IMO means he told me in what way he could that was true.
I asked if he will be going back to Chicago soon to finalize the first 4 acquisitions.
He said he would be but didn't give me an ETA.
I asked him about the reasons for the recent dilution the past few months.
He said that it was due in large part to the JV with Tigerfish and the option with Mineseeker. - which confirms my own speculation about it as well.
I asked him what steps will there be for further transparency. I asked specifically about a conference call...
He said he will be having a meeting next Monday to discuss the date of a "shareholder" meeting that will most likely take place within a month.
He added that after the 9 acquisition are done and the audited financials, that there would be another conference call. He also added, without me asking, that they would be filing the audited financials and disclosure within 30 days. No other details divulged about that though. And that the shareholder meeting would take place in Jacksonville.
I asked about any plans to resume/start buy back (as I haven't seen any evidence of it for the past few months myself prior to today).
He said he still plans on buying back upto 20% of the float, not the O/S now because it would give enough shares to the lender. But the buyback would take place again.
After I got back to work and read that DBAB was active again, I called Dean back and asked him if indeed the buyback was back into effect starting as of today.
He said "yes."
To answer posts asking why I took a couple hours to update the board. They should re-read my post earlier this morning. It specifically said it would be a couple of hours. And IMO, I wasn't trying to pump at all. All I said was there were questions and answers.
investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=47013443
I will not baselessly pump this stock ever, in fact I personally view that as annoying and damaging as baseless bashing.
Anyways... to add, I am currently trying to get personal confirmation of the bond being funded already and will update the board if/when I get solid DD on that. I have made some progress on this front though IMO, just in the last 24 hours.
I would also like to add that I found my conversation very beneficial. Anyone can read anything they want into it for their own agenda and bias, but I believe that Dean has been diluting for good reasons, not bad. That Dean has been progressing (albeit with delays) continuously on his goals. Dean seems to me to be one not to wait on delays idly, he is moving forward regardless if there are hitches or not.
And now to see DBAB being reactivated futher confirms what Dean told me as well. If anyone watches L2, DBAB hasn't been active for months. Today is the first day they have been in the mix. That is good news to me as well.
I remain very confident.
Excellent Bigdogs, Coverage is starting on QASP.
The beginning of many good thins to come. Someone smart is putting the dots together.

This is very current and has all the current information. Very good summary for all those that are in QASP.
More and more investors are realizing this is the real deal and at these prices a Complete steal IMO. We are at the bottom range of the trading range and have room towards double digits very soon with confirmation from Dean hopefully in the next week or two.

The Editor's Opinion of QASP
As mentioned on our blog we believe that this is a company about ready to emerge from development stages and trust itself full force into the aviation industry with an excellent outlook and growth potential. All of these technologies that they are working to acquire should come together nicely and benefit shareholders for some time to come.
This Mineseeker Video tells the Story

Just listened to the CC for the First Time
Dean talks like a regular guy. No Fancy stuff, I like that. Right to the point. I know this CC was a while back and new projects have come to light.
If what Dean states is real ( we know QUASAR is a real company due to all the DD done here ) then QASP can be one Stand Out Aerospace Company that will open many eyes. Mineseeker is an added bonus.

This should be put in the I-Box. Jacksonville where QUASAR is has a lot of activity. The whole State of Florida is a Mecca for Aviation according to your link. Thanks !

Your Grandfather must have been one HELL of a MAN who taught you important lessons that had a positive influence on you. Thanks for sharing, appreciated.
A poster once said, when investing in a stock look at the Management Team First, then look at it's product. Then make your decision.
Remember way back when...I said, I taught listening for a living many years ago and trained sales people, I then went on to say I listened to the CC many times, like 50+ in a row.
This is the best thing you can do, There is much there, as far as small hints.
Since then some delays but what I took away from the CC is that this individual truly believes what he is saying. Based on the CC alone, So, I dug deeper.
When I DD a stock I look for every reason not to buy it and if I can not find legit reasons to not buy and the reasons to buy are overwhelming...I dig deeper.
Some delays were disappointing yes, but this stock has never given me any solid reason not to believe it. So I dig deeper.
Well I'm glad to report sometime ago, I stopped digging.
It just became so obvious that each time I went down a potential problem road and it came up very positive I finally felt I was spinning my wheels and just gave in to the fact that this is real.
I am the worst skeptic on the planet, but facts are facts and even light will penetrate a rock eventually. lol.
I am a skeptic who does not assume the worst like some on the board, I am a skeptic who is looking for proof not to buy the stock. I have not found it yet and certainly do not intend to.
This is how I approach a stock. It is allot of hard work but it pays every once in a while. I feel you don't have to have many quasar's a year to make for a good Christmas.
Quick story that has stayed with me for along time..
I was 7 years old and my Grandfather who drove an old 1953 chevrolet pickup and wore levis and redwing boots decided he needed some new truck that day, so we went to the local Kenworth dealer in Hayward California, and we walked in and the group of salesmen were talking and ignoring my Grandfather and myself.
Then out of the back came a very young man who could not have been much over 18 years old and was very courteous, made no assumptions and treated us like we were royalty. My Grandfather who knew everything about the trucks asked the young man a few very hard technical questions about the truck and the young man answered correctly and my Grandpa said "kid you have done your homework" the kid replied, "I am putting myself through college sir and I am used to homework, besides, I love these trucks"
The my grandfather then asked to speak to his manager...the manager reluctantly came out to talk to the Broke old man and his young side kick-me, Grampa said to him to listen carefully, I am going to buy some trucks here today but when I call one week from today to talk to my friend here (pointing to the young salesman and I hear that for any reason he did not get his full commission then you will never have another truck bought from my company again, In addition, if any of those other salesmen make one penny on this deal i will never do business with you again either.
The manager still not quite believing what he was hearing asked with a smirk ok how many would you like?
My grandfather said, I'll take 11 straight cabs and 6 with sleeepers for today should do it. The Manager's jaw dropped. Still qualifying my grandfather he said how would you like finance them? My grandfather said "you still take cash don't you"? He then pulled out his check book and wrote a check for all of them.
I think it was about 550k total back in 1969 which was allot of money. Then we left, the interesting part of this my Grandfather on the way out stopped me and crouched down on one knee in their parking lot looked me in the eye and said "I never want you to forget this as long as you live" He knew this was an important lesson in so many ways and could be applied in many aspects of life for me. Never assume, Always be polite, help everyone you meet and never say never.
I was so impressed with it I went on to become a sales manager and trainer of sales people and this story was passed on to everyone I ever trained. There has been hundreds and hundreds.
To finish up the story, My Grandfather met a friend that day in the young man and year after year my grandfather would buy from him at least 50 semi's a year up until his death in 1983.
They became good friends and the young man (with the financing help from my Grandfather bought his own franchise of Kenworth and was a keynote speaker at my Granfather's funeral. He stood up with at least 50 other folks who told similar stories about the broke old man.
Sorry for another war and peace, but it illustrates a good lesson in life.
So here we are, many are assuming that they know what they are looking at here with Quasar, Please, like the young man do your homework and assume nothing.
Oh, and always be polite.
T.
