The EU patent was amended to include Hong Kong. LJ linked up a profile for a company called "Intellicell" in Hong Kong. Now this article, albeit it is several months old. It is safe to say we definitely have things going on globally.
Impatiently waiting....
Im at work. I will try to get a translated version when I get home
That's what we are thinking, but I dont want to go back to normal. Normal in the last two + years I've been around was late filings, lack of transparency, and insignificant revenues. I want to see a company down the road of success
2 million blocks here and there
Interesting. Of course we can't tell if that is our technology being used. Hopefully so

I dont know. We dont know the number of issued shares. When the PR declaring ownership of shares by YA was released one of the posters on here pointed out that the numbers possibly insinuated 3 billion shares were issued. Who knows. I do know that when I owned shares of American Airlines and they merged we the shareholders forfeited our old shares for a lesser number of new shares with greater value. Maybe that could happen here if we did merge. Who knows. All my opinion
Lets be realistic. Big investors or entities do exponentially more research that individuals do, and even as an individual a lawsuit is a red flag for investing. In these situations the legal outcome is probably known before there is even a ruling or anything. Have you ever gone to court. The Judge, the lawyers for both parties, etc all know each other. Its like a game, and all the preceedings are just bs' ing and tweaking. We may have money lined up, maybe even a merger, all waiting for this to be finalized before moving forward. Then, maybe not. IMO
No idea. We dont even know the share structure which is a big factor
Another older article
https://drakebiomedicalinstitute.wordpress.com/2015/03/31/better-late-than-never-to-stem-cell-party/
"While only a few diseases are treated at this time [namely osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, medical aesthetics for fine lines and wrinkles, sports medicine injuries], there is no doubt that additional diseases will be brought online in the near future. Moreover, this will not be the only treatment center of its kind in the USA; more treatment centers are sure to be opened up as this model is adopted by other physicians."
Well that credit rating claims we have been paying our bills. No volume means no dilution theoretically. When we were having large volume SVFC dropped a sg13a on us stating YA had grabbed a few hundred million shares. That combined with the fact YA didnt come in and ransack the place once they were cleared indicates they have some degree of faith in this company (IMO).
All that being said myself and maybe a few others believe we will not hear anything until the legal hurdle is cleared. The USA today article stated many current and former athletes visited us for treatment. That was last year, how many more have come since then? On the Regen site the doctor refers to this technology as his greatest achievement. Connect those dots as well as a few others and the picture is slowly coming together. All IMO. Have a good weekend everyone.
15 grand per customer pays the bills apparently
Crickets
LJ thanks for the reply brother. Everyone have a wonderful weekend. I hope the weather is as beautiful for you all as it is in Chicago
Not much doing so ill re post a few more items
We have not confirmed if this is related, something to watch. The EU patent was amended to include Hong Kong btw.

Nice article from USA today

Good luck all
Apparently it varies, though patents in the medical field probably require much more attention. As I stated a few times before, the patent status was "intention to grant" prior to the amendment. I would imagine an amendment would take significantly less time than the original application as they would be covering much of the same the second time around. IMO
Still here, still impatiently waiting to see the end result of what Victor describes as his most notable achievement. Several current and former athletes have been treated with "the soup." Do the rich and famous go to the snake oil man for treatment to maintain or even save their career? Shares are no longer being dumped, is this company financially on its feet? 15k if not more per treatment means a very merry Christmas.
I check that among other things daily. No update that I'm aware of
No recent news. I doubt we will see any until legal issues are settled. I have long speculated that this company is not going to use an ounce of resources on press releases unless they have their shiv in order and are ready for this to move. The doctor mentioned in his letter to investors that lots of things have been happening at svfc. We have a New Zealand patent already, the EU patent had "intention to grant" a few months ago. Impatiently waiting to see what all has been going on this last year.
Roller ill try to field your questions. I was unaware they had a patent granted in NZ. People aren't falling head over heals about it because firstly apparently the company didnt make it a big deal, second because it apparently didnt have a large impact being as its older news and we are where we are still. There could be 100 doctors using our technology there, could also be zero. We aren't filled in. I think its great, I hope its an indication the US and EU will follow suit. I hope its bringing in big revenues.
Now as far as me asking about court, myself and others feel this team wont open the curtains until the court case it settled. Hell, when I got here two years ago the speculation was this stock would fly pending the Iron Ridge case. We ultimately won, but unfortunately they also increased the share structure among other things and investors jumped ship. I still believe that the doctor has been getting his ducks in a row and this dud firework may just blow up right as you get ready to pick it up and throw it away. Good luck, have a good weekend
Anyone have the date when we are back in court again?
A granted NZ patent is good news and hopefully sets precedent for the other patents. Remember, the EU patent had intention to grant as the status before it was re tweaked
I hope the doctor is getting his ducks in a row. These camel toes are getting sore, we've been walking through the desert looking for the promised land too long. Is the doctor leading us to financial freedom or is the red sea of loss gonna crash down on us
Been here two years. Well aware of the characters making a living dredging the internet looking for anything to further damage this and other companies.
You claim the license was revoked today? Roxy apparently mentioned it two months ago. The document itself states expiration was over a year ago. So not sure what to make of all this...
Im always around, just have nothing to say. Like Margin stated just patiently waiting
Well I guess that's that
Pardon my ignorance, why is the company name and plaintiffs not the same as the one I posted about. Is renenastem a typo?
Um well it would mean more potential royalties from new users of our licensed technology?
I believe E trade. Dont quote me
That is what I've been told, although I usually dont have the luxury of phoning them while I'm at work
Probably to protect newb investors. PHOT recently had a massive run, 300%? that I tried to hop onto for a quick buck and it also was restricted by Scottrade. I need to switch because it sucks
Scottrade froze online trades on this entity like a year ago.

Gonia thanks for those links. Nice information
Did anyone notice in the EU patent information there was a request for the extension of the patent to "any country." It also references a national code located in HK (Hong Kong)
LJ had recently posted a link showing general information about a company called "Intellicell" in Hong Kong.
Thoughts?

Is someone gearing up for a bombshell? I checked my few little data sources and no new information. As has been the case for the last year or so we have blocks being grabbed by what doesn't seem to be retail buyers. Not sure what to make of it
