That is what the surprise was, so my conclussion is that they paid thier auditors or simular for services. Like last time shares went up on news, and they then pay a promoter to advertise to get the most out of it. like last june and july, only reason for such a jump was that the stock price got so low. Remember they will have positive news coming out and then the quaterly fileing coming out. I just have that felling of a promotion coming out. But in the mean time quit selling low,sell higher, and just wait for buyer to buy, for I'm holding onto em, I believe through all they have done this year alone and more good stuff being done. icpa is way better than stvi and thier stock is around a 50 cent now, for a long time it hover around a dollar after thier promotion and that was at .18 when it began and went to over 4.00, hoefully we will get the rich clowns of wall street when they try to short and get clobber when prices keep riseing and they end up buying and paying more to cover thier own shorts. who knows maybe it will go to ten dollars.I believe I'll get out when next promotion comes out probally around .15 to .25 cents. Cause like last time they got it 150m shares or so and did reverse , then around 6m, in june it was around 20 million shares out standing and promotion came out. Was going to hold for long term but now I will get out of icpa for good after next promo. unless icpa comes up with something good like pay a percentage in sales in quarterly dividends, that would make icpa shares prices go though the roof. And or they can quit useing shares to pay for services,they do have revenue coming in and it is only going to get a lot better. So hang onto your shares nov.12th not that far away, thier 3rd quarte report filing will be filed and it should be good. That is my assessment, get this darn back over .05 cent and especially over the damm penny,come on people

I agree,all should bye when low but when you buy,set it atleast .005 above the current price,or if you sell,set it atleast .005 above, for example if price is .020,buy at .025,if you want to sell, if it is .02,set it at .025. that is the way to get this train moving.Yes I think next week will start the gradual climb.I'll be buying more on tues. or weds. if my budget allows me to put more money in. The price of everything is killing me especially the gas for vechicle and steaks I so much enjoy besides my rent.If all do as I explained,it will go up a ways and who knows,maybe it will climb to a dollar before a drop down and then get in again for the second big bounce as it normally happens. With all the big orders out there and the others like me holding onto my shares,can't be many shares out there for low prices, remember the lowest it has ever been was around 5 or 6 cents last winter,so with all the news plus positive eps for qrt.3,should be climbing real good for next few months till at least end of nov. the qrt. report due around nov. 12th. quit selling low,lets get this train moving,example set your price to sell .02 above quote price,once that start wesould easily 100% or more a day for awhile,and hopefully no stock promoters like last time which caused a massive down fall, lets work as a team

Guess the investors never really heard about it.They don't realalize that this is a golden opertunity for long term.Would estimate the shares will be over a few dollars by 2nd quarter next year.That is my estimate do to all they have done and they keep on building it better and improving the site.The revenue are going to explode greatly.Wouldn't doubt it that they will pay dividends by end of 2012.Perhaps one cent or two a share

I agree,especially with positive earning per share coming out, I believe the stock should be around 2.50 or 3.00 a share. Alot of investors don't know about this stock, I bought for short and long term. Eventually if company sold, it should fetch at least 12.00 a share.
