No prob. I didn't realize it was there for the first month I was on.
Buys 1.5M Sells 1M
If he cares about the SP then he would be touting this on the wires. He should have just waited until today to put out the pr instead of tues.
It's about time. At least we've got some measure of relief and something to hang our hat on today. What a week. A wire from DF would also be nice right about now. Maybe they're working on a draft as we speak.
It was removed...great news, thanks!!
Even if they believed that they were going to get full face value on the cap trusts, I'm sure they wouldn't broadcast those ideas to the world. It could just be a case where they were being diplomatic. They can't say...... GO CAP TRUSTS!!!!!!!!!!BOOOOYAAAHHHHH
That's par for the course with these MMs. They've set up the same way a bunch of other times in pre with the exact same result. I won't discount a power hour push positive though.
I do believe that's how it works...Capital trusts get paid first if some is left over then the preferreds get paid, if there's some left over then the commons get paid. You should be picking up some Cap trusts just in case.
I'm not sure if they could make a deal on the Cap trusts and preferreds at the same time though. I have thought that in the past. Does anyone have any insight on that....Coach,brikk??
Yeah, there will be a correction. We know what the company is capable of and they're on the verge of revenue, so they can't hold it sub-penny for too long. A long term trend up will mirror the long term trend down, and there will probably be a quick spike down with the death cross imminent, but like you said when the game is exhausted, the CE gets removed, revenue wires start pumping out (no pun int.), we get our "golden cross"......again.....then it will be the kind of stock that you keep buying until it hits your price to sell. And as far as this r/s nonsense....not until they show revenue and are FAIRLY valued would I even want to consider a r/s, but if the revenue is rolling good by the summer, a share buyback would be a much better option.........all imho, of course.
Was just gonna post a similar theme sl. Although it could be the headfake slamdown back to .008's. You see ETMM jumping around from .06 to .011? That's what gave me the headfake vibe.
I understand your view, but he did provide charts that were, in fact, accurate.....so he gets recognition. .008 on the charts were a support from the last run up. I personally would just like longs to post here and share info, and I understand he's a trader/flipper, but I don't run the board and he did call it right. I'm still bullish in the medium to long term, so I'm not going to worry about the day to day and I do trade a portion of my holdings to try to keep my sanity. Also those giant blocks today on the buy side seemed bullish to me and might keep us afloat until a CE removal wire, or an update on the revenue wire, or another investor from the last conference wire......any of these things could come at anytime especially if DF is trying to build shareholder value, while working diligently to get this business off the ground.
At the bottom of the message posts there is an icon that says "trades"..click that and you can look them up yourself.
You're right a bunch of them did but if you saw the buy/sell action you'd see the the buys were 18.7M and the sells were 16.9M....so what happened is a lot of shares changed hands. Plus a lot of giant multi-million buys sere going through as well. From 1:45 to 4:00pm there were 15M buys vs. 5M sells. 3X more buys. There were a lot of people calling bottom today, and putting their money where their mouth was. I'm definitely not calling bottom here, or saying we'll drop, I can't see into the future.....I'm just narrating the action today. BTW philipsky had a good call today, I didn't think we would breach .01, but he read his chart right.
Raymond I don't have the PM feature, so thank you.
Is that the best retort you could think of?
Going by this paragraph you realize that even if they get trademark, it's no guarantee that they won't be copied. And that goes true for many of these kinds of products. Copycats are de rigueur for these direct marketing companies. The difference is that ZVTK is positioning themselves to corner the market, and flood the airwaves with infommercials, that should bring a lot of revenue. They are ahead of the game right now.
Notwithstanding, Mr. Ryu’s and our efforts to protect proprietary rights in the Ionic Bulb, existing trade secret, copyright, and trademark laws afford only limited protection. Further, the assignment of the US Patent Application by the co-inventor has not been perfected by filing with the USPTO. Until such time as this filing is perfected, it is possible that the co-inventor could license the Ionic Bulb to another party. Despite our efforts to protect our proprietary rights and other intellectual property, unauthorized parties may attempt to copy aspects of our products, obtain and use information that we regard as proprietary or misappropriate our copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and similar proprietary rights. In addition, the laws of some foreign countries do not protect proprietary rights to as great an extent as do the laws of the United States. Our means of protecting our proprietary rights may not be adequate. In addition, our competitors might independently develop similar technology or duplicate our products or circumvent any patents or our other intellectual property
right
Read it more carefully......
The initial application for trademark protection for the “Ionic Bulb” brand name
was rejected.
It was for the "brand name", and that was just the initial application. Many times that is the case as they have to submit more paperwork and info
Perfectly stated. Lehmans was a whole planet of their own. They were a giant, and at this stage of the game, producing numbers for a bunch of stockholders is very low on their list of priorities. There's SO much their working on that it would take a team of geniuses to grasp. The numbers will be out in due time, and will look good imo.
You're correct, they did raise the O/S in March. I meant to say that since the raise in total share structure in March they've only raised the O/S by 80M. My explanation was sub-par and wasn't meant to mislead any readers on this board. To elaborate, my thought is that they would have unloaded those original shares on the way up from sub-penny in March.....so by July most of those shares would have been unloaded as I'm sure the company wasn't expecting a giant pr from XOM with a $600M investment in algae. They could have unloaded those shares in 2 months. If they wanted to rip us off, when the stock was lifting off in July they would have kept raising the O/S to make more money. At that time there was a 100M sh difference between O/S and A/S. That shows me this company is not a stock selling scam like a spongey stock I bought. I will be more careful with numbers I post in the future.
There is minimal risk right now if your a trader. If it happens to dip into sub-penny you sell it quick with a minimal loss. If it doesn't the upside is enormous. The betting odds are in your favor.
I think we know why they took their time with this wire...they wanted to secure a lease in a facility..... and now that it's done we can focus more on the business aspects.
Yes, it was the fact that it was "addressed" and not OFF of pink sheets yet. That's why MM's are punishing us right now. The V was slow for a little while so they figured the news had no effect, so they dropped the bid/ask prolly by selling some shares they had stashed away and they got a few retail jumpers...not many...about 700k sh, which equates to around $7k...but enough to move the stock down. That's their game and will be until we hear the the CE is GONE. And then we'll have solid footing and we can start looking foward to revenue streams in 1Q 10'. I would say though that I believe opportunity is knocking hard at these levels. I just put a sell in for another stock so I can pick up more BEHL and I try to NEVER do that.
Might be this.....
Home Prices Up Sequentially In 3Q As Sales Volume Up - Freddie
DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
U.S. home prices gained 0.9% in the third quarter after an upwardly revised 2% gain in the previous quarter, according to Freddie Mac (FRE), as all but two U.S. regions saw sequential increases.
Freddie Chief Economist Frank Nothaft said the gains during those six months reflect higher sales volume--up 15% between the first and third quarters--and has erased nearly 40% of the price declines the previous two quarters. From a year earlier, Freddie's Conventional Mortgage Home Price Index, which excludes all refinancings, was down 3.9% in the third quarter.
"The lowest average fixed-rate mortgage rates
in a half century, lower house prices, incentives to encourage first-time buyers and loan-modification efforts to stem foreclosures have worked together to support sales and reduce the inventory of unsold homes," Nothaft said.
Sequentially, the nation was again led by the Pacific region, which had a 3.9% gain from the previous quarter. Of the seven regions, New England and the mountain region were the only ones to post declines, of 0.7% and 0.6%, respectively.
Last week, the National Association of Realtors said its forecasting gauge of housing-market activity climbed to its highest level in more than three years in October. The previous week, the association said October sales of existing homes jumped by 10% as buyers continued to take advantage of a first-time-home-buyer tax credit, low prices and low mortgage rates.

Your work will be much appreciated, that's going above and beyond...so thank you.
BioCentric Holdings Shareholder Update
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/08/09 -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: BEHL) today issued the following updates:
BioCentric's President, Dennis Fisher, today announced the company has executed the lease for the company's new California corporate facility on S. Garney Street, Santa Ana, California. The facility comprises of approximately 6400 sq ft of administrative space and One acre of land for the construction of the new Closed Loop Photobioreactor system.
Construction is expected to begin January 2010.
Mr. Fisher commented, "Dennis Shen left for China Friday midnight to participate in quality control of the first commercially manufactured 180 degree turn and breathing solution corners for the Algae Pro Photobioreactor. After over ten enhancements to the initial engineering of the 'corners,' one of the most iatrical components of the Algae Pro Photobioreactor, we are excited to have the first run begin in the assembly process."
The innovative request from the BioCentric Team for a design of flexible, durable, UV resistant tubing acquired no response. So the company's team began the process of creating a new product formulated and manufactured here in the USA. BioCentric is happy to announce that the first mile is being manufactured here in Southern California. When finished the provisional patent documentation will formally acknowledge the participation of the two other companies that made BioCentric's request for something new, a reality.
Last Friday Charles Bensinger, Professor at NM College in Santa Fe, received his desktop Algae Pro Photobioreactor along with instructions on optimum management in SJC. This unique design for a small Photobioreactor can be easily assembled from one to up to 50 square meters. It was designed by the BioCentric Team as the small scale version to introduce possible enhancements for the full scale version. Within the unit, BioCentric also incorporated four important sensors to maintain maximum efficiency in a sterile environment. Mr. Fisher commented, "Once again, another invention from necessity."
Mr. Fisher further commented, "Additional tear sheets of developed products we invented for sale will be published as we complete the engineering. On a Separate Note Management has and will continue to work with the people of PinkSheets to validate their removal of the Caveat Emptor under BEHL. We believe we have submitted the additional information to achieve our goal."

Agreed, this will be a multi-bagger for sure. Toppling .01 is not out of the question. These pops to the lower .003's and drops to the high .002's is not what we're looking for. When we get our wires for the infommercial we'll see a buying frenzy.
Would have been a nice 100% gainer today though lol. Now we need to see ZVTK follow suit.
Good chart, and notice ADX...when D+ crosses over white , which is just about to happen, we should have a pop. I think we're seeing a little healthy pullback now.
Yeah, that shows that the consolidation phase was manipulated to the downside. That's why the SP really hasn't worried me the last week. We'll see a correction by EOY...imho.
That's a good chart philip...and I do see how you can interperet a move to sub-penny, but did you notice that the closer we got to .01 today the more the buying picked up? And on your chart notice everytime RSI touched the oversold line there was a pop. Well we're there today. And if we get an announcement of the CE getting removed in the next 2 days, the SP would easily blow past that second resistance line, as it is not that far away. And if we close above it (it's at about .017 now), as you know, that would send out a buy signal since we haven't closed above it since the pop in late July. If DF couples the CE announcement with news of some revenue, we could have a multi-day pop.
Was just gonna post anyway.... 5.1M buys...5.4M sells....pretty even. So this little drop today doesn't mean much imo.
There are currently 30M more buys than sells. I think we are gearing up for the news that is real imminent. It could come out any moment.
.0026 is up. Looks like we're setting up for a good week.
Thanks for the clarification Coach....
Here's a wiki search, if anyone wants to know what Coach is saying...
Can trustee of bankruptcy of a general partner of a limited partnership force sale of gp's interest to net higher sale price of gp's interest?
Can he? He's required to by law and sworn obligation to get the most for the people owed he can! Oh yeah...thats what you were sworn to do to before you went bankrupt...use what you own/control to pay those you owe.
You always subtract gains from your loss, if you have more gains than losses then subtract the loss from your gains and take your wife on vacation.
Yeah, and the way the MM's are holding it in range is also a tell.
I don't really know enough to say that the US laws would be more favorable than the UK's, but I would feel more comfortable knowing that US law would be in effect.
If you don't trust him, then I respect your decision to not invest. With the recent filings the company has made trying to remove the CE my trust in them is solidified a little more. And the $6M orders for the algae oil that have been confirmed by RWE and are in the process of being developed, gives me the confidence that 2010 will be BEHL's year. I've been through lot's of companies that have traded EXACTLY like this one has this year. Just look at QASP today. Their trend lines all broke because everyone thought they were scamming, they hit a low of right about where BEHL is now last week and are at .035 right now. BEHL had a similar trajectory on the charts as QASP with a euphoric pop then a beatdown, and when promises start getting confirmed....POP...up the stock goes. And I believe BEHL will follow suit.
I don't believe he was relying on SMA only Philip. If you check out his past posts you will see he was looking at the MACD trends and MFI (MFI having fallen off a little the last 2 trading days). He is also following the companys' progress regarding the CE issue and the revenue that we're expecting in 1Q 10'.
When you're trying to catch a bottom of a stock that you believe is going to correct back to the upside, the chart is never going to look great. That's the speculation. You're looking at micro and macro trends that you're coinciding with news and the fact that we haven't had news in just about a month leads us speculators to believe that the next wire will be a monster.
Buys 14M vs. 7.5M sells
Patience danielsan...lol
I don't know....I think maybe since it was Nov. 08' before the suit that the 12B might be a coincidence but the fact that investors are taking their money out could be a sign that they think Leh's might win a court battle. Looking good imo.
