I sent these letters to OSC, SEC, Delaware SOS, and Jocelyne David at Autorité des marchés financiers (Quebec equivilent of the OSC)
OSC issued a halt to 10 other companies that SAT was the TA for:
The temporary orders:

OK, here is the latest reply from OSC to my emails (not certain whether it means anything):
Thank you for your follow-up inquiry to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) regarding OSC enforcement action and The Alcar Chemical Group, Inc.
The Commission does not generally comment on the existence, status, or nature of an investigation unless the matter becomes one of public record. The purpose of this is to protect the integrity of investigations, to ensure the complaint process is not used to affect the market and to provide fairness towards those who are the subject of investigations, but against whom proceedings may never be taken.
Public information regarding enforcement activities is made available on the OSC web-site (at: www.osc.gov.on.ca), generally when an investigation results in the matter proceeding to a Commission hearing or trial in a provincial court.
In the case of The Alcar Chemical Group, Inc., there is currently no OSC information in the public domain relating to this company.
However, I appreciate the information and comments you have provided, and the time you have taken to once again contact the Ontario Securities Commission.
Sincerely,
Scott Murray

Dear Mr. xxxx :
Thank you for your inquiry to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) concerning The Alcar Chemical Group, Inc.
The Alcar Chemical Group, Inc. is not a reporting issuer, generally a publicly traded company, in the province of Ontario. This company does not appear to be a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction in Canada. We have no information on Birman Managed Care, Hackerproof, Inc. or The Alcar Chemical Group, Inc.
The OSC is unable provide information on the requirements to which The Alcar Chemical Group, Inc. would be subject in the United States. I would suggest you contact the Delaware Securities Commission at 1-302-577-8424.
You may also wish to consult with your broker.
I appreciate the time you have taken to contact the OSC using our on-line inquiry service.

Hello Ms. McGinnis.
Thank you for your reply.
I'd be surprised if the OSC has not heard of Alcar Chemical Group (headquartered in Quebec), and even more surprised if the OSC hasn't looked into this company to see if there has been any wrong doing, since their Transfer Agent is Select American Transfer (SAT), based in Toronto. If the OSC can issue a halt to 10 companies, trading in the USA on the same exchange as Alcar, that SAT represents, I can't see how you can say that Alcar is a company not under the OSC's jurisdiction. BTW, SAT is also registered in Delaware.

http://www.osc.gov.on.ca/Enforcement/Proceedings/RAD/rad_20070522_select-american.pdf
The OSC has obviously looked at the connection between Jason Wong\John Sparrow, and the companies that SAT represents. You might also want to look into the connection between these companies and Midland Baring, Lightsmedia, Jean Francois Amyot, and Homer Pateridis. The similarities between the reverse mergers into dormant\inactive shells (hijacked), followed by reverse spilts, company name changes, and having their web sites hosted by Lightsmedia is astounding.
I also sent my initial email below to Authority of the Financial Markets in Quebec (I believe they are the OSC equivalent), Delaware SOS, and the SEC.

Wow, that worked well for you
Thanks Ford for the info

Soooo U R saying that your broker took your cert, put the shares in your account, you sold them.
Then the broker said we made a mistake, took your money and returned the cert?
U selling thoses shares caused the share price to tank to where it is now. In addition, you got shafted by having your cert returned?
Thanks gc
is there a connection?
i can't remember but were his shares restricted before the SIAM deal, or only became restricted as part of the SIAM deal when they were supposedly placed in escrow
Yeah, sorry 'bout that Lil Jazz
If I included everyone, the list woulda been a mile long.
You guys definitely shoulda been in that list - hehe
OT:
Thanks a bunch for your PM grant!
MBL
Yes, this certainly has the makings for a blockbuster movie.
My picks are:
Joe Pesci as Dr. C
Robert DeNiro as jerseyboy
Billy Bob Thornton as iseem
Jessica Alba as Bethany
Jim Carrey as Newbie
Brian Dennehy as grantg2
and for a little Bavarian flavour, special cameo appearance by Klaus Kinski as yoddler standing outside pretzel shop :>() (sorry for the stereotyping, couldn't help myself)
any board members looking to pack up the family and head out on a vacation adventure?
I hear Saoula, Algeria is nice this time of year - hehe
have any board members ever been in contact with Terki?

I'm not certain of that.
I believe the NR's are posted and removed automatically by java script on the web site linked to the streetir.com:

---------------------------------------------------------
The interesting thing now is that the streetir.com, also hosted by lightsmedia, is no longer in existence:
http://www.lightsmedia.com/eng/domainnames.asp?domain=thestreetir.com
even people that sell hang around because nothing has been confirmed one way or the other, and if the SIAM deal is real this stock will explode
There are also alot of intelligent posters who do excellent DD.
Also, many posters have been on this board for so long, it's become an addictive chat room
1) B - TA buying
2) who frickin' knows
3) A - Yes ACMG will be halted
So, let me ask all on the forum what they think. Only 3 questions with various answers (multiple answers per question possible):
1) Who is buying right now (rising pps, volume quite significant too)?
1a Daytraders
1b TA (to eliminate illegal shares)
1c Naked shorters covering
1d Insiders
1e Siam
1f Current shareholders who are averaging down
2) Is ACMG a scam?
2a Yes, from the beginning
2b Yes, but only after huge issues with TA, shell, SIAM, etc. were encountered
2c No
3) Is there going to be a trading halt by the SEC?
3a Yes
3b No
If the plan was to shaft the NS'ers, then ideally the best plan would be to come out with 2 or 3 positive NR's in a row, driving the price way up, forcing them to cover at a significantly higher price.
By remaining silent, and letting the share price crumble, the only ones that are getting shafted are the "longs"
Camps 2 and 3 are still viable options, IMO
As for the divy, Lil Jazz is correct - basically the shareholder of record on a certain date means nothing, its the ex-divy date that matters (I think you need to own 3 days before the ex-divy date)
But, this is Pinkieland and I don't think they even need to annouce an ex-divy date. They can say, ok shareholders of record on a certain date will receive the divy. No ex-divy date and who ever owned shares on that date receive the divy - Period.
MBL
ACMG is still trading but with no TA, certs are not being accepted by brokers.
Pinkeyepete and hubluv tried to cash in their certs and they were returned to them
Joe, I'm not convinced AURC is a real company.
The first $20.00 I would invest towards AURC would be:
http://www.corp.delaware.gov/directweb.shtml
for $20.00 they will provide detailed info
They reverse mergered in October, 2005, same time as ACMG (both used Midland Baring to help them, both registered in Delaware, both use lightsmedia to host their web sites - same as most of the 10 SAT companies halted by OSC), Then 1 day after ACMG does a 1 for 1000 split, AURC does.
Black Rock's last filing was in June 1998 stating they were laying off most of their employees. I haven't looked into this too much, but my guess is that they reverse mergered into a dirty defunct shell.
According to the information, posted on The State of Delaware website, after 3 years, the company cannot be bought from the state, renewed, revived, restored, or extended.

Our lab set-up to optimise our technology for use of by-products and wastes from the sugar manufacturing process as feedstock, undertaken as a development project with Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd., has sparked the interest of the SEA consortium. Our future partner has committed to participate in this optimization process by contributing half of the costs involved and has undertaken the necessary steps to transfer the funds this same week in order to accelerate the process.

also, soshi has been mentioned by two separate posters, as a member of the SIAM group. I'd really appreciate it if someone can search the ACMG board for his full name so I can start trying to find out who he is again.

MBL
t is highly doubtful Siam is any "company" which sells a product or a service. Simple as that. The PR's said it was a consortium of private investors, not a company. Simply finding companies with the word Siam in their title is a waste of energy.
several people have already contacted Doshi and he either hasn't heard from Alex in over two months, or that's the story he is telling.
I thought Doshi would be the one person who could validate ACMG's technology but he stated he was never given a demonstration, spoke and emailed with Alex numerous times, but they have only met face to face once
MBL

it's been six weeks since the May 7th deadline ot finalize the deal.
Is Alcar legally obligatied to inform shareholders within 3 business days (or a reasonable time frame) whether it fell thru, is taking longer than expected but still in the works, etc?
If SIAM deal has been finalized wouldn't they have the money to hire new IR person? If, and that a big if, the deal is finalized SIAM\ACMG would be illegally manipulating the share price by remaining silent
Geez, we got several Phd's on board, I think we need a few lawyers - hehe
anyone want to comment on this reply from Stefoglo to ezxccsc's question
Does the Doc's catalytic nickel (higher PH 9+) steam/pressure process improve yields over current methods by a 10% or greater margin on cellulose conversion?
I nothing know about this. I know that the yeld of glycerol is max 40% from ( related to) on PURE GLUCOSE ( but not cellulose). First cellulose have to be converse to pure glucose). About new process of cellulose convertion i nothing know.
Jersey.
Just before, or leading up to, did Alex ever state to you directly anything about his trip to SEA?
i.e. did he mention SIAM specifically, any of their names, purpose of the trip, etc
Basically, did he tell you he was heading to Thailand and you assumed it was because of SIAM and the deal, etc or did he specifically tell you things.
MBL
Thanks for sharing this info!
MBL
I hope U R right
selling half my shares at a huge loss meant I would need 0.12 to break even over all
Buying at 0.011 significantly lowered my break even, and I was HOPING that after Pete and Jen's selloff the pps might bounce back to 0.02
time will tell.
I am amazed that someone is buying 1.5-2 million shares each day. My guess is SAT is doing most of the buying to recover all those phantom shares. I don't think it's SIAM, since it looks like the deal fell thru.
MBL
Up 'til now, I've always believed that Alex was an honest, hard working, very intelligent scientist with great technology and looking out for shareholder interest.
He just got suckered in by Midland Baring and others.
Now that it looks like Stefoglo owns (or should own) the technology, and the technology does not pertain to ethanol (according to Stefoglo).
Add that to other things we know and I now believe this has been a scam since the beginning, and all Alex's doing.
Having said that, I have no plans to sell my shares.
I sold half my shares at 0.03 but was stupid and bought them back again last week at 0.011 - I am down too much to bother selling
MBL
'Cmon, let it go
I'm tired of having to read thru all this iseem crap
