Hey penny.
Like everything else with this company, your guess or theory is as good as anyone else's - hehe
It's quite possible that we own 25 of the 45 million float.
Kinda hard for SIAM to buy shares, if we won't sell them
There are a ton of acmg shareholders not on that list.
Quickly looking thru recent posters, there is you, swizzer, chuck, sally, papashrine, gator, crypt, e-nerd, merry, risi, stock mauder, iswt, Jack, res ipsa, etc
Hi Jazz.
I completely agree with you. It's probably best to start a new list.
The list I posted was compiled by someone else on this board (I don't remember who). The amount of shares they owned was also listed but I removed that info.
Also, iseem and his 2.3 million shares (hehe) are not included
I know we cannot call the TA to get the number of shareholders, but if someone can find the total from a few months ago, that should be close enough.
My last post made me realize that there are still a heck of alot of shares held by posters on this board.
It gave me a theory for the recent increase in shareprice.
If we assume SIAM is trying to buy up the float, for as little money as possible, but they realize that shareholders won't sell at a penny or so, at a 80-90 % loss.
Therefore, they decide to move the pps upwards to 0.025-0.035, hoping we'll sell at a 50-60% loss
MBL
someone, I think gcduck, was compiling a list of shareholders on this board.
I am curious to know how many total ACMG shareholders there are, and how many of them on this board and RB.
In Mid March, the below list of people (if truthful) combined for 14 million ACMG shares. I don't care about the shares held, but am curious to see the percentage of shareholders on this board.
Can everyone (including all the Lurkin'Larry's), either add or subtract their names form this list?
I dunno, it might be better to start a new list - comments.

DEMATCO INC (DMAT:OTC:BB)
this stock is up and down like a yo-yo - Daytrader's dream stock
I've been following it for months, low volume (usually) but large up and down swings.
today it shot up from 0.21 to 0.53 and closed at 0.45
I bet within a week it'll be back in the twenties ready for another run
OMG, ACMG at 0.025???????
WooHoo
Hey jersey.
can u post more info in the ibox about share structure - fully diluted, A/S, O/S, insider holding, float, etc?
Pinksheets only lists: Outstanding Shares: 9,180,542 as of 2004-06-22
Also update the latest NR's?
BTW, seems like it could be a daytraders paradise
OT: ALRY, TCOM, AND EFSF are stocks I have been tracking for about 18 months - worth doing DD. Also, sooner or later NMKT will explode.
thanks

to_profit. Is this directed towards me?
If so, not being facetious, but I don't understand what you are referring to.
Is it my prediction of pps?
thx

We have had an agreement - NO GAMES
Please!!!
I'm sure most of you know lowman, since he "people marked" by about 10 zillion board members.
Anyways, I liked his quote and thought I'd post it here:
Lowman's Investing Law: As soon as you finally give up and sell your position at a loss, that's when ground-breaking, awesome news hits the wire, and you have a 1-3 day hold on your money
MBL
I too am confused by the 160 day NS, but I hope you are correct.
IMO also that we hit 0.03 before next Friday - just gut feeling
Then why do u waste your time reading the posts on this board?
Thanks Pete
Because if AST&T is now the TA Pete and Hubluv could exchange their certs
I don't know if you can call going from 0.02 to 0.018 with only 475,000 shares tarded a healthy pullback.
The thing that is most promising is the low volume.
Not true, if you can believe any NR's put out by AURC, they have a new TA.
Funny thing is, I bet it's Fairross - hehe
Friday June 15, 2:34 pm ET
NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 15, 2007 -- Aurus Corp. (Other OTC:AURC.PK - News) advises its shareholders that it has changed its transfer agent and the latter is proceeding to fulfill the regulatory requirements to effect the distribution of the dividend.
looks good for day traders - it is going up and down like a yo-yo
Pete, is your cert in your name or street name (Broker)
from what I understand, a stock cannot trade unless one of the below 3 options are met:
1) company has a TA
2) a TA is acting as a intermediary until a TA is hired
3) the company takes on the responsibility as the TA
so, either Fairross is the intermediary TA, or the Alcar is. We know that AST&T is not.
Alex has been MIA for over 3 months now, but his cell phone is still active, although it seems to be in the hands of some Thai lady.
The bills would be quite excessive if it is being used by the Thai lady as someone has stated.
Someone must be paying that bill, or the phone company would have cancelled it by now.
so...
1) someone is obviously paying the phone bill
2) The phone company must know where to send the bill to, since the office has been vacated. It is possible that the bills are going to Carmel and she is paying them
Wow. I cannot believe all this frustration and negative connotation directed towards jerseyboy.
IMO he certainly doesn't deserve it. I know this is the Internet and there are no faces to these names, and it is easy to mislead and makeup stuff, but it is my opinion that jersey is a stand up, straight talking guy.
The two posts you listed are only a couple of days apart and it appears that jersey has done a 360 on his opinion of Alex.
On the contrary, I'd bet his opinion of Alex has not wavered.
It is his opinion of ACMG that seems to have changed, which may or may not be Alex's doing.
In the post to duck, he states very clearly that he believes that Alex was forthright and honest with him.
In the post a few days later, he is dissuading a potential ACMG investor. I don't think there is a person on this board that would recommend buying this stock unless there is some kind of news release.
MBL
It would be great if we traded under 1 million shares for the rest of this week

Siam bought over 20 million shares before they announced the buyback - this info was posted by jersey some time ago
It's my opinion that IHub and RagingBull board members own most of the acmg shares available for trading.
It would be worth it for someone like yourself or Pete, who have already invested quite a large sum of money into ACMG, and would like that money back, to invest a couple of thousand to move the share price upward.
Since most shares are now in the hands of longs that will not sell for a penny or two, it doesn't take much money to move up the price.
example:
if the bid is at 0.019 and the ask at 0.021, you buy say 5000 shares at 0.021 for $105.00.
A couple of buys at the ask and the ask goes up.
If you get the price up to say 0.03, it alerts stock scanners, etc and then the bandwagon of day traders and others trying to catch the upswing start buying, not even knowing why the are buying (they probably assume a big news release is forthcoming). Next thing you know, the shareprice is soaring upward.
MM's do this all the time, trying to keep the share price up or down. If you look at the trades you'll see a trade of 500 shares go thru that brought the price up or down.
can someone post the closing price and number of shares traded for the past 14 days?
thx

iseem's brother-in-law is in Thailand looking for Dr. C
He sent me this picture:
BTW, i love your email address and favorite stock - u obviously have a sense of humour
Hey TJ
acmg is no different than aurc, and until today it's been trading in the .10-.12 range
Ok, there is a difference: acmg is being bought out by a mystery group in Asia, and aurc is being bought out by a mystery group of Russians - hehe
I should have posted this a couple of days ago, for those who don't know.
It appears that Jason Wong may have made a deal to "rat" out the others in the SAT scandal.
Since ACMG is still trading, this is another positive

I think it is very realistic
what TA bought don't know, but my guess is that the more SAT\Fairross\AST&T can buy, then less time sparrow\wong\rogers do in "the big house"

Call me a nut (hey wait, that's your name - hehe) but I actually believe that.
I think any phantom shares have been bought up and no more NS - just my opinion.
I think members on this board can easily manipulate the pps by buying small chunks at the ask and sooner or later others will buy on the quick upward movement
Do we close above 0.02?
I'm just reading this now jersey.
since we've already hit 0.02, I can't accept the bet.
All I can say is Wow!!! Go ACMG GO
i bet acmg closes at 0.0175 today

or maybe Jason Wong is not a real person?
Wow, have you been extremely positive for the past week or two.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly hope there is reason to be positive, but what has changed between now and two months ago, other than the declining shareprice.
If there aren't any phantom shares floating around, then I definitely agree that IHub and RB posters own almost all of the float.
SIAM bought over 20 million shares of ACMG before the 30 million buyback was announced.
The question is, have they been buy or selling since then
