lowtrade.
If it's not the starting upward leg of the cup and handle, it could be a rounded bottom (reversal) - either way it looks like at least a double, if not a triple - correct?
thanks,

Hi Lil Jazz.
It'll be mid-August before I am back home and able to follow this board on a regular basis.
And as I stated previously, I am reluctantly willing to become moderator at that time.
If someone else whould like the ACMG moderator job, that is fine with me.
personally, I think to_profit would do an excellent job as mod, or asst mod.

Hey Mr. Big, are you still planning to apply to take over as moderator? I have been unable to spend enough time recently to do an effective job. It really isn't fair to the board so, when you're willing and able.....
Hey Jack.
You are right.
tj seems to be the dominant poster on this board lately and I wrongly vented a little frustration.
He is on ignore now, so I will no longer read or reply to his posts.

Hi Lil Jazz.
can you please delete this entire thread.
I was wrong to write what I did about tj

MBIR
lowtrade, were you able to look at the MBIR chart?
It's up 33% so far today.

Hi lowtrade.
MBIR
Looks like the 5, 10, 20 might be coming together.
MACD never went below zero when it dropped from 0.69 to 0.31 - good indicator???
The acc\dist is trending downward - is this good or bad?
could this be the bottom of a "cup" forming in a cup and handle?

Thanks lowtrade.
This can wait, no rush.
I believe this one might be one for your watchlist.
I didn't read the NR's or look into the company, just the chart
BTW, most times I ask you questions about a stock\chart, it's not cause I am thinking on buying the stock, but because I see something in it that I can learn, so if I am asking you too many questions, just let me know and I'll mellow out a little.
cheers,

Hey tj
thanks for the informative daily update - NOT!
Hey Jack.
Vacation is going great!!!
Thanks for asking.
I'm just skimming thru the message board now and then.
Wow, look at the volume, float has dried up.
Now we just need to push the baby north

hi lowtrade.
I read thru some of their past NR's and it looks like it could be one to watch 2-3 months from now.
i don't think there is any urgency to buy in now.
they have recently acquired some mining leases and raised 1.35 million to start phase 1. The price of the warrants seems to be reasonable, and the wording the CEO uses leads me to believe he is a "straight shooter" and not a scammer.
achieving near term cash flow through production will add substantial value to our Company and shareholders and will enable us to raise further equity at better prices, minimizing dilution. We are also exploring possible gold loans to raise the $3.5 million to finance production, which will enable us to finance our operations from our reported reserves, rather than through further share issuances."
Steve Parent, President and CEO, comments: "Once we are producing gold, silver and cash flow, the risk associated with the future Deep exploration is substantially reduced for both our shareholders and future investors. Most sophisticated investors today are as concerned with risk management as they are with an uncommon return on invested capital. The opportunity to expand our Deep target from the reported estimated 1.4 - 2 million ounces of gold to a potential 5 million ounces, as suggested by reports, creates such an uncommon opportunity and the fact that we are already in production and cash flow provides the risk management component that should make our Company an attractive investment vehicle."

Geez, just checking todays posts and had to wade through a bunch of crap from the bashers.
It's funny that every time ACMG has a good up day, they are out in full force
I wonder why that is?
MBL
This is GREAT news.
Would he try and sue for technology that doesn't exist?
The fact that you were able to obtain a possible court date is another good tidbit of info
Excellent work ezxccsc!
Hi Lowtrade.
You are correct - I assumed, incorrectly, that it was pink to OTCBB, when no E or F at the end of the new symbol.
Like I said, I can't even remember why I put it on my watch list.
I wonder if this was in an effort to thwart NS'ers - symbol change and F/S.
This forward split is a mandatory split which requires shareholders to tender their existing common shares to receive new common shares in an amount equal to 11 new shares for every 10 existing shares. The Company will send a transmittal letter to shareholders of record with specific detailed instructions of how to proceed to complete the transaction.
I'll do some DD on it
GNMT - GENERAL METALS CORP
Hi lowtrade.
I have no plans to buy this stock (because I haven't researched it or looked at the chart) but thought that there MIGHT be something that could be learned from it.
They uplisted from Pinks to OTCBB today.
It was on my "watch list" but I can't remember why I was watching it.
I happened to check my stocks around 3:30 and noticed that the uplisting caused a 33% decline in share price. I thought that was wierd.
What seems even more strange is the little amount of volume that it took to make it close green going from 0.21 to 0.32 in 25 minutes on 30,000 volume.
I don't know if there is a lesson to be learned here, but since it looked like someone was manipulating the EOD price, I thought I would post it for your comments.

thank you lowtrade.
BTW, I only took a small position, looking to make some quick cash (get in and get out), so no big deal if it doesn't work out.

Hi Lowtrade.
I bought GSCR today at 0.0063.
Do you still think it'll trend upwards for the insider selloff?

Actually you just saw the reason a M&M kept pulling it down toward .006 all day.
The after hours trade was not one trade. It was a series of smaller trades under dealer protection for a private client.
These form t orders are reported in one lump when completed. Odds are the order was larger then 3.6 mill @.0061, because it was reported after hours. So logic says because it was an odd number and not completely closed during the day. What part of the orded which did close, came after hours, so the M&M could close out their daily book.
You don't see these .0061 trades during the day, because the form t has to be reported before it starts, and when completed only. Basically there were several or many .0061 trades closed. You just didn't see them until after hours, in one lump.
For your ref;
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=help&hid=1835
'T' If reporting a single protected transaction. A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction, the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction. However, the market as a whole isn't told until the end, thus the order is protected.

The minute I saw the OTC:BB after hours trade I knew to look for the form t in the daily trade report. There it was.
If you don't see the form t, many times, any large blocks, after hours closes, are M&Ms settling share swaps during the day. This is the dead give away M&Ms are working the system., usually to improve daily volume, by injecting some emotion.

Hi Chuck.
You are certainly free to do whatever you want with your ACMG shares, but I don't think selling your shares for a penny or less is good for you, or us.
If you read my post below, you will see that we are only trading $9000.00 worth of shares a day.
THE FLOAT IS DRYING UP and now we are off REGSHO
The float drying up has to mean that ACMG shareprice should start increasing - does everyone agree with this statement?

I would like to suggest that everyone here leave a long voice message on Alex's phone, and each of us send an email with a large attachment to him to fill up his voice and email. Then a week later, do it again to see if they bounce back.
No, I'm already in at 0.0201

coach that certainly sounds tempting.
Especially for someone like me who lives in the land of cold and snow.
You are definitely a welcome edition to this board, and if you need to ask questions, I'm certain myself or one of the others will gladly try to answer them.
A suggestion might be to skim thru the ACMG posts around mid-may 2007 - there was some really good research and discussion at that time.
Also the SAT board is an excellent source to see what was and is going on with SAT (ACMG's transfer agent) and the companies they represented.

Question\comment to to_profit and others.
I agree that only one letter\email should be sent.
Sending 100 emails with the same content will not do any good but might do harm - he might just ignore them all.
has the letter been sent?
Also, this is just a WAG (Wild A$$ Guess) but I don't think they can just say hey ACMG might be in big trouble here, so let remove them from the REGSHO list.
Good or bad, this has to mean something
MBL
Hello everyone.
I survived my 15 hour drive 'cross country - WooHoo
jersey.
Here's my take:
1) if it was a scam from the beginning, he coulda made way more money putting out bogus news releases, diluting the remaining shares available from the A/S.
So, it was either a scam from the beginning (which I still do not believe) and he had to cut the scam short and run because OSC was looking into SAT and the companies the represent, and he was afraid he'd get caught, or options 2 or 3 below
2) It was legit - still good chance it is legit and SIAM is keeping Alex quiet.
If the deal fell through, it is also quite possible Alex stayed in SEA to try and find another funder for his technology, but by now he would have communicated to some ACMG IHub members or put out a NR. He wouldn't have stayed in a foreign country because he was givign up his dream
Therefore, I do not think the deal fell thru - either scam or he is being silenced.
3) I don't think anything has happened to Alex, or Carmel would have returned your calls and told you.

He was very aware of my postings on Ihub. I can see several scenarios having happened here:
1.) This always was a total scam, and the most brilliantly well-planned and executed piece of chicanery that I have ever seen perpetrated in my entire life by anyone.
2.) It was legitimate, but after Alex went to Thailand it fell apart on the strength of Siam's reluctance to get involved in cleaning up a dirty shell manipulated by a crooked TA, and Alex has just stayed there to run Siam's operations and has given up on bringing the company forward, as he has no money or resources with which to do so.
3.) Something bad has happened to Alex.
I would've thought I would have heard from him after my repeated calls, and his continued silence both confounds and worries me. I honestly have no idea what the truth is, but I have other stocks and growing companies to be excited about and watch develop, and I can't look backward. If this works out well, that's great; if not, that's life.
thanks lowtrade.
I read the below when I went to check SGXI on pinksheets and decided to stay away, bought EXPH Expo Holdings, Inc. instead at 0.02
I was driving a 1000 miles yesterday morning, so placed an order and didn't check it 'til now.

Hi Fup.
Welcome to the board!
I am glad that you have decided to post and provide the research you have uncovered, but unfortunatley all of it has been and discussed at length some time back. Around midMay I believe.
Anyways I am too tired to explain in detail (maybe others here will) but ina nutshell David Birman originally took the company public as ticker symbol BMAN.
He went out of business in dec 2000, declared chapter 7 bankruptcy, liquidated all of his assets and the BMAN shell then became the property of Delaware.
Several years later (Oct 2005) the shell, legally or hijacked (stll unresolved) became Hackerproof, Inc. Several months later Hackerprrof Reverse Mergered into AC Group, Inc.. Several name changes later (AC Group, Alcard Chemicalsinc, and hen Alcar Chemical Group.
I actually posted all this info earlier today, when I was showing the 268,000 ACMG still owes Delaware but all the info I just tyoed out is also in that post.
The post I am referring to was only posted a few hours ago, so should be able for you to find.
I belive that Cookesville and Birman show up in various websites is because they are too lazy to update their sites to provide current management
MBL
skyzoom your post is not only selfish but totally unrealistic.
1) lawyers fees will be expensive
2) we need to seek a lawyer who will work on consignment (only gets paid if we will our case and obtain controk of the company). Easy to find a lawyer who wilwork on consignement for a class action suit against a company like Nortel, tyco, etc but may be tougher for a cash strapped PINK like ACMG.
3) The overall costs to get this company back to a state where we have a TA, active statis with Delaware SOS\SEC, etc will be in the $400,000-$500,000 range.
our 22 million shares at 0.02 cents per share is only valued at $440,000.
4) Our best option is to get a lawyer on consignment and file a class action suit and also try, with our lawyers help, to take over controlof the company.
5) I belive Pete allunded to this point - the A\S is 250 million, the O/S is only 113 million. We should be able to work out a deal with Delaware and SAT\Fairross or whoever, to allow us to be reinstate the company, whereas we take control of the company, release the remaining allowable 137 million shares into the float.
at current pps, that works out to 2.74 million dollars.
6) If the technology is real, we should be able to convine Evgeny Stefoglo to return to the company as CTO.
If item 6 is not true, or Stefoglo is unwilling, the 2.74 million dollars from diliting the free float is more than enough to pay Delaware, lawyer, TA, and any other outstanding debt. There would be plenty of money left over to compensate current, and potentially past, shareholders based on the amount of shares they own and the percentage of their investments that they have lost.
7) There is more value to this company that first thought, even if the technology is not real and the large amount of dept\taxes that it owes,
In addition to diluting the available shares by using all available in teh A/S, if Stefogo senario does not come to fruition, we still have a shell that we could sell for a substantial amount of money.
I think we have valuable assets available to be extracted from ACMG.
Personally, if nothing has progressed, by the end of August, related to my points above and we have not heard anything back from Dr. Cavasin or the new CEO, I will most likely sell my shares and move on.
I think others have the same deadline as a time to re-evaluate their ACMG positions and decide to wait it out, or sell and move on.
I see significant milestones that should have been reached by end of August and I see no valid reason to drag this on into teh fall or winter.
I think the July 27th deadline to hear from Alex, SIAM, and/or a company REP, is suffient time
Share Structure:
Authorized: 250M
O/S: 118M
Restricted: 73M

Pete.
What kind of money are we talking about?
Do we just need to pay the TA? If so, do you remember\know how much?
Or, do we also need to pay Delaware SOS, 'cause that ain't gonna happen IMO
So, if Delaware need to be paid, what is plan B?
We need lawyers at this point, not private investigators.

I don't think we need, or want, to disclose personal info about ourselves on this board.
Once we obtain the services of a lawyer working on consignment, we can realay any required personal information to him.
Remember, Alex may not ONLY read this board, he might be POSTING on this board.
Therefore, IMO any poster on this board, that hasn't been a member prior to March 2006 is suspect.
I know it sounds a little paranoid, but on the internet, it's easy to be fooled - just ask jerseyboy.
questions:
1) who wants to suggest, search, and\or recommend a lawyer.
2) do we want a lawyer who practices American or Canadian law?
My guess would be an American, since ACMG was registered in Delaware, trading on an American exchange, but I am certainly no expert.
Their office is suppedly in Canada and their Transfer Agent is in Canada

Hi Pete.
I like your ideas very much and think we should figure out the best way to take control of the company.
I also don't think that there is any harm in sending Alex an email as to_profit has stated.
I will be away from my computer on Monday and Tuesday, so I will put my 2 cents worth in now.
to_profit, I like you idea but not crazy about the wording at the beginning.
I think it should be worded in a way that makes it clear to Alex that communication by him or the new CEO is urgently required.
i was thinking of something like this:
Dear Dr. Cavasin.
This is a group message from 105 Alcar Chemical Group shareholders – members of InvestorsHub and RagingBull Message Boards holding 22 million shares.
Four months may not be an unusual amount of time for a company to not post any news releases, but when you take into account the fact that the company has vacated their office with no forwarding address, do not answer or return letters, emails or telephone calls, do not have a Transfer Agent or Investment Relations person, especially with critical changes in the company taking place such as a proposed buyout, dividend announce, new unnamed CEO, etc it is imperative that you communicate with your shareholders.
Failure to communicate in the form of a public news release, before July 27, 2007 will result in this collective group of investors taking the following actions:
1) Obtain an attorney, and file a class action suit against the company and all individual company executives and board members
2) Each of the 105 shareholders will send a letter to the SEC asking them to investigate you, your company, and your business practices.
3) We will hold a shareholders meeting in an attempt to take control of the company by disolving the current management team and board of directors. We will pay any taxes and fees owed and re-establish a TA for the company.
etc.....
