He may of even been brought on to complete a task or arrange some sort of a deal. Now that it has been done he is no longer required to be there. Could be something very simple.

Personally I think there is some sort of merger or buyout occurring. I don't think either company wants to walk away from a prosperous agreement.

Very good explanation. If you can't understand how good all that is you should not be investing. Those contracts are with much more than the current ifan valuation and possibly of around .0025.

I hear ya...I also think that they worded the 8k however as to not spook people by saying that the resignation was on good terms, as I believe Aplin has some future interests in IFAN.

Notice the wording as well as to not put any concerns forward:

I'm sure Aplin has some interest going forward with regards to this move IMO

They may honour existing contracts but I think moving forward ifan may either get bought out or license to a broader base instead of just net

And there was something in was reading that says 9 out of every 10 smartphones in the Scandinavian countries has the app for mobile pay use. Huge market and strong revenue to come in with financials for sure.

Ifan is now probably seeing how much money is to be made and is moving on to bigger and better agreements.

Yes and their platform will allow merchants and customers access to Google wallet even or Apple Pay. So if one a merchant only uses ifan they can use any of customers payment methods whereas if a merchant has only Google wallet they can only accept Google wallet payments. It's like having multiple payment options in one gateway
