I hope so dudes
I don't think that a company would buy these shares below market value and try flip that at .0001 for what would be peanuts, assuming there are even buyers anymore. There must be some reason to believe this stock will climb. Not sure what other scenario it would be. Also not sure why intellicell continues renewing the patent if they signed / will be signing it over. Of course we don't get those answers.
Or they are piling it on the ask. Don't know
The bottomless ask still remains. I would imagine an entity is collecting shares. Correct me if I am wrong, but we have seen two separate sc 13 statements regarding YA, so they now own 600 million shares. Correct?
True. They've got at least 300 million shares theyre sitting on, id imagine they would love for it to be worth something. What about a reverse split? At this point it wouldnt damage anything thats for damn sure....
Nice link 29 year. Another example of things that are going on we don't see or hear about. So are we just out of the loop or are we cryogenically frozen until big news happens. Unfortunately i believe we are screwed.
What's more why did YA procure a bunch of shares per that recent sc13
That statements indicates that YA can act on behalf of intellicell and transfer assets in event of default. If I am understanding the information correctly it implies that a request to transfer those assets has been made (presumably to I-cell), but European patent office will not fulfill that request until proof of the default is provided. That is what this is saying, provide proof of a default in the window of time stated or else the request will be thrown out.
Looks like YA may in fact be coming to collect the plants and paper clips after all
Good to see you Gonia. Thanks for the information.
Another dead stock in my portfolio had a 195 million dollar hit today. Strange
And we also do a renewed European patent fee... on a patent we supposedly don't own anymore?
Who knows what's going on behind closed doors. This stock continues to have random volume. I have other stocks in my portfolio that are dead, but they don't have volume..... ever. Why this ticker still has activity despite being bottomed out for years? I don't know. We do know that Vic has been working, no indication we will reap any benefits from it.
Nope. Random gamble maybe
As per the email, 212-249-3050
I have no time to call because I work a 9 to 5
Crickets. While I'm posting.... one of you claimed to have emailed intellicell and got no reply. Funny, I recieved a reply the next day and was given a number to call regarding treatment.
Interesting how Regen seemingly has not been updated at all. From what I can tell Vic and the crew have resorted to complete radio silence. No recent news on the intellicell page, none on the regen page, no facebook, some tid bits on instagram. Hmmm
I'm gonna go check that out. Thanks Margin
Neat read, but no mention of svfc.
Why is it detrimental news that YA owns 10 percent of the company?
Or has Dr Feel Good outsourced camel toe manufacturing to China. Maybe Trump will cut a deal and make Intellicell great again.

Dr Andrews worked in collaboration with this company and was reimbursed with shares. Wonder what he saw that made him think this company was worth squat. I think it is safe to say we are at the end of the road. Vic isn't even trying to sell shares anymore with some false glimmering press releases. Patents were apparently signed over to "I-Cell". This company was cleaned out under cover of dark and the share holders woke up to find a vacant building. They even took the last can of Who-Hash.
I wonder what YA got out of the deal? Vic is on instagram posting up pics of his daily activities like it's just another day. He dodged a bullet but left a financial mass grave of mis lead investors. That personalized letter he sent to share holders said big things were happening at intellicell. Maybe that optimism was from his point of view knowing that the captain wouldn't go down with the ship. I hope that the government cracks down on all of the shady stock market dealings. Apparently you can have a publicly traded company and simply lie about The Who, what, when, where, and why then severe ties after you parted investors of their money. I still don't get how Andrews name was plastered all over the place while at the same time he never actually acknowledged his ties to this company, namely the USA Today article. Why didn't he tell Vic to stop associating his name with a debacle such as this?
Happy weekend to all. May the new year bring renewed wealth to us all.
18 million block. Vic needed money to pay the parking meter
The good doctor is still making reference to stem cells like hes on the level, so I would imagine he is on the level. Are we out of the loop? Are we a dead shell? Hes apparently "killing it" somewhere, somehow if hes mentioning this field on a regular basis.
Maybe old saint Vic has some gifts for us in that bag of dicks
Vic has been working behind closed doors. Does anyone have an idea of approximately how deep in the hole we are? I always speculated that an entity could easily come in and buy this up, if it was worth it
That is crazy. What do you think will come of this
Hey thanks man. Have a good weekend
Im gonna need a bit more than that to even break even. Heh
Intellicell signed its patents over to I-cell, it would appear if Vic is still peddling his elixir that I-cell is in cahoots with him. I wonder if we have just been throw out of the mix.
The good doctor was at Cornell giving a presentation on stem cells today? So what is he pushing if this company signed away their patents and what not?
Hopefully this thing turns around so we can all dine on bowls of shark fin soup
Maybe someday we will be telling our kids the story of Good old St Vic and his Camels that brought Christmas cheer to needy stock holders
Thanks for the heads up man
These sites have to be gimicks. Laundry list of companies and in order to view the information you have to throw down money. I'm already invested..... the company either succeeds or fails.
Happy Thanksgiving all
The market is sky high and this piece of shit is dead on the bottom
Its been a while and since I had some free time I tried "poking" around. Any mainstream source of information has been inactive for a while now. The doc and his wife definitely did a social media black out. I have no idea what is going on at this point. They are still on the HK website....
Who knows
Let the dead lay in peace
