T Trade article -
https://incrediblepennystocks.wordpress.com/2013/06/25/incredible-penny-stocks-what-is-a-form-t-trade/
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
To execute a Market on Close” order, a market maker may have an order to purchase the stock at a certain price at the end of the trading day. This is the most unlikely scenario because it needs to be assured that someone selling the stock and someone buying that stock are agreeing upon a price. Simply put, this is more likely with insider buying and selling.
The T Trade that the public sees is nothing more than one or all of the above scenarios. The T Trade reported at the end of the day can be from one market maker or many involved market makers. It can be a single purchase price but is usually an average of all of the previously unreported purchases from that business day.
Hey porky, glad to hear from you. Yep still trapped here in this ever-churning dilution dumpage machine. Glad you didn't drop that $10grand. Been stuck here for a year and its still going to b a long time.
Still scraping bottom, and will go lower unfortunately. Might be awhile not enough revenue to sustain operations. Too bad.
News coming for two weeks now....yeah. Many of those claiming to have talked to IR or John during the spike aren't here slamming the board like they had done.
Thanks, hope so. Long here, been sitting on this for a year.
News tomorrow? Yea, sure...
Nice job ECIG, again NO news, NO updates...
News today???
We'll find out this week either way.
Maybe it's finally the merger/uplist discussed awhile back?
Look'n pretty good. WNTR has something going... $WNTR$
Big week for WNTR coming up... $PENNYLAND$
Totally agree. Going to surprised with Q1 and especially Q2.
Most of the losses were write off crap for tax deductions. They'll need all the carry-over tax deductions they can get for this year. $ECIG$ 2015.
At least they have confidence in their own company's stock. That's a good indicator this is headed up...
I think their subsidiary might do the growing. Not sure, couldn't get an answer from here...
Headed back to PENNYLAND for sure. $WNTR$
Most of the losses were 'write offs' non-cash losses. Get it?
Been a longtime coming for sure. >>>$WNTR$ BREAKOUT<<<
Wish I had more funds. GLTA
Back to pennies on this one... $WNTR$
Yea, but it's not as bad as it looks. About half the losses were like write-offs, adjusted valuation for acquisitions and valuation of assests, not actual cash losses. Status of some acquired inventory wasn't up to par and required upgrading or replenishment. Resulting in a business loss in valuation of fair market value. Q4 had over 40mil revenues, Q1 2015 will be even better, Q2 is on fire. A lot of turbulence but hang in there. These are terrific revenues for a company under 2 yrs of sales operations. Cant wait for them to uplist to the NASDAQ. They will in due time. GLTU!
Even if the OS was maxed to 300mil, thats nothing on the OTC. ECIG has hardly any shares out. What are stocks for? Hmmmm, maybe companies sell them to raise capital? Is that something new, isn't that what stocks are for? You buy, then you own a 'share' of the company. What a concept!
$ECIG$ 2015
Its not exactly a cash-loss. Devaluation of acquisitions, tangible and intangible assets what was recorded at fair value. Market conditions and events, exchange rate, inventory status at time of acquisition, other factors effecting valuation some which can change from year to year. They had to uprade and replenish in their acquistions which effect valuation for the current record period. Its just numbers. Bottom line they have significant revenues.
WOW! Somebody knows something. 5's closing in...
Good luck with that. We're already into Q2. Sales are awesome for 2015... like it or not.
GREAT POST. They're buying, that says it all...
ECIG launched sales March 2013; AWESOME footprint and revenues for a new company. Of course there are growing pains. The OS is nothing. REVENUES are significant and GROWING, focus on that, they are big.
ECIG 2015.
count on a R/S so Dror can dump his shares this summer. imo.
they bill VPOR.... imo
couple of posts stated they're still on vacation, news been coming since last week... hmmmmm too.
THINK BIG. $144.4mil was due to product replenish and upgrades. Looks like business in the works to me, with very favorable forecasts. ECIG is set to go. Everything in place, sales increasing. ECIG is BIG. Expect significant growth from Q1 and this quarter on...
What's the OS now?
I paid .043, funny how they're gone now....
