Welp, the bad news is that we're not moving, but the good news is that we're not moving, lol. 10Q will determine our fate in the short-term.
Yeah, I see the Tim Sykes' guys flipping stocks for $20 profits all day on twitter. It's beyond dumb.
Ah ok, that makes more sense then
Why would anyone sell 770 shares at this price period? That's like $230, lol. Are times that bad?
Yeah, the upside clearly outweighs the downside
RSI actually shows it's still slightly overbought.
Green to red today? That's not what I was expecting.
I think someone tried. I tweeted at Hillsborough County off of the article I found the other day. They replied to someone saying that the tests come from the state, so they don't know what test is being administered. To try and track down the contact at the state to confirm if it's a healgen test would be near impossible.
I will say that her e-mails seem more positive lately. Maybe her/her board realize that they need to bring some things to the table if they ever want to get this off the ground.
RSI shows we're still oversold here. If she gives us something good in the Q, we can rebound really quickly.
100% is, I just don't have the patience for it like I said. It definitely tastes better though.
LOL, thanks for the burn
I'm a propane guy also. Charcoal is better, but I don't have the patience for it.
Not sure if this is a trick question, a serious question, or if it's a trading joke, lol.
Let's hope she gets it in and they stay current
The Q was due on August 14th and granted an extension until August 21st. By law, it needs to be in by September 15th, but to remain current, it needs to be in by Friday.
E-mail from Melissa. PLEASE READ
I asked her where the Q is and positively, she says it's in the auditors hands so she got it to them in time. She can't confirm if Hillsborough has ordered more, but she's aware of their mass testing (maybe a hint that they are selling to them?). Also, they are looking into other tests, which is huge. If they get into another LOB, this will skyrocket.
10-Q is in process with the auditors. No issues just trying to file in a short period of time.
I can’t confirm whether the customer has ordered more units. We are aware of the testing Hillsborough is performing.
We continually review new products on the market (including those for Covid-19) and look for products that would be a compliment to the Rapid AB test we are selling. We are aware of the Saliva Direct PCR system and its recent EUA issuance over the weekend. It does seem to have advantages over the PCR nasal systems (not as uncomfortable as swabs and their testing platform (machine) is supposed to be more flexible than many of the PCRs currently on the market and it runs in half the time of most PCRs). This test should not be confused with AB testing; it is a diagnostic.
Thank you,
Starting to reverse a bit. About time.
They literally have no money to hire someone else that senior; look at the financials.
Wasn’t a response to me and I don’t know if she’ll get a deal done with Yale, but she did get one done with healgen which brings hope that she can get a distribution deal done with a company that has a saliva test. With that said, proximity could make Yale possible. Two hours away.
Excellent email
Beyond that, if she just gets into saliva testing period, we'll love her. That'll take this to new 52 week highs with ease. The PR alone would prob spike this thing up between $1.50-$2.00.
Agree to disagree here, but Melissa is the CEO, COO, CFO, and Head of Sales/Marketing for a cash-strapped publicly traded company. Not so sure she's bad at her job; I'm thinking she's just beyond overwhelmed. And no, i'm not Melissa and no, i'm not related, etc. :)
Definitely have slight more of a cushion. I'll take .31 over .24. Still think we inch up as the week progresses.
Yeah, I agree. She'll likely re-emphasize that the 1mil+ in covid tests in Q2 came over the span of a few weeks. The hope is that if she announces Q3 sales, that they're also very good. Showing growth quarter over quarter would be an excellent way to get this thing jumpstarted again.
Yeah, I agree. Even without subsequent info, i'd think that we'd make a move upward off of sales. With solid subsequent info, I could see us moving up pretty quickly.
I just e-mailed her asking if it's in the auditor's hands. If it is, we have a chance to stay current. If it isn't, my guess is it won't be out this week.
Wish whoever had that ginormous bid wall up would just slap the ask. Trying to get 90k+ at .28. If they just slapped the ask, we'd prob have a quick move to the mid .30's.
I'm just saying. I did my DD here and then came in and got the opinions of some before I invested. If I came and saw everyone bashing the CEO, it likely would've put a sour taste in my mouth. Either way, looks like we're starting to retrace. Hopefully what we saw Friday was the low.
Slowly building up. Would be nice to be north of .40 come Friday.
She’s confirmed that there was a supply chain issue (8-K on June 26th). She also confirmed that it’s no longer an issue, so should be in the clear.
Just food for thought, but if I was an ihub member and I was thinking about buying some ABMC, i'd run the other way given how much everyone in here complains about the CEO.
Just to end the night on a positive note:
1) The chart shows we’re primed to retrace. Way oversold
2) Q2 numbers will lift the PPS. Hopefully, she’ll give us something good in there regarding Q3, etc.
3) If Hillsborough is still ordering from us, those will be in the Q3 numbers and could be a few mil in revenue alone based off the article I posted yesterday depending on how many people show up to get tested.
4) If we break into saliva testing, etc., that PR would soar this to new 52 week highs alone.
Logistics issues is one thing, but saying this is way undervalued and should be over $2 is another. You need to look at the EPS. Based off of Q1 numbers, at $2.50, we’d be trading at roughly 125x EPS which is pure lunacy. CODX is trading right now at 37x EPS right now for comparison and that is also overvalued. To be a $2.50, we need revenues of a few mil minimum.
So then why isn’t AYTU worth 2+ bucks a share? They pump PR. They file on time. It all comes down to sales. While I agree that if they filed on time, this would be worth more, as it stands this has no business trading anywhere near those numbers without the sales to back it up.
ABMC is not worth $2.50 a share. It should've never been worth $1.26 a share either. It was built up on what we all thought would happen that never did. Sales will determine the direction of the firm and how competent leadership is here.
Yeah, I agree. For months we spoke about how the Q2/Q3 numbers would drive this stock. We were overbought/overpriced at $1 with nothing more than hype. So when the disastrous 10Q came out for Q1, we fell hard as expected. Now, we’re oversold and the chart points to a reversal. I think we’ll have a green week personally and if the Q2 10Q is good and we have some subsequent info that is positive, I can see us getting back to the .60-.70 range and rebuilding some hype. The only way we may get back over $1 is with some PR or outstanding Q3 sales, but I don’t think this thing is anywhere near dead. There’s also a good chance that we break into another business line. It’s obvious that ABMC got into covid test sales to infuse some cash into their struggling business. I’d have to think with their contracts in place, they’ll push to get into saliva testing as well. If so, that PR alone would spike this well past 52 week highs. We’ll see what happens.
Also healgen. A few thousands tests. No clue if they’re from ABMC though.

I just sent a tweet to Hillsborough County asking them which test they're using. Let's see if they respond.
