Thank your for that in depth opinion supported by legitimate information. Your hard work does not go unnoticed sir.
This was not my hypothesis it was Stockroombully who came up with this. I was just researching the process and sharing the info that's all. Cant hurt to look into other perspectives, as of right now nobody has any definitive answer as to what is going on behind the scenes.
Found an explanation for others like myself who are not knowledgeable on how an MBO works.
A management buyout, or MBO, is a transaction where a company’s management team is acquiring a majority of the company. This buyout is attractive to managers because being an owner provides much greater prospective financial rewards rather than being an employee. Managers rarely have enough funds to buy the company on their own, so additional funds may have to be raised, typically by way of debt financing.
Management buyouts are a great way to provide an ownership transition solution for a closely held private company where the owner values employee continuity. The managers know the business, and are in a position to provide comfort to a lender or investor who is backing their purchase.
One important note regarding MBOs is that managers have an extensive knowledge about a company, and frequently have more information than outside shareholders. This information asymmetry could lead to a conflict of interests where managers try to buy the company at a price below fair market value. In other words, managers may try to take advantage of an undervalued company. Outside shareholders know, however, that managers have an informational advantage and therefore demand a higher price in order to sell their ownership. Managers may therefore have to share some of the gains from the MBO with outside shareholders.
Remaining shareholders however, have reason to be excited. Being a shareholder means you directly benefit from the success of your business and the efforts of you and your team. Now that the company is management owned, the team will be highly dedicated and motivated to keep pushing the company forward.

One interesting part on the Venture backed part i found was this
Reasons to Consider Pursuing a Management Buyout
It allows for a smooth transition.
Managers already understand how the company works. They don't have to learn as much new information as an outside owner would.
It can inspire trust.
Since clients already know the management team, they are more likely to trust the restructured company. Employees who know and like the management team may feel less nervous about the change.
A private equity firm, venture capitalist, or hedge fund provide financing.
Would an MBO be positive news for shareholders? Dont know much about an MBO. Thanks
Stockroombully looks to have been silenced..Green Day’s are nice for that
Awesome read and thank you for all the time you put into formulating this. Much appreciated!
If you actually spoke with him would you mind sharing what he stated to you? Obviously there is no way to confirm if your legitimate since there are so many trying to drag this down. However that is for everyone to decide on their own.
Lol your pathetic..we’re not all weak like you..stop wasting your time
Does their actions / not responding to any shareholders warrant any legal action against them? Just curious if this can poorly effect them in the future.
why did you just change your post from the question about the address?
Still on my Army deployment all I have is wifi here unfortunately cant make these phone calls I had a friend try calling from home for the last one but dont wanna keep hassling them. Thought I remembered seeing shareholders for PR345 referenced at one point which would make me lean towards it being GEX but who knows.
Did anyone find anything to rule out Atheria as the PR345? I see they have the same address listed as well and seem to be the same type of company as GEX.

Im happy with my position but I would love it if your correct. Buy them up they're all yours
what day would you consider us on currently lol
I did the same thing about three hours ago KB. Just looking for any response. I have no sent multiple people messages on twitter just asking why shareholders cannot get a response to basic questions not regarding any rumors as well. In addition I have also emailed Justeen Blankship who manages the stock transfers to see if they have any information as to why we cannot get a response. She stated she is not aware of any issus.
I have tried the number provided by ranger for Pat with no luck and I have also tried the number multiple for Gex Managment and unable to get through. Has anyone else had luck in making any contact?
While looking at level 2, if people are intentionally dropping the price on this stock then am I wrong to think that they are doing it so they can buy more shares and hold a larger position? I cannot see any reason for them to do this other than that as painful as it is for current investors. Once the let up on these false bid/asks wouldn't the price move up quickly with cash flow?
If contacting GXXM is not working and they are not returning any calls/emails..who would you guys recommend reaching out to? Please provide contact information or an update if you have spoke to anyone. Thanks
good morning all! Same here ARanger..would love it to come sooner than later. Nobody in their right mind would sell at these prices I cant wait to add a little more to be honest. GL all
Why are people acting like the deal went through and PR isn’t gxxm? Did i miss news and if so please post it. Thanks
Has anyone recently called them?
lol no problem just wasn't sure if I was misunderstanding the info you were putting out. Thank you for the clarification!
you keep typing GEM management when all i know is GEX management..are you typing it wrong are are you saying a different company
GEX management?
I appreciate your insight and theory on this. I’m assuming this would possibly make the deal not go through or affect gxxm shareholders in a negative way?
IF it does turn out to be GXXM which will be an amazing turn out..how would you expect our shares to be converted? I don't have much knowledge on how these mergers typically work or what our shares would be worth about. I know they're so many things that still would need to be seen to assess a value but any insight would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Link is facebook I would love to see
Isn't GXXM worth more than this at its current state? I'm in on this stock and would love it to do what were hoping however, I'm surprised to see these numbers. I would never sell for a loss at this and will try to average down more since I am currently at 0029 for an average.
Well it shows on Facebook that they did view my message and i have posted to them on twitter as well. I am sure we could get a response if more message them. A response doesn’t mean that it would have to be harmful to any transactions taking place. Any response would be nice.
Instead of emailing for a response try posting on twitter to them maybe they will react with more of a public push? I only made a twitter account for following certain stocks which post updates on there but who knows maybe we will get a response. I posted something to their account.
This is actually false that someone else occupies that same suite number. Yesterday call me crazy but I ordered uber eats food to the location to have the driver tell me if the suite is still occupied. He said the suite has a note on the door and it looks completely empty inside as if the business was moved elsewhere. Don't trust others on here saying the suite is occupied by others because I just did this yesterday haha.

Another person on the GEX website that could be beneficial to try reaching out to for a response.
So after just sending someone over to check on the listed address in Houston. The building suite is no longer used by GEX management which leads me to believe this merger has in fact already taken place.
Has anyone tried calling them to ask if there will be a statement put out by the company to shareholders or any other updates? I currently am not able to make phone calls just have wifi so if anyone has and wouldnt mind sharing what put out to shareholders it would be appreciated.
Never want to sell in the red but if these lawsuits keep dropping the price it's going to hurt. Are any of you still confident in this stocks ability to push upward even with all of this news?
People like pennypro amuse me because if you were actually done with a stock why would you waste your time telling everyone else to drop it? Its a simple answer...your not done with the stock and you want to scare others into selling for cheap shares. There will always be pathetic people like him on these boards, its just the way it is. I look at it in the way that clearly if someone is taking the time to tryin scare you into selling...then your shares are worth something.
Thanks for all the opinions I’m new to trading and appreciate reading different perspectives. Obviously yesterday didn’t go as many of us hoped for and I was just wondering if anyone has reached out to the company regarding the situation or to ask if there will be any updates from the company. I have emailed several questions. I don’t expect a response anytime soon, I’m sure they have received many emails. As always thanks for any responses I appreciate it.
with the new financials do we have a new price this stock is worth?
im in this stock also but please stop doing typical pumper all caps crap lol just follow the stock and leave it at that .
