Any update about the SEC investigation since you contacted them? Are they still "taking you seriously"? LMAO
LOL is Greg the CEO?
Another post without any evidence to back it up. We all want to see the 8K, management is aware of it, and we will as soon as it is ready. As for the details of the transaction, they ve already been explained on twitter, what else do you need?
Great DD, very interesting!
Fully agreed, just wanted to cool down that Disney rumor.
Guys he is not the Mark McCorkle you re thinking about, he explained it on telegram:
"Guys, sorry for the confusion. No, not the screenwriter.... I own a mobile app company but I’m not the screenwriter in that wiki you posted."
Just talk on telegram ("it would be great for star wars game" etc), nothing serious yet. But the product is great, so in any case, up we go!
Good news!
I asked Greg a few months ago and he told me they would apply once the merger is complete. They probably wanted to clear the bank and TA issue first, which will be done with the merger.
OK I see, thanks
Where did you see the float updated? I see June 25th on OTCmarkets website.
Not a buying opp, buying opp was at .12/.13.
No volume today? Strange
LOL apparently you dont know how to read. 2 proofs:
1) Osborn owns 47 mill shares, read the form 4 again and add the ones he owns indirectly (39.9M) and the ones he owns directly (7.3M).
2) I said I would NOT say there are 600 to 800 mill shares owned by insiders and friends because I dont have any proff, but it s definitely a lot by seeing how the stock trades.
LOL the 10K is until Dec 31st, we are in July. Just add the forms 4 and you ll see insiders own at least 200 million shares. Keith Osborn himself owns 47 million shares, Steve Rotman 36, etc. Then we have the 2 kids who own at least 53 million. And then there s all the family and friends that we dont know about, but that s probably a lot too.
I wouldnt say they own 600 or 800 million shares in total like some say, but definitely a big percentage.
LMAO what a joke!
LOL. Any proof of that? Where s the dilution?
LOL it already reached 0.16 with about the same SS, so it can definitely do it again. Your problem is that you think Vystar will stay as is, but imo huge growth is coming. Vystar has a lot of things cooking and if only ONE of these big things (tires, gloves, etc) comes to fruition then pps will explode.
Time will tell who s right or wrong!
These are the requirements for Nasdaq Global Select Market, impossible for Vystar at the moment, but they can definitely uplist to the other 2 tiers Nasdaq Global Market or Nasdaq Capital Market. With the acquisition of Rotmans it will be a piece of cake.
Imo for the pps requirement they will probably do a 10:1 or 20:1 RS, so market cap does not need to reach 4 billion $. In that situation a RS will not be an issue as it brings us to a much better place. Also it would be consistent with what Greg or Steve said earlier this year: RS will only be considered when pps is around 0.5$ for uplist purpose.
Good catch, I was also wondering why we had this new file. So it looks like they re getting their ducks in a row.
That explains the delay in filings, they had to do the audit again, so now that this issue was cleared, they will probably deliver Q1-10Q very soon to be current again.
It s an update of the app, not a PR.
Great DD! It proves a lot of great things are coming!
LMAO you ve never heard the term "Super 8K" ? You must be a newbie. Take some time to learn before making statements like that. GLTY
OK but do you think they own part of Rotmans? I thought that was the original question
I thought Rotmans was owned by the 3 brothers, and their kids did not have any ownership. But we dont know the details since Rotmans is private so just speculation at this point. All we know for sure is that Steve owns 42%.
The purchase by Stone was most probably stock options, Vystar issued 22 million stock options last year, so nothing surprising here.
OK but it was the same for all the other directors, check the other forms 4. Nobody made a comment on that. They decided on January 25th that all directors would be compensated with 4 million shares, probably based on some criteria (date, performance, etc) and they issued the shares later on based on these criteria, and for Matthan it seems that it was last week. There s many possible cases, check the page below, it gives multiple examples:
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/stockcompensation.asp
Nothing to worry about here imo.
At 0.0007 it was not a buy, it was a 4,000,000 shares compensation. All directors had the same compensation dated on January 25th. Not sure why we see the form 4 so late but nothing surprising here.
And at 0.0139 it was a buy. It is at a discount price (about one third) but thousands of other companies do it, what is wrong with that?
He is actually only linked to Vystar and Polymer Consultancy Services PLC Ltd, no other company.
And agreed he has not had any impact on the pps YET, but his relations through Vystar and IRMRA can lead to HUGE contracts, and that could have a big impact on pps.
Agreed, Matthan is a big name in the latex industry and since January is closely related to the government of India (IRMRA is under jurisdiction of the Minstry of Commerce & Industry), the 3rd largest rubber producer in the world.
This is a massive combo for Vystar, cant wait to see what it will lead us to. And like you said, Matthan has now 4 million reasons to develop Vystar!
imo it is for institutional investors buying and selling, it s been happening for weeks according to you, nothing wrong with that.
Again, he mighy be overpaid for what he is doing, I wont deny that, but stop saying FREE shares, that is compensation.
LOL then have you seen 53 million shares sold since June 30th?
But for Greg and Jamie's indirect shares, I agree it is still cloudy if they should be in a form 4 or not. This has been debated without any clear answer to me.
LMAO dump what shares? Look at the daily volume! And have you seen any form 4 showing they sell shares? Nobody at Vystar is dumping.
smh.... Free shares??? These guys work for the company! Share compensatio is a common practice on stock market. Giving them shares is great because it makes sure they will work to get the pps higher!
No, the 10Q says:
"As part of that settlement agreement, the previously issued warrants were forfeited during the three months ended March 31, 2019 IN EXCHANGE FOR SHARES issued for cash noted above. "
=> The shares are for the WARRANTS, and the over or under conversion is just another factor that will also affect the number of shares.
Exactly, it does not say how many shares were for the warrants, nevertheless in your logic you just claim it is 0.
So in that case how do you explain Peak One got 14 million shares for cancelling 600,000 warrants without giving any cash? They had them for free? Wow, what a nice present from Vystar LMAO !
Your logic does not make any sense, you cannot just divide cash by shares, because cancelling warrants is not worth nothing.
Try harder!
LOL I dont know if what you showed is true or not, but anyway that is EXACTLY what I was saying, they are very often late, and I m not a big fan but I m ok as long as they deliver.
They have not delivered on that YET, it does not mean they will not deliver.
And could you show me the mention where it SPECIFICALLY says that shares were valued at 0.006 and 0.003?
Also from your logic can you confirm me from the 10Q that Peak One were given 14 million shares for free?
Fully agreed, "fundamentals remain".
Just like everyone on this board (positive or negative), I am not happy with the bad communication and the delays, but that does not mean the company is a scam or whatever bad thing it is called. So far imo they deliver on what they say.
