Talked to my sales rep. Apparently plus cbd has teamed up with a company called Snaacks. Plus cbd is used in their protein bar.
Just a matter of time . Not if but when.
GRAS listing is a big thing. More products on the way but sales rep was mum on anything related to the stock. Would not go there, as he was clearly instructed .
Just ordered a bunch of the mango gummies for my practice along with some sprays and some balm and some softgels.
Gummies offer convenience and it makes it more fun to take cbd.
Obama stopped prosecuting on the federal level those in the marijuana states. Jeff sessions wanted to go after those people. Trump told him to back off. Let’s see how this one plays out. We should be getting a new attorney general soon.
Probably from Jeff sessions the AG.
I use the brown jar of the balm. It has 50 mg of cbd. I think it retails for $36 US. I tell the patient “ take some of this balm and apply it 4 or 5 times a day to the affected area.”
Of course I am doing other things for their pain but the cbd helps a lot and it allows them to participate in their own care.
Then they do either ice or heat at home depending on the level of muscle spasm(heat) or nerve root inflammation(ice).
But for musculoskeletal pain cbd is not a panacea. If the structure is malfunctioning the person will continue to have pain or inflammation. While I am fixing the cause the cbd is reducing the inflammation. In a way it’s just like aspirin or ibuprofen. It’s not fixing the cause. It’s just ameliorating the pain while the body heals itself.
But it is helpful in muscle spasm cases on its own.
Hope that helps.
Totally agree. Until the dust clears I’m out of mj stocks. Got. A few Canadian ones and of course they all tanked today. Gonna unload them tomw.
But I am way long in cvsi and bought some more today. I’m not a trader. I’m in it for the long haul.
Looks like US govt getting nasty and treating Canadians who have smoked it, or even invested in a pot company or who work in it will be barred. Hence the drop inCanopy and the others.
Lots of experience with Plus CBD products. It is the only cbd I sell in my clinic.
The balm is fantastic for local pain ie back, neck, shoulder, knee etc.
Sleep and anxiety etc is good to take the oil or caps or softgels internally and also as a preventative.
I agree with you rifle shaft . Dr shunney n the video from expo reiterated how huge GRAS is for cvsi. We are the only ones in the whole industry who has it. Beverages, snacks, vitamins, chocolate bars, protein bars and protein drinks and on and on.
The future looks so bright I gotta wear shades.
Great video from expo. New product. Cbd infused gummy bears. Another way to take cbd.
Gotta order some today.
Dr Shunney gives some great explanations of how and why to use cbd and strengthen our endocannabinoid systems.
Stress is the no. 1 killer. Cbd and the endocannabinoid system fights off the effects of stress. It’s a no brainer.
Unless of course you would prefer to be highly stressed and die early.
From Rolling Stone magazine...
The market is exploding.

Exclusive: New Report Predicts CBD Market Will Hit $22 Billion by 2022
Looking forward to relaxed hemp regulations, a new analysis estimates that the CBD market could explode — and outpace marijuana
By ELISABETH GARBER-PAUL
For years, experts have predicted that if the cannabis industry expands at its current rate, the American market will reach $20 billion by 2020. But it turns out that one market is spinning off into a mega-industry of its own: according to a new estimate from cannabis industry analysts the Brightfield Group, the hemp-CBD market alone could hit $22 billion by 2022.
CBD, a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, has had a surge in popularity over the past couple of years. Unlike THC, the chemical compound that gives weed its signature effect, CBD has been shown to help with everything from PTSD and anxiety to MS and epilepsy — without getting you high.
Previously, CBD products have been available mostly in head shops, with a few doctors recommending it for various maladies. But in 2017 and 2018, the products spread to natural food stores, beauty aisles, cafés and doctors offices. So far the industry is on track to hit $591 million in 2018, and thanks to a number of factors — including, surprisingly, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell — that could increase 40 times in the next four years.
“What we started tracking this year was an explosion — face mask, bug bites, skin care, topicals,” says Bethany Gomez, director of research for the Brightfield Group, who shared the analysis exclusively with Rolling Stone. “It’s being used for everything you can think of — sports, triathlons. People want to buy it for their grandma, for arthritis. Women get it for PMS and endometriosis — common things that people have been using over the counter medications.”
However, as Gomez notes, there’s been an invisible cap because of federal restrictions. Basically, since marijuana is federally classified as a Schedule I narcotic, and hemp — marijuana’s low-THC, high-CBD cousin — is still highly regulated, CBD has existed in a legal grey area. (Additionally, only one medication, GW Pharma’s new epilepsy treatment, Epidiolex, has been approved by the FDA.) That means major companies and retailers have been hesitant to get in the mix. “This industry has grown out of nowhere, based on word of mouth marketing,” Gomez says. “There’s no real mass market retailers that are covering it.”
One thing that could help remedy this is the 2018 Farm Bill, which would amend the term “marihuana” — a term currently found in the 1972 Controlled Substances Act — to exempt hemp, which is defined as a cannabis plant containing less than .3 percent THC. If the bill passes, it would open a huge new industry to farmers across the country.
How Safe Are E-Cigarettes?
“I’ve been doing market research for years and covered everything,” says Gomez. “This is definitely the craziest market I’ve ever covered.”
According to the firm’s projections, there would be increases in just about every sector that sells CBD — from dispensaries to smoke shops to medical companies. But perhaps the biggest push, according to Gomez, would be from big-box retailers and national chains who have been eager to get in on the lifestyle craze but have felt stifled by the current, muddy regulations. And while pharmaceuticals would also be a major driver of money into the industry — for example, GW Pharma’s new epilepsy drug would cost a patient $32,000 per year — that’s not the approach most CBD companies want to take.
“A few years ago, the sentiment was that all hemp drugs were snake oil, they were just trying to capitalize on trends,” says Gomez. “There’s a lot more serious companies that are involved with it, and we’re seeing products that are coming out with higher and higher dosage levels. So for a lot of conditions like anxiety or chronic pain, it’s debatable whether or not a very sophisticated pharmaceutical product would be more effective than some of these products that are essentially OTC.”
As consumers shift away from pharmaceutical companies and look for natural remedies, CBD
I disagree. GRAS is very special . Without it being acknowledged as safe you cannot use it as a food additive.
Think of how many millions of chocolate bars, beverages, snacks etc are consumed daily. Looking at the protein bars in Golds Gym yesterday I was fantasizing that they all contained the only cbd oil deemed as safe. Cvsi’s Plus CBD.
It took 3 to 4 years to achieve this. We are first to market.
Any reports from Baltimore on new products ?
Good luck to all longs.
Fantastic for us. Not so good for I glow and his ilk.

Marijuana ETF Just Crossed $1B in Assets By Daniel Liberto | September 10, 2018 — 6:30 AM EDT

Surging investor appetite for pot stocks has led one cannabis-focused exchange-traded fund (ETF) to break the billion-dollar mark for the first time.
In a press release, The Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index ETF (HMMJ), which offers direct exposure to North American-listed companies with business activities in the marijuana industry, said its total assets under management have grown to more than $1 billion Canadian dollars — $760 million U.S. dollars at the current exchange rate. The ETF’s shares have surged 43% in the past month, according to CNBC, and 124% since it debuted on the Toronto Stock Exchange in April 2017 as investor enthusiasm for its top holdings continues to soar.
Pot stocks have rallied in anticipation of Canada’s upcoming recreational marijuana legalization and speculation that more liquor producers are keen to partner up with the industry after Corona beer maker Constellation Brands Inc. (STZ) announced a $4 billion investment in marijuana company Canopy Growth Corp. (CGC). Canopy, HMMJ’s largest holding according to S&P Capital IQ, has seen its stock price more than double since the deal was announced. Its other holdings include Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB), Aphria Inc. (APH), GW Pharmaceuticals Plc. (GWPH) and Cronos Group Inc. (CRON).
“One of the key drivers of HMMJ’s rapid asset growth speaks to the investor demand and desire for a diversified portfolio of cannabis companies versus buying individual stocks," Horizons CEO Steve Hawkins said in a statement. “While there are clearly leaders in the marijuana equity sector, nobody knows for sure which companies will truly be successful over the long term or even be swallowed-up.”
HMMJ, which holds 40 stocks mainly focused on medical marijuana, reached the $1 billion Canadian dollar milestone despite experiencing fluctuating demand last month as some investing experts questioned the valuations of some of the sector’s biggest names.
According to Bloomberg, investors pulled a total of $15.9 million Canadian dollars out of the fund in six of the seven trading days between Aug. 21 and Aug. 29, before plowing $14.1 million Canadian dollars back into the ETF on Aug. 30. A strong end to the month brought total inflows in August to $12 million Canadian dollars. (See also: Marijuana Stocks: Citron Fails to Kill Buzz.)
The best-performing cannabis-focused ETF in August was the U.S.-listed ETFMG Alternative Harvest (MJ) ETF. According to CNBC, MJ is now nearing $500 million in assets after attracting inflows of more than $30 million in August. (See also: Marijuana ETF Attracts $22 Million in August.)
2500mg?
What are you doing with it? Feeding ii to horses?
There cbd is damn good. My patients love it.
Especially the balm, which I sell a lot of.
The implications of GRAS approval is huge. Up to this point cbd has been rejected as a food additive. I hope this means it can nOw be added to chocolate bars, beverages, vitamin supplements etc. if this is so ......OMG!
We have all seen the volatility of this stock so,with this added news and the fading away of citron and these bogus attempts at price suppression a trampoline effect is in the making. You saw stage 1 today. How can buyers control the, selves?
Tomw should be fun.!
Love to hear about this weekends Baltimore show. Anybody here going?
Fantastic news. This will take any fear out of health practitioners heads about recommending cvsi products for their patients. I just emailed the PR firm for cvsi to place ads in our journals and magazines about the safety of cvsi products.
Hang on folks. We are back in business. How fast things can change. Great day today.
Congrats to all longs.
Added on at $3.10 today.
Does cbd trigger an adverse drug test?
It seems the intent of these frivolous meritless lawsuits was done in conjunction with the citron report to suppress the pric e of cvsi stock.
The reliance on a short sellers claim of foul by these law firms was not only stupid but purposefully harmful. I hope cvsi attorneys are evaluating a counterclaim against them.
The law firms should have known there was no justification for filing a law suit and would harm cvsi. Therefore there could be. A reason for countersuit.
I’ve been buying from cvsi exclusively for several years. I don’t remember a minimum purchase requirement. That may have changed. I usually order a few dozen of the balm and keep some of the soft gel pearls on hand and some of the green capsules plus a 10 pack of the sample sofrtgels so people can get a taste of CBD without buying a whole bottle.
Fantastic talk by Stuart Tomc.thx.
What great timing we have.
You can feel the building tidal wave that is washing over us right now.
Any on this board living in mj states finding cbd offered in beverages or chocolate bars yet? Or used as a food additive in other products?
I won’t mind seeing $2.ill back up the truck and buy all I can.
There is no way this stock does not move to double figures within the next 12 months.
These garbage nuisance suits will disappear for lack of merit, especially if they get the patent approval.
Thx for that post sunblazer. It just keeps getting better and better.
I totally agree with you fastmny.
It’s an exploding industry.
And this is also why the pharmaceutical industry wants in on CBD and the beverage industry wants in on CBD. And the food industry wants in on CBD. It could not be a better time to buy CBD stocks especially CVSI, imho.
Last months run up to $9.20 was just the beginning.
And ultimately here is why cvsi will prevail.
This information is getting out and cbd sales are exploding. It’s fantastic for all cbd stocks.
ATHM: Is the cannabinoid segment of supplement industry a challenging marketplace right now?
Germano: I don’t think so, and I’ll tell you why. For the past 5 years I have been involved in the hemp and phytocannabinoid space, and I am dedicating the rest of my life to bringing ingredients that nourish and support the body’s endocannabinoid system to the marketplace. We are in the midst of the perfect storm. One, the botanical travesty of how hemp—not marijuana—has been treated, or I should say, mistreated. And two, the medical travesty of how the endocannanbinoid system in the body has been ignored since it’s discovery in the 1990’s. It is time to dismantle the stigma that hampered research and education as the endocannanbinoid system needs to be taught from high school through graduate school or practitioner school.
In order to understand CBD, phytocannabinoids, and hemp and their usefulness to the body, one must truly understand the endocannanbinoid system. Here we have a physiological system that controls or influences all others. You cannot be healthy unless cannabinoid receptors in the body that are found everywhere, on every organ are being fed the cannabinoids. As I mentioned, we produce cannabinoids ourselves, and if we do not produce enough, endocannabinoid deficiency states are associated with migraines, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory and neurological conditions.
~ Dr. Carl Germano
Many anecdotal reports of his lady’s experience with cbd. You can’t suppress the truth forever although Big Pharma has done a good job.
Here is why cvsi will rise to the top as an investment along with other cbd stocks.
Cannabinoids kill cancer cells. More and more studies are showing this.
One of the more recent studies funded by the U.S. government that has shifted their view was conducted in 2014 in the United Kingdom at St. George’s University in London. This study focused on the effects of THC and CBD and how they reacted with various types of cancer cells. During the research study, it was discovered that both THC and CBD did cause certain types of cancer cells to become weakened, which made them more susceptible to radiation therapies.
One particular area included in the study was the effects marijuana would have on brain cancers, many of which are often fatal. The study concluded the use of marijuana, along with radiation therapy, reduced the number of cancer cells and was an effective treatment.
Further research included using extracts from entire marijuana plants and administering the extracts to mice with cancerous cells and tumors. The study on the mice showed those that were administered the marijuana extracts responded better to radiation therapies, as the marijuana weakened the cancer cells.
Due to the positive results from this study, the federal government updated the U.S. Department of Health’s National Cancer Institute’s website in May 2016 to include a page specifically about marijuana (cannabis) under its Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) section.
Specifically, Section 6 was updated to reflect the findings in laboratory studies.
The new information from the 2014 research study was included to reflect the potential marijuana has for helping weaken aggressive cancer cells and making them easier to kill, specifically under the “Antitumor Activity” subsection.
I am actually elated. Bought yesterday and today. This is such an exploding industry and we are with a fantastic company. The bottom line is are they profitable and is the future predictable.? Yes. And any fool knows it. Even Dave aka I glow.
Big boys will be on board sooner rather than later. Eventually cbd will be in Foods, drinks, chocolate bars, ice cream and gummy bears.
Walmart, Kroger’s, Whole Foods, conveniences atores. The market is almost infinite.
Everybody has either pain or anxiety or both. Chiropractic clinics, acupuncturists, medical pain docs, massage therapists, etc will ofifer cbd.
.where are my shades?
Is +cbd your largest selling cbd brand. If so by how much.?
You and I both know because we are in the business. We hear the stories about cbd everyday. People, will start using it as a preventative soon because the stories of cancer remissions will proliferate. When people understand tha t they all have an endocanabinoid system in their body they will see that those receptors need to be filled and while they get cannabinoids from their foods they will want to supplement their food with hemp products. We are in the right place at the right time. Get it cheap while you can and thank the shorts for pushing the price down temporarily. If you are i this for the long haul don’t sweat the short term plunge.
Loving CVSI

You will need Facebook to connect to this link.
Another reason why cbd will flourish and all reports of its increased use bode well for cvsi .
Long and strong,
Are you woke?
If not you will be soon.
You can’t hide this kind of info forever.
Have not heard of them in Austin. Peoples pharmacy is stocked with PlusCBD . They have 4 or 5 locations here. Soon CBD will be as common as aspirin. People want natural alternatives to drugs and NSTAID. New patient came in today and raved about cbd for her mother and herself.anxiety and pain mostly.
Got some more cvsi at the close. 3.32. It will look, like a steal soon enough. I’m in for the long haul.
been with this for several years.
Reloaded.
I glow makes his bashing so obvious. Kind of amateurish...don’t you think.?
Millions are using hemp based cbd for pain, anxiety, etc and he is saying it’s worthless. I sell a ton of it in. Y office. People love it!!!!
I just could not help myself. I took my own advise and got some more at 3.86.
Thank you sellers.
Not yet allowed in the US. Even tho edibles are allowed cbd as a food additive is not legal...yet.
Lots of cool videos at that site about Plus CBD.thx.
I called whole foods office early this evening. I asked if they had any plans to sell plus CBD oil in their stores. They said no. It’s a schedule one drug. I guess it’s too much controversy around it still for them. shortly should change. Epidiolex is a synthetic cbd drug. It’s approved. It therefore must have some medical significance.
I think it’s time to start calling Whole Foods and asking if and when they will carry Plus CBD oil. They are headquartered here in Austin or at least before Amazon bought them.
I agree with that sunblazer.
