Sequiam Announces QuickFIT(TM) Biometric Interface to Help Manufacturers "Turn the Corner" on Fingerprint Solutions
Thursday September 6, 9:30 am ET
ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 6, 2007 -- Sequiam Biometrics, a subsidiary of Sequiam Corporation (OTC BB:SQUM.OB - News), a leading provider of innovative consumer lifestyle biometric technologies and services, announced today the launch of its newest manufacturing solution. The new QuickFIT (Fingerprint Integration Technology) solution enables manufacturers to make their own products more secure, innovative and practical for today's consumers by adding Sequiam Biometric interfaces to their new or existing products.
QuickFIT combines Sequiam's core biometric technologies with its state-of-the-art design and manufacturing power to offer its manufacturing partners "plug and play" Biometric interfaces. QuickFIT offers LOW COST solutions to manufacturers that require little or minimal integration. This fast and simple business model solves challenges for many different market segments. Manufacturers without electronic capabilities can now have high tech interfaces. Manufacturers who currently have electronic capabilities can decrease their time to market and their initial investment. Those manufacturers who currently offer Biometrics can upgrade to superior fingerprint technology for a fraction of the cost of new biometric development.
Phil Dumas, Vice President of Product Development, explains: "Biometrics is no longer for the future, it is today's technology incorporating security and affordability. Consumers today not only want, but also expect the security and convenience of fingerprint access. The QuickFIT solution unlocks new markets for existing products by adapting this technology to products where it wasn't previously possible."
The modular design of QuickFIT allows manufacturers to pick any level of integration they need. Sequiam developed this flexible core technology of Biometrics interfaces to decrease design time and to keep costs low. Complete QuickFIT solutions start around $40. maybe this is why:
August 7, 2007
Dear Shareholders:
2007 has been a period of significant change for NPI. Little is the same as the past; we have new management, a changed business strategy and a focus on core business results. You will also notice that we have nominated three new Directors. I am dedicated to having a Board of significant depth that can make a meaningful contribution to the success of the Company, and this is part of that process. All this is coupled with my commitment to make realistic projections that the company can achieve.
The transition outlined above hasn't been without pain, and this pain has been perhaps most evident in the stock price; however, I believe as our core business results continue to improve from those already reported, the stock will rise to reflect the long term value of the company.
Our financial position is the best that it has ever been. Our cash position is strong and we have no need to raise equity for the foreseeable future. With only two quarters of 2007 reported, our revenues are 90% of what we reported for the past 3 years in total, our revenue backlog is substantial, and we have many other exciting opportunities in the works. I think you will agree we are making progress.
I invite you to join us on September 11, 2007 to vote on our proposals and more importantly to allow us to share our strategy with you and to allow you to address questions directly to the management team. If you can’t make the meeting, please return your proxy card so your vote can be counted.
Very truly yours

proxy was in the mail today...
couldn't agree more!
By SQUM not filing a collections suite it only signifies to me that they were made well aware of the reason of cancellation as being an inferior product therefore SQUM walked away to avoid bringing this problem into the lime light.
holy cow!!! you can't be serious...
i don't have a gun, and i don't want one! even if i were allowed to own one...
and your point is?
btw we were talking about the SmartScan... not the Biovault...
it's more likely that the shareprice will go down even more, kamal is no idiot.. he'll dilute all he can before the Q2...
IMHO
why? another pump going on??
what assets??? ROFL
you can't be serious...
so the cover is just made out of plastic?
where does knowless have a problem? half of my brandnew BMW is made out of plastic, even on the outside :D
what are you talking about? didn't you see what UPDA and the subs really produce?
oil could be $1000/barrel... even that wouldn't help!!!
are you ignoring the filings?
you know, the locks are cheap compared to those from Bio Axxis, what do you think would a customer choose? an expensive lock from an underdog or a "cheap" one from KwikSet?
i would go for the KwikSet...
no need to hold UPDA anymore... it's going subpenny anyway :)
diluting POS, nothing more...
i try to be objective... this board wasn't meant to be a kool-aid board ;)
any information is welcome, positive and negative...
