Exactly. Great point.
These stores need to start stocking up for January 1st so these sales should be happening in Q4 as well. I am with you that there will be a spike in the MJ market but can VPOR get a big enough piece to make it with these numbers is the question.
Everyone says this has to go up cause of 2018. They need MAJOR sales just to make a dent in the notes and interest. I want this to go up too like the rest of us but you can't deny what they are showing.
so fcukin sad in plain english that this gets produced and we have a good product
Of course you don't. Just saying I showed it to someone who works in accounting.
Discussed the financials with a friend of mine in accounting. Besides being unaudited (always a red flag) he noticed the following:
1) what makes current assets on the balance sheet so big at $770k? that line item should never be the highest asset and if it is so high it should be labeled as such in the financials with an appropriate description. it can't be property cause that does not belong in current assets as that would be a fixed asset for long term. if someone owes them money it should be in A/R.
2) the income statement shows a loss of 1.5 million thru September but on the balance sheet for "accumulated paid in capital" it shows a positive of 1.2 million. this does not make sense. these numbers should always match.
3) the payable notes and expenses are over 3 times their assets. we all noticed this.
4) margins are low. we all also noticed this.
i am staying in cause i am still positive. i know others who bought and sold and are not looking back after buying at .003 and selling at .0013 to .0016. i will be pissed if we hit .0009 or lower though and i didn't sell now.
i am not sure what can make this rise at this point. that is my biggest concern. if they are having a dynamite quarter as people prepare for january 2018 now would be the time to mention it. they have to have a forecast for this quarter and know where they are at 49 days in.
that becomes the hard decision to make. not sure i want to leave money here if its just going to stay in this up and down trend at this low price.
Yes which I am admitting is a positive step. But there are some moderate concerns.
We are just stating what we see. These are not great fins. There is promise but things are not great. Hopefully we continue with sales and get better and better. $500K in sales does not make these great. It shows demand is there and sales are there but liabilities are concerning.
I understand, thank you
Reality is right. These fins overall are not good but there is some promise and hopefully we will trend up each quarter. We need nice steady sales and hopefully better margins.
I am surprised like you why these financials have not produced a lower number today either.
So VPOR admits there is substantial doubt at this time to continue as a viable company. At least they are honest in that statement based on the numbers and if other things pan out then the worry will alleviate.
Hey, thanks for this
Yes his analysis is spot on.
I am concerned. I work in finance and things do not look good long term by any means unless there are some major sales numbers with better margins as Canadian says.
how many red flags do you count? i am at 4, maybe 5
while it is nice to see sales, the bottom line and margins are concerning to be able to cover everything
personally i do not like the section for Note 2 at all
jenny give us more schilling for the company please, we miss it
Yes something to always keep in mind.
Also what do you think about Note 2?
unaudited once again
very nice. we need good fins and we can have a really good weekend.
some nice growth today, hope it is a positive sign of things to come
you mean $40...forgot a zero
where is jenny?????
ok thanks - there is some good momentum with these PR's
But who is manipulating at this point? Who wants the stock to still stay low?
So many sales at the end of the day, you were spot on
thank you, very interesting to see
a lot more sales than buys today after a positive PR...
so in 5 months does that mean .0007 will be the new level? laughing but not really laughing
thank you - learning as I go, appreciate the explanation
How do you know this?
They are not adjusting their forecasting and/or not reaching the sales they thought they would reach apparently. I am going to guess it is the former because showing a high forecast makes them look better.
I would rather them give realistic numbers and beat them then give these higher numbers and fall short. That perception would be a lot better.
Bulk Orders really should be placed already and possibly even shipped so stores can prepare for January and have their stock and such. That would be worth promoting if they have big orders in Q4/ 2018 Q1.
I hope for all our sakes that is the case and would be worth a good PR saying what they anticipate for this quarter and into 2018.
noted, thanks goodtimes
$375K in COG for $500K in revenue is not good agreed. Ideally I would like to see that revenue approach $625K to $660K for the same COG.
Let's say financials are solid enough and the stock rises as you said - will we crash then or have we hit good territory in your opinion to at least remain steady? Trying to figure out a plan here for the coming 7-10 days.
Wow look at you going even more in than before
Thanks for that. I can't respond private but that is interesting if that is their goal.
at $500K i don't think we can be but hopefully we are trending positive
i would want to see some of that liability number paid down
They could have changed their order number generator. Fair point as well.
You are right. It is a valid point. Be interesting to know what happened between those order numbers. At worst, you expect 500,000 orders to have been placed if the cancelled order thing is an issue. At best, it is around 700,000 orders. Either way, revenue should be greater.
That is a fair point.
The only thing I can think of is order numbers are given when orders go to cart but then people cancel or abandon the cart and that order number just gets deleted.
