6.7 mil revenues!!! That's nearly 50% higher than last quarter! Assets over 7 mil, share structure unchanged, no dilution! Unbelievable if the share price does not go over .02 soon.
I don't care about the MM's on the ask, they are not diluting - there hasn't been any sign of dilution except when the price went down to 0038 for the first time a few weeks ago, caused by NITE, and that seller has not returned. I'm only talking about the trades that are happening below the bid. They are small in size and infrequent, but consistent and makes me wonder if between those trades and Vic delaying the news, if they want the price to stay low for now. I believe they are waiting for insiders to load the boat before they make it blast off. The share structure is unchanged. Even if they dilute 50% it's still a great share structure compared to other OTC's that run 1,000% or more.

Sudden volume over 14 million on a 5 min bar, this usually only happens when they tweet, but there is no news or tweet or any change of any kind. Maybe a natural move, market makers driving it higher? About 1 week late for 1 year rally anniversary. This could be going to .03+ just like 1 year ago

It's just because people think their .0035 price means the stock is only worth that much, LOL. IMO, a deal is underway and someone is getting in at the bottom. Then the price will fly from amazing financials and PR's regarding expansion/acquisition and it'll be on everyone's radar and everyone will make money.
-36% is a huge overreaction to what may be a very good thing. Most offerings are lower than current share price, I noticed they are usually around the 1 year low mark so it's attractive enough to get the investor they need especially if there's opportunity where it will be a big advantage to get the funding asap. They obviously know how to make money profitably and the market cap is still very low, so whatever they use the money for is going to be very good for the stock.

Nobody wants to sell to the bids. Bids increased all day, almost none of the bids filled. This is looking very very strong.
LOL, no, I'm just saying XTRM owns North Star Homes, not North Star Developers, LLC. So we don't know if this new deal will benefit North Star Homes or not. It's only speculation... someone in the business might have a better idea about why this deal is not with North Star Homes.
This partnership may not benefit XTRM. It's a partnership with another company, and although it's the same people, any revenues are not for North Star Homes, it's for North Star Developers, LLC, a new company.

North Star Developers, LLC has the same physical address as North Star Homes, and was created last month. Seems like a new partnership that should be announced. Along with the quarterly filing that's likely to show the highest quarterly revenues to date, and name change announcement or uplisting announcement, this can grab so much attention to run big.
There's less than 1 million shares between the current .0065 and .0070. Could hit .008 at any minute if a random person decides to invest $10-20k

O/S update 7/16 on OTCMarkets.com : No change in SS, no dilution! 0 dilution in 3 years except for 20% increase for North Star Homes acquisition last year! Not enough shares to sell. Increasing revenues every quarter and real estate market is at all time high. This is going to pop at any time, unexpectedly over .01.
Financials coming soon and will be another quarter with increased revenues and net profits.

Me too. Been watching closely and adding shares. Yesterday and today STYG is not suppressing the price, and I saw that MM keeping price low every day for days/weeks.
It seems the seller using NITE has run out of shares. Look out above
.05-.10 is what the company is worth, but it can get overbought because this is an undervalued company in a particularly hot sector. House prices have never been higher and demand for homes through the summer and into next year will still be at all time highs.
That's 1.5% of a company that is net profitable and growing fast.
Look like 004's are the bottom.

This is not a typical stock that moves on catalysts
It hung around .0030 last year before they reported 12 million + annual revenue / 4m + quarterly revenue
No way, not enough shares to drive the price that low. It's severely undervalued with no dilution
It was obvious manipulation, people putting up 2m bids and asks. Higher volume day with little movement, someone is preparing for a large move. I am not falling for this, as of today I own 18% more shares now than I ever have.
