This is from GRN 10-k dated 8-14-19. "We have no ongoing business or income and for the year ended April 30, 2019, we reported a net loss of $125,164 and an accumulated deficit of $8,647,096 as of April 30, 2019. These conditions raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. We have not established operations and will be dependent upon obtaining financing to pursue any future extensive acquisitions and activities."
Please tell me why this should be of no concern.
I'm not a basher and looking to buy in again. I bought at .09 and sold at $1.41. Then flipped yesterday for 30%.
Good post.
Yeah I was hoping for another flip today myself.
Quite a battle!
Look who showed up, must be time to short!
If you are looking exclusively on the NYSE you are right it is not there, it is on another exchange though.
What are the odds of any filings showing up tonight?
Grabbed my 30% and got out for today.
I was thinking the same thing. Can anyone give a synopsis?
There is nothing wrong with selling. I can now purchase twice as many as I had before and still have cash left. Like Kenny Rogers says "You got to know when to foldem know when to holdem.
Made some nice dough on this and would consider getting back in but right now with all this trouble there seems to be a lack of transparency. Going to wait it out.
My TD page for DCGD says 55.65% not sure how current that is. Isn't that in their financial reports if so he should know.
Someone else said that at 90,80,70,60.
And that helps the stock price how?
How many others can't seem to get an invite to the CC?
I think there are two of them.Stephen Flechner and David Cutler.

Not me yet. Anyone else hear back?
Quite the standoff.
I suppose I wasn't looking to it that way.
I've never understood that statement. I sold mine early this morning around $1.40 and can now get them for 60 cents. How is that stealing my shares?
So you're saying after they uplist when I search that ticker I will have two choices. Not an expert by any means but that doesn't seem right.
When I type GRN in my TD account it comes up with another company. Don't think the can be two with the same ticker.
Or maybe sellers made bank and can get back in with plenty to spare.
Wow, I could buy back at half price now but think I'll wait for a better deal.
I believe Nasdaq requires four of five letters.
Glad I got out at a very decent profit earlier this morning. Someone has a lot of explaining to do. Maybe the jig is up!
I found a GRN on the Warsaw Exchange
(WSE)
If that's the case just guessing this person probably had shares since pennies and still made a killing at market.
The only thing we have left is hope. I'm in for around $1500.
Just spent $50 on some ones. My average is now .0008
There are the twos, maybe I'll wait and get a few ones.
I'm got mine at .0011 awhile ago and now just hoping...
Someone just bought 500k at .0003
Oh great, never dealt with the grey market before.
If that's true wouldn't my 500k buy at .0005 filled buy now?
If it's back online who is going to make the first buy?
Found the listing. Fourth one down on the list.

If there is none something is going on. There is a post on twitter showing the company acknowledging the problem and stating they are working on it.
I don't think the company posting on twitter counts as a filling.
What kind of filling? Not finding anything in the SEC page.
