Its not that at all....you will see them start to jump in when the symbol change is official. Until that happens it is still possible they could run into ongoing issues that will need to be resolved. I also dont think there are that many "whales" watching OTC pink stocks.

The whales can afford to jump in at $1-$5, can you? Because I sure as hell cant. I am trusting that everything I read is the real deal. I am getting in before the jump happens so I dont have to spend $100k to get the same position I have now.

The stock went up to .12, great maybe he made some money but why would we see anything else? Not to mention I have heard from multiple other sources confirming everything that was posted including others that have visited their office.

Since he left, the company has refiled with FINRA, posted old 2013 filings, put up advertisements on trains, purchased office space, been part of different events like the one we have just seen recently...all of these things cost THEM money.

Same here and I am still very confident in my decision. The PPS is not moving on any news, its moving on lack of news which is meaningless based on the situation.

All is pending on the FINRA symbol change. Some people are really going to regret this.

The only ugly thing here is the PPS which is moving because of impatience. No new information has come out that raises any concern. Nothing has changed except more time has gone by.

FINRA is doing their DD on the company, the shell, and making sure they dont approve this only to have it come out that there are still issues pending. My guess is they are aware of what the company is hoping to do and they dont want egg on their faces later.

Nothing has changed here. We are not being bombarded with negative news, no fluff PR's, no new red flags. Its just people being impatient and wanting to hear something positive.

Yeah! They should lock him in his office so he can work on all the things he has no control over!

Nothing has changed. This is still the same company the longs think it is, including myself. FINRA is obviously looking deep into this and thats fine. This is just taking time. Some are ok with it and others are not.

The longer it takes does not make this any less viable, it just means they are still working to clean things up which is fine.

The company is moving ahead with its business plan as we can see from all the DD, including the newly uncovered stuff. It is still only a matter of time.

For some reason it seems some believe that the longer this takes the more likely it is that this is a scam and there is really no rational behind that.

Also, those are the same ads in the background we saw posted here a while back.

Does the dilution really matter that much once we find out what this company is actually worth? I am expecting to see a ton rolled into this and PPS to reflect that.

This is going to explode very very soon and I wouldn't be surprised if in 2-3 yrs we are looking at a $20+ PPS.

When my girlfriend asks how the stock is doing and I tell her still no ticker change she asks if I'm nervous, every time I have honestly been able to answer no. I am not nervous. Every thing points to this being the real deal.

Lawsuit for retiring 54 million shares.
Brand New office with zjmy logo clear as day.
Them spending 150k on getting the 2013 filings completed.
The job listings.
The way it's holding so steady here with zero new information. Someone obviously believes.

Everything points to this being the real deal. The only thing that I think the doubters are clinging to is that his is so unique that it doesn't SEEM possible. Well even if it has never happened before, there is always going to be a first. I truly believe it is and we are lucky enough to be along for the ride.
