Offhand, the AS and OS as reported a while ago to me did not warrant an immediate RS. The pps is not that great that the pps could not appreciate considerably with some news.
What we really need is an investigative investor willing to go to BB, and do some face to face talking with employee's and management. Find an employee and BRIBE them for company gossip if need be.
We need to hear from the CEO not this Captain Rodney but I dont think anyone can get through to him.
On the ibox, it may not be possible to put things back as they may have been deleted. Lets get a new share tally and post it if possible, but I see little reason to post the picture of the Buckle family again.
Their chubby cherub looking faces kinda piss me off, given as they have done nothing but TAKE from investors so far. If I had large money in this piggy I would be taking a trip to their hometown, following them to church and cornering them for some answers.
On more than one occasion they have told investors over the phone they are making money (profitable), so why whack us again? Especially if the AS isnt maxed out.
Are they business people or just another pinkie group of crooks? A while back they said they had enough money and had no need of further dilution.
Since they havent filed for uplisting, no RS is needed right now. In any case any DECENT company would offer up some sorely needed news, especially as they have already RS'd once already.
The RS rumour is not a good thing and pps decline from here without news is almost certain now unless clarified.
Can a company do an rs and follow it up with dilution? Hell, thats the first thing they did and why we got all those previous pr's.
I talked to a car dealer in Indiana yesterday, and yes they do have one for sale. The same one that was offered on ebay a while back. There was three Revenge GTO's that she knew of, and said it generated a lot of interest.
Thing you gotta remember is that GTO's stopped being made in 2006. Why would anyone want a GTO when the G8 is the new Pontiac hottie? The price tag on the little beauty is almost 60G's. Im not sure but I think she said that Peter also has one (promotional). Our custom package is about 15Gs with the engine mods another 8.
Yes I did ask about a Revenge G8 and the saleslady said she did not know anything more about it. FYI its rumoured the first 888 G8's to arrive are a special edition (not Revenge built), with G8 serial number #888 to be given away as a Pontiac promotion that you can register for.
Aside from doing our engine mods LPE has a man apparently is doing our paint jobs on site and have their own paint space at Revenge according to some articles I came across while doing dd.
cypw since call in Feb has seen it go from .07 to a buck, and some nice action from thermofreeze also - nu tech picks. Yikes some nice profit there.
Now maybe sstp's turn soon:

What is new share structure after the 1:20 RS? Have kept track of this one for quite a while now. Looking good....P.
Hello WSM. I was referring to realnewsinc's latest "hotstock" that he is pumping (another board). Why rag on bllb when he is busy pumping a true dog elsewhere. He's lucky that stock still has a bid at all.
Other - have given it some thought and you can add my name to the ibox if you still want to. P.
Don2007: found that it never did much good to complain to management with other ventures. Found it more productive to "nudge" things along.
Not too long ago, I along with some other investors arranged to promote a (different)companies technology at a tradeshow. It didnt happen though because before the tradeshow arrived, I arranged a Canadian tech. licencing deal and the new licencee felt it was no longer nec.
I become an "active investor" when the situation warrants it.
Am considering such an effort concerning rvgd, but dont have enough details right now to know if I would be helping or hindering companies deals or success.
Here's a little tidbit of dd I dug up on a GTO thread:

Also be aware that Revenge Design and Lingenfelter Performance have purchased 1000+ GTO'Monaros to be "maggie supercharged" and outfitted here in the states (Decatur, In)beginning next year...........see/plug link below:
http://www.fortwayne.com/mld/fortwayne/business/15037965.htm
If Pete dont perform, I just might spring into action (put fingers to keyboard) and help things happen. There are a lot of simple things that can be done to put rvgd in the spotlight and increase awareness of rvgd. In fact I've been researching the possibilities for a couple of days now.
I would first want to be sure that I would not be upsetting Peters plans by premature action.
For instance we seem to have forgotten that the GTM must meet FF5 approval before the unveiling. Why risk upsetting current relationship or arrangements?
There has been no decent effort to promote Revenge Designs or build the name. That must change. Are Pontiac dealers aware of the Revenge build, or Honda Ridgeline owners or dealers, nevermind Penske Honda dealers in Canada or USA. Why no pic's of Revenge Penske Ridgeline at local Honda dealer? etc. etc. etc.
As mentioned before, the company is less than a year old but yet Peter has made great progress so far. Im willing to give him some time before investing more of mine. For now my limited dd has convinced me not to sell and that the GTM has the potential to enjoy a phenominal future. The Revenge GTM will be a very hot and desirable commodity.
A twin turbo GTM will absolutely rock the sports car world and fire the enthusiasts mind. A 600 hp GTM already wipes the floor with MOST supercars.
I think maybe a few will be kicking themselves when news flows. I think its safe to say that a Revenge GTM will in all most liklihood be sitting on FF5 factory showroom floor.
If you notice on the FF5 site, they have links to various build shops BUT specifically do not endorse them or make any claims or guarantee's.
Its my belief that Revenge will be FF5's ONLY endorsed and recommended builder or dealer. FF5 will then field the promotion of our GTM as the one the kit car builders will try to emulate.
I predict that the first year production capability for the GTM will be sold out within the first two to three months, with a backlog of orders for the second years production.
Thats just me speaking, and the results of all GTM dd. We have a winner here and that is not just my opinion.
Well, time to get my two feet back on terra firma and my head outta the clouds. BBQ time!
Good luck to all this coming week. - P.
realnewsinc: that is amusing isnt it. Almost as funny as someone selling off bllb to buy into a cellar boxed start up (.0001)with almost 5B shares and still diluting LOL. Almost but not quite....
GLTY.
FWIW - I just sent an email to George R at Kooks Custom Headers - the company who makes our GTM headers. Caught him on the corvette forum GTM thread. Many vette owners are drooling over the GTM sleek looks and light weight to power ratio.
I let George R. know about Revenge Designs GTM so he could post on the vette GTM forum. If it does get posted, I think we might get a few advance GTM orders from vette owners.
A few there have actually bought a vette so they could turn it into a GTM, and a few are in the process of a GTM build. News that they can buy it fully assembled may be welcome news.
We need to see a really hot Revenge Design GTM video on youtube IMHO. have a great weekend. - P.
Jatropha Study with Clemson worthless....read this post by a Jatropha farmer from Corpus Cristi Texas. Its not rocket science and its already being grown. You can order either the plants or seeds from USA suppliers. Nice read. - P.
Re: Comprehensive Biodiesel Guide site up
Reply Contact
so far, my own story is too simple as i've just gotten into this as well.
I am growing jatropha curcas, a plant native to central america, the northern part of south america, and the southern part of north america. it was exported sometime in the 1500's to india where currently they are using it apparantly as the key to the future, having planted over 2.2 million hectares of it. mostly small farmers, alongside the many railroads they have as well.
I bought one plant ($42 + shipping = $60), from the Cactus Jungle in Berkeley, Ca, the owner (Hap) sent me two. one sort of looked diseased. I cut it very close to the bottom and planted both anyhow, after tilling up a spot and removing all weeds from it, Jatropha is not very hardy and will get choked out unless you give it a good start with no competition.
from those 2 plants, (i ran out of patience) and made a few cuttings, now i have 7 saplings (you can cut off a good sized stem just like a rose bush, plant it, and it will grow).
then I found a site called echonet.org and they have seeds for sale. $4 a pack and i've been getting 11-13 seeds from each pack. I bought 15 packs ($60 again with the shipping) and planted 24 seeds from 2 packs. I still have 13 packs to go but ran out of decent sized planters to put them in. So I've 31 growing so far (will have to see what the germination rate is on the seeds, reportedly about 75%). as soon as they are about knee high (and once my friend the mechanic fixes my tiller), I will have about 35% of my back yard tilled, de-weeded, and prepared with adding a few sacks of miracle grow potting soil and transfer all of the saplings there.
I'll be using those and perhaps a few more, I've figured I can plant about 55 or 66 saplings in my back yard, as a seed stock for my orchards. Im a texas vet and looking for land near corpus christi, in any of these counties, nueces, aransas, san patricio, jim wells, and kenedy.
those are all close by enough for me to get out a couple times per week after transplanting. I've found land anywhere from $2000 to $100,000 per acre, but all of that which I've found at the cheaper end I can never get in touch with the realtor or owner.
the tree itself, will grow in horrid conditions, bad soil, rocky, sandy, just about anywhere, but must be grown where the temperature does NOT drop below 32 degrees, they are not frost tolerant (although ag professionals are working on that I've found both at TAMU, texas a&m uni, and the university of florida).
I've spoken with a Dr. Miller at TAMU, and a few others trying to determine how much Bio-diesel I can produce from an acre and it goes something like this.
optimum planting is 2m X 2m totalling about 1000 trees per acre, perhaps a couple hundred more depending on your easements and such.
estimates are anywhere from 240 to over 1000 gallons per acre per harvest, harvesting is possible 2 or perhaps 3 times per year, depending on rain, soil condition, etc.
Harvesting is done by hand, although you can use one of those shakers they use on apple trees. Pick the fruit, remove the seeds, the fruit is toxic so can be tossed back onto the land to decompose as fertilizer.
Dry the seeds, (there are a few ways to do this, I just read about one and have to research more) and press with a hydrolic press, filter while pressing would probably be easiest. the oil obtain can then go straight into the tank of a diesel engine. there are some that say the oil should be heated (usually in the vehicle somehow) and can be used directly as fuel then. nothing to add or mix.
the seed cake left over again can be returned to the orchard as fertilizer.
there are many uses for jatropha, wax, 2 colors of dye, a few medicinal properties. the seeds can be boiled and added to goat meat, and supposedly mosquitoes will not dwell very close to them. (bonus for texas). for all of its uses, Im just in it for the diesel.
its my estimation that the price of diesel will be approx. $7-8 per gallon by the time I'm into full production. its 4.69 per gallon now, and you can harvest from 2 year old trees. 50 acres is the max I will be operating from, though 30 seems more feasible.
harvesting labor will be my second highest expense (after purchasing the land), but labor in this part of the country, especially seasonal (2-3 months) is easy, quick and cheap.
I am estimating approximately $240,000 per year with average rainfall, decent soil, on 30 acres. before labor, elec, digging a well and everything else. who knows? maybe i'll find a grant to go along with it. the federal govt. should have plenty of grant money available as long as you make some data available to them.
if it works close to the way i've figured it. I'll quit my job in about 18 months, rest for 9, work for 3 on the harvest and keep that up till i retire.
(you can copy and use that if you wish for your site)

BTW - Clemson sells a biodiesel kit and has published many things on alternative fuels not much to mention in the way of Jatropha although they work with many other plants.

An electric powered racing GTM possible? Visit this link: www.suckamps.com and watch the video of electric vehicle wiping the floor with a Dodge Viper.
Just sent an email to Roderick "Wildman" CEO of EV Parts www.evparts.com and seeing how much it would cost to power a GTM, suggesting he consider one for conversion for racing.
EV Parts was almost acquired by Techalt (TCLT) a while back but tclt failed to come up with money so deal was killed. This could be a nice opp for Revenge Designs.
Anyhow, this post is for the killjoys who insist the GTM wont sell because of rising fuel costs. How about a GTM thats just as fast but electric powered or a electric hybrid with AWESOME gas milage?
Before flaming me out, visit www.suckamps.com and check out the site, or the national electric drag racing association www.neda.com
Having EV Parts as another partner/supplier surely could not hurt at all. Have asked for price to power a GTM and if I get an answer will let board know.

Maybe no one who is a current shareholder but that wont matter when the news starts to flow. BLLB will attracta whole new set of investors who havent suffered the news blackout.
Their attitude towards bllb will be a whole lot different than the current set of investors. The excitement WILL be back and hopefully sooner than later.
Have a great weekend everyone. P.
On Revenge profits...we all assume that Peter is buying new vehicles at retail prices and not wholesale. My wife works for another auto manufacturer and has access to what dealer actually pays for vehicle. The mark up is friggin HUGE by the time the customer see's the price (more than double).
Dont know if this is the case with RVGD but a reasonable assumption to have an arrangement with participating dealers...
We dont know what the details for the GTM and FF5 are, but it has been pr'd we are going into a partnership of some kind with them. It should not be unreasonable to assume that FF5 would be buying into RVGD stock as well.
Truly unfortunate with the hold-ups for the new building permits but DONT blame Peter for that. Blame penny stock investors flooding the permit office with stupid calls.
Since October 2007 Peter has done a great job getting this company up and running, even with all the setbacks which are a normal part of business.
Looking forward to GTM unveiling, and weekly production reports.
Dont know about anyone else, but I want to see some new pics of the garage and view the cars on the floor.
Hoping I can free up some change this week and buy some more stock. 100 bucks buys a quarter mil. shares that are worth 2500.00 at a penny a piece. Not to shabby for risk and reward.
Before cursing Peter out, consider whats he has accomplished in under one year, and whats more we are not heavily in debt with cash in reserve for new building addition.
Once the new addition has happened its off to the races.
GLTA - P.
Wallstreetman, have given a lot of thought to the news blackout, and there is no way that the Simmons family cannot be aware of the effect of that. So I have to ask why they would do it and risk harm to the family name and reputation that they seem to put stock in.
Nearest plausible reason I can come up with is that for uplisting, our pps has to go through the roof. I cannot think of any other way to accomplish this but to repurchase and retire as many shares as possible for as little as you can repurchase them for.
Releasing any good news would then be counterproductive, as would further dilution. I guess it all boils down to what they want to do with the Simmons family name.
Another stock in a similar situation (many angry investors)is rvgd which I also own and accumulated. Long awaited news is about to be released and Im hoping it gonna be good. Share structure aint all that different and like BB has sales but not reported.
If the news is good and market reaction positive, I'll sell half on a double and put it here. I like you believe in BB definite upside potential and betting the CEO doesnt want to lose the respect their last name carries.
Who knows, could be a merger or buyout in progress if sales are that good and Wallymart national rollout is possible. As little as I have in this stock and having doubled down recently, the upside potential IMHO is well worth the risk. Like you I am looking for a penny or two per share which looks real sweet from here.
Anyhow, good luck to us longs and hope the company is deserving of us longs trust or faith for them to act in an appropriate manner sooner than later. P.
Consider the effects of either one at the present time and circumstances. Either one would nullify ANY good news or progress.
Would it not make more sense to build the pps or at least let it recover to fair market value after progress reports or GTM unveiling?
Given our low debt load would it not make more sense to borrow some money and repurchase shares and either retire them or hold them for future resale?
IMHO the current AS does not justify an RS or make sense right now and would only drive the pps to .0001 making us a likely candidate for cellar boxing.
More than likely if anything an AS increase would happen FIRST, and an RS AFTER Siggy shares have been absorbed by market.
Who knows for sure? One thing I know for sure is a lot of people are on the sidelines watching and waiting. If the updates on past current and future sales are halfway decent the market will respond. The GTM unveiling should generate a lot of NEW interest and could potentially double current shareholder base.
Of the 530 boardmarks here on ihub, a very small fraction of those actually post here. I think I have more fingers and toes than this board has regular long posters. You should see me go when competing in a three legged race though LOL.
Whatever the case good luck to all. - P.
Dont sound so desparate to be right,Drifter. Think about whats left in the AS. 250M is reserved for Signature shareholders which leaves a small amount for dilution.
At todays pps how much would that be?
Who says we are desparate for money anyhow? Pics show we are moving vehicles and have been for a while now. Presumably we sell them for more than they cost.
Updates soon to come!
Art - seem to remember that was sells only, no buys allowed before being shut down. Also, not all MM's continued to trade this after DTC notification. Some refused to either do either buying or selling. Been so long.....
- P.
I thought I read somewhere that the company started operations in October of 2007. If this is so then most of the investors here are not seeing the big picture.
Peter WAS a designer for customizing cars. Running a public company HAS to be a little overwhelming. Me I look to what all he has accomplished over the past while and looking at the pr's available it appears he has not been slacking off at all.
Even if Peter is a little green and things turning out not how he had planned is completely understandable.
What is not understandable is how experienced speculators in the pinkies fully expect him to start from scratch and become an OEM car manufacturer is LESS THAN A YEAR.
Please note Peters vast experience is not in starting up companies and manufacturing facilities but modifying and building cars.
The problem with the building permit approval has got to have thrown a wrench or two into ALL aspects of operations and planning.
Delays should be expected with a start up company and a green CEO. Sell if you want to down here. The fact many are dumping millions and contributing to downward movement of pps is fine with me as long as MAJOR dilution is not happening. Better for me that those millions wont be dumped during a run and kill it off.
Simply amazing that not more shareholders are not stopping by Revenge Designs to talk with Peter (or mechanics/technicians)face to face for a scoop and an update complete with pictures.
The companies Ridgeline was in the background on last photo shoot, and many NEW VEHICLES. I'd really be disapointed if the same GTO's, Solstices, etc. were still in the shop (from previous pic's), but since we have new cars it should be fairly safe to assume we are in fact processing and selling them.
We do have sales, we just dont know how much. As for me I'll wait and accumulate as I can at these prices. Good luck to everyone holding on. - P.
What does a 20M gallon per year facility look like? Punch Biox + Hamilton into google. This faciltiy processes both veg. oils and animal fats. Notice the railroad spur with tanker cars, and the size of the on-site fuel tanks and spill proof concrete pad. This plant is in my back yard so to speak or rather about three or four blocks from where I live.
Kinda makes ours look like a wannabe.
Other: Yeah, 33,000 gallons would make one HELLUVA big tanker truck. Think I put one to many zero's there.
Great minds board: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5388
Juanly - my post began as addressing a simple mistake of stating a maximum of 300 gallons from 1000 lbs of feedstock.
A gallon of diesel weighs about 6.5 lbs so 300 gallons is well over 1000 lbs. Sorry if you cant figure out something is funny there.
The 250 gallons per day was in reference to the 1000 lbs of feedstock. I gave no projections but was trying to point out that profitability was some ways off yet.
However, lets look at Lamars statement of 12 to 20 million gallons per year. On the surface 12M gallons yearly is not unreasonable at all. Just 33,000 gallons per day or about one tanker truck per day - not very much at all.
Average industry figures show that getting three gallons per bushel of soybeans would be on the high end. A bushel is 60 lbs. So we MIGHT get 20 lbs of fuel from 60 pounds or a one to three ratio.
So for every daily tanker of fuel 33,000 gallons (times 6.5 lbs)or 215,000 lbs, we need 650,000 lbs of high oil yielding soybeans. Thats about 100,000 bushels. There simply is not enough space in that building to house ones days production, never mind four or five days supply.
Like I have repeated many times, there must be storage capacity for untested bio-d, and storage capacity for ASTM certified fuel, HOUSED IN A SEPARATE COMPOUND.
Additionaly, this is a multi-feedstock facility, which usually means housing feedstock components separately, and that bio-d formulations will vary along with quality so ASTM testing must be ongoing.
In regards to the conference call and what was said, did BB not say he had no idea why the pps was down so much? Now you gotta figure if he's that clueless, why should we anyone trust him to know anything?
The company stills claims they have cutting edge communication technology - yeah right. Given as its not on air, smoke signals or carrier pigeon might be better.
Lets not forget our one patented goldmine. OOPS - seems we ALSO have numerous other mining claims they apparently FORGOT to tell us about. Do you think BB was waiting for the right minute to tell us about them, or just sell them off and FORGET to tell us about that....
Lets give BB the benefit of the doubt and say he was saving that information for a surprise....
WAKE UP Juanly.
JMHO - P.
pontalba: at 6.5 lbs per gallon that would be the equivelent of spinning a pound of straw into 2 pounds of gold....
Even if you used 100% biodiesel as a feedstock, 1000 lbs is only 153 gallons.
Three pop machine sized biodiesel machines you can buy for six grand each would kick out over 100 gallons per day.
There is no way in h.e.l.l this could ever be a profitable operation...
250 gallons per day @ four bucks is only $1000.00
Even if the feedstock was free, it would not be enough to cover workers wages.
As each "batch" must be tested to ensure ASTM standards are met there is a real cost there.
If the company pays just 25 cents per pound (plus transport) for used cooking oil, that a real cost of about $1.50 per gallon.
You guys figure it out. We have BB and how many more other company leeches that must be paid something for their services and the company has not reported ANY income. Where does everyone think that money will come from?
How about the expansion to millions of gallons per year?
Given as this joke of a biodiesil plant cost "millions" I dont see how any other plant will benefit shareholders.
Lets assign the yet to be built plant a fixed cost of 20M (very very cheap)how many shares would that equate to?
We will shortly be eliminated as shareholders, and NEW suckers MUST be found. So, pump and dump.....
Juanly needs a reality check IMHO. - P.
Guess BB does read the board and responded to my post concerning the ability to sell fuel. New pr today...
Re: dividend shares. Maybe they wont be RS'd but I'd hazard I guess by the time they are convertible, major dilution will have taken place.
I dont know why he just doesnt deal the final blow and put us shareholders out of our misery. There is not a lot of further damage he can deal out to us IMHO.
Guess BB does read the board and responded to my post concerning the ability to sell fuel. New pr today.
The most basic info. I would share with the board is if he was indeed still on the road or back at the office, and also if he was working on the next update or pr, when that might be. He has already commented on share printing one time so a confirmation no dilution was taking place would also be the most basic and important information that could be shared.
However, thank you for making the effort of reaching him whether he be on a cellphone while on the road or back in the office in Dacatur.
BTW folks, the week ends on Sunday so we might still see that update?
sharga: licencing agreement dont mean squat until expectations fulfilled and the agreement becomes a licencing contract. Agreement simply means both parties have come to an understanding - tclt is again in the position of having to raise funds.
A signed contract becomes null and void (or litigation)if one party fails to live up to contractual obligations. In 2006 Sportspharm was to take SRO to over the counterstatus....
As an example of such a "finalized" agreement by tclt management, read up on EV Parts acquisition. Theres no transparancy by tclt management and no where is tclt listed on either Stans site or Sportspharm. Truly if SRO was headed toward being approved for over the countersales, you can bet your boots it would (or should) be mentioned elsewhere.
How about tclt proprietary "software"?
AS of this moment can you prove tclt has ANYTHING to sell? or revenues? C'mon now this is a group of LAWYERS LOL.
None the less, this dog has proven the ability to run, and run hard (for no reason).
Looky here - 06/12/08: "Techalt is currently in the process of securing financing for expanding SRO’s distribution channels, which includes securing significant contracts and obtaining over the counter approval from the Food and Drug Administration."
This is no dif. from the EV Parts BS. No money no licencing and not a whole lot of income from further dilution.
- so, do you now understand the term "agreement" as used in the pr? A little further DD will may show a large portion of AS to be distributed as employee benefits? Like lawyer#1 and lawyer #2 and so on?
No reply warranted or wanted.
Great minds board: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5388
As I posted the other day BB can buy back all the stock for about 200- 250G's right now. By releasing into the market he would be able to further drive the price down to where he can pick up everything(or a buddy of his) can pick it up for 50 - 100G's.
Way I feel about it is that we should also take a closer look at his cohorts on payroll. Perhaps we are giving BB too much credit here. Surely that former SEC guy would have provided insight and council to BB, as well as plant manager(s) etc.
They must all be aware they were scamming us. Spread the heat around. Challenge prgl being member of biodiesel association or whatever BS association it is. Why not have Ed Lewis host a prgl show that is organized? Would have to happen quick as he is off the air in a while. Expose the fraud, interview Opp residents, Mayor etc. Doggone has some good clips. Should not be too hard to do given Ed's disposition toward BB.
BB's or bullets - starring Opp Alabama LOL!
Great minds board: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5388
Perhaps we should consider calling that lawyer who specializes in class action suits against pinks. Someone posted a link here yesterday.
Dont know if it would do any good. Beebe hired that former Sec guy, and if anybody would know how to legally screw over shareholders it would be him I guess.
Can the plant really be said to be producing (and selling)?
We own a radio station thats shut down and in trouble with FCC, Ed Lewis owns a good part of broadcasting equip, we have a biodiesel plant whose production capabilities is questionable and has no sales as yet, and a gold mine with no stated value and no assay. Would this be an accurate description? Oh yeah and shareholders who got diluted outta existance and value, and then RS'd and further discounted taking investors to the cleaners for 95% of previous value and financial investment.
The company is now set up (in Nevada)to do it all over again, OR, sell this POS to someone else and try elsewhere. Perihelion in all liklihood will be sold? It could appear that way it seems.
No need to produce it if you cant sell it. Has he filled all the necessary paperwork for all permits?
I could be mistaken but I believe EVERY batch of biofuel will need to be certified to ASTM standards, meaning he will need one set of holding tanks for untested and uncertified product, and after certification be moved to separate fenced holding facility and a fuel transfer station for the trucks.
He may be able to produce some biodiesel but when can he legally sell it for a profit (or loss).
Come to think of it, do we have proper storage facilities for the feedstock?
Time for Beebe to turn on the pr BS machine again and raise some cashola from stock sales.
Right now Beebe could buy back every single share up for 200 -250G's.

In addition to the word "royalty" and being confused about who pays who royalties from the sales of SRO, it appears you also need to learn the meaning of the term "marketing" or at least within the context of a licencing agreement for intellectual property.
BTW, they agreed to raise money to get approval to sell SRO over the counter, NOT for the "marketing" of SRO(see pr). Since they have no control over that process or can guarantee outcome, it would likely be on a "best efforts" basis.
Also they are responsible for raising money for the further "development" of SBR which is not on the market yet (to my limited knowledge).
Again for clarification, tclt will market the product SRO, and pay Mr. Johnston a small portion of sales expressed as an agreed percentage or royalty.
So tclt holds marketing rights for two products SRO AND SBR.
What the pr does not make clear is the licencing agreement has been signed by both parties and is in effect, as opposed to agreement terms being finalized by both parties.
I think that we have already went through one "finalized" agreement with EV Parts. While SRO promises to be a steller performing product, one cannot say the same about the OTTO Law Group as management.
TCLT will NEVER receive SRO royalties. They will however be paying OUT royalties. Thats my point here. If there is any BS here its in the expectation of tclt royalties. LOL.
Does a car dealer receive a royalty when you buy a car from a dealer? NO. They make a profit from their portion of the sale. The rest will be paid to STAN in royalties.
Licencing typically involves royalties, but the inventor may choose to receive a single lump-sum payment in lieu of future possible royalites.
Chop it up any way you like, but if theres any BS here its the assumption that TCLT would receive royalties at all from SRO sales. Licencing and royalties are two different animals altogether....
TDW has performed RS to my common shares but not the preferred which I hope stays the same. Too bad I cant liquidate all shares and break even. What are the chances of that happening LOL.
Sands, did you find out how LaRive Series C preferred shares differ from ours?
Dog, thanx for the extra effort of making the trip to the station and back last night.
Sharga: enuff on the "tclt" royalties. Book authors get royalties, inventors get royalties. These they recieve whether or not the publisher makes money on the sale of a book or not - its a per unit percentage set out in a contract.
Inventors royalties vary depending on the stage of product development. In this case Stan had it going on. He not only created a useful and successful product in demand but already had a manufacturer and sales. My guess is Stan's royalties might run as high as 20% which would leave tclt with 80% out of which they would have to pay Sportspharm production and packaging costs. The remaining monies are tclt's and the taxmans.
Its one thing to say neosporin sells rather cheaply in comparison, but is there a true comparison in product competition? HOw many other products can do the same thing as Neosporin and work just as well? Neosporin must remain competitively priced or folks will just pick up another brand.Me, I'd rather pay the extra buck or two and know what I have works.
SRO as I understand it is kind of unique in product category (without peers) and more so is very effective. Another factor to pricing is that it is specifically targeting a segment of the population, and not going for "blanket" coverage, meaning that their audience is currently a fraction of market potential.
For the ordinary citizen, a blister is nothing more than a minor annoyance. However for soldiers putting their life on the line and multi million dollar pitching arms, that 35 bucks per tube may be mighty cheap.
Notice also that in the licencing agreement, manufacturing is not part of the picture. Chances are that the manufacturing rights lies within the embrace of Sportspharm or remains under Stans control.
While operating within the confines of a specialized market the price of SRO will remain high. Once approved for OTC sales, the price should come down to a more reasonable level.
Also remember that we have licenced two products and not just the one.
Hope this helps. P.
Haha. Heres a good laff - with RS my new break even point is .50
Yeah, the Nevada registration is still Perihelion so we are still stuck will Beebe. Now we are going to be diluted AGAIN.
- and again and again I guess. What a F@#&%#& thief. Well, perils of penny or pinks. Just have to suck it up and move on.
We should run a pool to see how long it takes Beebe to get this up to a half billion OS again, or OS at least doubles.
According to information on link(s) Paragon started buying stock in OTC publicly traded companies March 31 2008. Wonder if Beebe already had (already sold) plans on selling us out.
Guess the next few days will be telling.

licencing agreement: Techalt, Inc. (Pink Sheets:TCLT) ("Techalt" or "Company") announced that it has finalized a licensing agreement to develop and market Stan’s Rodeo Ointment (“SRO”), a sports cream product that can accelerate the healing time for abrasions, lacerations, blisters and other open wounds to the skin, while diminishing the pain that often results from such injuries.
What specifically do you want to know? All you need to know is whether the rights are international or not. Since TCLT is further DEVELOPING the cream and MARKETING the cream is fairly safe to assume a group of lawyers would be hell bent on protecting their investment.
SRO has undergone "tabletop" manufacturing to state of the art, and accordingly to 3/20 pr is raising or HAS raised funds to obtain over the counter approval.
It should be FAIRLY safe to assume that both licencing and marketing rights should be international in scope. Notice the current manufacturer is not mentioned in rights whatsoever.
It is apparent however that the manufacturer has taken quite an interest in SRO and the booth at the tradeshow reflects an investment in SRO. What kind of investment we dont know at the time, but the interest shown at the convention should have something to do with it.
Having a stand alone 10 by 30 booth for SRO is a HUGE endorsement of the manufacturer as well as an investment. TCLT was to raise the money to get over the counter approval but what if the manufacturer was covering the costs?
That would then be a matter between tclt and the manufacturer. Stan's job now should be only that of a promoter, has most likely received a sizable cash award and a portion of sales or royalities.
I doubt very much you will get any information in the way of licencing agreements as it is somewhat confidential. The manufacturer of SRO has already shown investment into both licencing requirements of SRO to tclt and stepped into the shoes of a partner/investor of sorts.
All this JMHO. P.

.01 not out of the ballpark here given a little more time but more short term I would not mind seeing .006 for a ten bagger and let the rest ride free...
On dilution I beieve that the AS would have to increase significantly before the OS simply because of the SGLS preferred convertible shares in 2009. 25M convertible at 1 for 100 common representing 250M. I believe Peter has to keep these on hand leaving only a small amount free to dilute with with.
If an RS was going to occur (no reason to here) would it not make sense to include these and reverse in 2009 after conversion?
They can hold up the permitting only for so long and after that the building will go up very quickly. By September the company should be pulling some decent cabbage $$$.
Having a Septemeber mindset helps rides these little ups and downs. Have a great weekend everyone. - P.
The unveiling wont mean much it if does not pass FF5 inspection and specifications. After thinking about whether or not we would be represented there, remember that this event is for KIT cars. As I understand it we are not building a kit car.
Rather, I'd like to see it having its very own unveiling and media event where it is the one and only star of the show. This is a sales event for FF5 and the Revenge GTM should have its own sales events.

There is no mention anywhere either on FF5 site, magazine article links, GTM write ups to suggest a relationship with RVGD - unfortunately.
IMHO Revenge must first pass FF5 inspection first and then we may see something. This makes sense business wise for FF5 as they are in the business of selling kit cars.
Revenge will provide a one stop solution for those wishing a GTM without the hassles of either building one, or finding a quality shop to build out. Revenge GTM's must be able to impart a quality not available anywhere else, distinguishing it from a kit car - which they are going to do.
It has been announced by last pr that there is at last a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel, but although it is within sight there is still a distance to go.
As with any pinkie, its all a coin toss, but I like the odds so far. I for one hope FF5 is not going to be bombarded with phone calls which they are not prepared to respond to at this time. Premature announcements would surely hurt GTM kit car sales.
Our GTMS will be the one the kit car builders will hope to emulate or aspire to..
JMHO. - P.
So things are taking a little more time than announced but so what - what pinkie ever gets things done on time...
I like my last purchase at .0006 with market cap of just over a half mil. If it goes lower I will simply get more. Be interesting to see what happens to pps by September. If it hasnt changed by then I might rethink, but right now Im not too much worried.
I like that Pete is off to see our PARTICIPATING dealers (meaning those who have signed up to sell our Ridgelines)and have no doubt we will see the number of participating dealers increase substantially.
What I wouldnt mind having is Hot Rod mag do a write up on our vehicles. A 600+ hp GTO should scream. This time next year should be very sweet to those picking up a million shares for six hundred bucks today. At a penny those million shares are worth 10Gs.
Perhaps a five grand investment today will get you a new Revenge GTM next year. Hang tightand GLTA.
P.
If I understand correctly rvgd and factory five will enter a partnership to become a car manufacturer and Factory Five will become a brand name like Ford or General Motors? If so we should be seeing GTM's racing alongside or in front of the Corvette or Viper. Cool.
If this is our future aspiration thats cool with me. Hand crafted fine automobiles. Isn't there a Swedish or NOrwegian company named Striker or Stryker? Price tag of about 300G's and a two year waiting list.
Could have swore I read a post that outlined how Revenge GTM's will be distinguished from Kit cars and production being held up to OEM manufacturing standards. Being more than just a kit car assembler?.
Perhaps that is already old news to you, but a welcome surprise for me? Be nice to see how the first few ones off the approved assembly line will stack up against higher end fine automobiles.
