It’s a good idea for novice money to learn the very basics of the market.

This particular stock will make some rich, by design and the rest widow makers. This stock is a scam. Through and through.

No stock ever that has come with legitimate financials or paperwork has ever had a history of photoshopping or forgeries. Histories in financial check kiting or and history with financial crimes.

This stock is by design with a tiny float, and a skull and cross bones. It’s designed to entice dumb money looking for a lottery ticket.

In the OTC there are such stocks, they just take work and due diligence by the investor.

This one is easily with very few phone calls verified as a fraud. Under the sanctions in which its “lawyer” had allowed this scam will trade until the sec approved founded fraud. I do not suspect it will be very long.
