Stability tests, three months, Wish they said when these tests were started.
"(vi) at least three months of stability study data to show the frozen clinical trial product will work as it was designed to work months after it was manufactured.”
My prediction was way to high. I said $12. It blew passed that. I hope it doesn't go sub penny.
I am ready for a press release announcing the next delay.
I’m in at $12, then it’s going straight up
Is the company really going to be worth twice as much as it is now in a week. I guess its possible.
If that is the case JKLM then that is even a bigger problem. They can blow through shares at will. Why conserve at all?
They need to file the IND soon. They do not have unlimited time to do so.
Reality check:
We are on the cusp of filling the IND barring any more unforeseen delays. This would change the equation by attracting more investors. The stock will rise for certain. An accepted IND will move us into a much higher trading range. Sounds great right?
The problem is the share total. It has gotten too large and they are still selling blocks of shares cheap which is undercutting our investment.
It's a race people. They need to get this IND accepted to acquire funding before they run out of shares to sell. I don't see investors approving another batch of shares. It's a race, lets hope they get it done.
Investors Business Daily:
"Tilray Stock Is Not A Buy
Here's the bottom line: Tilray stock is not in any kind of base pattern. Its fundamentals are weak. Thus, based on IBD's metrics, TLRY stock doesn't represent a buying opportunity as of February."
Maybe after earnings it will be a buy on March 3rd.
Holding onto all my shares. Do your own dd on PharmaCyte Biotech. Strong longs holding preparing for huge reward. It's coming$$$$$$$soon.
Understood my brother. Cheers to you in Vegas soon. IND time for PMCB.
Thats pretty funny, did you come up with that yourself?
Regarding executive compensation:
This is a California based company. Making $350k a year in Laguna Hills California is NOT going to make Mr Waggoner wealthy. He will see a fraction of that after taxes. I am sure the people running the company could find higher salaries elsewhere, but for huge success, and to make a difference in this world they chose PMCB.
What will making PMCB Execs wealthy is a successful trial. How can that not be their goal?
I definitely believe we have great news coming. News that will create volume to annihilate any manipulation that may be occurring.
I cannot worry about corruption in U.S. Government agencies because there is nothing I can do about it. Big Pharma has money and influence PharmaCyte does not have. However once news leaks of a successful trial then they will be spending their big Pharma dollars to grab PMCB not to squash it.
I get frustrated with executives and instead of insults here I write and call the company. They have achieved a lot, and we have a safe trial product. People like us longs here are in on the ground floor. We are taking the biggest risk and we will see unbelievable reward if successful.
I will be wearing my Oldmusky name tag at the party in Vegas, along with Mrs Musky and a school of Little Muskies, all over 21 and shareholders themselves.
IND time for PMCB
Pink, I am on your side, I am a long here. I also do not want to bash individuals. However , calling Mr Waggoner a strategy GENIUS is a reach. Remember the Italian job, not genius.
They are however plodding their way to a successful IND I believe. Bright and competent for sure. Genius well I don't know about that.
Exploding upwards is totally possible. If I miss the boat so be it. One thing I have learned in 45 years of trading is there are always opportunities in the market so if you miss one thats ok, another will come along. And that is better than overpaying for a stock. Bona Vista, I know you are vested here and I hope you do very well.
Tilray hit $300 because of its bogus share structure not because of earnings or future earnings. Otherwise other pot stocks would of skyrocketed as well. Everyone must do their own dd. My dd tells me to wait to $12 or below. I will not buy an overvalued speculative play like Tilray is now.
Now thats a very level headed realistic post. I will buy back in at $12, and yes $12 is definitely coming, maybe lower. $300 maybe in 10 years but $40 is a realistic in the next two years if US legalizes.
The board is bullish today, me too. Things do look better than they ever have since I have been here. I expect delays. That doesn't mean I am not bullish. The people at AN are not on our timetable. It will get done. I bet a little while yet.
Funding PR after IND filing could be a big pps mover too.
ready for a new trading range.
On this one I respectfully disagree. There are large shareholders of Apple and Amazon that prod them on their business dealings. These companies are also under the scrutiny of activists for human rights violations.
Very good post, KW can't give a date until "we are there".
Tulla, exactly right.
Hurray, they fixed their patent application. This means nothing to us. Yawn, bring on more tests.
Nothing burger press release.
Where is the IND we have been waiting years for?
Looking forward to the announcement of more tests this week. I would like it to be the IND, but most likely.....more tests.
Which comes first?
1. IND
or
2. Announcement of a delay (more tests)?
Just to be clear, there are NO MORE TESTS right? There is no chance of them announcing another delay due to more tests?
Does anyone here think it would be suspicious if they announced more tests or you are good?
So the longs here are all on board that the pyrogenicity tests are the final tests we are waiting for? I hope that is true. I think it is time to know directly what is left. No more pop up tests. Lets lay them all out there. Give us a syllabus Mr. Waggoner!
Jodi I am not trying to distract I am serious. I am a long here, a gullible bag holder. I still am all in. I am trying to get ahead of any potential surprises.
Thank You, JKLM. A question for everyone.
Is there a finite amount of possible tests that can be done on these cells? I am talking about any test not just tests mentioned. What is the list of ALL possible tests?
If I am told there are ten more tests I may head for the door. They seem to indicate these ten tests on the staggered runs were the last hurdle, now pyrogenicity tests. Are there more tests? What is the end game here? Lucy, hold that football still.
Reschedule shareholders meeting, we did not forget.
Are there any other tests besides the pyrogenicity tests? For example someone here once mentioned Stability testing. Are we going to need Stability testing as well?
Maybe someone in good standing with IR could ask, " What are the remaining tests left that are required before we file IND?". I have run my course with these people.
This is from 2017, time for an update. I have never heard of this Doctor before, Dr Hyslop.
"UNC-Led Cannabis Research Sees Significant Progress
April 10, 2017
April 10, 2017 — Research led by University of Northern Colorado Professor Richard Hyslop is making significant progress in developing a targeted cancer treatment using cannabinoids as a chemotherapy agent, according to a news release issued Monday.
The UNC research has concentrated on the feasibility of developing cells capable of producing an enzyme that can convert inactive cannabis compounds into an active anti-cancer drug.
Richard Hyslop
Hyslop, who's working on the project with PharmaCyte Biotech Inc., summarized the progress during presentations last week at the 253rd American Chemical Society National Meeting & Exposition in San Francisco.
Researchers to date have observed five cell lines that produce desired enzymes to convert inactive cannabis compounds into anti-cancer drugs once they're injected, using PharmaCyte's encapsulation technology, and then activated directly at the site of a tumor.
Hyslop has been involved in cancer research for four decades. UNC faculty Corina Brown and Ann Hawkinson, along with several graduate and undergraduate students, are part of the team working on the cannabis project with Hyslop."
Your post regarding PMcB is completely false and has no value. IND on doorstep. Stock of the century.
Ka- Ching
We are just waiting on paperwork now. Passed all FDA tests. I know everyone will do whatever they can to buy cheap shares. Why wouldn't they? This is a very effective medical advancement with so many applications. My non existent grandchildren will benefit from this. I am going to set up a monopoly trust with this stock.
I will never sell my shares of this company with such MASSIVE potential. Looking forward to IND and seeing the narrative change. I will make money here. MAUI BRO!
Do not know what this 20 year old technology is you speak of, we just passed modern day FDA required tests.
It is a delivery method, not a machine. We can use it with drugs already approved by the FDA, like ifosfamide(SP). We can also develop it to make your body to produce insulin (monster huge market). The applications for this technology are limitless. Literally this could be the stock of the century.
Me and My shares, enjoying the ride!
I do think the FDA will approve our updated technology. Those two staggered runs passed all FDA required tests. I think big Pharma is watching this technology. I think we have suitors ready to pounce on an accepted IND.
When the IND is filed we will most assuredly get a bump. I will go out on a limb and say 15-25 cents.
An accepted IND could send us to a dollar. I believe it. The potential here is SO HUGE. If we have a successful trial we will all be wealthy. Like I said before, if you have 100K shares or more and we have a successful trial you can book your trip to Maui. Not for a vacation, your moving to Maui in an ocean front house with a great lanai.
We all know IND is on the way. Some are not willing to recognize this. Opposition must be doing different DD than me, and in some cases none at all I have heard.
The question is how will the talking points change for pmcb. I have already heard rumblings of "anyone can file an IND". LOL
The IND won't get excepted is a fair complaint against any Biotech, and the FDA may ask for something else.
BUT PMCB had two staggered runs that passed a scrutiny of FDA required tests. We have a great trial product.
Eurofins, Thermo Fisher. Makowka, Yuen, Crabtree, Hidalgo ect ect, many highly credible individuals involved with this company.
Sitting back enjoying the show with my buddies (my shares).
That would explain all the journal publications.
Your right about Dr Crabtree. He is one of the good guys. I once looked up all the journals he is published in. He is a prominent Doctor. Keep posting Moses.
