Yeah according to Collier, these were a necessary evil (toxic notes) in order to come up with the $4.5 mil to acquire Sofpulse.
Board and interest have been dead here on this forum for a long time
Bring back all the boyz and pumpers from a couple yrs ago, I miss those days pre-Sofpulse and before we had pre-clinical heart trial results.....lol
PAUL finally takes a break but CDEL comes in with 825k on the ASK.....lol
Nope not at all
Can't have 80-90% selling, basically all on the BID, and not have this stock tank, on a daily basis.
Yep, in less than 5 months we should have 3Q & 4Q ER. I knew this was in serious trouble when they put out a PR right before 2Q ER, highlighting a paultry increase in sales. And then they out out these ridiculous sales figures for 4Q and beyond?? It's obvious at least one noteholder going through PAUL wants to cash in at all cost. Of course like you said at a 30+ percent discount, why wouldn't they? They have backed themselves into a corner now, basically admitting they are a 1 product company.
Just no real support here whatsoever. Any big BID gets sold off, been this way for over a month now. No telling how low she could go before any real support kicks in. 1 mil or 2 mil it hasn't mattered here, all get sold off on the BID.
Any guess on the T-trade? 1 million @ .0079 is my guess.....lol
Not going anywhere until/if PAUL finishes diluting. Just keeps pushing this lower and lower.
And there is OTCX, always showing up to help there buddy PAUL out when needed.....lol
L2 can be tricky to figure out sometimes because mm know that retail investors are using it, but no PAUL is being anything but sneaky here. Motive is very clear.....lol
I'm not blaming the mm sorta speak, just telling the story of what's actually happening on L2. We are all aware of the daily T-trades that have been taking place daily now for almost 2 months. But T-trades have come and gone, although this has probably the longest run I've seen over the past few years. We sit below a penny because of the enormous increase in shares/dilution, no question about that. But ENDV is now a 1 trick pony at the moment, and it all boils down to sales of Sofpulse. Next couple quarters will tell the story, and if they are not able to sell or meet their sales projections, this thing will tank hard I believe. Magniant and Plagens were a flop obviously, and we'll see if they fare any better trying to sell Sofpulse themselves.
Quite a battle here with PAUL and the endless amount of shares to dilute while pressing the sp down with only 10k on the ASK, but we also now have 2 fairly big bids on the BID. Something has to give here. But I've been here for 3 yrs and I have not seen a mm this agressive for this long on the ASK as PAUL has been over the last month and a half.
Very ugly indeed, but it all boils down to sales now of Sofpulse. If they meet or exceed their projected sales numbers over the next couple quarters, obviously the stock will go up. If they don't then this thing for all intensive purposes is toast. So it's basically put up or shut up time for Alan & Co, and will find out soon enough whether or not they meet these numbers. It's obvious what the street thinks, that they will not been getting anywhere close to these sales projections, otherwise the sp would already be much higher.
Unfortunately Craig this news does nothing to help the sp. ENDV needs sales/contracts with $$$ attached to it. These are really just meaningless until then.
PAUL is absolutely relentless here, and this will go nowhere until they are gone. Way to many shares to dump at this point in time.
It's obvious why we don't see .03's anymore for support, as we have probably added over 500 mil shares worth of dilution since those days. But the market cap has remained fairly strong, from around 8+ mil to 18 mil. I'm not saying it won't get to your buying price eventually, but it may just be premature without a huge increase in shares added.
Yeah I agree way too many shares here lately. But it does become harder and harder it seems to get shares below .009.
Are you in again Bio or getting back in soon for a flip? From a technical standpoint it looks ready for a pop soon as we get around 30 RSI.
Yep that's exactly what's happening here. Hence why all the T-trades always come in basically lower than what the sp closes at. But like you said until the show significant sales and start to break even at a minimum, it is what it is.
Yeah it has to be 1 or the other here, but if your watching the behavior closely on L2, they have been ultra agressive in lowering their ASK with the minimum 10k. They see there is really no buying on the ASK whatsoever and take advantage to drive the sp down. They must have a shit ton of shares to unload it seems.
Yeah, PAUL is absolutely relentless in dumping shares for the past month. Haven't seen a mm this agressive for this long here.
Yeah I guess your right, I just look at my TD Ameritrade which updates once a month and saw only a 10.1 mil increase from last month.
Looking ugly without a doubt, just crazy we had only 10.1 million shares added last month. Someone is either bailing or this is getting shorted.
If you look at the end of the day trading over the last couple months, almost all RED and tons of sells. Sure Collier and Co are buying small amounts and your right it may temporarily keep a slight uptick in price at the end of the day, but I think it has absolutely zero bearing on the overall stock price in general. He's buying is minute compared to what is being sold/diluted here.
Yeah, last time was extremely hard to get .008 even when it stayed below a penny for awhile. Things are getting very tight here spread wide, which makes me think a pop is coming soon. Vol has been weak however, but yeah .008 would be a very good flip opportunity to for sure.
I know but even with all this dilution and daily selling, there seems to be a lot of support in this area of a penny or just below. Otherwise, this should be tanking far below a penny in my opinion. Just saying a flip around here might start looking good again soon, I'm targeting .009
Market is also not buying the wildly inflated sales figures, supposedly break even by the end of this year, and almost $300 mil by next year???....lol And yet we sit at a $7-8 mil mc.
Looking very bleak unfortunately. ASCM, OTCX, & PAUL all on the ASK with minimum ASK is NOT what you want to see.
What is this now going on almost 2 months of 1+ million T-Trades daily?? Not going anywhere when that's happening.
Typical ENDV as we are back at around a penny. PAUL and OTCX only on the ASK is not very friendly that's for sure. Probably hang in this range til it gets pumped again. Only thing that can change this now is revs from Sofpulse, and they are forecasting some pretty crazy revs, especially starting in this December. So it won't be long to see whether or not they can finally sell, but I won't hold my breath that they come even close to those sales projections.
Doesn't look like .01 will hold, .009 might be a good entry for another swing opportunity.
What's the updated OS Biotech? I'm still showing 726.8 mil. But I have TD Ameritrade.
Who's picking up all these cheap shares???....lol
I remember how amazing that Dana Lyons hire was also. And all the sales/ business he brought with him to Amedica at the time. And the share price went parabolic.....lol
Definitely no sort of law that forces mm to do anything of the sort
Definitely not true
Yep, wash rinse and repeat until something fundamentally changes, ie selling Sofpulse. Outside of that the pumps will get smaller and smaller as the OS gets bigger and bigger. He'll, look at that volume when this hit .025 just recently, and that's all she could muster.
We'll find out just how much when 2Q ER gets released, but costs have to be way up.
