thanks....glad it made sense. eom
MEATLOAF or MATT..i have a suggestion..
sometimes when i start on the most recent post, and it is a thread that may actually be 20 posts long, i eventually go backwards a few hours in posts. Now, many times, I want to review the posts that originated around that first post of previously said thread, but I cannot unless i record the post number, click on the board name above, and then type in the post number on the "go to post or date" field.
is there a way to go to messages if I am currently reading a post 150 posts back from the most recent? Like a "Go to Messages" button above the post i am currently on, which brings me to the 50 posts around that post?
Lets say i am on post 1000, but there are currently 1500 posts on a board, I don't have a way to see ALL 50 posts that are around post 1000, unless i perform the exercise as explained above.
Have I made any sense?
yes serfdom, the SEC info should be in the IBOX...
regarding this stock
after i get this image up, i will have...
to go back downstairs and paint the kitchen. i will be back later, but you can always drop by the board. i think i will be back full force on the baord tonight around 9:30EST
how much do i owe you for your services?
ok...just a bit of distortion...
ya....let me see what that looks like
hey serf...what do you think of the logo..
for my Arch.i.type board?
I know it is a bit bland right now, and I will work on jazzing it up, but i did not want to get too flashy. I wanted to express the 3 main parts of my board name:
ARCH = architecture
i = the individual
type = what we do on this site.
your thoughts?
I have a feeling that this will get deleted...
from the CKYS board. I must post this here for all to read since it pertains to any stock or thinking that many have when trading in the pinks (or any stock for that matter):

A response...point by point:
Amazing how certain individuals that have no shares in this company and only started posting on this board when the suspension took place, are here to after midnight on a Saturday, pointing out how dire our situation is.
~~~> Many people have experience in suspensions, as well as experience in trading and the SEC in general. Some take pride in that experience and share it. I personally like to post Saturday nights, because after the basketball games, and the wife and child go to bed, it is my time.
It is also amazing how you will find these very same people posting on other boards where the stock has been suspended, again not holding shares in these companies.
~~~~> This is also a supplement to point 1.....a suspension really draws attention to the stock doesn't it? Much like a car wreck
I believe you will find their presence growing stronger as the suspension nears its end and they will also try and impact this board for weeks/months after the suspension, for one purpose and one purpose only, to make sure that they have the desired effect on the PPs. Their tactics are simple, try and scare current sharholders into selling and discourage new investors from buying stock when the suspension is lifted. That is what they are paid to do.
~~~~> Is this a proven fact that the individuals on this board are paid to drive the PPS down? I would submit to you that the company, through its ambiguous answers to the SEC's questions BEFORE suspension will drive this price down, including the suspension itself.
I do not believe in the methods of bashers or pumpers, this board should be restricted to DD and constructed opinion. Individuals that continually spout the same rhetoric day in day out should be banned.
~~~~> DD comes in all forms; some of which is experience from those that have been through this a time or two, and the great links from the SEC website that contain ALL suspended stocks since 1995, provided by those that are deemed bashers. That link is a great place to start to see how the typical situation is AFTER suspension.
Those that had absolutely no interest in this stock before the suspension and now put themselves forward as advisor or expert on SEC rules and regs - and are so keen to point out the negative aspects of our current position, no matter how subtle - should be banned.
~~~~> I had an interest and I sold for a loss before the suspension. Others, like Sylvrewynde has been in for 2 years, unlike many that jumped in middle of last year. Sylvrewynde was deemed a basher. I think that is wrong. We all have our opinions. IHUB Admin has a great board:
This is the Question and Answer board for MATT and Admin. They look for great ideas to improve the website and community. Propose yours. All are welcome over there.
As I have said before if shareholders/board members do not understand the impact of the suspension then they should discuss with more experianced board members - and if there are points of issue that no one can answer, then board members/shareholders should work together to get those answers.
~~~~> I do not get this opinion. More experienced board members have arrived, have given their opinions, followed up with links and facts, and they have been shunned. Who are the experienced board members that you would like to hear from? Further, why should the board "work together" to solve a problem, or come up with some sort of concensus for an answer. We are all individuals here, and my experience tells me that if we as a collective join forces to solve a problem ON A MESSAGEBOARD WITH ANOMYNOUS POSTERS, we get manipulated to believe something that is not right for ourselves and our families. We should each seek out our own answers and if some come from messageboard posters, we should INDIVIDUALLY verify them.
Moderators and CKYS shareholders - gain control of your board again.
~~~~> I think the Mods are doing a fine job. This board is NOT entitled ONLY to shareholders. This board is for all who want to engage in discussion about this security, shareholders or not.
Good luck. I thought like you at one time, and lost 99.99999999% of my original investment. I was left with 7 cents total, after Ameritrade was gratious enough to sell my shares without commission.
i love "border collies"...eom
thanks serfy...just trying to....
help out some of the good people on this board.
Dan
Jim, I have done a search....
for companies on the Suspension lists from 1995 to present....
from the SEC website..
I have not found any that have gone up after suspension, for any length of time, but i am still looking.
Well. Fuel Nation (FLNA) went down then slightly up over the suspension price, but then quickly fell down to about a third of its PPS at suspension.
Digital Gas (DIGG) went down after suspension from 10 cents to three cents ...just this week, it appears it went back to 7 cents.
Some don't exist anymore....
and Wastech (WTCH) went from about 5 cents to today's price of .005.
Mind you, Stockcharts does not list most of the previously suspended stocks, so I am using pinksheets charting for these readings. I should have today's PPS accurate.
Anyway, the point I am making is that none I have seen so far went up above the PPS at suspension. Volume dries up, it seems, for a few months after suspension....
Finally, I encourage those invested here to review the previously suspended stocks charts and see what is typical for this situation.
Dan
hey smoke, thanks for stopping by. how this site becomes informative to you in the near future.....
i will try to provide useful and fun info for ya!
A bit of updating in the IBOX...take a look! eom
Hey Cats....I have updated the ARCHiTYPE...
Ibox. I don't see much interest in this type of board on an investor website, but hey, worth a shot.
check out the ibox here....
fine yellow....
hey, hope you get your dip and some good gains when it opens after the suspension.....
seriously....good luck.
Dan
correct...and sorry for the confusion...
yes, trading will continue immediately...but not as a pink sheet stock....but on the grey market.
i just backed it up for serfdom...eom
what i understand is:
this stock is halted, and typically after 10 days the trading does not start automatically.
I understand that there are many that will look for a dip and buy.
I do not understand your anger toward me since I have shown you an SEC link to your challenge of trading on greys first vs going right to pinks? You said people don't show proof.....i gave it to you....good or bad.
look, this is what the SEC says...
Will trading automatically resume after ten days?
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
In contrast to OTC stocks, stocks that trade on an exchange or Nasdaq resume trading as soon as an SEC suspension ends.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/tradingsuspension.htm
What you are suggesting is that the broker-dealers (MM's) will get right back into it without questioning the SEC suspension. Look, if no MM is absolutely ready to start trading after the 10 days, this will open on the grey market, period. It is not typical that a pink sheet stock starts trading immediately after the suspension ends. That is fact.
relax my friend....
no one is taking a bet on this. Lets all just wait until the suspension is over. This is not about egos on the board, it is about this company. Like Guy says, "Let's Chill".
thanks for making that clear Sylvre!...
i knew you were the man. I did not have time to review the subject, and therefore that is why I mentioned earlier that i did not believe it was a FACT that Audited Financials needed to be filed, just that MM's would most likely want to see them.
thank you for clarifying the thread of AF's
Dan
wish i was still an assist...so i can read...
the threat to national security. lol
wow....you rarely remove posts here! eom
i don't think it is a fact....
but i would surmise that a Market Maker would not take the risk in trading a stock that has been suspended by the SEC, and that suspension be caused by questionable financials claiming gov't monies, and PR's claiming contracts.
Now, all CKYS info provided may be spot on, but the SEC cannot seem to confirm that. As I understand it, the SEC will not give info out as to the outcome of their investigation, so a Market Maker will most likely need verification for itself whether the numbers were correct, and therefore an Audited Financial report would be that verification.
I do not think this is FACT.....merely opinions based on past experiences from others that have been around for a long time in these markets.
serfy.....here is my take...
in conversations with our old friend Sylvrewynde...
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=16922858
Dan
my story is similar....
in the fact that I was impressed with the marketing and products they had.
i lost confidence when i started to see the PPS not supported like I hoped it to be. OF course the day I sold, two days later it went to .025 or something like that. My PPS was .023, and I sold at .015. I made a mistake. Of course immediately after i saw .025, it quickly dropped the next day back to .015 or so. I don't think I would have flipped out at .025 anyway if I stayed in. Therefore, I look at the situation I am in now, vs. what I might have been in with the suspension...lets just say I am happy with my decision. My understanding is that this will come back on the Grey Market, and eventually MM's will trade this again, moving it back to the pinks, but it may take a little time to get back to the Pinks. At this time, I don't think anyone, even the CEO, can give any timelines as to when they will be back in pink land. I would bet it will be back but they will most-likely have to produce Audited Financials for MM's to feel confident to trade it again.
Their products are great, IMO, so hopefully, any games played will stop.
Dan------ya, I like my new name...vs dzynstudios
sylvre, i just cannot comment....
any further on that situation. I just don't know how to explain share structure and trading pattern. Good luck.
Dan
understand guys and gals...
there is currently no bid. My ameritrade account shows:
bid at --, ask at .0001.
it also reads as Bid at.0001(-), Ask at .0001, in my Scottrade account.
Apperently, there is no bid, and therefore it seems as though MM's are not buying shares. Of course they will sell them to you at .0001.
They have cellar boxed this think continuously, until they ran out of room in the cellar, still have shares and now are unloading them to anyone who wants them, without offering to buy them back. Usually if the company, or shell, wants to clean their books of previous trading activity, they will RS the shiZ out of it.
Good luck.
so i have about....
600,000 shares of this POS remaining in my account at ATURD.
I contacted them and asked what I can do with them, since I cannot seem to sell them. I asked, "There is 12 mill+ in volume, and you cannot sell these for me at .0001; are you telling me all volume is buying volume?"
ok guys and gals, i know that is 60 bucks, but I can at least buy good lunch for that amount! lol
The message I got back is this:
Dear Mr. DanX:
Thank you for allowing me to assist you today. So far today, all the trades in CTCK have been buy trades.
You may proceed with the following if you wish to remove the security from your account:
1. If a market can be found for the security, you may place a trade on the open market. As a courtesy, if the proceeds from the sell are less than the standard broker commission for a market order, we will adjust the commission accordingly. Please contact our Trading Department at 888-871-9007 for assistance.
OR
2. You may also request to have a stock certificate issued for the security. To request a stock certificate, log into your account and select the "Account Services" tab. Then, select ?Forms.? On the page that loads, select ?All Forms.? Under the letter "S," select "Stock Certificate Request (Web Based)." If the transfer agent is issuing stock certificates, we will proceed with processing your request. Some foreign securities may incur higher fees. The average delivery time of a stock certificate is 4 to 6 weeks, once the request has been issued.
Thanks,
Amy S.
sylvrewynde....i did not realize..
That you were an investor for 2 years in this stock. you and I should have talked about this one instead of talking about those PT stocks. I was in this back in early Dec, but sold for a loss a few weeks ago. I have no clue, nor did i see a halt coming, and I don't know what to think about the situation. As I remember from the past, you are one heck of an intelligent guy, and I would love to pick your brain on what you think of the current situation. I am sure that most here can use your stock market savvy to become better informed.
For all others reading this post, I can attest to the fact that sylvrewynde is a stand-up guy. I guarrantee you that his info he provides is top-shelf.
Dan
sylvre.....i love your litigious mind...
but i don't know how to answer this question...
well..
does it bring us back to preferred shares that are convertable??? I know you have experience in this realm. since you are a lawyer, to what hypothesis are you driving?
why is it that every...
messageboard for a pink sheet stock claims they own the entire float or at least 90% of it.
This comment is typical for pink sheet stocks. Be careful believing this, since most of the time this only means that the messageboard posters own what is perceived as the float, but actually, the float is much bigger than everyone expected.
And it is not only from shorting, rather management converting debt into shares, or offering shares for services rendered.....growing the float.
Dan
An answer to your question:
I am not currently in, but I do love this board.
I want to see this go up for many good folks here on this board. I do not trust this enough to be in, but I bet there will be some good opportunities to make a quick 100% return when the time is right.
Thanks Kermit....
that was not intended to be mean in any way...i was just having fun with ya!...
Sounds like the Dalian deal went through...
But a better PR should be following....
I would think.
I will have to wait and see what happens. IMO, it is too bad that names seem to appear to close deals.
EQBM, then SOMA reappeared from 2004 to be partner for the Dalian deal, which was with HMH/DAK which now seems to be Actel/Aikete. Perhaps this is not the DAK deal, but a precursor to the finalization PR....
man, I just don't know yet. the PR was vague, or ambiguous to know enough about what was signed.
All I know is EQBM/SOMA as partners owns Actel/Aikete.
right? i think...lol
Dan
