This topic was covered in the 47 page document I received from Baltia. They have a very good plan on what to do with the funds they receive from the offering.
Just seen the pr on video, the plane is a 767-300
http://ih.advfn.com/videos/stock-research/news-baltia-leases-767-300er-aircraft_coTWF0yrRUI
Liking what I see here with the stock price.
I talked to John at BLTA, he couldnt get into specifics but he did say the funding from the offering will be used to benefit the company moving forward in general. I like what I heard thats for sure, seems like a whole new ballgame.
Firestream, any update on the plane? Last I read, they had a $10k deposit with a letter of intent to lease. Was anything shared during the roundtable with Tony?
Is Apr 19 a final confirmed date, do you have any insight to location?
Ok thanks this is getting exciting. I also like the path to preferred shares to raise funds rather than selling out the commons. It looks pretty strong here, lets see what the future holds.
Looks like a Boeing 757
I was hoping Dolph Lundgren or Sylvester Stallone :)
Spec I take it thats the plane?
I call it as I see it. We all have an opinion. I was hoping for a grant application or some sort of new development on the DOE front. The pr to me does not say anything towards that, in fact it says nothing towards that which leads me to believe that it may be an uphill battle to get the DOE on CCTC side.
Imo, they failed to capitalize on the DOE being at the site. The DOE should have given them the go ahead backing while there. Nothing speaks to that.
How long does it take for the DOE to make a decision, minutes or years?
I was hoping this pr was the one that announced the DOE was on side and that a finalized location was announced not an application. An application means not much to me if the DOE is not on board. The DOE is their lifeline, not an application for location.
No dilution, plan is company buyback the preferred shares according to LT. I love this development. I ask myself, how will they pay and buy back the preferreds, my hope is through revenues.
Here is what he said.......
The "offering" is for "preferred" shares. As these are NOT traded on the open market, they do not dilute any of the ownership of the company.
The preferred shares will be purchased back by the company after 1 year - at a "preferred" price that could net you a minimum of 32% to a maximum of 112%. Not a bad return for the least risky investment in this company (ie: preferred shares get paid before common shares).
The company is making this very generous offer to existing shareholders only. For that reason, and because of some bullsh$t regulations (thank you again, obama!) the company is barred from "soliciting" the general public - hence the offer is right now by "word of mouth".
A small group of shareholders (about 30) met here on Long Island about 3 weeks ago to talk about this offering. There have been other meetings in other places as well. The company's staff has been calling existing shareholders on record and asking them to "spread the word."
Later today, John Sherman is getting together with a small group of shareholders on Long Island to finalize the offering with them.
Again, if interested, and you are an accredited investor ($1 million in assets not including personal residence), or know an accredited investor that you can tell about this offering, you can reach John at 732-766-7115.
For regulatory reasons (thanks again, obama!) the two top shareholders can't take 100% of the offering. Someone a year from now could complain that the deal was too sweet and that it wasn't offered to anyone else but the "big shots". I think it falls under "nepotism" rules.
Bottom line: By many other shareholders taking the remaining 30%, the argument that it was a preferential agreement only available to the big wigs is shot to pieces.
The "new company" is extremely careful about dotting its i's and crossing its t's when it comes to SEC oversight.
Godspeed.
What a BS pr, fluff job! Thats all that came out of the meetings, no grant no commitment, start of an application, they could have done that anytime! Cartman is a winner so far. Bunch of garbage, I am so pissed. They have no money for any admin or move. I was really hoping on a grant or commitment from the DOE announced after these meetings. I guess that tells us something now doesnt it. It is what it is folks, nothing for now. Cartman could be right, dilution is in our face, they need money, no other option :(
Looking forward to meeting Barry at the shareholders meeting. He is a shareholder right so I would hope he shows up to shake a few hands.
Where is Mitt?
Looking forward to the shareholders meeting. Waiting for the official when and where.
Wonder what Barry Clare is doing. Is he working behind the scenes?
CCTC should be releasing an update on how things went last week imo.
Would have nice to get an update on the Wyoming visit
I am very disappointed to see at .10 no one is rushing to buy this, tremendous opportunity
I dont like it. He just lost a bit of credibility with me. Watching his words more closely now. I will continue to focus on the technology and the ever changing landscape but trust is like a piece of paper once it's crumbled it can never be the same no matter how one trys to smoothen it out. He should say it once yes but to repeat it like a broken record is a no no with me. Every company listed in the pinks wants out of course that's a given.
Question: Has Eves ever talked about up listing to another exchange in the past as stated in the most recent PR? If so could be a fluff job if not could be things to come....
DOE funds carbon dioxide usage research
Projects selected for grants will develop, test new ways of creating useful products from CO2 emitted by coal-fired power stations
ALAN BAILEY
Petroleum News
The Department of Energy’s Office of Fossil Energy is issuing grants totaling $5.9 million to seven projects investigating novel ways of using carbon dioxide captured from coal-fired power plant exhaust, DOE announced Feb. 22
Why now why not under Obama :)
Agreed the risk is high but so then is the reward
13 D here we come :)
Great. GE don't let the door hit you on the way out! Scavengers :( Eves continue to seek opportunities that enhance shareholder value.
I have to agree with Cartman, however what the chart traders and trendline does not show is the pieces of the puzzle coming together very nicely for upside pressure. I have read the PR a few times and try to read between the lines and predict, along with a new direction favourable to coal and clean coal. Also 5 billion fund from Australia and my hope is no more scavenger type offers to buy our technology. Lets see what comes out of Wyoming they seem to be rolling out the red carpet for us. My hopes are some sort of loan/grant from the DOE.
Champion Eves tell Australia and GE to kiss your ass! The bank is now the DOE no dilution! Thank you for not selling us out. Lets see if gov grants/loans follow once the DOE hears about expected job growth numbers from Wyoming state officials and coal company's attending.
Another thing to consider is Trump has yet to share his plan to revive the coal industry keeping the environment in mind.
Press secretary was quoted saying when Trump says coal he means clean coal.
I am excited to be here, lets see what happens
My analysis of the Gillette article and todays press release. I ask myself a very important question.
Why would the DOE, company officials and Wyoming local politicians meet in one room and discuss the potential and impact of CCTC?
Why all meet to waste time?
I am speculating that some sort of positive development has already occurred for them all to meet.
Time will tell.
I respect your cautionary tone but to say the landscape, the move, the DOE, the article in Wyoming basically has no merit I think is just plain wrong. Everything has changed I guess your pessimistic and I am optimistic lets see what happens in the end.
So why then in the article is Wyoming asking for cctc presence there? Cctc is not begging. Also why is the DOE attending? Why waste time they have better things to do if the meeting doesn't mean anything to them or has no potential?
Of course Mr Eves does want to look out for shareholders he and insiders own almost 30 percent of the float. Thank you again for not selling us out!
Mutual funds etc can't touch this stock because of restrictions but if they trade above a dollar and get out of the OTC well as far different ballgame. A longshot but so did the recent quote in the Gillette news article about the Wright brothers. Lets see what happens
Time to kiss some ass GE. Champion Eves scheduled meetings with Government officials why would they waste their time. Like I said thank you for not accepting a scavenger offer dated July 2016. Robbery of our technology for pennies on the dollar! Mr Eves sit back relax they will be crawling to you now as I predicted. As stated in the Wyoming article they now want your presence there. Why not under Obama. My have times change. Don't forget folks $1.00 on test results under Obama what is the potential today?
Ge offer July 2016
The stock ran to $1 on test results before the GE offer
GE offer was crap. In July 2016 Eves probably had no other choice but now a far different ballgame. $6 mill for 70 percent is pathetic in today's environment. I would have been very disappointed if this scavenger deal firmed up. They may want to try $60 mill now ;) for 49 percent
Regarding the DOE main date, after reading this what are the chances of the DOE helping CCTC? Very happy to be here!

What will and or how much will the DOE do now under Trump? Australia's Turnbull committed $5 billion, what will we see from the US DOE?
