Time to get our heads out of the sand and realize that FDBL is a losing proposition for shareholders. Hundreds of millions of shares about to be diluted, imo! Watch out folks!

One has to worry big time about this "investment". If they decide to sell their shares, which I have to assume will be very soon, we are looking at about 432,000,000 shares! With a current market cap of about $2.5 Million, I can't imagine the damage that dumping $1.6 Million will do to the pps. Just being realistic here...

Well, you both just made my point as to why being on the Breakout board is often meaningless. Thank you both for that! Some pumpers use such information to "prove" that a stock is suddenly of interest when in fact, it is often an absolutely meaningless tool.

How can you compare Snapchat with more that 60 million downloads, and well over 30 Millions monthly users to FDBL when they cannot even crack 60,000 downloads with MAJOR promos behind it??? Too many folks are dreaming on this board!

I have a strong feeling that we will hit .002 really fast if the September downloads do not easily exceed 100,000. Is this too much asking considering all the fantastic exposure in September? I don't think so. This is do or die time for FDBL, imo.

If you have something valuable to FDBL shareholders, POST IT! That is exactly what this board is for.

I am not interested in going into a wild goose chase about how other companies are doing, or using another company's model/success as a guideline for my investment decision in regard to FDBL. Doing this is just childish wishful thinking, and financial suicide imo.

I prefer to base my decisions on facts, and the facts are telling me that major dilution will continue to happen at the expense of shareholders. This fluff PR is an attempt to induce gullible investors to buy so they can dilute millions of shares in the morning. This is going down in the morning, imo. Watch out!!

Ok, I'm about ready to short this thing! This PR is complete fluff with no substance. What technology are they talking about?? Tell your shareholders what it is instead of releasing such a meaningless PR. I am willing to bet that they released this PR just ahead of yet another round of disappointing September downloads, imo.

Trading is becoming anemic! Only about 150,000 shares traded in almost 3 hours! That amounts to barely above $500 and represents only 1.5% of daily average volume. The pps will seriously dive fast the moment dilution starts again, which is any moment now, imo. I wouldn't want to be caught with lots of shares when that starts...

With such great sales performance and margin improvements, why is the interest so low? The pps should be climbing steadily and yet, it is not. Looking at taking a position here.

I agree with you sirglenn, the download numbers are not enough and so speculation kicks in. The only real and valid info in regards to "users" is that that number is definitely lower that the download number.

The only question is by how much? Considering all the technical problems early on, the continued issues with the app, all the folks who downloaded the app that are not "using" it anymore, and those who downloaded it out of curiosity but not using it at all, also excluding all the bogus foreign downloads used to pump up the pps, I have to speculate that the real "users" number is no more than 50% of the download numbers. One can argue all day about the real %, but if management does not provide me with an exact meaningful number, then I have to assume that the "users" number is so bad that they are not willing to share it with shareholders at this point, imo.

Thank you Baltia! I've been trying to explain this exact fact for the past few months, and too many folks on this board do not get it (or they do and chose to ignore it).

Download numbers are absolutely useless, period. I have many apps downloaded on my phone that I have never used, and some that I have used once or twice. Do you folks really think that the owners of these apps are making any money on me? I sure don't. The download numbers are useless if folks do not actively use the app. Not sure why this is so hard to understand...

American Bulls, really?? After a 2 minute analysis of their performance for 2016, here are my findings in regard to their FDBL investment:

1) They made 14 moves and sold at a loss 8 times out of 14. That means that they were right 6 times and wrong 8 times!

2) Ever since FDBL peaked in late April, the value of their recommendations is down 24%! Their recommendations during that time were wrong 4 times and correct 4 times.

I don't think American Bulls recommendations are worth trusting, do you?

Bid is at .0036! I wouldn't call that a "bounce", but ok...

Your assessment is absolutely correct, imo, Baltia, and we should be prepared to see the RSI drop deep into the 20's soon. However, I do not see it recover much past the current level. Major dilution equals low pps and flat-lined low RSI is the best we can hope in the foreseeable future.

Thanks for the info hanibal! It is sad that so many folks do not understand the implications of an extremely rapid growth of the shares outstanding. Company dilution at this speed with vague promises of monetization, and inexistant plan for profits, is the kiss of death of the company in my book! The sheer number of PRs preceding yet another drop in the pps, seems to confirm this. Every share holders should be concerned, imo.

Well I see a problem, and a huge one at that! Stock is down 50% from a trading high of .0075 only 4 weeks ago while being pumped every other day by company PRs! Low volume is very bad news too.

Absolutely not true! He can take on a non-dilutive equity partner and use the funds to cover marketing expenses. He can also use some of his own personal shares to cover some of the outlays like some other CEO's do to gain shareholders confidence. Oh but I forgot, These guys are only in it to try and sell their company and they couldn't care less about the shareholders!

Could you please PROVE that accumulation is actually going on today? Over 16 Million shares traded and we are down 13%. Who is accumulating?

FDBL is down over 65% in the past 3 months and you are suggesting "patience"?? I say that patience in FDBL has cost shareholders their shirts!!
