I tried to sell him the HOmer soap, but I guess he would like a different type of head up his ass...........oooops
Just after I posted my question. Thanks both you and Crazy Joe
ONly if you're playing Humble Pie's 30 days in the hole.
Is this a PRESS RELEASE TO SHAREHOLDERS? I haven't found anything on the wire yet, so someone, please advise.
Hey, I take offence to that statement. Some of my better friends drive Beetles and I think they are heterosexual. Take Christopher Lowell for example.
I would think you are here because you did something wrong. Read the information regarding the Jailhouse and you may or may not get some insight into why you are here.
While you are waiting, you may want to get some KY jelly as it is a required (well not really required, but it does help with meeting new friends)
You may also want to get one of these as well. Churak is fond of Homer.
Best of luck
Argggh, Cassy, today is talk like a Pirate Day. Perhaps you can tell us that sailing story again.
We're all just so excited to hear it again, Matey
Is this your first Mate OWD?
so whom do you think it is?
Cassy did you join yet? You know, you could become the queen of the organization. Then you can bore everyone there with your fabulous stories.
All by yourself.........2 posts to go.
Have you tried the Homer Simpson soap on a rope yet? You could be the "hit" in the showers!!!
I'll edit this.....
ARE YOU A SINNER?
DO YOU FEEL FILTHY WITH SIN?
THEN
SIMPLY WASH THOSE SINS AWAY WITH OUR NEW, IMPROVED
If you don't like Homer, try the Popeonarope
Yes, they're almost as hilarious as yours. You should join this club. http://www.ocfoundation.org/ it may help you.
Yes, me too. It's a nice change of pace. Kinda like a spring morning a nice fresh smell and the doors are still open!!
What's the price and volume? Hope we can stay at or above 50 cents. Maybe we can close above the high for the day........hehehehehehehehe
I'm worried about the batteries being stolen. Content doesn't seem to be a problem.........it's those damn batteries that they're after.
She can't, it's a mission...........just like the Blues Brothers. She on a mission, what it is, is anyone's guess, even hers.
Here's a funny joke from one of those e.dig buddies you've been hearing so much about.
A cop was patrolling at night in a well-known spot for "parking."
He sees a couple in a car, with the interior light on. He gets closer
to the car and sees a young man behind the wheel, reading a
computer magazine and a young woman on the rear seat, knitting.
Puzzled by this surprising situation, the cop walks to the car and
knocks at the window. The young man lowers his window...
"Yes, officer?" says the young man.
"What are you doing?" says the cop.
"Well, isn't it obvious?" I'm reading a magazine... Pointing towards
the young woman, the cop says: And her, what is she doing? The
young man shrugs: "I believe she's knitting a pullover..." The cop is
totally confused. A young couple alone in a car at night... and nothing
obscene is happening!
"What's your age, young man?" inquires the cop."
I'm 25, sir..."
"And her, what's her age?"
The young man checks his watch and says: She'll be 18 in 12 minutes......
any relation to BB King?
No kidding.........it would be nice to see it stay in the mid to upper 50's today and then base upward from there.

You're more than welcome. Tell us some more of those really interesting stories. I'll read them later tonight when I need something to put me to sleep.
Don't think of it as an attack, just think of it as someone who is concerned with your mental stability. Nothing more, nothing less.
EDIT: As Matt said, you are way too hung up on eDigital, you should go out and get a life away from these boards. Go sailing or something.
cOULD BE, but I thought last week was. According to Dave Berry anywho.......
Gee that was a heart rendering story. Thanks for sharing
When we got back, I had to go back to work, but still could not focus on fine things. I went to an urgent care center and they told me there was nothing they could do for me, I would simply have to wait until it was out of my system. It lasted about a week.
I don't think it has worn off at all. This answers a ton of questions everyone has been wondering about.
BTW, I believe last Friday was talk like a pirate day....your friends should have had you walk the plank. JMHO
I was thinking about the unnamed company. Perhaps one reason for not letting it out of the bag could be so some one or number of people don't call the OEM on a regular basis to verify the facts. (loosely worded facts). I know that this scenario seems far fetched, but don't a whole lot of them?
Dog, I don't think that this is drivel. It just seems to me that they are "throwing out a bone" to appease the shareholders and I think it falls into the same realm as the Street Scene alert.
It gets some action on the stock, keeps the shareholders happy and buys more time. This alert probably didn't fit the WIRE parameters, since no names were given, hence the alert.
I hope that there is some substance to this, but only time will tell.
Arf, Afr
I believe it is what we call up in the North a "pre-engagement" announcement. You know, the one where she thinks she's getting engaged, only to find out that there were alterior motives.
Lets just hope we don't get "screwed" with this one.
I guess this says it all. It falls under the Street Scene PR.

Huh? What do you mean? Everyone is interested in the ole Digster.......one way or the other. I just hope the Billion dollar, yes Billion dollar OEM doesn't produce Port-o-lets. If you know what I mean.
The funny thing is the PR has not hit the wire yet. I haven't found it on Yahoo........has anyone else?
Sent........sorry!!
It just seems to be an updated version of the we got a pile of PR's on the desk, but they are all NDA's this time they state they've got a Billion, yes Billion dollar OEM, but we can't tell you who they are. Just seems typical from the past.
Interesting PR........to say the least. Here's some news, but we'd have to kill you if we told you who they are.........SHEEEESSSSSSSSSSSH
Kinda quite today, everyone must be out buying clothes at Goodwill in preparation of the Annual Meeting.
I've purchased my lime green liesure just a couple of days ago. Still trying to find the white belt and shoes......so if anyone knows of a pair of size 14 shoes and a 28 inch belt, let me know.
Not necessarily............it all depends on the way you move the fat or swing the.......well you get my drift. Not that I know anything about the subject. I just overheard some "portly" people talking about it in front of a Krispy Kreme shop.

Merrill Ups Semiconductor Growth Estimates
By TSC Staff
09/16/2003 09:26 AM EDT
Merrill Lynch issued moderately bullish research on the semiconductor industry Tuesday, saying it expects the sector's revenue to rise at a slightly higher clip than previously believed in 2003 and 2004 thanks mainly to general economic trends.
Merrill now sees industry revenue growing at 12% this year instead of its old estimate of 10%; rising 18% next year instead of 15%; and rising 19% to 23% in 2005. It's the first time the brokerage has estimated 2005 semiconductor industry growth.
"These estimates anticipate a semiconductor upturn, but a much more muted one than the last three up-cycles," Merrill wrote, adding that its long-term growth rate for the industry remains about 10%.
Merrill also raised its estimate for semiconductor industry capital spending growth in 2005 to 27% from 25%, including a 30% gain in spending on capital equipment.
"Our demand side study indicates that capital spending should continue to accelerate in 2005 if the semiconductor unit demand grows at the rate initially forecast by our semiconductor team," Merrill said. "Thus, our first cut at 2005 estimates calls for 33% year-over-year spending growth and nearly 40% growth in equipment."
Interesting: new currency out

edit: Here is the picture........no you can't buy it with the $200 bill
Ok, so you've come to your own conclusion. Good for you, now why do you need someone else to help you support it? Just to keep the thread going?

UPDATE - Motorola unveils first Microsoft phone
Monday September 15, 2:31 pm ET
By Ben Klayman and Yukari Iwatani
(Recasts, adds analyst comment, details, background; new bylines, previous LONDON/AMSTERDAM)
CHICAGO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Motorola Inc. (NYSE:MOT - News), the world's second-largest cell phone maker, on Monday introduced its first mobile phone powered by Microsoft Corp. (NasdaqNM:MSFT - News) software, expanding the software maker's reach in the market for about 450 million handsets a year.
The companies named Orange (Paris:ORA.PA - News; Paris:FTE.PA - News) and AT&T Wireless Services Inc. (NYSE:AWE - News) as the first two wireless operators to sell the phones.
The deal brings the first Microsoft-powered "smartphone" -- phones with computer functions -- to the United States. South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. (KSE:05930.KS - News) is developing a similar "smartphone" that uses Microsoft's Windows operating system.
For Motorola, which has seen its share of the handset market shrink over the last decade, the deal offers a chance to appeal to wireless operators looking to capture big-spending professional consumers.
Microsoft, on the other hand, has struggled to gain a strong foothold in the mobile phone market, which analysts say will grow 10 percent next year. Many phone makers fear the software giant will dominate the cell phone market as it does the personal computer sector.
"Motorola needs this kind of initiative to help them recapture some of their lost glory," said independent telecom analyst Jeff Kagan. "Microsoft needs it because, while they own the desktop, the future is portable and they need to have a presence in every portable device. This is a critical part of their strategy to remain relevant in the future."
Analysts believe the largest player, Finland's Nokia (NOK1V.HE) (NYSE:NOK - News), will continue to support rival software made by joint venture Symbian, in which it is the leading shareholder.
EYEING CHRISTMAS SALES
Hoping to catch crucial Christmas sales, French-owned Orange will sell the Motorola phone powered by Microsoft software starting in October. AT&T Wireless, the third-largest U.S. wireless operator, and an unnamed Hong Kong group will follow suit later in the quarter.
The new black and metallic blue clam-shell MPx200 allows customers to synchronize e-mails, calendar and contacts on their phones with Microsoft's desktop computer software. The device can also play music and video clips and browse the Internet.
It has no integrated camera, a popular feature in recent phones. Smartphones differ from handheld computers powered by Microsoft with phone functions.
Orange offered the first Microsoft phone ever -- made by Taiwan's High Tech Computer Corp. (Taiwan:2498.TW - News) -- but it has seen sales lag since its introduction almost a year ago.
Orange, Europe's third-largest mobile phone operator with around 45 million customers, will launch the phone in Britain, priced at the equivalent of 382 with a one-year contract.
AT&T Wireless did not disclose pricing details, but said said it will introduce the model at a price similar in range to that of a high-end handset, which typically runs $400 to $500.
Motorola and the two operators declined comment on how many Microsoft phones they expect to sell.
Motorola denied its move to Microsoft meant it was backing away from plans to put rival Sun Microsystems Inc.'s (NasdaqNM:SUNW - News) Java software technology at the heart of its new phones. The group said it would use Java and the rival Linux operating system for consumer-orientated phones.
Programs written in Java can effectively run on any device -- unlike programs written for specific operating systems like Microsoft's Windows software. (Additional reporting by Kirstin Ridley in London and Lucas van Grinsven in Amsterdam)
