EXACTLY... we don't even know what the milestones are.
You are even funnier. I will be calling you Lefty from now on btw.
So Lefty, you are assuming Titan will meet their milestone requirements and you don't even know what they are? And Titan has missed numerous milestones - which were known - throughout the past decade of development?
THAT is funny!
Oh, but it's just a "ruse" by Martha and MacNally, huh? Certainly hope we can prove that in a court of law someday.
If I read your scenario correctly, you are off because you are assuming MDT gives you 1-for-1 in a buyout at either 10,000 share ownership and 50,000 share ownership.
If it is 1-for-1 at 10,000 share ownership, the equivalent share ratio at the same buyout price ($1 billion) is 1 MDT share for every 5 TMDI shares at a 50,000 share ownership. Either way you have $1 million for your total share ownership.
"Providing hitting their milestones."
Great track record on hitting milestones with this crew huh? Asking for shareholder approval to RS gives us all the confidence in the world.
Guess what Roll, if they miss the next milestone this thing TANKS BIG! Then, after it tanks, let's dilute some more.
Belize's suggestion to sell a portion of holdings now, before price recedes further, so that one has some dry powder after more dilution is incurred, is the strategy I put into action yesterday. I still have almost 3/4 of my original holding just in case a surprise announcement jacks our price northward, and I have about $24k (from my sale yesterday) ready to buy more in case more dilution carries us southward. Only thing that sucks is my cost-basis has increased for the time being.
Problem is, the RS doesn't dilute us and they don't need our approval for another round of financing.
So will an offering be attempted at say $6 per share (post RS) or $.60 per share (no RS)?
So it's a ruse huh?
Ah, got it.
Why are you telling me this? I agree with you.
Well, it's simple... if they have "the goods" they shouldn't have to RS. If they don't have "the goods" they belong on the OTC.
An RS isn't a concern. A RS plus more dilutive financing IS a concern.
I still hold out hope of a MDT deal. But it is apparent at this stage it IS NOT a "done deal" like so many seem to think.
N...f'n..O !
I told everyone to vote yes last time as well... because most of us thought we were much closer to submission and that the company would support the share price. Then BAM! Another dilutive offering. Have not trusted these guys ever since.
Exactly!
Been on this board a long time. Have heard it all.
Please stop spreading rumors on these boards.
Cannot argue with you. I feel the same way!
Not yet confirmed to be true or false but someone on ST posted a little while ago that Armistice Capital financed the $18 mil.
Yep. Could be cover just in case BUT to me it looks like they are not 100% confident.
IMO if MDT was all but a "done deal" this wouldn't even be a discussion. You would think by hitting the next big milestone and a $10 mil payday we would easily drift well over $1.
A few other things that have me wondering...
The grease board picture references the "Medtronic Project." Again, that to me does not scream "done deal."
Also, as I posted yesterday, local IRB reviews and approvals can take awhile. Questions to ask during the AGM - whether or not the human trial site(s) are using local IRB(s) or central IRB(s) and when the IRB submittals will take place.
GLTY.
Haven't researched it yet but a post over on ST states he was CEO of OptiScan when it filed Chapter 11. Will try to confirm when I have some more time.
Exactly! The question is WHY???
Everyone should ask this question.
Do I hope Roll is right? Of course I do. But things don't add up here. They NEVER seem to add up.
People on this board made this same mistake trying to link a buyout with JnJ.
I sold one-fourth of my holdings. 33k shares. Will buy them back when pps goes lower.
Agree. I've had Roll on mute since he arrived. He just suddenly appeared out of nowhere after the Medtronic "bailout" announcement and has been pump'n like a madman. I didn't trust him from day 1. So many people gravitate toward the positive posters without questioning motives. I've always thought Rocko is another one.
I'm not laughing. I am getting hit hard... AGAIN!
I am f'n pissed...
AGAIN!
Livendi, you still with us bro?
Where is PPS gonna settle AdRocko? This news will spread over the next 24 hours and we still have over 3 weeks before the AGM.
FFS
So the new guy "Rolls" in a few months ago and hypes the sh1t out of this thing and everyone just forgets the history of Titan.
Par for zee course!
Roll reminds me of GolfPro (Lefty).
Buy, sell, buy, sell, buy, sell, sell, sell, buy...
Jump out zee window!

There is a local IRB at each institution/research site (hospital) that will conduct human trials. If the research site does not have its own (local) IRB, a Central IRB can be used. The sites will submit Titan's study protocol(s), Informed Consent Forms, etc that will have to be reviewed and approved by each local IRB. Typically, local (hospital) IRBs meet once per month, so IRB reviews/approvals take time.
Central IRBs are much more efficient than local IRBs. I've worked on studies where the Central IRB approves a protocol within days/weeks where local IRBs take several months to approve the same protocol.
CRNA, can you post your pictures either here on iHub or over on StockTwats?
Agree! Good post!!
Right on Liv!!!!

Nice!
Love that KAVL my brother! Thanks again for the heads up! Only wish I woulda bought a ton more when I entered at
.15.
Titan is gonna pop too. GLTY
This stock has beaten the sh1t out of me (and many others here) over the past 6.5 years. I lost trust in management's words long ago.
With that said...
I've been ignoring most of the noise on these boards for awhile - especially the bashing (which I was a part of before the licensing announcement). I bashed, but I continued to buy and average down. I had to. I was close to a $30 baseline. I refused to take a $200k+ hit. I am now well under $3 and the pieces of this puzzle seem to be coming together. As of today I feel pretty damn good about where this is headed. I know the rug can be pulled out from under us at any time. BUT, that is always the case. I am glad I hung on to the lifeboat. I really do think it all becomes clear in October. Hang on just a little while longer folks. This is big!
I'm not going to Las Vegas for the victory party. I'm going to Ireland to drink a keg full of Guiness get in a few friendly "scraps" at the pub and sit on the greens at MDT HQ and cry like a baby!

Lol. But those damn stretch marks!
Lol. Now that makes more sense!
Fattycomb provided the "smoking gun" though. Give him a little cred.
Thanks for posting!
Lol.
I think I just saw Johnnie bashing Tommy relentlessly on Twits.
So are you thinking the delay could be due to the FDA requiring a PMA?
PMA is not the chosen route for any company. And the filing verbiage may not be a big deal... but what if it is?
Here is a good reference on the process...
https://www.emergobyul.com/resources/usa-process-chart
Per this reference:
Devices with a new intended use or novel technology are automatically placed into Class III by the FDA. A novel device that is shown not to be high risk may be reviewed and placed on the market as a Class I or II under a De Novo Classification submission.
Titan makes mention of the De Novo submission in the filing. Perhaps the statement in the filing is referring to a "novel technology?" I agree with Belize that da Vinci SP should / will be considered the predicate device. But Magnus brings up a good question... are they covering their asses in case it is not?
The other factor is the FDA coming down on RAS devices being used for "off-label" cancer removal. Could they be reconsidering a reclassification from II to III for new devices?
