I understand that Ms. Belch is supposed to be out of the picture now, but the trading today might be described by Yogi Berra as "deja vu all over again."
Of course, the continuing lack of updates from management doesn't help. Steve Burg's motto -- ala Orson Wells -- should be: "We will release no PR before it's time."
Well, #%^*'em if they can't take a joke . . . I'm holding my shares for much better times ahead.

Good analysis, mjc1. eom
Pennyfool: Just did a Google search on the two names.
Interesting indeed.
Fair enough. I'm happy to contribute to a good cause.
Is anyone else finding some of tonight's posts to be a little bizzare?
That may be the most remarkable post I have ever seen on this board.
And it answers some of my questions about Jim and Janice.
I have never observed Jim and Janice in action before, but their methods are fascinating, and, I believe, very effective.
They first appear on this board AFTER trading has been halted, yet purport to take credit for having warned investors of the danger. Their posts are relentless and prolific, to a point where they dominate the discourse and discourage the exchange of information between other posters. They insert themselves into any and all threads. However, their posts often have no real substantive content; many of their posts are repetitious. Gradually, other posters grow weary, and simply give up.
Given the halt in trading, what possible purpose could Jim and Janice have here? I will leave to you, my friends, the task of answering that question.
BDB
greenspirit: I could not agree with you more. eom
In my opinion, yes. eom
Correct, driftercrc. The $100,000 is applied as a partial payment toward the amount owing on the note. Actually, this is very favorable for Xechem, in that there is no penalty or additional consideration for the extension.
BDB
Thanks for sharing, mjc1. eom
Within twenty-four hours from the time they began posting here, Ms. Shell and Mr. Bishop have taken over this board. Their endless, repetitive posts dominate the dialogue.
All in the interest of altruism.
If someone starts another CKYS board where this disruption is not permitted, please PM me.
BDB
"Dickmo" . . . what an appropriate alias! eom
If I'm missing the point, please forgive me, but I fail to see anything negative of any significance that occurred today.
The sun will rise tomorrow, juts like today.
For anyone who is not in a financial position to be patient, or does not have the temperment to do so, XKEM is not the investment for you.
BDB
BigD: Please add me to your email list. Thanks. eom
Janice: I am simply overwhelmed by your altruism. Having never posted on this board until trading was halted today, you have appeared with a seemingly inexhaustible supply of pithy retorts, intended solely to guide and lift the spirits of hapless CKYS investors.
Your place in heaven has been reserved.
Mr. Plant's comments, however, do not explain Smartmoney's conversation with the auditor, who told Smartmoney that he has only recently signed the engagement letter to perform the AF's (which I find troubling).
BDB
Thanks for sharing, yellowdog1, and for making the call to Jim. If he is being straight with you, CKYS may come out of this halt in a short time, and move forward.
BDB
I think you may be -- and hope you are -- correct. eom
Re the PR: That is probably all that the company could say at this time. Within the next few weeks, I think we will learn whether Mr. Plant deserved the trust that so many investors placed in him and his vision.
OK Jim, now is the time for you to stand and deliver.
BDB
I subscribe to the Economist. It is one of the most respected news publications in the world. The mention of Xechem -- although brief -- is very significant.
Good find.
BDB
I tried also. eom
OT: Klon, if you're lurking out there, I hope you get back into XKEM and contribute to this board again.
This could be a very opportune time to reestablish your position.
BDB
Incredible. Before Xechem, I cannot recall a penny stock company -- or its products -- being the subject of such a resolution.
Good work.
Agreed!!!!!
Hang in there BigD. No reason to leave now when we are getting so close.
Thanks for your efforts.
BDB
Thank you BigD for your continuing efforts. At the next annual meeting, the drinks are on me. BDB
Very nice post, Brent. eom
And then having a dynamite party! eom
Although an email is in writing, it still consitutes hearsay
(an out of court statement offered in evidence to prove the truth of the matter asserted).
Sorry.
Interesting you ask, massimo. I have been wondering today what the pps will be at the close this Friday, and at the close next Friday (which, I think, might be substantially different numbers).
As for tomorrow, I think we could touch .0125, and perhaps close around .0135. Without news, I see nothing to break the fall.
Having made this guess, we will probably close above .02. :)
BDB
Skip, I think that is precisely where we are with CKYS. eom
HotStocks1: I do not doubt that Jim Plant is working his butt off for CyberKey. My question is, at the end of the day, what will be the impact of his efforts on the pps of CKYS?
Stated somewhat differently, can Jim implement his business plan in a way that will result in a reasonable profit for the CURRENT shareholders?
That is my bottom line question for Mr. Plant.
Yep, oilbaron. We got trouble, right here in River City. eom
knowls: I'm not asking for another fluff "I'm OK . . . your OK" effort by management. I want a serious, substantive update on:
(1) Status of AF's (a realistic estimate of the time required to complete them);
(2) Confirmation of AS structure;
(3) Status of new/pending contracts; and
(4) Status of planned/pending acquistions.
I know that some information cannot be disclosed until a contract/acquistion is completed, but surely something of substance has occurred in the last three months.
I will not accept the argument that "Jim is too busy running the company to address shareholder concerns." Shareholder concerns are an integral part of running the company.
And if Jim doesn't agree with that statement, wait until the next time CyberKey tries to use CKYS shares as currency.
Jim's devotees on this board frequently respond to criticism of CyberKey and/or Jim with a suggestion that if a CKYS shareholder does not like what's happening, he/she should sell their shares.
It appears that many concerned shareholders are following that suggestion.
BDB
wallymac: You are fortunate to be one of the few who finds humor in the declining pps of CKYS. I assume that you are holding your sides in response to todays 19.44% drop.
I find no comfort in the adage that "you never suffer a loss until you sell," which, of course is false. The value of my investment in CKYS decreases in direct proportion to the decrease in share price. It is true that, for tax purposes, my loss is not "realized" until I sell. However, the actual value of my shares is determined sloely by the current pps.
BDB
Agreed. eom
smartmoney77: I could not agree more! eom
Those are good points, Skip. And I suspect that -- depending on one's entry point -- some longs have been selling yesterday and today as their "mental stop loss" points were reached.
BDB
knowles: I think that is an excellent idea. I'm not sure what the counterargument would be, unless Jim has a pending deal that will require the issuance of more than 1 billion shares in the very near future.
