Looks like maybe they were a distributor which DNA created to distribute DNA products to help convince other distributors that they also should risk distributing DNA products.

Tampering with the existing recipes is burning time and money.
If reformulating the existing recipes is such a good tradeoff for the time and money spent, then Adrian should be informing shareholders why the existing, award winning recipes are not good enough in 2017.

Either there was one payment of $45,000 in 2016, and then one payment of $30,000 in 2017, for a total of $75,000
OR
there was one payment of $45,000 in 2016, and then one payment of $75,000 in 2017, for a total of $120,000.
Not really that much difference either way compared to all of the other dilution.
Maybe Adrian paid $45,000 to RedChip in December, and another $30,000 in January, totaling $75,000. In that case, only the first payment would be shown in the 2016 annual report.
