Pun intended lol
What a cast!?! Get ready for running today. Hope for an open below 0298 GLTA.
Here come the movie updates!
He said we would have it in March. I expect it any day now. Wouldn't be shocked if it was tomorrow. Would set up well for 10K to be released the following Monday the 31st.
Hold on longs, we're going down to .006 range. Then it will bounce hard.
I respect your persistence, but dude come on. You been bashing this since the 52 week low and you still don't get it. You could have made great money here.
NITE being NITE playing games...
I'm not expecting a big breakout or anything today, but any close above 3c is solid progress. I would like to test the 3.4c resistance if we can stop churning.
Gap won't fill. This is the dip. IMO
L2 thin to .0330
I agree, breakaway gaps don't fill.
CEO confirms "Yellow" will release in theaters this summer. Wow! I would expect they PR this quickly. Twitter of all things.
By mid April IMO!
I respect your opinion and I agree short term there is no way we see multiple dollars. Long term (3-5 year) I think $7 per share is very possible.
Their initial expected output is 8-12 films a year on a $2M-$40M budget per film.(Fact from merger PR) So being conservative, (speculation) let say they make 10 films on a total budget of $140M. This means they should have around $250M in revenue every YEAR! They will have built a $300M studio and have a gaming development segment that I haven't even touched on.
They have made a key acquisition in Atlas, and also a great partnership with Prime Focus. These three entities together are so much more valuable because of efficiency of scale. By having the distributor (Atlas) Producers (Medient) and the film technology (Prime Focus) all under one roof it allows them to produce movies more quickly, cheaper, and hopefully maintain a better finished product. Atlas owners knows there are good things coming to only take 5M shares for a profitable company with tons of assets (will find out more on 10k). Prime Focus is no slouch either. Prime Focus edited "Gravity"! and it won tons of Oscars. These partners that are taking pennies on the dollar for their services know how successful this model will be, and they want to be a part of it. Period.
In 5 years I think this is a billion dollar company based on SOME of the reasons above. So if they DO have a billion dollar market cap in 5 years on 150M shares. That puts them above $6.50 per share.
That number is gonna make some folks bash this, but everyone is entitled to their opinions. Short term (3 months) I think we see 25c-40c pps. That's still only a 60M market cap at 40c per share. Right now, today, I think this company should have a 40M market cap. The 10K will set some of that straight, and the construction will do the rest. I've done my DD, so do yours and I think you will.
I don't speculate in terms of pps, but market cap will be massive soon. We are currently at a market cap of $4M.
140M shares X current price per share
What!?! $4M! Only $4 market cap for a company that is building a $300M studio that is backed by the State of Georgia?
They have an experienced management team, made big acquisitions and partnerships, and have government backing.
Medient has put all the pieces together (Atlas, Prime Focus, Effingham IDA)
I'm loaded, so now it's just time to watch it fly!
MDNT long, GLTA!
I expect the 10k to reveal parts of the expected near $30M sales advance from Atlas. Remember, although the Atlas deal was announced in January, was signed on December 30th, 2013 so we should see ALL their financials on the 10k.
Too many exciting catalysts to keep track of. Good problem to have. I'm still waiting for this calendar. Honestly I expect it tomorrow, with the 10k coming next Monday. We shall see.
MDNT long.
Exactly! I think something is being put together with prime focus, bigger than what was originally announced. Prime Focus is a huge player and I wouldn't be shocked if they have another "Prime Focus Location" within the studioplex. This could also branch off into a Medient owned Prime Focus run facility with a stock based deal. This would give Medient EVERYTHING! We are on the ground floor of a billion dollar company. Hold on tight. Great week ahead of us.
"Medient has significant commitments from production and film companies from around the world, anxious to take advantage of not only the attractive film and entertainment business climate in Georgia, but in particular the Medient Studioplex, which will be the most technologically advanced Studio ever built."
Btw, prime focus has a market cap of $5B. Probably just a coincidence, but due to the lack of news regarding prime focus I wouldn't be shocked if Medient announces something bigger than a $40M partnership.
Exactly, we moved up 33% on a Friday. Mondays are huge on MDNT and now we have a massive catalyst with revised master plan and contractor named. I think we open near 3c and run. Just an opinion, but I think we got all the consolidation we needed. RSI holding above 70, it's gonna run hard.
MDNT long!
" The revised master plan calls for the movie studio to be the sole focus in phase one. Phase two calls for a parking structure and corporate office. Phase three calls for housing, hotels, retail and a multiplex/gaming center.
Phase four includes a second studio, high-end retail and the Leaf outdoor amphitheater.
Kumaran said construction should begin in eight weeks.
Jeremy Blackburn, president of Shore and CEO of Titan, said the goal is to finish the movie studio in about a year."
Count me in!
Where will the outing be held? I think you may have that opportunity in the not too distant future. There's at least 10 still around, you gonna fly us all out?
Still holding every share. I plan on letting some go around a dime, hoping to pick up even more on a pullback.
No offense to anyone selling, never gonna lose when you take profits, but I'm in this for the big pay day.
When the CEO converts his debt to equity on April 7th, I believe we will be above his conversion price of 6.4c.
Disclaimer: This is an opinion and should not be viewed as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold.
I will be shocked if we fall below .0255 That seems to be a strong level of support.
OS is 140M and has been since they filed the original pre14c. There is no dilution.
The three MMs I mentioned before open: CANT, MAXM, and LAMP are running the bid. All three up top.
That's $112k...
Over $100,000 let's move!
4MM bid at .0280 let's go!
LAMP now moved a tick above the rest. About to take over.
Looks like the sellers are gone, now we just need an ask slapping party and we move up.
Here's the bid support. Million share bid.
LAMP on L2, about to take over. Just moved up to the top of the bid. Look out.
Are we watching the same stock?
Definition breakaway gap. Hold on!
Exactly! This will be a breakaway gap with news like this.
You mean those 23's we are gonna open above LOL! This is gonna be a great ride.
I guess nobody noticed, ANOTHER NEWS ARTICLE!
" the Medient Studioplex, which will be the most technologically advanced Studio ever built."
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/medient-studios-appoints-general-contractor-130000063.html
They are just abbreviations, but LAMP CANT and MAXM are big buying institutional investors. Give it a Google, or an ihub search.
Look at L2! LAMP and CANT are on the bid! Hold on tight. Institutional investors are gonna scoop this up and send it away.
