A looooot of buys rolling in.
What's after 197?
Don't have L2. Has it been the same MM on the bid the last two days?
Has GUGS been seen lately?
You better be popping one open for a morning cocktail!
Got scary there, dude. Bid whacked down to 0.0127 if I remember.
When I saw the 15M OS increase week ending April 4th, it was my opinion that was their final push and that they would get out of the way after that. Looks like they did just that.
Going to be a good 4-6 weeks IMO.
One thing I was thinking was maybe these passed few weeks have showed them how easy dilution can pressure the stock down to a penny. Hopefully they learned that they need to manage their stock price better.
Tell your friends!
We need new money here. I figure even if we get a bunch of flippers, it will be enough to boost us up a bit and carry us into the mill and regular revenues.
A couple more days like this and we will start to get the attention we deserve.
I'm not really changing my story here. The money TV episode on Friday was weak IMO and set us up for a lull. They talked a lot about how long things take with respect to both the international opportunities and national distribution. Dan talked about a national distribution plan but also mentioned that the process takes time. The reality is that major distribution is further down the line than I had hoped. In the mean time, I felt the safer play was to exit because I believe there is going to be an opportunity to get in this at or below 0.02 in the next month or two.
Not to burst your bubble, but a lot of people probably feel the exact same way and that is why the pps is going down.
We've had this argument before.
If you want to play a bubble or run, fine. If you think 0.25 or 0.50 is sustainable in the long run without some major ass distribution, you are mistaken.
Marguret forecasted mid 0.20's by eoy. That should be an upper bound IMO. If things continue to progress, it could happen. But, it won't happen without better quality distribution.
I'm not here to bash, but you give people the wrong impression with your projections. This may be, in all reality, a fair market cap given what we know and pennies have the tendency to slowly consolidate and drift down after big runs until the next significant development. That development is a few months off yet, IMO.
The market wants something better than two online wine sellers and a restaurant supply company.
You get a major retail outlet where people actually go to, to buy vodka and the market will respond.
Face it, this thing bubbled on expectation and they fell short. No Safeway, no Costco, no major retailers at all. The big problem is that they are going to face the same challenges in Brazil.
Best of luck... I monitor this one and will get back in if the price is right.
Somebody is chipping at it trying to push it up it looks to me.
I feel like it's getting ready to pop... A nice HOD close may catch some eyes. Seems like a lot of blood everywhere else on the OTC the last couple days and we could post two 20% days in a row.
It seems like it's trading opposite of how it has been. I see a lot of quick, small ask slaps right after small bid whacks. It's like the force is on our side now.
Alright... I'm tapped out. Added 110k this week.
Buying this stock is addicting.
Or today!
I'm gonna pee my pants... Dear god FLPC, don't screw this up with another round of dilution. If we can get this into the mid 0.02's and then some revenue news, it might be enough to get us a solid base in the 0.03's that could carry us for the next 6 months or so while we make progress on the mill.
Personally, I think this might test .02 over the next few weeks.
Realistically, the next run is a little ways off yet IMO. I don't see anything happening until we get news of Marani on store shelves. Not on wine websites or in Restaurant Depot, but on retail shelves where the consumer is going to lay eyeballs on it.
How about some green tomorrow and then some revenue news on Wednesday.
Hopefully the ask slapping continues tomorrow.
I've noticed that my ask sslaps have been going through almost instantly lately.
What that tell you, though. Whoever that is has been determining the price of this. Once we get rid of it this will probably go right back up to the mid 2's
Hopefully we wiped out the c*cksuckers and the BS is over with.
You assume that everything is going to happen with 100% certainty.
$105M is just a number. What is the probability of actually realizing this $105M? It's not 100%.
For anybody that is looking at this as a long term investment, you need to be realistic about how much the company is worth right now. If distribution in the US or Brazil fail, it's possible that DR and Mexico may never even happen.
You're arguing the company is worth over $100M and it's not.
The only regret I have is that it took us until Monday to really go over the 10q. Most of it spelled out very clearly.
The 10M this week that was added to the float was from paying off what was owed for the mill property. The last few weeks was share an coming unrestricted from the Tangiers SPA. Last week was tough to explain. Buy, it is a very good sign that the O\S didn't increase this week. They have revenue from the trial shipment that should cover 10-20M shares of dilution at this pps. I think we might get a reprieve here until June
That's the 10M for the mill site.
No dilution this week is a great thing. Once we finish getting that 10M out of the way it could be a reversal.
When you go to a lot of other penny boards, you see a lot of longs saying they have the most legit company on the OTC and all that... They're garbage, though.
I hope I'm not blind... But I feel like FLPC has been totally legitimized. I also feel like the BOD has been very professional.
I'm not worried at all long term... I think a year from now we are +0.10 with a functional mill. But, I would feel better if we had a solid base at least in the 3's.
Onward guys. Our day is coming. This madness will end eventually.
Face the facts. We are looking at a couple months of consolidation a head of us.
Revenues in the next 10Q... Late June.
How do we feel about their current finances? What can prevent them from funding this mill?
Once this operation gets rolling, what can happen that will prevent them from being a massive success?
So, what we learned was...
1) revenues are going to be realized this month
2) the mill is going to be delayed, but still in 2014, and will have a higher capacity than originally planned.
Can I get an AMEN!
Let's close at 0.018! Lord knows we deserve it.
There's not going to be any court appearances. It sounds like all the law firm is going to do is publish some kind of response.
The more I think about it, the more I think Margaret just didn't know what the hell she was doing. It's on us now to read between the lines of their PRs. Their latest PR would suggest shipments into Brazil are going to start very shorty, when they just admitted yesterday the next step will still take 30-60 days.
My bet is that we get news about a big US distribution deal by Q4 of this year. We might get a few online retailers in Brazil by the end of the summer, but I don't expect any widespread distribution there until late this year. DR and Mexico are 2015.
If you guys aren't at a minimum worried about the language that they have used in the past, then you are totally blind. The whole "we have to postpone Brazil because of demand in the US" line was very misleading. This thing about waiting for licenses in all 50 states before they can discuss their new deal, that's a line of BS too.
I disagree with you. I think you would want a trademark before you even consider going into a market.
Here's what bugs me...
She said they filed for the trademark in Mexico and they're waiting for the "final proof of the acceptance all the way through." Ummm, what about that PR on 1/3/2014 "Marani Brands Announces Full Trademark Registration Acceptance in Mexico"?
And, by her own admission, once you get the trademark and the agreement with the distributor, it takes 3-6 months to get the label approval plus then 30-60 days for the distributor to make the arrangements to receive the product. So, how the hell is it going to be shipped in Q3?
I wish they would just say "hey, we really didn't know what all was involved in this, and we are learning a long the way, but we are making progress."
Don't forget, the barriers they face for US expansion are going to pop up in these other countries too.
This company has potential, but everyone should really check their expectations. It's going to take time. It's really a set it and forget it kind of play, I think.
How about a good effin Friday for a change.
What is after this 685k at .0141?
The MJ sector is getting very risky with all the suspensions, especially today's biggy. Hopefully we can capitalize as investors may look into plays in other sectors.
Yes, but we don't know what is going to come out of that. It's a gamble at best to speculate. If they come through, we are all going to have fat bank accounts.
Hopefully by the end of April we start getting some sightings in stores and restaurants.
Here is the problem guys... And I'm not bashing, I've held a position here for a while and contribute as much as I can.
For some reason, they can secure these international contracts months on advance, but in their own back yard they can only get two online wine stores to carry it. They postponed the Brazil shipments because of "mega domestic distribution." What was that "mega domestic distribution?" It was HiTimes... They are a "mega award winning" distributor.
Those quotes are from the PRs. Not a coincidence in the language. Brazil is delayed and it has nothing to do with domestic distribution. Either there is a problem with their supply chain and the only product they can sell is what was already on their warehouse or Brazil hit a road block back in January.
They told Taber that all the product in their warehouse was sold... That might be based on 12 month projected sales. We don't know.
Bottom line is, the pps isn't getting to 0.1 until they demonstrate they have an effective plan for getting it to market. I don't think investors are very impressed at the moment.
I thought I read something in their SPA with Tangier's that the company cannot pay anyone to solicit the purchase of their stock. I'm paraphrasing and don't have time to dig into it right now.
It is interesting because I read an article over the weekend saying that antimony price have been dropping the last few weeks?
Maybe I need to check my sources!
