Agreed, we will see another major move up very soon. We didn't get the hop, skip and a jump over .40 that I thought might happen, but it looks like we will get the pennant I called for the yesterday. I'm thinking tomorrow, and possibly even Friday, is fairly flat with volume not much greater than today (probably less). We have our next big move on either Friday, Monday or less likely Tuesday.
Of course, news or a significant update changes all this and up we go! I would say with certainty that we'll never see single digits again and with similar confidence that we'll not be going under .20 ever again.
It's gonna be fun for a long time around here:)
See you at the top...

Funny you mention that. I was just reading the April 2017 PR from the company stating they were building their Gen3 platform that would outperform Twilio. Literally just finished reading switched over to iHub and poof, there's your message:)
We have got some really BIG things coming. Right tech, right people, right time!

Wais...Would you say it was a decent day in NYC? No. Would you say it was a good day in NYC? No. Wais says it was "An awesome day in NYC"!
You can sense the excitement in his tweet. Setting the groundwork for what's to come he says. We're not talking about an app to track gym towels in the locker room...For what's to come is exactly what many of here think it is...big, Big, BIG things coming!
We should have a strong finish to the week and when the $TXHD team is ready to let us in on some of the plans...BOOM!
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,

Totally agree. Read my last post (response to Penny Pro), I question even why anyone pre RS would consider selling anywhere in this range. There are sooooo many things about to happen here that it's just a matter of waiting days to watch this jump higher. Give it some weeks and we should be significantly higher.
We just started moving and this is not going to stop anytime soon. Just think, the only people with significant enough positions to do any "real" damage to the share price are those that bought post RS. I think those folks, myself included, are not going anywhere anytime soon, because we see the writing on the wall...
At some point in the not to distant future there is either going to be a massive increase in revenues, a substantial buyout or both. That is what happens when investors like Mr. D and G become a part of young tech companies.
They make them extremely attractive for buyouts and Mr. D just recently sold a company to Microsoft. Well guess what??? Google and Microsoft are two of the major players right in the middle of the mix for a stake in RCS. Once he has this where he wants it, Mr. D simply needs to pick up the phone and call Microsoft...Simple, clean, profitable! $TXHD shareholders get paid!!!
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,

I should have written my last post in response to yours here...It is blindingly obvious to anyone that is looking at this with there eyes open where this is going. I just don't have a clue why anyone would feel now is the right time to sell. Even pre RS folks should hang in, they'll get their money back with a profit, very soon. I mean isn't that the reason they bought in the first place? To make a profit???
This chart, the fundamentals, the speculation about the future, major catalysts coming, the dream team for advisors/investors, superior technology, entering into a heavy multi billion dollar sector that all the BIG boy tech companies are dabbling in and looking to take their position in...I mean what did I miss??? Probably a lot more I could stuff in there.
Seriously, anyone that is thinking to themselves - "I think .32 is a great exit" should really reevaluate their ability to trade profitably here in the OTC.
When you have a company/stock screaming at you...I AM GOING TO PAY YOU REALLY BIG, VERY SOON! with many of the indicators you showed and the circumstances I mentioned above and you want to sell about 1000% or more to early, then the OTC is just not for those people.
Maybe they should inquire with their local bank about a 2.5% CD or something...Ahhh, CD's might be too complicated and confusing...Maybe stick to a 1% savings account and trail inflation year after wondering why they never get ahead financially.
Didn't mean to be rude to anyone there or insult anyone's investing style, but I have never seen a setup quite as clear as this one (seen some good ones, but never like this). We have the Perfect Storm developing here, so put on your life vests and hold on for an exciting ride!
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Looking at the close today, I may be wrong about forming a pennant...We may just hop, skip and a jump right over .40 tomorrow or Thursday. Get an update with any kind of meat in it and see ya' .30's. The only time we'll see .30 in our share price again is if there is a digit from 1-9 in front of the decimal.
Quite frankly, I am a bit confused by anyone trying to trade this at this point. It is so clearly on it's way up, why not go long on this and at least wait until it's up near or above a $1 before you start flipping it.
Is there really still anyone here that doesn't believe a $1 PPS is absolutely, 100%, undeniably going to happen in the not to distant future??? Really confused by anyone still hung up on this going down in any significant fashion right now.
I mean I understand some subtle ranges...hits .40 retraces to .32, recovers to +.40 touches .50, retraces to .44, breaks .50 and runs to .80 and retraces to .68 and so forth and so on, but this is never, Never, NEVER going back to single digits again(period!). Just not gonna' happen!!!
Anyway, to each his own...I know what I'm doing with my shares and it doesn't include flipping for .04 a share...Crazy imo at these levels.
See ya'll at the top...
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
I wonder if Mr. D had a prepared PR for today's meeting. Something that was ready to go even before the meeting took place. Kind of fill in the blanks for some of things he may not have known were going to take place, but an outline of what he was comfortable putting out there regarding the meeting and subsequent discussions.
I really hope that there is no reason for them to be overly hush-hush about the meeting and they are able to share something with us once done. I get it if we don't get all the details, but an overview with some details would be nice. Do you have any idea how long the meetings were going to last? One day, two days, etc.? I guess we'll know when we know.
TG
Watching the chart, looking at the 50dma line starting to turn up and wondering what price we'll be when we get the golden cross. Thinking we get the cross next week which technically makes the chart look even more extremely bullish then it is now and should help with our BIG push to and over $1.
Should have a really nice long run where this chart is looking very aggressive for some time. With so many positive developments happening, the share price being so low and the OS at only 3.9 million, $TXHD is going to have one of the prettiest charts around for awhile.
Towering, green candlesticks, MACD charging, RSI racing and Money Flow IN = up, Up and UP!!! We've got a lot to smile about going forward.
See you at the top...
GLTA and AIMO,

This is definitely going to hit a $1. It's going to hit it, smash it and crush it on its way up to $3+. Not one single doubt in my mind. It's just a matter of how many days or short weeks before it happens. And, I'll cut you off before you get there, it's not going to do it with an RS:)
Just like 100% of every single stock that has ever and/or will ever trade, $TXHD is simply taking a breather after 2 nice days of gains. I covered it in a separate post about the 2 things that will hold us back (only slightly however and only for a very short time):
1) Trust. They will come roaring back as more developments unfold. I think this will be a non issue by months end, if not sooner.
2) The right people knowing. This will also cure itself in short order. In the very near term, I can't see any reason they don't uplist this to QB. Actually, I do see one...They plan to uplist to AMEX so soon that there is no reason to waste the time, money or effort to do so. I can't imagine a scenario where there is not an uplist by years end. That's giving FAR more time than I actually think it will take.
What I see happening to finish out the week -
We find our new support level. I'd like to see .30 hold, but we could also test the 200dma, which is pretty much in lock step with the 61.8 fib retrace. Guessing there will be more than solid support in the .23-.24 range.
Really doesn't matter which of those is tested as imo this is only going to apply to this week and then we are on to higher highs. So, anyway, we will either form a short term flag pattern or a pennant here (my guess is pennant) beginning today and breakout from there on either Friday, Monday or unlikely, possibly Tuesday. I don't have enough information yet to say which I feel is most likely, but I'm feelin' pretty good going into the end of the week either way.
Of course, news trumps all this, which I have a feeling in this scenario it will, because there is WAY too much going on here to not get some sort of update. We will make our march towards a dollar once we've formed our new base here. Doesn't shock me in the least bit to be near $1 or above it by end of month.
I can pick 9,999 penny stocks where you'd be right most the time, but this ain't one! Great things aren't just coming, they're already here.
I'll see you from the top...
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
I like that we're to a point in the companies progression that updates can come frequently. Not every one will be a blockbuster, but there is so much going on that they can regularly update us with new rollouts or status updates. With the ones they are talking about here it sounds like they could make a dent quickly since they are already so firmly embedded within the health and fitness industry.
If the revenue potential they reference in the PR is all new, then we could be looking at a fairly quick quintuple in revenues. 2500x149 = $372,500 revenue a month, which gets us to an additional $4,470,000 annually. Yup, .30 is looking pretty cheap right about now with only a 3.9 million OS count.
Win-win all the way around too...I think I read somewhere that their services were helping gyms collect 16% better. What does that equal??? A gym only needs what, 3 people paying their bill that might not have otherwise to break even. By the 4th member paying, they come out ahead. Retention, new members, etc...Makes perfect sense for gyms to jump on board!
And this is just one industry. A small one in my opinion. Wait till we start growing into some of the other sectors they've mentioned. I can think we are in for a rather significant revenue increase in the very near term.
In for a great ride...See you at the top...
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
Tomorrow is a really big day! I know that's a bit obvious, but I really believe it is when BIG things get set in motion. This imo is not a "so Wais tell me how the gym thing is working out...". No. This is a here's the plan, this is how we're going to do it and the timeframe we're going to do it in type of meeting.
As I mentioned before, I feel Mr. McBride will meet the team and plans will be laid out regarding a partnership or M&A with Burst. This could lead to a monster update Wednesday or shortly after.
So outside of the plan itself, I think the two main topics are partners/M&A and money. News on either of those makes this stock go boom!
I wonder who on the team went to this meeting...was this just for exec's or did techies go?
This is a real fun time to be a shareholder here and for those of you that have yet to experience a 1,000%+ gainer before, well hold on to your hats, sit back and enjoy the ride...there is no doubt in my mind that this is exactly that. The longer you plan to hold imo, the higher that % goes.
I'll take some off the top at some point, but my exit plan here includes a nice, fast, tech sector style buyout!
I'll see you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Totally agree and the $6.50 mark is easy imo. There are 2 things at work here that will slow our rise in PPS, albeit not much and not for long, but in the very short term...
1) Is the trust factor. Like it or not, the company has a history and investors/traders down here are so used to getting burned that many will always be looking for them or assuming they will take on more toxic debt and the printing press will be dusted off. The endless distribution of fresh off the press shares will hammer the market any day now in their OTC minds.
Solution for that is time and when the word spreads to the right people. The right people that actually take the time to see who Mr D and Mr G are and that these guys are NOT the types to get caught up in some sort of share selling scheme and/or a flailing penny stock.
How hard would it be for them in the future to work 100 million or even billion dollar deals if their names were tarnished for making a couple mil on some shady penny stock? I could see the headlines now, "Billionaire Red Sox Owner Indicted in Penny Stock Scheme!"
It's NOT, NOT, NOT gonna' happen! These guys are legit and it is easily verified how legit they are.
2) Is liquidity. The small share structure is great on the OTC for a fast move out of pennies to dollars, but to reach higher levels and stay there, investors, the kind with real money, need to know they have a way out at some point. They will not put big money here, whether behind the scenes or open market, if we are on the OTC.
Imo, an uplist here is not optional and/or a pipe dream...It HAS to happen! I am fully convinced that both D & G have access to lots and lots of capital, but they have to get this off the OTC. An uplist WILL happen, period! (with an exclamation:).
I don't typically do future price predictions unless it is more of a technical guesstimate in the short term as I did recently saying I thought we'd break .20 this week and was hoping for 200k+ volume (got it+ today).
But a prediction (I consider it a fact in the making) that is so clearly obvious to me and not a hope or a wish, but soon to be a reality is that this stock WILL trade at $3+ by years end!!! No question about that in my mind! Conceivably we could be double digits and it won't surprise me if we are by then, but a $3 PPS is imo not so much a prediction, but soon to be fact. Double digits would be more of a maybe baby in that time frame...
$40 is also extremely doable, but the timeframe and events needing to transpire leading to that are still uncertain, so I won't touch that for now other than to say that if they make the right moves and the tech is what they say it is, many will think $40 was an excellent entry.
A lot of OTC folks are going to have a hard time wrapping their heads around this and the success that is going to be following soon. Even as this steadily climbs they will always be waiting for those shares to dump, but it won't come...Smart money is buying and waiting for this awesome story to develop.
Btw, did you hit your target? I'm still short about 18k shares, but did break over 4.5% today in the morning.
Definitely see you at the top...

TG
Question - At baseball games do they have anything nowadays that allows you to order food from your seats (I know they come around randomly, but I'm specifically talking about when I'm hungry for this, I can order it now vs. wait around for a random vendor to show up)? I haven't been to a baseball game in 25 years, so I don't know what may or may not have changed, but I remember what the lines were like at the concessions and would pass on food/drinks just due to the wait.
If they don't offer this currently, I could see how this may be an angle for RCS...Especially with the connection (although currently distant) to Delaware North. I imagine each seat having a barcode, or maybe you just text your seat number to 777777 (or whatever number) and it sends a message to the stadium. They send a message back with a menu of choices as to how they can help you...Please tell us how we can help 1) Order food, 2) Order a drink (think expensive alcohol sales here), 3) Order a program/souvenir, etc.
From here you place your order and it is delivered to your seat. I obviously haven't done the math on the logistics of something this big and the cost of additional personnel to handle the requests, but if each stadium (using Fenways average 35,000 per game attendance at 81 home games a year) could on an average increase revenue (maybe net profit) by only $5 per person per game, that equals $175,000 revenue increase per game and $14,175,000 revenue increase annually. Adjust the numbers to whatever you want to plug in...I thought what I was thinking was fairly conservative.
Now think, baseball (Red Sox to start), basketball (Celtics to start), hockey (Bruins to start), football, soccer, boxing, MMA and so forth and so on...Could be a HUGE revenue/profit boost for the stadium/venue and the fan loves it, because they don't have to miss a minute of the action. TXHD loes it, because it's potentially a boat load of texts sent in just one night at only one stadium. Man I missed a Grand Slam to get a beer, the knock out to get a hot dog, or whatever...
Lots of ways they can go with this, but this option came to me when I was researching a little about what Delaware North did. Just food for thought...
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
That seems like a precursor to Monday news...My take on it was, see this is where we should be and Monday we'll give you a reason to get us there. Notice the Data Sales 15x is where we'd need to be to uplist to AMEX...Of course, we still need to 2016's revenues to increase (unless there is another way around this) and I'm thinking an acquisition will take care of that.
If they don't give us an update on Monday, I'm okay with that, but it would, imo, send the stock soaring to get an excellent update Monday and a follow thru PR after the NYC meeting. I'm very eager to see what comes out of this meeting.
Even with no news this week I think we break .40 this and bounce around in the 40-50 range until a small amount of sellers shares are absorbed and then we make a run for $1+...I'd like to see a break of .20 tomorrow with 200k+ volume to confirm this is in, at a minimum, a mid level break out. Smash through with 400k+ volume, go to .30+ and I feel we are in a full blown breakout with 52 week highs tested in short order.
We should have a strong month and a Schwarzenneger style finish going into the end of the year.
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Been doing some digging tonight and WOW! This is going to get real interesting around here. I think TXHD either comes out of this meeting with money, a partnership or with some sort of M&A. I do NOT think this is simply a meeting to update on progress or something basic in nature. I also think that at some point Bryant McBride is part of the discussions. He is the CEO of Burst...yes, back to Burst.
The more I've read tonight the more confident I am these two companies come together in some fashion. A merger with Burst being the surviving entity would not surprise me at all. McBride would then be CEO of all. He has an extensive and very successful background as an executive. The least of which is his success with Burst. Burst has some serious partners and some serious customers already and I'm sure a merger here gets us off the OTC quickly! Burst Customers
Now, there are lots of dots here to connect and I haven't connected them all and if I said I had, then I'd be lying, because I think there is a plan here beyond what I could research (sort of behind closed doors thing at this stage). Anyway, Mr McBride and Mr. DiBenedetto seem to be connected in multiple ways.
First and most obvious is through Burst itself where McBride is the CEO and DiBenedetto is the Chairman. Another notable name tied to Burst is Katie Couric...Not that it matters per se, but big names like that tend to lend even more credibility to Joe Q public.
Next, is through NESN which is a customer of Burst and owned 80% by Fenway Sports Group (of which, DiBenedetto is part owner) and 20% by Delaware North (a 55,000 employee sized company, plus owners of the Bruins and Celtics). Delaware North could come into play big time as well, hence the mention here.
Third is through Route 2 Digital. Mr. D is once again Chairman, per the Jefferson Waterman website (of which he is also the Chairman of), and Mr. McBride is partner. More on Mr. McBride's successful accomplishments (he's got a lot of them).
So the major themes I'm seeing here are RCS, mobile, video, sports/entertainment and hospitality. From Textmunication's 7/23/2018 PR:
Good call and excellent read! Thanks for sharing that link to the executive summary, I hadn't seen that before. I think you are definitely on to something with the white label. It's almost like what WordPress is to websites, Textmunications can be to SMS and RCS. Use their solid platform for text in the way others use the WP platform for their websites.
Reading that, really makes me enthusiastic about the future here (yes, even more than I was). I was thinking pretty big as to what this company can become over this next year, but this truly may far exceed my expectations and quickly at that.
For those that didn't see PennyProPicker's link, this is well worth the read: Textmunication Executive Summary
If anyone can read that and couple it with the extremely tight 3.9 million OS, their awesome SAM platform and the two big wig multi million/billion dollar men that just came onboard as lead advisors/investors and not see an explosive future here, then I think they should spend more time, a lot more time, doing anything other than investing in the stock market.
This is such a perfect storm coming together here in such a big dollar sector and we're sitting on some of the top technology in this arena...All I can say is WOW! The weekends are going to be a lot longer and I've rarely been so excited to get through them and on to Monday's to see what's in store for the PPS.
I've had some really BIG percentage plays over the years, this year has been exceptional to date, but this could crush anything I've ever held before! The potential here, short and long term, is simply amazing!!!
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
I think in the short term, like next 6-12 months $6.50 is a very good target. I'd think with the arena they are in that could quickly be surpassed and I personally feel that long term it will. I think they can get a decent chunk of the, what is it, 74 billion dollar (or so) market that RCS will be. And, in fairly short order too.
It's mind boggling to think that only a 1% share of that 74 billion is $740,000,000 annually...MIND BOGGLING! And the technology that they have if properly promoted (this is where Mr. D and Mr. G come in) could easily rocket them to that!!! Shoot, even 10% of 1% is a massive gain from where we're at now.
This is really setting up to be the perfect storm here and for me I just can't see how guys of Mr. D and Mr. G's caliber come in here without knowing, as close to 100% as possible, that this is going to be a success. I mean these guys have a boat load of money and successes under their belts...their not gonna' roll the dice on a shady pink sheet company unless they see a really bright future here...Very exciting!
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
What in your opinion is going to be the best industry for them to jump into next? I've been thinking about this and trying to narrow it down, but it's kind of difficult to figure which industry is most profitable.
I think this is extremely effective for beauty/nail salons, but I think that's a tough one to target, because so many of those places are independently owned. You almost need to target an area where there are franchises and lots of memberships involved or very regular use/need.
I don't know, but the fitness industry just doesn't really appeal to me as a big industry to target, I mean it got them this far, but how much more growth is there? Am I missing something? Are there tens of thousands left to sign up?
That might come off as negative, but it is far from it, because I know this company is going to grow by leaps and bounds here shortly, but just for sake of conversation trying to figure where they're going to go from here. I feel confident they have something HUGE up their sleeves and my inquiring mind wants to know:)
Maybe they simply move this more towards brands then membership type setups. I think food would be a really big one. Start thinking McD's, BK, Taco Bell, etc. and now we're talking thousands upon thousands upon thousands of stores and people eat daily, so there will be no shortage of desire to get coupons that save them money on it. Maybe retail???
10,000 x $200 a month is 24 million in annual revenues (very, very low end projections there). Maybe they go for a smaller market with a higher per month charge...Be interesting to get some insight from the company.
They could also, with the help of the "new guys", go in a direction that I haven't even considered, so I was just wondering what you and others were thinking about the possibilities...
TG
Totally agree. I think we make a substantial move this month and form a much higher base. Really depends on what type of updates we get from the company, but from what I'm seeing they were ready for this D falling off and it is looking like we will get the type of update I was hoping for next week.
The three tweets they put out today and rolling out the new site tells me that my thinking about their preparation for the D falling is correct and I'm sure Mr. D and Mr. G have plans of their own which will hopefully start to come to light after next weeks upcoming NYC visit.
From their Twitter account:
You are correct it was with open market, but the videos portion that I highlighted was me just overanalyzing the potential to run Bursts video's on the SAM platform as part of their RCS offering. I guess if that one section were reworded to say:
RCS will create a paradigm shift in text messaging with rich images, videos, etc., then it would fit better with the angle I was taking. Even if TXHD is a mid level player in this space we are talking some serious potential...start bringing in potential partners like Burst or others, then you're building a powerful package, a suite of products if you will, that makes TXHD an excellent solution for retention and capture of new business via mobile.
Whatever path they choose to go I'm sure it will be a successful one.
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Couple of things from that 8k:
Want to talk about an explosion in share price, merge these two together and BOOM! Haha...I think I referenced them as Boost in one of my last posts.
Look at the names of people tied to Burst. Some big ones! In my opinion, it's not much of a stretch for the two to come together. In fact, it makes sense as they would compliment each other. Woooo... gonna' be some good weeks ahead!!!
Very exciting times...See you at the top!
Glty and aimo,
TG
It would be great if the D falls and we get some sort of forward looking "blueprint" of what's to come. Even better if we come out of next week with an agreement to acquire Boost or one of Mr. D's other companies...They might have been working on something like that or had a plan to do that for some time. Who knows, but as I've been saying, we're going to have an amazing close to the year!!!
We'll take, at a bare minimum, one small step with that D coming off next week and many larger steps as the year progresses. Even at this stage if a buyer saw $10 million in value here, we'd be looking at a $2.50 pps...I think by years end though we have buyers willing to pay significantly more than that...significantly more!
Exciting times ahead. I'll see you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
All it needs is a little spark and BOOM! I'll be real interested to see the D fall off on Monday and whatever updates they give us after their upcoming NYC meeting next week. Won't surprise me if some NYC money starts to flow in next week! I really think there are some BIG dogs sitting on the sidelines (like Mr. D and Mr. G's investment buddies) that will start to take some chunks out of this after that damn D is gone.
I'm really hoping the company comes out with some type of update PR on Monday (a blockbuster PR would be better, but an update itself is encouraging). Announce loudly that the D is gone, some of the challenges of the past, where they're at now and what is in store for the future. I think that will go a long way to encourage existing shareholders to stay strong and for new investors to start jumping in with both feet.
We'll see...next week is sort of a new beginning or a "rebirth" for the stock itself. Starting from scratch with a not so sensational past, but a super bright future ahead.
Agreed about the chart, the MACD is charging up and the RSI has lots of room to the upside...sprinkle in some volume and you've got the perfect recipe!
Let's see if we break over .20 by weeks end. See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Oh shoot...I think I clicked on the URL vs. underline...That section that said insert text here, should have read "for each unit".
TG
I had actually completely skipped over the section in bold below until you reposted it.
I get it...past is what it is. All I care about is the future. It would be such a blatant lie to submit an 8k stating these two guys are onboard that it would cross into criminal.
This is a one million dollar a year company...hardly a scam. They may have said XYZ was going to happen by this date and time in the past, but things always change for companies down here. Oftentimes they dream bigger and want faster than their bank accounts allow them to actually move...if at all.
I'd need to see specific instances of the "lies" to see your side of the story. For now, it sounds like a small business in its infant stages trying to be optimistic about their future and, as is typical down here, the management over promising and underdelivering...
That doesn't make them scammers or liars, just not patient and a bit quick to jump the gun. On the flip side, if they say nothing, then OTC traders are screaming for updates.
Start ups are fluid and things change, RS's happen, some ideas flop, deals fall through, but that one in a million that has two very heavily connected, highly successful, very rich investors come on board is one to pay really close attention to, because things stand to get really interesting...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
And it's working out great for me! I only have 23,000 more to go and I own close to 5% of the OS. Might be there today, then it's just a "set it and forget it" type of deal.
And quite frankly, I don't care what Wais said or says, I'm only interested in Mr D and Mr G. Wais got this as far as he could and now it's time for the big boys to step in and take this to a WHOLE other level. That's not a knock on Wais, I don't know anything about him, I know where the company/stock has been and done, but him personally...don't care.
I am only here because I was following the money. Mr D and G got lots of it...And friends with even more.
Writing is on the wall and it's up to the little guy at these levels to read it and take action. When this starts to move, the little guy is gonna miss the boat, or buy a boat...their choice!
When a billionaire owner of the Boston Red Sox invests in a penny stock (literally pennies) I sit up straight in my chair, start liquidating other stocks and pour my money in right behind them.
You can do what you want, but I like my strategy best! See you from the top...

No problem...We are in for a HUGE finish to the year in my opinion. Next year will be phenomenal and we could be in for either are large buyout or a fantastic run as we make a huge splash into the RCS market. I think it wasa brilliant move to spend most of 2017 building up SAM. That is going to rocket us to overnight success story imo.
Whole lotta fun comin' our way! See you at the top...

All I know is they are meeting with at Mr D and G. I'm really thinking that one of Mr D's other companies becomes part of TXHD shortly after. I'd love to be a fly on the wall during those meetings...
From Twitter:
This is the week imo to enter...The D falls off at the end of this week and then they have their New York trip. My guess is a lot has been timed around this RS and the subsequent 20 day post RS period. Convenient that the new advisors are announced immediately after the RS took effect. Convenient the New York trip occurs immediately after the D falls off...
When you think about it, the next round of investors they are going to be asking to invest are already going to be a bit skittish about investing in a Pinky, but with a "D", no way. Investors will get over the Pinky part with an amazing technology, but will wait for that D to fall.
If there is any news currently, I think they've held back until at least next week. I'm sure this is more than a "Nice to Meet You" type of meeting and there will be a plan review and action to move it forward.
My guess is we break .20 this week and test the 200dma at around .25 and probably finish the week somewhere in that range. Once the D falls, we test the .50 to .60 range and then we wait for PR's to move us to a dollar plus. If my thinking is correct, they will do what is necessary to get this to $3+ by somewhere around the end of October so they can move to the AMEX and really raise some money to test, market and launch BIG.
Of course, AMEX is all my opinion and we'd need more revenue for 2016 to make that happen, but that's where an acquisition comes in. From reading back through some of the PR's and statements made by both Mr D and Mr G, that's exactly what they'll do...Acquire and Grow!
All coming together and we should know more soon. See you at the top...

Thank you very much. I think we are very much on the same page here. Speaking of Open Market, for those that don't know, they are the real deal:
Corporate Maturity
Well said! I still think our buyer pays more, but that's a bit down the road...I'll take $6.50 in the short term though:)

A very interesting read, an easy one too, on what value Facebook saw in some of the acquisitions they paid big money for like WhatsApp and Instagram.
Whatsapp Acquisition
WhatsApp had less than exciting multi-million dollar revenues and significant hundreds of millions in losses to show for it, but that didn't stop Facebook from paying over 20 Billion dollars for it.
And for Instagram, to pay a billion dollars for it when one of the top reasons was simply so their competitors couldn't get to it first.
TXHD is going to get a premium when they sell imo...test it, get it accepted, shop it and get paid.

You could see where all three of those companies he is involved with could tie into one another. Even if an uplist wasn't in the cards, which I can't possibly imagine it not being at some point, Mr G could be here to bring all these together under TXHD. Now Mr. D gets a threefer:)
Gonna be big I'm sure!

And if that held for TXHD that's a $10 per share buyout, but I think we bring more to the table and it won't be a multiple of revenue when deciding what a suitor wants to pay. I think they're going to look straight at how much market share they can take from Twilio (or similar cos.) and that that market share = how much in revenues for them. They use that potential revenue with a multiple to figure TXHD's price...imo.
Again, they have to prove their superiority and once they do, the buyers will be there. This is a fast moving sector and you always have to have the next best thing or else your thing is yesterdays news.
Very exciting times ahead!

I looked into them a bit more after re-reading one of the 8k's, or PR's can't remember which, because it seemed they spent just a bit more time sort of selling what it was Burst did compared to the other companies Mr D is or was involved with. Could just be me being overly optimistic, but it makes sense. He gets a twofer...Avoids the cost and pain of bringing Burst public and makes a TXHD uplist easier/faster.
Just food for thought...We'll see you at the top...

For those interested...Mr. D is the Chairman of Burst, LLC. Burst Website Anyone think there could be a future between the two companies there? Burst is a private company...As of now anyway.
Maybe Mr. G helps TXHD acquire Burst and with Bursts revenues they are able to jump to AMEX? I know, I know uplisting is all over the OTC and they rarely ever happen, but...
Mr D and Mr G are real money guys, not the fluff that trades down here. They will want liquidity and credibility...and there's not much of either down here. At least not for the type of investors that bring the BIG money!
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
Some BIG suitor(s) will be checking in in the near future I'm sure. If the SAM platform is all they claim it to be, and I have to assume it is or Mr. D wouldn't be here, then Twilio has to inquire...
Coolest thing is word will spread and any company that wants to make a HUGE splash into this market and leap frog Twilio, practically overnight, might be extremely eager to pony up a significant premium. That said, Twilio would be a great buyout, but another might be significantly better!
My thinking is we need testing and acceptance, then BOOM...word spreads like wildfire that TXHD has a platform superior to billion dollar Twilio and smart money will jump to cripple them with superior technology.
This is going to be an exceptional end to the year!
