That is the EXACT line of questioning that needs to be made crystal clear to all involved.
Return significant % of overpayment and instant recapitalization, then treasury can be paid a commitment fee for taxpayer protections.
So simple
Anyone think we hit 4 again today?

Orders are time stamped down to the tenth percent I believe. If you feel your order was bypassed, call your trading platform and they can tell you exact fill time stamp. If an error did occur they will correct it.
Been my experience w TD. Happened to me twice years ago.
Be sure your order was designated a partial or all or nothing fill before calling.
Perhaps you should keep current before commenting
"A quick update: Judge Sweeney granted the motion for oral argument and will have a single hearing in which counsel for the parties in each of the cases will be able to participate. The hearing will be limited to jurisdictional and standing issues (other issues will be addressed later) and will occur between August 19-30."
True point but not the best comparison. The granting of an en banc alone in itself is a much greater and more difficult achievement in and of itself. It is a court with what I believe is an already astounding 80%, possibly slightly higher, remand/reversal ratio. This is in contrary to an estimated plaintiff loss approaching if not surpassing the 90% mark in lower courts.
Simply being granted this hearing is in of itself a much larger victory than many realize
Must go by the average length minus a few outliers on either end. That will give you a much more accurate estimate. On average, by a fairly significant margin, the more time passes the higher increase in overturned rulings.
Adding in the other statistical anomalies of being selected in the first place, subsequent briefs and the tone taken against the defendants by who appears to be the most experienced judicial panel expert..... I would say the plaintiffs odds of a an extremely favorable ruling are rather high.
Extremely high IMO

This just in from my attorney:

Fingers crossed
FNMA Institutional ownership UP to ANOTHER all time high of 18.02%!
The longer it takes the higher the odds of reversal. As shown in all 3 categories
That’s what you said yesterday. They are down 9-15% again today. Better to wait for another 15-20% drop
