I have equity in 6 months because investment groups have bought up most everything around me,driving prices up. Have had real estate agents stop me outside twice looking to buy in our development,and if you watch the news,you know that Florida was one of the hardest hit by the market crash.

and the reasons for it being less than expected.Everyone starting to take notice.Will be buying more
