Crawfors, I don't think this would be that type of scenario. Typically, you would see subsidiaries created under the same umbrella. They might create LLC's or some other variation of enterprise.
In our case, the shares would remain as they are currently held, with no stock ownership in another form of the company.
Sometimes, companies as they grow, they purchase other companies and they become Divisions of the original - case in point, look at Polaris (PII) - they manufacture off road vehicles, but recently acquired TAP Holdings, which is an automotive supply company.
Even when PII was in the growth stage, they purchased GEM Vehicles and now this is a Division of PII.
They did the same with Military - it is now all part of the main PII umbrella.
Best to you!
I have traveled many times to Shanghai, and the city is awash of scooters and low CC vehicles. A few years ago they began implementing the removal of gas scooters and transitioning to electric. The transition is mandated by the government.
Electric is the future of transportation, with Wind and Solar being the future source to power these vehicles.
IQST entering this market will be a huge addition to the portfolio.
Looking forward to large gains, and growth.

foti1kenobi: You, I, crawfors, oldman, etc, must not be of the Microwave generation...
They set the microwave to 60 seconds, and that's too long to wait, so they open the door at 52 seconds.
This is my long term play...should be yours too. Patience grasshopper.
Best to all longs!
Keep holding strong and cost average on this, regardless of where you sit relative to the current share price.
Real manipulation going on. On a volume of 2,200 shares, the MM's drop the price from $.40 to $.35, over 12% down on a measly $770 transaction pre trading hours.
Imagine Tesla (TSLA) dropping from $712 down to $640 on a single trade of 2200 shares ($1.4 mil)...investors and the SEC would be stringing up these MM's
Hoping that Karma finds all these MM's and brings the pain.
Until then, I am going to load up at these prices...recommend that you consider doing the same...
Best to all...I am just lurking in the shadows, but still here, and still strong with ALL my original investment in this baby!
Afternoon all...just dropping back in for a quick Hello. Still holding strong!
Just decided to get away from the daily grind on the market and stay focused longterm.
Best to all Longs! Stay strong...reward is much sweeter than regret.
Crawfors: I completely agree. This investment is just that - an investment. I look at this one in terms of years, not hours, not weeks, not months...
For all those who consider themselves long-term investors, do yourself a favor and ignore the day to day, week to week, month to month noise. Go focus on other investments or turn off your computer and enjoy life.
Time is going to change a lot of lives on this one...
Best to all longs!
Gigantor, I suppose you or Akw112 do not understand how Stock Compensation works.
When officers, employees are compensated with stock, the stock is purchased from the existing pool of shares currently in circulation at an adjusted price. They are not shares added to the outstanding, so the current outstanding balance of roughly 136 million shares does not change.
I work for a company, and I am compensated with shares yearly - these do not increase the outstanding shares, and are purchased by the company, and distributed to individuals as part of their compensation package.
Educate yourself on this topic folks...
Best to all Longs!
They are really messing with this stock...for after hours, they dropped the price a little over 10% on 18,400 shares...to put that into context:
They dropped the value of the company almost $8 million dollars for a purchase only worth around $12K.
Time will cease this nonsense, but until then we (& IQST) are at the mercy of greed and corruption.
Best to all longs! Hold 'em tight and don't let go!
I wonder if the new rule on Liquidity and shorting that took place last Wednesday has anything to do with this.
Either way, waiting to announce the BOD until now was a very good move.
Best to All Longs who have been waiting for this moment...
Getting ready to break the 10 day volume in the first 30 minutes of trading. I hope we don't overheat on price today too much - I don't want to see a retrace.
Best to all longs who have been waiting for this to move...and to those negative nelly's, enjoy!
Not much of an investor if this person doesn't realize growth companies can take YEARS to become profitable...8 years for Apple...3 years for Google...to name a couple.
Oldman, you are in the right Calendar year, but I think we may see it sooner. I had anticipated Oct/Nov timeframe, based on getting uplisted, opening up T212, etc, but T212 is still being restrictive on trading, and the OTC short report is still showing a continued ~50% shorting, so I will have to evolve my brain a bit.
We have to hit and hold $2 (unless there is some other rule in the fine print relating to actual company valuation that is NOT derived from PPS) for the 90 days, and they it is typically 2-5 weeks to Nasdaq.
All said, we may be looking around 1st Quarter 2022, but that again will only come to be if the PPS (or some other "fine print") allows us to be considered for Uplisting.
Best to you!
The release of the video was hit with a minor delay due to an internal medical issue.
Here is the info verbatim: "We had a non life threatening but Covid vaccine related issue that delayed it. We will update soon."
Best to you!
Thank you Gigantor for your continued support of this Great Company. Without your support, others would not know about the potential for this company.
It's through your continued mis-statements and innuendo that people are able to see that potential...see, when a person is willing to come onto a board and attack the shareholders and the company, all the while having ZERO investment, well, that says a TON.
Do you go down on busy streetcorners and yell at cars too? Just curious if your actions are limited to this specific stock or if you are also paid to do other foolish things.
Thanks again for your presence! it only solidifies and empowers others to continue investing here and hold LONG.
I suppose we are all fortunate that you are not our financial advisor...up roughly 2%
That's a 7% delta...
The last couple of days have been minimal on PPS increase, and honestly that is exactly how you burn shorters.
When the PPS rises slowly and continues to rise, the likelihood that it will retrace is very low, and if it does, it will be a minimal retrace.
I would like to see 5-10% per week growth on this rather than a 50-100% jump.
Let's look to the future, and best to al Longs!
LOL...yes, at least last time I checked :)
IQST is listed under Technology and Telecommunications - this allows for a diverse range of arenas.
Don't let EV be a detractor for you - this is yet another avenue for potential revenue & growth.
Best to you and all Longs!
For anyone on E-trade, did you notice we were sitting at almost 1/2 million in volume just 10 minutes ago, and now we see less than 1/2 of that...
Any ideas on what happened? PPS fluctuation is understood, but not volume reversal.
Thoughts?
Best to All Longs!
NOBS, it is likely this person is not an actual holder - so what makes me say that?
Well, the profile created around 11/18/2020 would likely indicate that this person bought in around $0.08/share, which gives them a 600% increase at today's prices...that would mean a $24K investment which has yielded $144,000 in today's share prices...
That said, anyone who is sitting on 600% increase in their portfolio within 6 months, with a potential to be sitting on a 5000% percent increase by holding through year end is either foolish, or here embedded to help bring down the share price. I get the "want to take profits" mentality, but this person would have been in through the run to almost $2, which would have been worth $600K...just doesn't make any sense to pull out with the news that is coming, along with the uplisting.
Either way, if we see a 300K sell tomorrow, this person is for real, if not, this person is not real.
Best to you and all Longs!
Iflhdy, their debt prevented uplisting previously, which is why the shares were issued as payments to close out that debt.
Nothing to stop this now it appears.
Best to you!
Certainly appears that way...today it seems to have been certified. Now the renewed interest
With Uplisting, comes the credibility...with the credibility, comes the interest from larger groups of investors...today we will likely rise and close higher, but through this week we should see more growth in PPS.
Best to you!
If I were to make a guess on the price drop, it would fall squarely on the short volume - at this point they may be realizing the inevitable, that this stock is real and will be heading North this year in a big way. If you look at the Short Report, which includes MM shorting and investor shorting, they have been hitting around 70% short volume lately, and I am sure there are a number of shares on loan out there.
The daily volume has been rising the last few days, and the price has been dropping...in some cases we are seeing upwards of 1 million shares more in volume, coupled with a price drop.
I doubt we are seeing investors dumping out, but it is a possibility, but the likely reason is shorters are attempting to get out, which is pushing the price lower - they are taking any profits they can, or even losses...
We may see a turn around right after the uplisting...
Best to all Longs!
Not sure what the MM's are doing with this other than trying to send a signal, but they dropped the price from ~$0.60 down to $0.49 (down almost 20%) on 1,600 volume, then raised the price back up to ~$0.58 (up over 20%) on 150 shares, then back down again $0.03 for 826 shares (~$450.00).
Anyway, VIMO is Launching, Uplisting is in process, IoT should be showing some revenue (depending on how they structured the agreement, i.e. net 30, 60 or 90 days).
It's going to be a great summer as this rolls forward...onward and upward.
Best to all Longs!
mxp, for stocks I use Etrade...for crypto I use Uphold, but it could be better...coinbase is supposed to be good
While I play in crypto, and have mentioned a few for the group that are really good plays, I also told management that they needed to include a platform to trade crypto - maybe they were considering it already, but not sure...being in Blockchain doesn't necessarily mean you allow trading in crypto, it just means you are set up to allow for payments to occur using crypto.
Getting into Blockchain is a very good thing, and launching this alongside and on their Visa Money One site is going to be huge!!
If any of you trade crypto, you know it isn't always cheap to trade large chunks, and the fees are structured to rise with the amount of crypto traded, not like E-trade where every trade is $4.95.
THIS is going to be a huge cash flow opportunity for them, especially if they can structure the fees to undercut some of the other platforms like Uphold.
This will bring a surge of interest into the company in my opinion, and this was a very smart strategic move.
Best to All Longs!
Knux, not sure either...you do post some really good intel. I think some of the ones that have singled me out are not happy with either their position on this stock or life in general.
Me, I live by Karma, and do my best to inform...even told some other buyers to hold a bit and wait til it drops to buy in...that doesn't help me financially, but in general I feel good about it.
This will be the year for this company, and it will continue into 2022 and beyond...hoping after 1-2 years of holding they get gobbled up by a huge company through a buyout, and the stock price will soar.
Best to you and all longs!
Gigantor, when I chatted with another user on this board, and after reading a few of the "we're sitting stagnant" posts from other users, I suggested if they are looking to invest, not in stocks, but in crypto, the ones I mentioned are good and will go up...
I didn't do this to hype other stocks, or even crypto, but to offer others who were exhibiting concern here over investing in this company, that they could do other things with their money.
Almost the entire market in OTC is down...that message was for them.
Me, I am here for the LONG term...and as an investor, the LAST thing I would do is trash what I own. Just doesn't make sense.
You can hide in the "so we can't be critical" language, but I feel that is a foolish move - you deter others from looking further into this company. We have low volume trading, and you seem to want to make it lower by "critically" nudging away any new investors.
Part of any due diligence is to examine all aspects of a stock, from fundamentals to what people think about it...if you wanted to buy Walmart, you would look up the stock, check the fundamentals, and even visit the stores, and if you invested in Walmart , you wouldn't go online and say stuff like "Walmart sucks, their stores are always disheveled, messy, "I wonder how they even stay in business"...
You wouldn't...and if you did, then you are being foolish.
Take your critical questions to the company is all I am saying and get your answer(s)...if you don't like the answer(s), sell and move on.
First thing these new investors think when they read posts like yours is "he says he owns this stock, acts like he owns this stock, but appears to not be happy with the management..." and we are back to Walmart.
Best to all longs!
Train, agreed, they could improve but this is a solid company - I look aside from these missteps and use the opportunity to buy more at lower prices.
see my response to Gigantor...I just responded
Best to you!
gigantor, no. I am critical of many things in my life, but I deal with those criticalities in private, not out for the world to see and be part of.
Additionally, it is one thing to be critical of the company, but if you are an investor, take it up with the company...if you are going to invest, or are invested in said company, the LAST thing you want to do is trash your own investment through your "critical" discussions.
Think of it this way: You're at the altar, with your spouse to be, in front of 500 friends and family...are you going to trash your spouse to be in front of ALL those people? Or are you going to discuss this with your spouse to be in private...
Question is: what do you want others to think of your spouse to be?
If this doesn't make sense, then I am unsure of how to convey my point to you.
Best to all Longs!
Gigantor, I am a bit curious. Look, the company began making huge strides in their goals this year, hence the flurry of PR's. Were they the best, to be honest, no. But they were signals of the company's intentions and goals.
My curiosity is more directed at you - you say you are an investor, and yet all you seem to be doing is trying to kill your own investment through your postings.
I live my life by being honest as much as humanly possible. I am an investor, but I will not lie to someone else to try and profit off them.
Be honest with the group - are you truly invested here?
if so, you are not being a good steward of your own investment by sewing the doubt you are sewing, especially with a company that is SEC Compliant, been reviewed by an outside auditor, and, IMO is being extremely transparent.
Best to you!
Train, if you want a quote from Warren Buffett, here are some for consideration:
We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.
Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.
Someone's sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.
Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.
Beware of geeks bearing formulas.
I always knew I was going to be rich. I don't think I ever doubted it for a minute.
It's only when the tide goes out that you discover who's been swimming naked.
Our favorite holding period is forever.
Wide diversification is only required when investors do not understand what they are doing.
It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price.
Ken, yes, only Caveat Emptor stocks...which IQST is NOT part of. In order to be tagged as a Buyer Beware stock, the stock needs to be non-reporting and highly illiquid.
There are a lot of these out there, with Billions of shares OS.
IQST will be uplisting and all the side noise will go away, along with anyone who is paid to be here to create doubt.
Best to all Longs!
Seems we have some "tree shakers" on the board...desperate times call for desperate measures, so "avoid the noid" as they want to scare you or make you second guess your initial reason for investing here. If they are successful, they will laugh all the way to the bank, and you will end up kicking yourself for taking the loss, when all it took was patience.
You can give them your shares cheap if you like, but I'm gonna hang onto mine and enjoy life when this hits its potential.
Best to all Longs on this board!
Iflhdy, once on QB, it is no longer considered a Pink sheet company, even though that is semantics - Pinks are companies that are typically non-compliant, non-reporting, going through bankruptcy, etc...
The QB uplisting provides confidence to investors - if you look at Pink stocks, most are non-compliant with reporting, and are typically thought of as "fly-by-night" companies. There are even stocks that are flagged as "caveat emptor" which are really risky, even more so than Pinks.
Additionally, the QB opens up trading platforms to investors who trade on sites that do not allow Pink sheet trading, so we will see some trading improvement from that too. the QB is the Venture Market, and while QX is a much better area to be in, we missed that window due to timing. I believe you have to hold a minimum close of $1 to uplist to QX.
I believe that there will be Institutional interest that will come to IQST once on QB and they will consider trading this in their Micro-cap market portfolios. The fundamentals of this growth company will attract interest, maybe not a ton initially, but all it takes is for one institution to step in, and others will follow, especially if growth continues.
Best to you!
The link is for voting on Trading 212 on Change.org to lift the trading restrictions on IQST and all stocks on OTC.
Because IQST is on the OTC, and there are a number of illiquid stocks on OTC, rather than pick and choose which ones to restrict, they performed a blanket "buying" stop - you can liquidate your position, but cannot add to it.
