You are absolutely martin.
And I would like to say one thing about Celtics. There have been several posts since yesterday accusing Celtics of being one of culprits for Friday's 30 minute devastation. If anyone goes back and reads all of Celtics $4 projection posts they all were based on "REVENUES" generated over the 12 to 18 months. His projection which never wavered and still holds true today was and is based on SCRC's performance. If I'm wrong, so be it, but for now I believe the DD provided by Celtics remains solid.
Good post tryz. ScriptsAmerica contracted with DPG to market and distribute Pediatric RapiMeds. DPG is now promoting RapiMeds on their website, that is not bogus, that is for real. The company is for real and the product is for real. Revenues will eventually drive the success of SCRC in the months to come.
JT, you are absolutely on track with your statement here. I believe over time SCRC will increase their revenues with RapiMeds and it's product expansion.
Good post Danna. I agree, RapiMeds has a huge potential and I sincerely believe over time those of who stick with SCRC will make legitimate profits based on legitimate revenues generated.
I love your attitude Crazy Canadian. This is what we need right now. September's launch is 7 weeks away. - Guts
Well said RamTough.
The CORE is re-establishing itself again. Go SCRC!!!
To those who are posting with no invested interest, thanks for your comments and warnings. Enough is enough, please move on. The CORE will not be rattled even with an event like today.
Great post Ram. Like I mentioned on a earlier post, DPG has close to 20 different sales teams. They are a wholesale distributor to a countless number of retailers. Revenues will drive this stock. September's launch will just be the beginning. Thanks again.
Good to hear from you Celtics. All along you stated REVENUES as the main driver to achieve the price. You were and still are correct. Let's wait for the revenues.
Spot on Madprophet. I'll wait for the revenues to drive the price and true value of SCRC. I can tell you Glaxo early on didn't achieve it's success because of hype. It achieved it's success based on the revenues generated by Zantac - PERIOD!!!. I will wait for the September launch and the months that follow. I still say GO SCRC!!!
I am with you HotStock.
thanks CBS
Thanks Ski.
I agree with you Chris. I'm here for the long run. This hurts, but its also nice to see there are others who still believe. Thanks.
We all are. We need to do what our gut tells us to do. At the end of the day in this crazy stock market game we play we need to assume 100% responsibility for our decisions to buy or sell. Yeh, I could have walked away with $200K this morning if I knew this was going to happen. Oh well, I didn't. I move on. Like I said on an earlier post, I am holding on with no intentions to sell.
I am very surprised this happened today. Yes, even shocked and awed. I did not sell though, I will maintain my position. ScriptsAmerica is a real company, with a real product, with a launch date set for September, not July or August. SCRC did contract with DPG Distribution to get the product on the shelf and they are not solely electronics. If you read up on DPG they have over 20 different sales teams specializing in every possible area of distribution, including most of the large retail chains and pharmacies, hospitals, etc. Yes, this was a big hit for a lot of people. I, too, am sorry it happened. From this point on let's let the revenues will drive this stock price. That's what was predicted to be the main driver all along - REVENUES, not hype.
CBS, this is what I eluded to on a earlier post. These guys are brilliant professionals. Its exciting to see such a high caliber management team supporting our investment. Go SCRC!!!
you are spot on kansai, its all about the future, and the SCRC future looks GREAT!!!
I wish I could add. SCRC locked in my desk drawer.
I am with you that. It seems by the end of the day SCRC rebounds no matter what. What a stock, what a company, what a board!!! Go SCRC!!!
A few days ago a negative poster stated, "SCRC has only two employees". This poster was correct. The only paid employees are Bob Schneiderman and Jeffrey Andrews. However the poster failed to mention these two employees also contracted with five independent consultants. Also, instead of going into massive debt to built a manufacturing and packaging plant, these two employees decided to develop an agreement with Marlex Pharmaceuticals to handle all the manufacturing and packaging of their product line. Oh yeh, these two employees also decided instead incurring the huge expense of hiring a team of sales Reps, they opted out to contract DPG Distribution to get their product on the shelves of 35,0000 North America retail outlets. Okay, SCRC only has two employees. But these "only two employees" are BRILLIANT. They "surrounded" themselves with hundreds of people who know how to get the job done.
Back in the mid 1870's, a young decided to build a steel company. His friends all laughed and said you don't know anything about the steel industry, how are you going to build a steel company. The young man replied I will "surround" myself with people do. That young man was Andrew Carnegie and that company is known as US Steel today.
One brilliant man years ago, two brilliant men today. ScriptsAmerica will become the US Steel of the ODT Marketplace. Go SCRC!!!
Also taken from the 10-K report is this list of vitamins and OTC products that have the potential for ODT delivery. This does not imply SCRC is developing RapiMeds for all these areas, but the possibilities are endless. One in particular - ZANTAC. Keep in mind, this list is only OTC and vitamins and doesn't include any Big Pharma products which I'm sure would benefit by ODT technology. Go SCRC!!!

Below is some information on the Orally Dissolved Tablet (ODT) market place. This information was taken from SCRC's 4/15/13 10-K Report. The potential here is huge (gargantuan) and SCRC is right in the middle of all of this activity. SCRC is for real. The DD provided by Celtics et al is for real. SCRC is here to stay and will compete in this market place for years to come. Don't let anyone tell you differently. Go SCRC!!! (Where is my Ambien?)
The ODT market is one of the fastest growing sectors of the drug delivery market, with industry experts projecting a 12-15% annual growth rate for the next several years. Based on upward global growth trends of the past decade, the ODT market could produce revenues of $13 billion by 2015, according to an article appearing on Pharmatech.com entitled “ODT Market to Exceed $13 Billion by 2015” by Stephanie Sutton (available at http://pharmtech.findpharma.com/pharmtech/Formulation/ODT-Market-to-Exceed-13-Billion-by-2015/ArticleStandard/Article/detail/694820 ). Growth is fueled by patient demand, with recent market studies indicating that more than half of the patients prefer ODTs to other dosage forms, according to Kaushik Deepak’s article “ Orally disintegrating tablets: An overview of melt-in-mouth technologies and techniques”, which appeared in the July 2004 edition of Tablets and Capsules magazine (pp. 30 – 35), and most consumers would ask their doctors for ODTs (70%), purchase ODTs (70%), or prefer ODTs to regular tablets or liquids (80%), according to Dave Brown’s article “Orally Disintegrating Tablets: Taste Over Speed” which appeared in September 2003 edition of Drug Delivery Technology magazine (and can be found at http://www.drugdeliverytech.com/ME2/dirmod.asp?sid=&nm=&type=Publishing&mod=Publications%3A%3AArticle&mid=8F3A7027421841978F18BE895F87F791&tier=4&id=AF1FFE004FD14F3C9645BBE33360F7A9).
The ODT market for both the prescription ODT and over the counter ODT is highly fragmented, with many companies putting out ODT products (either OTC, prescription or both) into the market place.
Patient demand is driven by the fact that as many as 40% of Americans experience difficulty swallowing traditional tablets, even though most have no problems swallowing food or liquid. Results from a 2003 nationwide survey of 679 adults on pill-swallowing difficulties, conducted by Harris Interactive, indicated that of those who experienced difficulty swallowing pills, 14% had delayed taking doses of their medication, 8% had skipped a dose, and 4% had discontinued their medication, according to a January 2004 PR Newswire article entitled “40% of American Adults Report Experiencing Difficulty Swallowing Pills” (available at http://www.spraynswallow.com/links&Articles.html ).
Orally dissolving tablets have emerged as a patient-friendly, convenient method of administering medications. In addition to adults, the fast dissolving tablet market will prove particularly applicable to children and the elderly and anyone else who has trouble swallowing regular pills, tablets, or capsules; for example patients whose swallowing is compromised as a clinical symptom of disease. Other groups who benefit from this dosing form include the mentally ill, developmentally disabled, and uncooperative patients. ODTs can also be used in the field, for example in combat zones or for relief efforts following natural disasters, where clean sources of water may be unavailable and rapid onset of action is desirable.
Below is a statement cut and pasted from DPG Distribution website. Talk about confidence in a sales force. The last two sentences are powerful in terms of Pediatric RapiMeds reaching the consumers. Independent means they are commission reps. Comission Reps get the job DONE! Go SCRC!!!
Independent Sales Representative Agencies (Partial List)
DPG has enlisted the aid of many independent sales reps, all with more than 15 years experience calling on particular accounts close to their homes. Our reps are in their accounts on a weekly basis. There is not a question as to whether your product will get into the correct buyer’s hands. Rather it is a question as to how soon you give us an opportunity to work with your product.
Cats, you know where this is headed, you will be enjoying huge gains in the next few months.
CBS, I have never been involved in anything like this EVER!!! I am in "Shock" and "Awe"!!! 305% gain from my original investment, AND GROWING!!! Let the DREAM live on.
Thank you Celtics for TELLING me to buy in, I can't say it enough times.
fuzzy, I really don't know. I will do some research on it. However, one of the brilliant brains on this board probably has the answer already.
Wildcat, thanks for the post. I am focused on $4+ as well. SCRC is going to be huge. You are correct, RapiMeds is not a drug, it is a vehicle for delivering medication, and the medical applications for RapiMeds over time are limitless. Go SCRC!!!
Pipedream, I've only known Celtics for a short period of time but I can tell you he is usually right. If he says $1 in 12 days, I believe him. I have learned to listen to him and look forward to learning as much as I can from him. When I grow up I want to be like Celtics.
$1 in the next 12 days, I can live with that Celtics. Keep that calculator near by. September launch is still two months away.
So, I checked the stock at 10:30 this morning before I met with my rep and saw sub .60. Whoa! I just checked into my hotel room and now I see .7475. Holy Crap!!! Man, did I ever miss an opportunity to buy. But, what did I learn? I learned SCRC is for real. To be down almost 11% and gain all that back and beyond - simply amazing. Are you psyched or what? SCRC proved it's strength today as well as the conviction of each member of this board. SCRC scored another touchdown today. Okay, time to get back in the huddle. Celtics keeps stating $4 in 12 to 18 months. I for one believe him. My shares are in my desk drawer and will stay there. GO SCRC!!!
GM SCRC. Have fun today, keep the excitement level going. I am "on the road again". Post away so I have lots to read tonight when I get to my hotel. Go SCRC!!!
With all the SCRC excitement over the last few days, I have neglected to welcome all the new members of the board. Welcome!! As you have discovered, SCRC is for real. This Board is truly united. Enjoy the ride. Go SCRC!!!
Shares are locked in the desk drawer. Ready to go the distance.
Great lesson learned by 1 year experienced Me from 30 year experienced Celtics. I love the analogy of "just getting back in the huddle". With our expectations set as they are, you are absolutely correct. The game is not over and we all need to stay focused. Thanks Coach for putting today's success in perspective (at least for me). I am "back in the huddle" ready for the next play. Go SCRC!!!
HotStockAce, the beautiful thing is RapiMeds isn't one drug. RapiMeds will soon have multiple applications for several drugs and indications. And, EACH will bring with it a new revenue stream. Hold tight, GARGANTUAN revenues are just around the corner.
.68!!!! Somebody pinch me please. SCRC is all I think about anymore. Even my wife is a SCRCer, she checks the stock price several times a day.
Trueheart, I hope your financial situation resolves itself soon and you find your way back. You are not alone, two months ago I had to see a few shares as well. You are still a part of the SCRC family.
CBS, you are so right. Once SCRC breaks the $1 mark, it will be an entire mind set change for most of us. It will set the stage for all of us to realize we are out of the penny stock bracket and moving forward. It will validate all the DD brought forth by so many talented members of this board who have worked overtime seeking out good info. It will also validate the accurate projections put forth by so many of our experienced investors, mostly Celtics. It will provide all of us with the investor's backbone to stand tall against any naysayers out there who are jealous because they failed to get in under $1. Most important, it will solidify in all of us what we know and have known for months - SCRC IS FOR REAL!!! This is such an exciting time.
Unfortunately, my days at home end today and I will be back on the road Monday thru Thursday and not checking the board as frequently as I have been these last two weeks. Once we hit $1.50, that's my magic number, I will be checking in everyday because Dream 1 will become reality.
SCRC is solid as a ROCK. The Core 100 is solid as a ROCK. This board is built on unity and commitment to the long term goal. Go SCRC!!!
